Philadelphia Hostages Not Unique Abuse of Disabled

This case is not unique. Police, not just crime families, abuse persons with disabilities and have no interest or incentive to protect vulnerable persons. Police are more concerned with catering police services to wealthy and politically connected "victims," e.g., Black Americans, Homosexuals, women, Muslims and illegal aliens. Persons with disabilities have no protection from predators especially from police employees who target them. In MA for many years prisoners were bused to mental hospitals to provide "care" to mental patients. They regularly robbed and raped the patients. When the patients complained they were ignored because they were mentally ill. Convenient, no? The same pattern is used at Harvard University by their campus cops who abuse persons with disabilities along with Harvard administrators, researchers, local city police and FBI informants. This same pattern continues in society. Police, politicians, taxpayer funded human services corporations abuse their clients. Persons with disabilities are used for increased budgets for the caregiver organizations. Seldom do they actually provide any protection. It is only for business purposes that they become an issue. MA appropriates $2 billion each year for human services. Yet this kind of abuse and others thrive due to the unlawful bias among lawyers, judges, courts and police officials.

[From article]
"Weston had been convicted in the starvation death of a man nearly 30 years ago, though it's unclear how much prison time she served.
The Social Security Protection Act of 2004 generally bars people who have been imprisoned for more than a year from becoming representative payees, those who cash someone else's check. Yet a 2010 report by Social Security's watchdog found that staff members do not perform background checks to determine if payees have criminal records."
