Distinction Between Speech And Acts, as Sexual Harassment




Academics appear unable to distinguish between speech and acts. Some think of speech as rape. If rape should be taught at the law school why not teach disability law? Too many abuses of speech and acts toward persons with disabilities, are over looked due to ignorance and bias of today's lawyers, students and faculty. Why are some vulnerable persons more deserving than others? Does Title IX not apply to disability?
