[This letter was published with correction in the Weekly Dig on January 20, 2010]
Focusing on Leland Cheung (Fresh Faces, Weekly Dig, January 6, 2010, Page 6) you say, Larry "Ward was the city's newest councilor, elected in February in a special election." Ward became city councilor after a recount of the votes from November 2008. [It was 2007--Weekly Dig Ed.] Councilor Anthony Galluccio won a special election replacing Jarrett Barrios as state senator, then resigned from the council. With the open seat the Cambridge election commission recounted the votes redistributing Galluccio's votes according to the rules of proportional voting. It is all very simple but not as simple as stated in your report.

Homeless Exploit Criminal Justice System
Without a home, some people recognize that committing a minor criminal offense will bring them into a warm place with a bed and food. Government officials are unable recognize that it is cheaper to give free housing with support services to end the systemic abuse of poor persons. Stepping into this vacuum the psychiatric industry and their drug company mentors establish taxpayer funded programs dispensing psychiatric drugs for homeless persons who need "help."

Anti Illegal Immigrant Violence in Italy
Pierluigi Bersani said, "we have to go to the roots of the problem: Mafia, exploitation, xenophobia and racism."
Good thing there is no organized crime in the USA. Anyway if there was they would never exploit illegal immigrants.

Ayers Signs Anti Israel Petition
"Ayers has now joined 431 academics in signing an anti-Israeli petition.
Not surprisingly, it accuses Israel of apartheid—the ritual accusation of the Israel-hating crowd that dreams of Israel’s Jewish-majority government being forced to dissolve the way South Africa’s white-minority government was forced to. The petition also “urge[s] our colleagues, nationally, regionally, and internationally, to stand up against Israel’s ongoing scholasticide and to support the non-violent call for academic boycott, disinvestment, and sanctions.”

Manipulating Public Discourse and Elections
"White House visitor logs that showed visits by Anna Burger, Secretary-Treasurer of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and named by Fortune Magazine as "the most powerful woman in the labor movement. " We know Andy Stern, head of the SEIU, routinely visits the White House and has boasted of the tens of millions of dollars and man-hours the union spent in electing Barack Obama to the presidency.
[. . .]
But Anna Burger is far more than an SEIU honcho; she also is the vice-chairman of a shadowy group called the " Democracy Alliance," composed of billionaire funders and savvy political operatives who set out a few years ago to change politics as we know it in America. Among their projects was something called the Secretary of States Project that set about electing secretaries of state in key battleground states.
These are the very officials who are charged with maintaining the integrity of the voting process. Recall the controversies in Ohio and Minnesota -- including ACORN problems -- regarding the accuracy of the votes in those states last year? The secretaries of state who gave a stamp of approval to these elections (where Democrats won) were Democrats supported by the Democracy Alliance. Various state chapters of the Democracy Alliance have formed to use a range of controversial methods to ensure Democratic victories. (See "The Colorado Model" by Fred Barnes for a display of the type of tactics that can be used to manipulate elections. These include creating faux controversies, spreading them through supposedly non-partisan groups created by Democrat activists, and relying on an echo chamber effect until the mainstream media picks up the "story" and broadcasts it far and wide. Other groups are formed to harass journalists and editorial writers who don't push the liberal line.)"

Letter From Arizona Lady
GLENN BECK: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona . She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership:
"I am a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. Instead, we are burdened with Congressional Dukes and Duchesses who think they know better than the citizens they are supposed to represent.
There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written . Please stand up now.
You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would feel so horribly disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut-job am I? Well, these briefly are the views and issues for which I seek representation :
One , illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders . Close the underground tunnels.. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This is not to be confused with legal immigration.
Two, the STIMULUS bill. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you No, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed.. Freeze, repeal.
Three: Czars. I want the circumvention of our constitutional checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution, and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There are many conflicting opinions and it is too soon for this radical legislation. Quit throwing our nation into politically-correct quicksand.
Five, universal healthcare . I will not be rushed into another expensive decision that will burden me, my children, and grandchildren. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night without even reading it. Slow down! Fix only what is broken -- we have the best health care system in the world -- and test any new program in one or two states first.
Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. More is not better! Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real [Constitutional] obligations. Why don't you start there.
Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes -- how did they pull that one off? Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with any of our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people . Investigate.
Eight, redistribution of wealth . No, no, no. I work for my money.. It is mine . I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs -- and that is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person! Why do you want me to hate my employers? And what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Every company must sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. (Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid?) We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please stop trying to manipulate and appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now .
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Slow down and get some input from nonpoliticians and experts on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed-reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not.
It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance . Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is needless urgency and recklessness in all of your recent spending of our tax dollars.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop . We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on bringing our concerns to Washington . Our president often knows all the right buzzwords like unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented.. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone... and we are now looking at you.
You have awakened us, the patriotic freedom spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office.
We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us who will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.
Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution , and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them.. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you..
If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming ."

