Norway Shooter Declared Insane.
The standard for being found not culpable due to insanity in Norway is not reported. Under US standards if he did not know right from wrong due to a mental illness he cannot be found guilty of the crime. In this case the issue of what is "right" and what is "wrong" is essential. He wore a police uniform because he knew he would be trusted? Isn't that evidence of knowing right from wrong? It does not matter if he is or was insane. This report if accurate indicates the laws in Norway are as misguided as in the US. The "experts" utter complete nonsense as they do in the US. Psychiatry there is as here, personal opinion masquerading as science.

Four teenagers with a gun decided to rob money from a friend who was selling drugs. One report is that his former girl friend arrived at his house with her new boy friend, who allegedly shot the old boyfriend-drug-dealer. None of these five young people were being watched by police. But for the last 40 years police, FBI informants and assorted socipaths in 9 crime families not only kept me under 24/7 surveillance, but they also harassed me and broadcast character assassination too. Again, who establishes police priorities? Yesterday a home invasion in Boston, a home invasion in Wellesley. Were police watching those perpetrators?

One Exception Proves The Rule
In this case AIM has a case. Brian Williams and others distort the Occupier situation with regard to who caused the violence. It is a tactic of Communists (now called Progressives) to provoke police actions so that they can gain sympathy of the public. It was the pattern employed at Columbia University in 1968. It worked well. To suggest that police are like Caesar's wife is to distort reality in the other direction. The Mollen Commission in New York recognized that police by their nature breed corruption. They require constant scrutiny, which is lacking in many communities. The FBI lost its way a generation ago. Too few media professionals are aware of FBI abuses in Boston. One informant is on trial now for 19 homicides. His handler is in a Florida prison convicted of homicide. Another Boston agent died in jail awaiting trial for homicide. The same FBI office framed four White men for murder. Two of them died in prison and two were released after 30 years. US Court awarded $110 million, which the delightful Justice Department refused to pay. The families of the murdered men still wait for a remedy. No agents were ever disciplined for the frame-up. There is good reason to distrust the police.

Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be relevant obviously) point --the quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'
Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism -- under any of those names, it definitely makes the DOJ look corrupt in their new website with Marxist accessories to match.

Codevilla argues that the reason the US finds itself in the position it is in today owes to a significant degree to its refusal after September 11, 2001, to properly identify its enemy. US foreign policy elites of all stripes and sizes refused to consider clearly how the US should best defend its interests because they refused to identify who most endangered those interests.

Drunk Driving Not A Priority
This gentleman was not under surveillance. He was able to drive while drunk, and at least eight times he was arrested. While dangerous criminals like this gentleman are permitted to roam freely in society, police not only from Cambridge, Somerville, Harvard campus cops and FBI informants keep me under surveillance, but also actively harass me every day trying to provoke me. They use young women as bait as I do errands and disturb my sleep every day awaking me every two hours or less. In honor of Thanksgiving police employees from New York City (not enough crime there too?) were brought in to cover the holidays of the usual suspects. Who creates police priorities?

The Spaniards' Brilliant Idea !!
In Seville Spain, local people found a way to stop the construction of another mosque in their town. They buried a pig on the site, and made sure this would be known by the local press.
The Islamic rules forbid the erecting of a Mosque on "pig soiled ground.
The Muslims had to cancel the project. This land was sold to them by government officials.
No protests were needed by the local people, and it worked!

