Obama-Holder Lawlessness Comes to Pennsylvania

The Attorney General of Pennsylvania shut down an investigation of corrupt elected officials because everyone they caught — on tape — taking cash and gifts was black.
The Philadelphia Inquirer broke the story on Sunday. The sting operation began with a deal: If a black lobbyist accused of fraud would offer elected officials — black and white, Democrat and Republican — cash and gifts in exchange for votes, the prosecutors would drop charges against him.
So that is what he did over a three-year period.

after Kane’s inauguration in 2013 as the first female and Democrat Attorney General in the state’s history, she began shutting the investigation down.
Then people connected to the investigation who saw the transcripts and read the recordings started talking to the Inquirer. Many of these people left the Attorney General’s office soon after Kane took office.

This is the same pattern which led to the resignation of J. Christian Adams in the voting rights section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice under Tom Perez, Chief of Division. He is now Secretary of Labor. It shows how the Obama-Holder doctrine of applying laws selectively, only against white suspects but not black suspects is widespread at the state level too. No less than the President of the United States and his misguided, misdirected, irrational Attorney General refuse to prosecute black violators of the Civil Rights voting laws if the victims are white. See J. Christian Adams, Injustice, and his web site electionlawcenter.com; and John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky's, Who's Counting? The US government is being used for racial retaliation contrary to law. They punish white people who did no wrong and reward black people who suffered no harm. That is institutionalized policy in Cambridge MA and at Harvard University. In this alternate fantasy universe, black people are incapable of being racists. Whatever difficulty that a black person encounters is racism, institutionalized racism by the evil white man and those white women who refuse to have sex with black men.

In the book Who's Counting, Fund and Spakovsky report how Ike Brown corrupted the vote process in majority black Noxubee County, Mississippi for many years. He slandered those who reported his crimes as drug dealers and racists. That suggests that the FBI agent who coordinates the character assassination I experience is also black.