Parents Charged With Death of Child
"The medical examiner ruled the cause of the girl’s death was a lethal combination of prescription drugs, including Clonidine, a blood pressure drug sometimes used to treat hyperactivity in children."
Why did the FDA approve these dangerous drugs? The blame extends to the doctors who promote the drugs, the salesmen, the advertising agencies and the drug companies which control the FDA.

Accidental Humor
Cambridge Chronicle has a sense of humor after all. They placed a front page ad (January 7, 2010) for a wine and liquor store on the chest of Anthony Galluccio who resigned from his state senate seat after being jailed for failing a breathalizer test while on probation for a vehicular accident.
CORRECTION! No sense of humor,

Obama, Gore and Dishonesty
"We have no idea what Obama's intellectual aptitude is, and to claim that he is a 'certified intellectual' is absurd.
This is a man who certainly did not deserve to be elected president of the United States, having accomplished little in his first 46 years of life, other than creating a faux persona and developing strong oratory skills. He too is unable to think on his feet and without a teleprompter; he too sounds like a buffoon as he claims to have visited all 57 of the United States and that he understands the Austrian language."

Will we learn from the Past?
Will we learn from the Past?
By: Kitty Werthmann (An Austrian who witnessed what took place under Hitler)
America Truly is the Greatest Country in the World.
Don't Let Freedom Slip Away!
What I am about to tell you is something you've probably never heard or read in history books.
I am an eyewitness to history. I can tell you that Hitler did not take Austria by tanks and guns; it would distort history. We elected him by a landslide 98% of the vote. Ive never read that in any American publications. Everyone thinks Hitler just rolled in with his tanks and took Austria by force.
In 1938, Austria was in deep Depression. Nearly one-third of our workforce was unemployed. We had 25% inflation and 25% bank loan interest rates. Farmers and business people were declaring bankruptcy daily. Young people were going from house to house begging for food. Not that they didn't want to work; there simply weren't any jobs. My mother was a Christian woman and believed in helping people in need. Every day we cooked a big kettle of soup and baked bread to feed those poor, hungry people about 30 daily.
The Communist Party and the National Socialist Party were fighting each other. Blocks and blocks of cities like Vienna, Linz, and Graz were destroyed. The people became desperate and petitioned the government to let them decide what kind of government they wanted.
We looked to our neighbor on the north, Germany, where Hitler had been in power since 1933. We had been told that they didnt have unemployment or crime, and they had a high standard of living. Nothing was ever said about persecution of any group -- Jewish or otherwise. We were led to believe that everyone was happy. We wanted the same way of life in Austria. We were promised that a vote for Hitler would mean the end of unemployment and help for the family. Hitler also said that businesses would be assisted, and farmers would get their farms back. Ninety-eight percent of the population voted to annex Austria to Germany and have Hitler for our ruler.
We were overjoyed, and for three days we danced in the streets and had candlelight parades. The new government opened up big field kitchens and everyone was fed.
After the election, German officials were appointed, and like a miracle, we suddenly had law and order. Three or four weeks later, everyone was employed. The government made sure that a lot of work was created through the Public Work Service.
Hitler decided we should have equal rights for women. Before this, it was a custom that married Austrian women did not work outside the home. An able-bodied husband would be looked down on if he couldn't support his family. Many women in the teaching profession were elated that they could retain the jobs they previously had been required to give up for marriage.
Hitler Targets Education Eliminates Religious Instruction for Children:
Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitlers picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn't pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles, and had physical education.
Sunday became National Youth Day with compulsory attendance. Parents were not pleased about the sudden change in curriculum. They were told that if they did not send us, they would receive a stiff letter of warning the first time. The second time they would be fined the equivalent of $300, and the third time they would be subject to jail. The first two hours consisted of political indoctrination. The rest of the day we had sports. As time went along, we loved it. Oh, we had so much fun and got our sports equipment free. We would go home and gleefully tell our parents about the wonderful time we had.
My mother was very unhappy. When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn't do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun no sports, and no political indoctrination. I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing. Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler. It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn't exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.
Equal Rights Hits Home:
In 1939, the war started and a food bank was established. All food was rationed and could only be purchased using food stamps. At the same time, a full-employment law was passed which meant if you didn't work, you didn't get a ration card, and if you didn't have a card, you starved to death. Women who stayed home to raise their families didn't have any marketable skills and often had to take jobs more suited for men.
