The International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for the right of people to be free from covert community based harassment and electronic abuse. This abuse has caused serious and widespread violations of the basic human rights which are longstanding and commonplace throughout the World.
Our global aim is to break the silence around the issue of covert abuse and reclaim our basic rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

In Victoria BC Canada, On Wednesday, October 14, the International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse, IAACEA,is staging a worldwide protest against the use of electronic technologies to assault and harass members of the unwitting public. This coalition unites concerned professionals and victim groups from all over the world.
Simultaneous protests are taking place in the following global locations:
USA
Los Angeles
Cincinati
San Francisco
New York
Washington, DC
Philadelphia
Canada
Victoria BC
Toronto Ont
UK
London
China

Through these protests and international solidarity, our goals are to:
* educate the public about the erosion of our basic human rights.
* lobby the government to create laws to protect people from covert electronic abuse.
* provide community support for those people and their families who are affected by covert electronic abuse.
* challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect international human rights law.
* collaborate with international organizations: to obtain justice for survivors of torture; to hold accountable the governments and individuals who perpetrate torture; to develop the means of ensuring compliance with international standards and securing remedies for victims.

Alex Jones Laments Use of Electrical Weapons
Massachusetts has a Firearms statute which makes it a felony to possess or to sell electrical weapons. Mass General Laws Chapter 140 Section 131 J.

In 2001 I wrote a bill to enhance the penalties. My bill did not pass, but subsequently the legislature did enhance the penalties. Local police are not trained to enforce that law. They demand evidence of use, which is not in the statute. Police and FBI informants, and members of organized crime use these weapons for harassment and provocation. Just ignore the clueless or complicit who attribute mental illness. The laws on discrimination state that it does not matter if a person is mentally ill or not. If they are denied access to government services it is a violation of law. Saying that a crime victim is mentally ill shows that the accuser believes it is OK to ignore persons with disabilities and to abuse such persons. They are sociopaths, and that includes the psychiatrists, the politicians, the judges and the police.

weapons,' or 'D.E.W.', are still in the experimental stage, or
that working equipment is large and bulky."
These are two of many deliberate lies promulgated by US Agencies. If these weapons are experimental then the US Government is conducting an unlawful human experiment as they've done dozens of times over 80 years. Often these experiments are conducted by university oversight with no approval from the statutory Institutional Review Boards. This violates US Law, Title 45 CFR 46, called the common rule, which applies to 17 US agencies that conduct human experiments. As such it jeopardizes US research grants. Harvard University gets $500 million each year. Over ten years that is $5 billion. But the US Office of Human Research Protection at the NIH, refuses to investigate and demands evidence, and the names of the principal researchers.
One portable unit is the size of a VCR, that uses rechargeable batteries. Others are as small as a Mini DV Camcorder, that includes through-the-wall heat sensing for targeting the individual.

High Tech Crimes
This is technology gone wild. (David Abel and Jenn Abelson, "11
Charged with massive ID theft," Boston Globe, August 6, 2008) Local
police admit they are clueless how to stop high tech crimes.
Corporations using wireless computer networks are enablers theft. The
US government is unable to stop theft of money, usually a state crime.
This is one kind of new technology being used for criminal
abuses. Academic scientists who wouldn't think of using technology for
crime forget that all technology has been used for good and evil.
Directed energy systems can be used to kill or to disabled
civilians not only by military or law enforcement authorities but also
by criminal organizations. High technology electrical weapons can
destroy a person's ability to sleep or to think rationally. Unlike
theft these crimes are not even reported by mainstream media.
Authorities are untrained to investigate some high tech abuses. The
victims are treated as if they are mentally ill.
