This editorial refers to "activists [and] activist group for the rights of the mentally ill." Most so-called groups have an economic interest in disabilities. There are few real advocates for rights. Most of the groups focus on more funding for more treatment. In this case independent living is an issue of freedom, which is guaranteed to persons with disabilities as well as to journalists.