Soon after this, the draft was implemented. It was compulsory for young people, male and female, to give one year to the labor corps. During the day, the girls worked on the farms, and at night they returned to their barracks for military training just like the boys. They were trained to be anti-aircraft gunners and participated in the signal corps. After the labor corps, they were not discharged but were used in the front lines. When I go back to Austria to visit my family and friends, most of these women are emotional cripples because they just were not equipped to handle the horrors of combat. Three months before I turned 18, I was severely injured in an air raid attack. I nearly had a leg amputated, so I was spared having to go into the labor corps and into military service.
Hitler Restructured the Family Through Daycare:
When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers. You could take your children ages 4 weeks to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, 7 days a week, under the total care of the government. The state raised a whole generation of children. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology. By this time, no one talked about equal rights. We knew we had been had.
Health Care and Small Business Suffer Under Government Controls:
Before Hitler, we had very good medical care. Many American doctors trained at the University of Vienna. After Hitler, health care was socialized, free for everyone. Doctors were salaried by the government. The problem was, since it was free, the people were going to the doctors for everything. When the good doctor arrived at his office at 8 a.m., 40 people were already waiting and, at the same time, the hospitals were full. If you needed elective surgery, you had to wait a year or two for your turn. There was no money for research as it was poured into socialized medicine. Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.
As for healthcare, our tax rates went up to 80% of our income. Newlyweds immediately received a $1,000 loan from the government to establish a household. We had big programs for families. All day care and education were free. High schools were taken over by the government and college tuition was subsidized. Everyone was entitled to free handouts, such as food stamps, clothing, and housing.
We had another agency designed to monitor business. My brother-in-law owned a restaurant that had square tables. Government officials told him he had to replace them with round tables because people might bump themselves on the corners. Then they said he had to have additional bathroom facilities. It was just a small dairy business with a snack bar. He couldn't meet all the demands. Soon, he went out of business. If the government owned the large businesses and not many small ones existed, it could be in control.
We had consumer protection. We were told how to shop and what to buy. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. We had a planning agency specially designed for farmers. The agents would go to the farms, count the live-stock, and then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.
Mercy Killing Redefined:
In 1944, I was a student teacher in a small village in the Alps. The villagers were surrounded by mountain passes which, in the winter, were closed off with snow, causing people to be isolated. So people intermarried and offspring were sometimes retarded. When I arrived, I was told there were 15 mentally retarded adults, but they were all useful and did good manual work. I knew one, named Vincent, very well. He was a janitor of the school. One day I looked out the window and saw Vincent and others getting into a van. I asked my superior where they were going. She said to an institution where the State Health Department would teach them a trade, and to read and write. The families were required to sign papers with a little clause that they could not visit for 6 months. They were told visits would interfere with the program and might cause homesickness.
As time passed, letters started to dribble back saying these people died a natural, merciful death. The villagers were not fooled. We suspected what was happening. Those people left in excellent physical health and all died within 6 months. We called this euthanasia.
The Final Steps - Gun Laws:
Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long after-wards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.
No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only Jews, but also priests and ministers who spoke up.
Totalitarianism didn't come quickly, it took 5 years from 1938 until 1943, to realize full dictatorship in Austria. Had it happened overnight, my countrymen would have fought to the last breath. Instead, we had creeping gradualism. Now, our only weapons were broom handles. The whole idea sounds almost unbelievable that the state, little by little eroded our freedom.
After World War II, Russian troops occupied Austria. Women were raped, preteen to elderly. The press never wrote about this either. When the Soviets left in 1955, they took everything that they could, dismantling whole factories in the process. They sawed down whole orchards of fruit, and what they couldn't destroy, they burned. We called it The Burned Earth. Most of the population barricaded themselves in their houses. Women hid in their cellars for 6 weeks as the troops mobilized. Those who couldn't; paid the price. There is a monument in Vienna today, dedicated to those women who were massacred by the Russians. This is an eye witness account.
Its true those of us who sailed past the Statue of Liberty came to a country of unbelievable freedom and opportunity.

Scott Brown for US Senate
The odds are against Scott Brown, but only slightly. This race is winnable. Before you dismiss it or dismiss Scott Brown because he is a New England Republican, just remember — we still need 51 votes to control the Senate. Scott Brown gives us one. He may be like Olympia Snowe or Susan Collins and hack us off frequently on domestic policy issues, but he’s right on health care and he seems more right than not on foreign affairs.
And Scott Brown’s victory would give Barack Obama a huge black eye.

