Here's one more example of a known violent man who was not under surveillance by any law enforcement agency. Even though he was allegedly a former mental patient which is all police and civilians need to fear people. For 35 years American police and taxpayer funded employees conduct 24/7 criminal surveillance, criminal harassment and character assassination targeting a law abiding citizen. They often use foreign states' or crime family employees to do the dirty work. Can you say political abuses of power and malfeasance?
