Paper Seeks Account of Abuse

Wonderful idea and a great public service. Wonder why it is necessary for a newspaper to seek out abuses in public schools? Are there no teachers or administrators with spines? Teen school bullies are fashionable today. But for many years teachers, police, politicians, psychiatrists, prosecutors and organized criminals have bullied vulnerable civilians with no accountability from taxpayer funded agencies and employees. Elders and persons with disabilities are favored targets because police refuse to stop such bullies. Why not create a permanent phone/email to receive complaints about abuses of humans not just teens? Medical researchers use vulnerable civilians for experiments without consent. There are no legal penalties and no concern from government protectors.