Obama Encourages Lawyers for Terrorists
While US taxpayers provide legal counsel to a man who tried to blow up a commercial airliner on Christmas Day 2009, persons with disabilities go without their rights. While American lawyers volunteer to represent enemy combatants residing in luxurious Guantanamo prison persons with disabilities are abused by police and denied access, and the right to be heard by local and state prosecutors and politicians. Why do alleged American lawyers and politicians promote Constitutional Rights for persons who try to kill them while ignoring persons who have done no wrong? Are American lawyers masochistic with poor self-esteem?
"A plea bargain. For a terrorist. This isn’t prosecuting a war. This is playing Law & Order. We have a President who really does believe all the world is a stage and he is a Screen Actors Guild member.
How many Americans will die because Barack Obama decided to lawyer up instead of soldier up?"

Golf Rule Changes
Obama's Golf Czar has announced there is a possibility of MAJOR rule
changes to the game of golf, this may occur sometime after March 1, 2010.
This is only a preview as the complete rule book is being rewritten now.
Here are a few basic changes:
Golfers with handicaps:
- below 10 will have their green fees increased by 35%.
- between 11 and 18 will see no increase in green fees.
- above 18 will get a check each time they play.
The dollar amount placed in bets will be as follows-for handicaps below 10, an additional $10.
-between 11 and 18, no additional amount.-above 18, you will receive the total amount in the pot even if you
do not play.
The term "gimme" will be changed to "entitlement" and will be used as follows:
-handicaps below 10, no entitlements.-handicaps from 11 to 17, entitlements for putter length putts.
-handicaps above 18, if your ball is on green, no need to putt, just pick it up.
These entitlements are intended to bring about fairness and, most importantly, equality in scoring.
In addition, a Player will be limited to a maximum of one birdie or six
pars in any given round. Any excess must be given to those fellow players
who have not yet scored a birdie or par. Only after all players have
received a birdie or par from the player actually making the birdie or par,
can that player begin to count his pars and birdies again.
The current USGA handicap system will be used for the above purposes
but the term 'net score' will be available only for scoring those players with
handicaps of 18 and above.
This is intended to 'redistribute' the success of winning by making
sure that in every competition, the above 18 handicap players will
post only 'net score' against every other player's gross score.
These new Rules are intended to CHANGE the game of golf..
Golf must be about Fairness. It should have nothing to do with Ability.

Sorry Charley...

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home district

Star Kist Tuna's headquarters are in San Francisco , Pelosi's home district.
Star Kist is owned by Del Monte Foods and is a major contributor to Pelosi.
Star Kist is the major employer in American Samoa employing 75% of the Samoan work force.
Paul Pelosi, Nancy 's husband, owns $17 million dollars of Star Kist stock.
In January, 2007 when the minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25,
Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase
so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage.
This would make Del Monte products less expensive than that of its competitors.
When the huge bailout bill was passed,
Pelosi added an earmark to the final bill
adding $33 million dollars for an "economic development credit in American Samoa "
Pelosi has called the Bush Administration "CORRUPT" and many other things !!!

Ah, sorry to bother you Mr. Obama, Sir. . ..

Excuse me Mr. Obama, I mean President Obama, Sir. Um . . I know you're busy, and important and stuff. I mean, running the country is very important and -- ah -- I hate to bother you, Sir. I will only take a minute. Ok, Sir?
See, I have these missing pieces that are holding me up, and I was wondering, Sir, if you could take time out of your busy schedule and help me out. You know, no big deal, just some loose ends and things.
Hey, you have a nice place here! The wife sees houses like this on TV all the time and says, boy, she wishes she had digs like this, you know? Is that painting real? Really? Wow!
I saw something like that in a museum once.
Oh, sorry Sir. I didn't mean to get off the track.
So if you could just help me out a minute and give me some details, I will get right out of your way. I want to close this case and maybe take the wife to Coney Island or something. Ever been to Coney Island Sir? No? I didn't think so...
Well, listen, anyway, I can't seem to get some information I need to wrap this up. These things seem to either be "Not released" or "Not available." I'm sure it's just an oversight or glitch or something, so if you could you tell me where these things are I have them written down here somewhere -- oh wait. I'll just read it to you.
Could you please help me find these things, Sir?
1. Occidental College records -- Not released
2. Columbia College records -- Not released
3. Columbia Thesis paper -- "Not available"
4. Harvard College (sic) [Obama went to Harvard Law school, not the College] records -- Not released
5. Selective Service Registration -- Not released
6. Medical records -- Not released
7. Illinois State Senate schedule -- Not available
8. Your Illinois State Senate records -- Not available
9. Law practice client list -- Not released
10. Certified Copy of original Birth certificate -- Not released
11. Embossed, signed paper Certification of Live Birth -- Not released
12. Record of your baptism -- Not available
13. Why your wife, Michelle, can no longer practice law as an attorney? (Insurance Fraud?)
14. Why your wife has 22 assistants, when other First Ladies had one?
15. Why were you getting "foreign student aid" as a college student?
16. Which countries "passport" did you have when you visited Pakistan in 1981?
Oh and one more thing Mr. President, I can't seem to find any articles you published as editor of the Harvard Law Review, or as a Professor at the University of Chicago. Can you explain that to me, Sir?
Oh, but hey -- listen! I know you're busy! If this is too much for you right now -- I mean -- tell you what. I'll come back tomorrow. Give you some time to get these things together, you know? I mean, I know you're busy. I'll just let myself out. I'll be back tomorrow. And the day after. . ..
What's that Mr. President? Who wants to know these things?

