Ignored Vulnerable Citizens Denied Access to Courts

After 20 years of the ADA, and 37 years of the Rehabilitation Act (applies to US Taxpayer funded entities, e.g., state courts) a woman is denied access (a First Amendment Right) to the courts in the one-party liberal state of MA. Nothing new here. Court rules, rules of evidence, lawyers and judges accept the exclusion of persons with disabilities every day, while earning money denying persons with disabilities their rights. The Disability Law Center comments. For how many years has that non profit accepted taxpayer funding while ignoring this institutionalized abomination? Millions of taxpayer dollars are given each year to lawyers who fail to fight these barriers? Why is the attorney for the Mass Office on Disabilities silent? Why is the MA AG's Disabilty Rights Division silent? Why do local Disability offices (e.g., Boston, Cambridge) and the MCAD allow this unlawful abuse?
