Having open borders facilitates movement of personnel and product. The US Government is the great facilitator and participates with protection and money laundering. This could not go on without support from law enforcement. Until the FBI and other alleged public safety organizations are cleansed of their crime family employees this will only get worse. Reformers are unlikely in New England which has a long history of electing members of the criminal class. Too much money is being made by police, FBI and politicians for drugs to be legalized and regulated. Where is the incentive? Murders of civilians are not a great priority in New England where censoring and punishing the speakers of spoken words that offend Black people, Muslims, women, and homosexuals are a higher priority. Keeping the herd bewildered as Noam Chomsky observed is the highest priority. The President from Harvard Law School can't get his allies straight, and blames economic difficulties on Republicans who opposed what the Democrats did. This is what passes for campaign rhetoric. Obama is the great misleader.