Destroying Humans Legally
By relentless harassment disturbing a person's sleep and depriving a person of regular sleep it is possible to create an atmosphere where the person will end his or her life to benefit the criminals who torment him or her. Using high tech electrical weapons that emit electromagnetic radiation and ultra sound it is possible to disturb and to deprive a person's sleep from outside of his or her home. These weapons are used by police, organized crime, socialists, psychiatrists and psychologists. It is a way to discredit a person who was abused by police or other government criminals. These days when the US government acts as if it is run by organized crime it is convenient to have such weapons that few people know about.

"After a decade of self-delusion and self-indulgence, we must stop deceiving ourselves. As Hurricane Katrina demonstrated, the "can-do" nation that won World War II in Europe and the Pacific in less than four years, that put a man on the moon in the same decade JFK said we would, is history.
We have a government that cannot balance its books, defend its borders or win its wars."

Clueless Americans and Incompetent Government
Clueless Americans and Incompetent Government
[This sounds like an excellent criticism of US Intelligence. We saw how clueless the Homeland Security Secretary is when she said in December 2009 "The system worked." after a terrorist was captured on an airline trying to blow it up. I know how totally backwards the US government is when it comes to security. For many years police kept me under surveillance and harassed me for political, personal and financial reasons. I know I am not the only person on whom police power and taxpayer funds are wasted for many years while allowing criminals and terrorists to operate openly with no one watching them. One reason Americans are reluctant to report unattended bags is that police in this country will usually arrest the person who reports the bag. CBS News' 60 Minutes on January 3, 2010 reported that the man who exposed about 19,000 Americans who hid money (about $19 billion) in Swiss banks to avoid paying taxes was arrested for his whistle-blowing. Police wonder why teenagers refuse to cooperate with police even regarding murders. It makes you wonder if criminals have taken control of the US government, as well as some state and local governments. Ed.]
Juval Aviv was the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie 'Munich' was based. He was Golda Meir's bodyguard - she appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games.
In a lecture in New York City a few weeks ago, he shared information that EVERY American needs to know -- but that our government has not yet shared with us.
He predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on Fox News stating publicly that it would happen within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show. But, unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.
Juval Aviv gave intelligence (via what he had gathered in Israel and the Middle East) to the Bush Administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred. His report specifically said they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. Congress has since hired him as a security consultant.
Now for his future predictions. He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months.
Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke -- that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.
For example:
1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.
2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives. Now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked! Every strategy we have is reactionary.
3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates. Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a drink and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.
Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. (I. E., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as rural America this time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).
The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.
Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.
Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world is quickly going to become 'a different place', and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.
On an encouraging note, he says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. Aviv says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. They like to use suicide as a front-line approach. It's cheap, it's easy, it's effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to 'meet their destiny'.
He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad. But will be, instead, 'homegrown' - having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.S. He says to look for 'students' who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.
Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terrorist threats we will, inevitably, face. America still has only have a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact SOON.
So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence. We need to, instead, follow Israel's, Ireland's and England's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U.S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies.' Our government thinks we 'can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.
Aviv recently created/executed a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out...in fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!
In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been yet 'hurt enough' by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.
Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and about our schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there. (In New York City, this was days, in some cases!)
He stresses the importance of having a plan, that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terrorist emergency. He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel.
Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.
Aviv says that the U.S. government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated.
How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot speak? You need to have a plan.

