Here is one more example of state and US agencies ignoring the denial of basic rights to persons with disabilities especially persons accused of mental illness. Judges, prosecutors, court rules overtly deny First Amendment rights to access to the courts, the right to redress, and the right to be heard, with no concern nor scrutiny from the US Department of Justice. Taxpayer funded lawyers whose mission is to protect the rights of disabled clients often work with prosecutors and the caring professionals. They violate rights of their clients in the name of good and love. They promote treatment without consent serving the psychiatric industry contrary to law. The US Government under Obama and his legal wizard AG are more concerned with protecting illegal aliens' enjoyment of the rights denied to citizens with disabilities.[From article]
