The first, on Aug. 5, 2003, at the Windsor Ridge Apartments on Route 9 in Westborough includes home invasion, armed burglary, assault on an occupant, aggravated rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and witness intimidation charges. Mota allegedly raped a young woman at gunpoint.
A second incident, on Aug. 13, 2003, at the Walker Meadows complex off Park Street, includes armed assault and burglary, aggravated rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and witness intimidation. The woman, 58, was raped at gun and knifepoint.
Another incident, in Hopkinton, allegedly involved a woman who was attacked at knifepoint in the second floor bedroom of her home. The woman later reportedly drove Mota from the home.
Mota, a Brazilian national, was in the country illegally, after is visa expired in 2001, according to press reports
Here's a thoughtful concerned illegal alien from Brazil who took time from his busy schedule to reveal to women how dangerous and violent rape can be. No one was watching him. No police, no Communists, no FBI informants and no Harvard University campus police employees or graduate students in psychology at Harvard University Medical School. The public safety protocol on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, in Cambridge MA is different. There a 70-year-old white male citizen, who campus police say is "crazy" is kept under 24/7 surveillance, harassed, provoked, ridiculed, humiliated, threatened, insulted and slandered. All of the above mentioned law enforcement organizations take turns conducting an extraordinary relentless campaign of criminal abuse. The police agencies say this is an appropriate target for criminal abuses.