Mass Ave Median Strip
At the North end of Cambridge
By Craig Kelley
At the North end of Cambridge, near the Arlington sign
A big chunk of concrete hides an old trolley line
And the neighborhood people like that arrangement just fine
On the street of the lifted median.
What is the median and why is it there
And why would the City take and lift it somewhere?
And why in the world would anyone care
About an old piece of concrete with a neglected air?
Perhaps we all care 'cause it's well understood
That the City's plan will result in no good.
We know that just crossing the street will be tough
And the driving will become terribly rough
With left turns and right turns and u-turns as well
Getting 'round town will be scary as hell.
We folks from North Cambridge lived through it all
We questioned the wisdom of City Hall
and waited in vain for the Council to call.
But we learned all too quickly we were in it alone
We heard, when our Councilors answered the phone,
"This deal is done, plus we don't like your tone."
To find out what happened you don't talk with us.
We don't know the truth, we just bother and fuss.
Plus, no one who lives here can honestly say
Why the City would take the median away
So go a few miles South where the Manager works
Don't tell him we sent you, he thinks we're jerks
And search in the shadows where the Traffic Czar lurks
To find the truth of the lifted median.
Well, I use the word truth, but that's not what I mean
The real word is something far more obscene
That describes the City's constant smokescreen
On the case of the lifted median.
The City held lots of meetings but somehow didn't hear,
Though our feelings were made quite crystal clear,
That losing the median was our greatest fear.
They refused to do studies, they said they knew best
They heard what they wanted, they ignored the rest.
What the City will tell you is what they've said all along
"This redesign's good and our critics are wrong.
"There might be one or two small, little pains
"but we think that's nothing for installing bike lanes.
"And you've got to remember, we're the ones with the brains."
But if this plan is so good and the City so smart
Why will this project tear North Cambridge apart?
Why has it been so unloved from the start?
Those are the questions you might want to raise
To those people who sing the redesign's praise.
Why, you might ask, did the City refuse
To survey the locals to determine our views?
Could it be the City knew if we got to choose
That their redesign plan would certainly loose?
With half of the median ripped from the street
And the distance between crosswalks up to five hundred feet
It would seem that this plan wouldn't be hard to beat
This plan of the lifted median.
And just at the point when we thought all was lost
We found out that the City can't cover the cost
It seems a perfect time for this plan to be tossed.
But no, says the City, this plan's carved in stone
It does not matter how much you all snivel and moan.
But we live here, we play here, we're the ones with the grip
On the safety provided by our median strip
And we wish that the City would answer our questions
And seriously consider our thoughtful suggestions
Our Median Strip is a very safe space
The City should do the right thing and leave it in place.

Cambridge Long Term Planning Committee
By Michael Salib
November 23, 2009
I'd like to suggest a discussion item for the upcoming long term planning committee meeting: Cambridge should implement a pilot program to study performance parking.
As I've mentioned before, several studies have concluded that a surprisingly large fraction of total traffic consists of drivers looking for parking. Drivers often have to spend excessive amounts of time seeking parking because it is not available. Sufficient parking is often unavailable because it is underpriced: either the city charges absurdly low prices for on street parking or the city compels private entities to offer "free" parking.
As I mentioned in an earlier email, this analysis is very boring and very well understood economics. For most types of products, when the government forces the price down, shortages naturally arise. In this case, shortages of parking are a problem, but they end up causing a much bigger problem: congestion.
Performance parking programs introduce market pricing into parking. Typically, the city sets a goal for what fraction of parking spots should be open during peak times in a particular area and then slowly adjusts the price of parking until that goal is reached. Inevitably, this results in an increase in the price of parking which increases revenues for the city. That money can then be used to fund other transportation improvements, such as public transport. This is exactly what happened in Ward 6 of Washington DC when they experimented with a performance parking program, as you can see from this blog post:
http://greatergreaterwashington.org/post.cgi?id=4117
Now, performance parking does have a cost: people who park their cars end up paying more. But such people benefit more than you might expect because they have to waste less of their lives driving around looking for parking. As drivers, they benefit more than anyone else from the reduced congestion. Beyond the basic economic logic of performance parking programs, they're also inherently progressive. This is because car ownership (and hence parking costs) tends to be far more common in higher income families while public transit usage tends to be far more common in lower income families. It is not quite accurate to say that performance parking programs are progressive; rather, they ameliorate one of the more regressive aspects of urban policy. In other words, they improve fairness.

