MA Amber Alert Story

Wednesday October 31, 2012, during the Rush Limbaugh show on WRKO
radio (680 AM Boston), at about 1:50 PM, 2:20 PM and again at about 2:55 PM, a
MA State Police officer broke into the programming to broadcast an
Amber alert. A Westfield, MA woman and her child are missing. The
report gives her license plate number without the state and the type
of vehicle and description of the two missing persons. The report says
not to approach the person but to call 911. I called to WRKO at about
2:30 PM to inquire if the police can take control of the broadcast or
do they need the station engineer to get access to the air. I await a
return call from the station. When the phone don't ring I'll know it's them.
