White House Election Abuse

[From article]
"At least three federal statutes make it a crime to "promise," "solicit" or "receive" something of value in exchange for the "promise of support or use of influence" in attaining appointed or elected office.

State or federal employees using their "official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate" face up to a year behind bars."
