Eviction Leads To Arson Charge

In three recent multiple shootings the suspects were or had been evicted from their homes. (Aurora CO, Texas A&M University, and the Empire State (NYC) shooting.) Now this. Are evictions the cause of violence? Perhaps an academic study is needed to determine if evictions should be banned. Maybe a deeper look at landlords as the cause of violence.
