Liberal Boston PBS Station Opposes Unions

Boston PBS station does not pay property or income taxes but gets taxpayer funds for self promotion. Overpaid station management and prominent daughter of 60-Minutes journalist Emily Rooney favor wealthy and politically connected liberal groups for on-air content. The station openly excludes persons with disabilities from access to on-air content. They allow disabled persons to volunteer but deny them equal access to programming. Liberals support public employee unions, but PBS management tries to destroy WGBH union.

[From article]
"More than a dozen GBH honchos make more than $200,000 a year.
[. . .]
Last week, more than 100 members of GBH's largest union staged a noisy demonstration outside the "Taj Mahal," as the headquarters is sometimes called. Their complaint: GBH wants to outsource their jobs to nonunionized competitors."
