Low standards of proof have been used by homosexuals against breeders, by blacks against whites, and by women against men for many years. It makes it easier to discredit and to destroy the lives of white heterosexual men. Much of this is retaliation for historical wrongs suffered by the three major victim groups. Holder and Dept. of Justice lawyers openly refuse to enforce laws in a race neutral manner. See, e.g., J. Christian Adams' new book, Injustice. At universities feminists openly demand being allowed to make mistakes as men have for many years. It is not the demand for equality any more. It is all about taking and keeping power and money. The three influential victim groups have become greedy. Eliminating constitutional protections is one example.
