More Studies of Homelessness Needed

If taxpayer funds were not wasted on studies of homelessness by academic consultants, and provided aid for housing individuals directly it might reduce substantially the number of persons without homes. But giving people something more than food and spare change for nothing is not allowed. If taxes were raised on rich Republicans and the US borrowed more money from China, Japan and Saudi Arabia, Democratic politicians and consultants could earn even more money studying the problem.
