Jonathan Jolivert, 46, was busted in upstate Carmel for the 1993 slaying of the mother of his child, Michelle Page, 21.
Page was found dead in the hallway of her apartment on Morris Avenue in Claremont with a knife sticking out of her neck and a scarf wrapped tightly around her throat on March 24, 1993, cops said.
NYPD investigators in the Cold Case and Apprehension Squad identified Jolivert as the alleged killer after DNA evidence they submitted to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner resulted in a match to the suspect.
