Accused Rapists Free Due to Disability Discrimination

Here is one more example showing that state and US courts deny persons with disabilities access to the courts for redress of grievances contrary to the First Amendment, and in violation of state and US discrimination laws. This is not a unique occurrence in the courts, where rules of procedure, evidence and the judges deny access to persons based upon a perceived disability. How many lawyers, often taxpayer funded, have seen this and were unable or unwilling to challenge the courts and the judges who allow these abuses. It encourages exploiting persons with disabilities who are unable to assert their own basic rights to be free from crime. In this case it is reported that the accused rapists sought out persons with disabilities to attack.

[From article]
"To the frustration of cops and prosecutors, four sex suspects are going free in the coming days -- because the women they're accused of attacking have emotional or drug issues too severe for them to testify credibly.
[. . .]
Investigators say Williams preys on women who are mentally or emotionally vulnerable, luring them to the roof for consensual sex and then humiliating them."