Sharia's Encroachment into American Courts

Currently an estimated 2.6 million observant Muslims reside in the United States. Many live their lives according to sharia law, the moral and religious code of the Islamic faith. When Muslims bring legal disputes into U.S. courts, a legal dilemma often arises, pitting individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and laws against Islamic sharia law.
Increasingly, U.S. courts have yielded to sharia. In effect, our judicial system is failing to adhere to the very beliefs on which this country was founded. Sharia advocates are overturning our long-held legal traditions to follow precepts laid down by a faith that represents less than one percent of our population and whose beliefs are at odds with U.S. legal and spiritual history.
American law reflects Judeo-Christian values and traditions. These have always operated under the precept, "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto G-d the things that are G-d's." This separation, which created the historic distinction between religious leadership and secular authority in the United States, is now being threatened, as sharia has encroached into the American legal system, and Muslim advocacy groups have increased pressure to institute sharia. Two notable cases illustrate this trend.
Hosain v. Malik
Under U.S. law, child custody cases follow the legal standard of "the best interests of the child." This can mean joint custody of children by both parents, full custody solely by the mother or father, or, if both parents are unfit, custody by relatives or guardians. Under sharia or Islamic doctrine, however, fathers receive sole custody when children reach seven years of age, regardless of family circumstances.
That's exactly how Hosain v. Malik was decided in 1996 when an American court in Maryland awarded full custody of a daughter to her father, enforcing a court order from Pakistan, an Islamic country that follows sharia law. Although the mother in the custody battle was never deemed unfit and the daughter was actually afraid of her father, an alleged substance abuser and batterer, the U.S. court enforced sharia requirements. Further, the child's attorney was not present at the custody decision to advocate for the child, and no input was sought from the daughter, as is standard in U.S. custody cases.
In the Hosain v. Malik case, the husband's attorney cleverly twisted the "best interest of the child" requirement and argued that in Pakistani culture, the well-being of the child is facilitated by adherence to Islamic teaching, which mandates custody to the father. In this case, the child was sent back to Pakistan with the father, violating the child's human rights to enjoy a relationship with her mother and violating the mother's rights as a woman. Further, the father accused his ex-wife of adultery, which meant that if she returned to Pakistan she could face imprisonment, lashing, or even death by stoning under sharia.
New Jersey Divorce Case
In June 2009, a divorced Muslim woman (unnamed by the court), who was raped and assaulted by her husband, requested a restraining order from a New Jersey family court. The presiding judge denied the woman's request and stated that "the court believes that the husband was operating under his belief (Islamic sharia) that his demand to have sex whenever he so desired was not prohibited." Remarkably, the husband's imam testified at the trial to affirm that under the sharia, a wife is required to comply with her husband's sexual demands.
However, according to New Jersey law, coerced sex between married persons is considered rape regardless of whatever imams, rabbis, and priests declare it religiously sanctioned. Thirteen months later, the decision was overturned. But in the interim, the woman endured the stress of living without protection from a violent man whose right to rape, sanctioned by sharia, had been supported by the American judicial system.
These cases, which received limited media coverage, illustrate failure by the courts to maintain the integrity of state and federal laws. Our legal system must insure that constitutional guarantees are not influenced by any outside legal systems, including religious or foreign laws, such as sharia, which are hostile to our legal traditions.

