High Tech Crimes

It is amazing that he was arrested at all. Police and prosecutors have a difficult time understanding new technology besides consumer electronics and their gear. They do not like complicated cases. There is a pervasive lack of ability, training and concern about high tech criminal abuses by public and private persons.
Journalists are not much better in this area which is why criminals are free to abuse humans with technology that few know about or care about.
