We need more uses for psych drugs? If we got all the corruption out of group homes for the mentally ill and developmentally disabled, we could provide walk-in care for the 47 million uninsured right now.

Social security pays at least $35/yr in rent per resident. It's usually 2-3 per bedroom. The menu makes Army mess seem like haute cuisine. The counseling and household staff are paid by social security separately, and doctors can bill medicare their full fees for a 15 minute consultation.

This fraud has been going on for more than thirty years. Clean it up and national healthcare is not a big puzzle.
