Frenchman Awarded Damages for Hearing Loss Working On Pig Farm

Here's a Frenchman who is awarded damages for deafness resulting from working with pigs squealing. The court said that employees exposed to decibel levels above 85 should have protective gear. But in Cambridge MA Harvard University blows out tenants' ears when installing fire alarms, with no obligation to protect the hearing of its tenants. Criminal and civil laws are optional in Massachusetts. Harvard lawyers run the court system, the local and state governments. It is good to be the King.
