Education Misconceptions
Mother tries to stop marriage of son to a woman she says is a "gold-digger." Bride's father says daughter, "earned a 3.9 GPA, was awarded the prestigious Churchill Scholarship from the University of Cambridge in 2004 along with other academic honors. It's inconceivable to us," that she is only into money.
One pervasive fallacy is that well-educated people have had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. How does that apply to the current leadership in Washington DC?
