NO Group Home Resident Charged With Killing Woman, 74
This charming young man took time from his busy schedule for an alleged murder of an elder woman. "Russell had an outstanding municipal attachment and has been on parole for two counts of simple criminal damage and resisting a police officer. He also said Russell had previous arrests for aggravated battery, battery, theft, trespassing and disturbing the peace." No one was watching him. No police, no crime family, no FBI informants and no Communists. But for 44 years all of the above mentioned organizations with assists from Harvard University campus cops conduct relentless 24/7 surveillance, harassment, provocations, character assassination and more of a 69-year-old man who they say has a disability. A rational question is what do they think he did or might do? Or is this solely being done to extort money? Who sets public safety priorities?
New Orleans police have arrested Ricky Russell, 31, in connection with the murder of a 74-year-old woman in Gentilly early Wednesday morning.
