I saw three men holding clipboards and a fourth younger man also with a clipboard. The door to apartment # 4 at 85 Prescott Street was open. The three older men said something unintelligible. The younger man said, "That's the guy." I asked what was going on. The younger man said his name was Dan. He said he worked for Harvard Housing, and they were inspecting fireplaces. I asked "All apartments?" He said "Selective apartments." I explained that there was no heat from about 11:00 PM on Thursday November 15, 2012, and he said he would pass it along to the building manager. I said it was usually the building manager who shut the heat as part of criminal harassment. It is one of many instances of criminal harassment by Harvard employees.
I told him that I thought he was trespassing, entering apartments without permission. I said inspecting fireplaces is not an emergency, that Harvard needs permission to enter unless it is an emergency. He shrugged and walked into apartment # 3 followed by the others, and said, "Have a nice day." I knew the meaning of that phrase in plain language. I returned to my apartment.