MA Whistle Blower Statute
CHAPTER 149. LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
FAIR COMPETITION FOR BIDDERS ON CONSTRUCTION, ETC., OF PUBLIC WORKS
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Chapter 149: Section 185. Retaliation against employees reporting violations of law or risks to public health, safety or environment; remedies
Section 185. (a) As used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings:—
(1) “Employee”, any individual who performs services for and under the control and direction of an employer for wages or other remuneration.
(2) “Employer”, the commonwealth, and its agencies or political subdivisions, including, but not limited to, cities, towns, counties and regional school districts, or any authority, commission, board or instrumentality thereof.
(3) “Public body”, (A) the United States Congress, any state legislature, including the general court, or any popularly elected local government body, or any member or employee thereof; (B) any federal, state or local judiciary, or any member or employee thereof, or any grand or petit jury; (C) any federal, state or local regulatory, administrative or public agency or authority, or instrumentality thereof; (D) any federal, state or local law enforcement agency, prosecutorial office, or police or peace officer; or (E) any division, board, bureau, office, committee or commission of any of the public bodies described in the above paragraphs of this subsection.
(4) “Supervisor”, any individual to whom an employer has given the authority to direct and control the work performance of the affected employee, who has authority to take corrective action regarding the violation of the law, rule or regulation of which the employee complains, or who has been designated by the employer on the notice required under subsection (g).
(5) “Retaliatory action”, the discharge, suspension or demotion of an employee, or other adverse employment action taken against an employee in the terms and conditions of employment.
(b) An employer shall not take any retaliatory action against an employee because the employee does any of the following:
(1) Discloses, or threatens to disclose to a supervisor or to a public body an activity, policy or practice of the employer, or of another employer with whom the employee’s employer has a business relationship, that the employee reasonably believes is in violation of a law, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to law, or which the employee reasonably believes poses a risk to public health, safety or the environment;
(2) Provides information to, or testifies before, any public body conducting an investigation, hearing or inquiry into any violation of law, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to law, or activity, policy or practice which the employee reasonably believes poses a risk to public health, safety or the environment by the employer, or by another employer with whom the employee’s employer has a business relationship; or
(3) Objects to, or refuses to participate in any activity, policy or practice which the employee reasonably believes is in violation of a law, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to law, or which the employee reasonably believes poses a risk to public health, safety or the environment.
(c)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the protection against retaliatory action provided by subsection (b) (1) shall not apply to an employee who makes a disclosure to a public body unless the employee has brought the activity, policy or practice in violation of a law, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to law, or which the employee reasonably believes poses a risk to public health, safety or the environment, to the attention of a supervisor of the employee by written notice and has afforded the employer a reasonable opportunity to correct the activity, policy or practice.
(2) An employee is not required to comply with paragraph (1) if he: (A) is reasonably certain that the activity, policy or practice is known to one or more supervisors of the employer and the situation is emergency in nature; (B) reasonably fears physical harm as a result of the disclosure provided; or (C) makes the disclosure to a public body as defined in clause (B) or (D) of the definition for “public body” in subsection (a) for the purpose of providing evidence of what the employee reasonably believes to be a crime.
(d) Any employee or former employee aggrieved of a violation of this section may, within two years, institute a civil action in the superior court. Any party to said action shall be entitled to claim a jury trial. All remedies available in common law tort actions shall be available to prevailing plaintiffs. These remedies are in addition to any legal or equitable relief provided herein. The court may: (1) issue temporary restraining orders or preliminary or permanent injunctions to restrain continued violation of this section; (2) reinstate the employee to the same position held before the retaliatory action, or to an equivalent position; (3) reinstate full fringe benefits and seniority rights to the employee; (4) compensate the employee for three times the lost wages, benefits and other remuneration, and interest thereon; and (5) order payment by the employer of reasonable costs, and attorneys’ fees.
(e)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), in any action brought by an employee under subsection (d), if the court finds said action was without basis in law or in fact, the court may award reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs to the employer.
(2) An employee shall not be assessed attorneys’ fees under paragraph (1) if, after exercising reasonable and diligent efforts after filing a suit, the employee moves to dismiss the action against the employer, or files a notice agreeing to a voluntary dismissal, within a reasonable time after determining that the employer would not be found liable for damages.
(f) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to diminish the rights, privileges or remedies of any employee under any other federal or state law or regulation, or under any collective bargaining agreement or employment contract; except that the institution of a private action in accordance with subsection (d) shall be deemed a waiver by the plaintiff of the rights and remedies available to him, for the actions of the employer, under any other contract, collective bargaining agreement, state law, rule or regulation, or under the common law.
(g) An employer shall conspicuously display notices reasonably designed to inform its employees of their protection and obligations under this section, and use other appropriate means to keep its employees so informed. Each notice posted pursuant to this subsection shall include the name of the person or persons the employer has designated to receive written notifications pursuant to subsection (c).

Health Care and Congress
John Adams: "In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm and three or more is a congress."
Give the people the same health care as their elected officials!!!
Fight organized crime: Re-elect no one.
SINCE ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE "OUR" EMPLOYEES, ANY ADDITIONAL MONIES EARNED BY THEIR POSITION IN GOVERNMENT I.E., BOOKS, SPEECH ENGAGEMENTS, CONTRACT AWARDS THAT THEY BENEFIT FROM MUST BE GIVEN TO THEIR EMPLOYER, US.
It is done this way with Universities and corporations when an employee makes a discovery it belongs to the university or the corporation.
Anyway, our President is right; CHANGE IS NECESSARY.

