Murder of a Psychiatric Patient?

"Security staff there say they were forced to place Messier in four-point restraints for attacking a Bridgewater correction officer." Who forced them? Did the life-threatening attack leave signs of trauma on the corrections officer? Was the officer examined by physicians? How many psychiatric patients are abused by their keepers due to lack of over sight? Why are persons with disabilities denied basic rights enjoyed by others? When will the state extend the same protections to mental patients as they do to convicted criminals and detainees at Guantanamo?
