Massachusetts is a wonderful place. When I worked for a company that did not pay me, I had to write to the US Department of Labor. There were no lawyers to help me, a poor citizen of the country. Isn't it inspiring that illegal immigrants have rights that citizens do not? It is why Howie Carr says all he wants is to be treated like an illegal alien. If stopped by police with illegal drugs, driving with no license or no insurance the police just let them go. But a citizen is arrested. The Social Security Administration (SSA) does not investigate illegal aliens who use fake social security numbers to collect SSA benefits. But the SSA harasses citizens who purchase US Savings Bonds to see if they have too many resources. Recipients are allowed to have up to $2,000, a limit set in 1989, or SSA cuts the benefits. And if the citizen dares to appeal, the SSA just ignores the citizen's complaints. But illegal aliens, they get taxpayer funded attorneys to help them. Why is there a disclaimer on the telephone greeting for Greater Boston Legal Services that says they cannot help illegal aliens but they do so here? If the illegal alien does not admit he or she is illegal then the taxpayer funded lawyers help them too? Clever these immigrants. They know how to exploit American taxpayers' good will for their own benefit.

your feeding so many lies. The Social Security does investigate these people and inprison them for fraud and after prison the are deported. Oh and when an illegal is stopped for doing something bad they are automatically deported and forced to sign a letter saying that if found in the U.S. again they will serve a ten year sentence. so stop trying to feed poeple lies
Lies? Then the Boston Herald, and many other newspapers, and the Fox TV show Cops is broadcasting fake police videos, and the Social Security System is deceiving the public. What country are you speaking about? Certainly it is not the USA.