Tek Nath Rizal is popular and human rights groups like ICRC, Am. Int., U.S. Dept of State, consider him an historical political figure, and similar to Martin Luther King, in his country and Nepal, so this is significant progress... For the first time, a variety of medical, government and military professionals publicly acknowledge secret EMR mind control weapons for interrogation and torture in prisons and on POWs, prisoners of war.
A skim of the 2 lists below is striking, really, Cheryl PS comments always appreciated.
Cheryl Welsh has authored a review of the book including two lists for a revealing comparison: I. EMR mind control technologies tracked by the UN and human rights groups since the 1950s. II. High profile cases similar to the case of Tek Nath Rizal.

1.. New Tek Nath Rizal's 2009 Book "Torture, Killing Me Softly" Delivers the Coup de Grace
by Cheryl Welsh, Director Mindjustice.org
December 2009
The 2009 book "Torture, Killing Me Softly" by Tek Nath Rizal alleges government mind control torture with secret electromagnetic radiation (EMR) mind control weapons. Tek Nath Rizal was a prominent government consultant to the South Asian country of Bhutan, before he exposed corruption in high places. He became a popular political figure and internationally recognized human rights activist. His book is about his experience of several years of imprisonment in Bhutan with an emphasis on the EMR mind control torture. The U.S. Department of State and Amnesty International regarded Rizal as a political prisoner and won his release from prison. Rizal has written several books, some of which included his accounts of mind control torture. The books have been very successful in South Asia.
Against all odds, he published this book, "Torture, Killing Me Softly." Mindjustice.org extends our deepest thanks for his great effort and sacrifice. I highly recommend this well written, concise and ground breaking book. For the first time, a variety of medical, government and military professionals publicly acknowledge secret EMR mind control weapons for interrogation and torture in prisons and on POWs, prisoners of war. For example Rizal writes:
Dr. Gurung had served in Military for twenty years. He had actually worked for four years in the quarter guard unit where prisoners were kept and the mind control methods were used on them for procuring information and as a form of torture. He was also surprised that how I was alive, even after this torture. He also understood the gravity of my case as he had been well aware of the ill-effects of this kind of torture.
A highlight of the book is a foreword by Dr. Indrajit Rai, a Nepal member of the Constituent Assembly, and an influential conflict/security expert who is often quoted in South Asian newspapers. Rai is director of the British Gorkha College, Nepal, and served fifteen years in the Indian Navy as Lt. Comdr. Rai taught at Army Staff College, Katmandu for seven years. The title of the foreword is, "Mind Control Device on Tek Nath Rizal." Rai described Rizal as one of the "historic political personalities" of South Asia and corroborated Rizal's account of mind control torture, surveillance and targeting, with references to Rai's military sources from his own extensive military background. Rai advocates the banning of mind control weapons.
Rizal's book sounds like a science fiction horror story about torturers using futuristic brain torture tools in a very medieval fashion. But the facts show that it is much more. The U.S. and other major governments have harnessed science and technology to develop secret electromagnetic radiation (EMR) mind control weapons for intelligence purposes, for interrogation and torture, and for neutralizing the enemy without killing. Included below is a list of EMR mind control weapons monitored by the UN for decades.
Rizal's book is one of the most convincing allegations of government mind control targeting in a long line of high profile mind control claims of torture and political repression. Another case is the 1997 book, "Mind Control Within the United States," by Kai Bashir. The book, (available on amazon.com,) is a riveting and chilling account of mind control targeting in another small South Asian nation; Pakistan. Bashir's mother had tutored the sons of Z. A. Bhutto, President of Pakistan.

What About Reputations?
The "Duke 88" consisted of 88 Duke professors who signed an ad which implicitly assumed that Duke lacrosse players raped a black stripper, an allegation that proved to be entirely fraudulent. The ad praised protesters who had put lacrosse players' photos on "wanted" posters, associated "what happened to this young woman" with "racism and sexism," and suggested that the lacrosse players were getting privileged treatment because of their race.

Obama Nominee Admitted Misusing Police Files
"The committee approved his nomination Nov. 19. One day later, Southers [TSA head nominee] wrote to Lieberman and Collins saying his first account was incorrect. After reviewing documents, he wrote, he recalled that he had twice conducted the database searches himself, downloaded confidential law enforcement records about his wife's boyfriend and passed information on to the police department employee, the letter said."
