FBI Conspiracy Theory

"a federal prosecutor argued bailed defendants would have a 'powerful sophisticated network' to aid their escape." Sounds like a "Conspiracy Theory." Students at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government told me that Communists have been discredited. They suggest that fear of communists is delusional thinking. In the film The Usual Suspects, Kaiser Soze said, the greatest lie the devil ever told was that he did not exist. Is that why the FBI watches and harasses ordinary citizens who criticize politicians? Is the FBI as clueless as elected officials?
