Saving Disability Benefits Administration

Correct me if I am wrong. It costs one dollar to administer every dollar of benefits. If whoever wanted benefits could sign a paper and get checks about ten percent of those applying would be lying, exploiting the system. That would save about 90 percent of administration. Similarly if taxpayers funded free apartments with support services, food and clothing for those who cost the taxpayer hundreds of thousands in police, EMT services and other abuses of quality of life for others it would save taxpayers money. But control freaks refuse to allow what Germans called parasites and Russians called useless eaters to get anything for free. Administrators and their unions oppose this way of saving money.