Sharia is Allah's law, and it stands above all man-made laws. This immutable Islamic legal doctrine derives from the Koran and other sacred Islamic texts, interpretations, and rulings. It mandates gender apartheid, religious discrimination, Muslim supremacy, cruel punishments, and the denial of free speech and religion, among other things. Requirements are detailed for every aspect of life, from the correct use of the toilet to the treatment of non-Muslims to proper wife-beating techniques.
Islamic doctrine recognizes men as superior to women in matters of civil arbitration and thus promotes the unequal treatment of women. Under sharia, the list of inequalities include: a woman's testimony is valued at half that of a man's, she may be convicted of sexual misconduct if she is raped unless she produces four male witnesses, she receives half the inheritance of male offspring, her husband may freely divorce her without providing for her welfare, she may be raped with impunity, and she may be beaten as her husband sees fit. All these abuses, which violate U.S. laws for equal treatment of the sexes, are perfectly acceptable under sharia law.
Sharia law requires the segregation of Muslims from non-Muslims, assigns a subservient status to non-Muslims, forbids certain religious activities and observances and mandates death for Muslims who leave the faith -- all of which violate religious freedom, equal treatment under the law, and other guarantees in the U.S. constitution.
Jewish Law and Catholic Canon Law
Many who defend rulings that follow Islamic doctrine or sharia make spurious comparisons to Jewish law and Catholic Canon law. These comparisons are disingenuous because the distinctions couldn't be more striking between sharia and the laws of Jews and Catholics.
Islamic law or sharia is supremacist and triumphalist. The Koran commands Muslims to change secular laws to conform to sharia or to impose sharia worldwide. In Muslim countries, the mosque is both the state and the court. Disobeying sharia can be punished by flogging or death.
By contrast, Jewish (Halacha) and Catholic Canon laws are never imposed even for Jews and Catholics, respectively. Under Jewish law and Canon law, any two parties in a dispute can choose to seek and follow a decision rendered by a religious court, but they are always free to pursue secular redress. In fact, Jews and Catholics are required to follow secular law and are under no obligation whatsoever to abide by Jewish or Catholic Church doctrine. The dictum in Jewish law of "Dina d'malchuta dina" translates to "the law of the land is law" and recognizes non-Jewish laws and non-Jewish legal jurisdiction as binding on Jewish citizens. Jewish law does not operate under a supremacist power structure like Islamic doctrine. It is unenforceable, and it is not a replacement for constitutional law.
In contradiction to Church doctrine, Catholic men and women can freely initiate divorces without fear of punishment. A Catholic woman can even have an abortion, although abortion is condemned by the Catholic Church. Catholics can be excommunicated from the church, but this doesn't affect their individual liberties or impose criminal punishments or penalties.
Unlike Islamic sharia, Jewish law and Canon law have no provisions for taking lives, criminal penalties, or monetary compensation for non-money damages. No doctrinal basis exists to create a worldwide Jewish or Catholic government like an Islamic caliphate, nor is there a religious mandate for martyrdom similar to a jihad to fulfill Judaic or Catholic devotion. If a Catholic woman engaged in an extramarital affair, she would not be sentenced to death by stoning as she would be under Islamic doctrine. If her father or brother murdered her for her impropriety, they would be incarcerated for life or receive the death penalty by the appropriate authorities...and certainly not be praised for maintaining family honor, as is the case with sh aria. Catholics and Jews are free to change their religions without the threat of punishment by death faced by Muslims.
While sharia is immutable, Jewish and Canon law has evolved over time to embrace new interpretations. Jewish law allows the latitude for judicial discretion, and innovations are frequently proposed and instituted. Catholic Canon has also changed with varying circumstances and has a rich historic basis of evolution, beginning with the First Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D.
Clearly, sharia is at odds with everything enshrined in our Constitutio n to honor and preserve individual liberties and freedom. Sharia stands in opposition to equal protection under the law for both sexes, all religions, all races, and all ethnicities. Ultimately, it replaces the constitution with the objective of submitting to Allah's law, which denies freedom, equality, tolerance, and justice. Unfortunately, the United States is now on a slippery slope to allow sharia quarter in our American courtrooms. To permit this insidious divergence from U.S. and state law threatens the basic principles and liberties that Americans hold dear. In essence, sharia law is antithetical to the American concepts of freedom and equality.

a little ticked off! She also tells it like it is!

Thomas More Law Center issued the following report:

Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that Sudanese Christian Pastor George Saieg has a free speech right to distribute religious literature on public sidewalks and evangelize Muslims during the Annual Arab International Festival held each year in Dearborn, Michigan. For five years Saieg, who specifically ministers to Muslims, had been discussing his Christian faith and passing out literature on Dearborn’s sidewalks during the Festival without encountering any problems. Nevertheless, in 2009 police officials informed him he had to remain in a booth, prohibiting him from distributing his literature on the nearby sidewalks and public streets. |
The Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national conservative Christian public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, filed the federal lawsuit on behalf of Pastor Saieg in 2009, naming the City of Dearborn and its police chief, Ronald Haddad, as defendants. The case was handled by TMLC Senior Trial Counsel Rob Muise.
In ruling for Saieg, the court recognized the problem Saieg had with booth-based evangelizing: “the penalty of leaving Islam according to Islamic books is death,” which makes Muslims reluctant to approach a booth that is publically “labeled as … Christian.”

It is troubling to think that Boston FBI corruption remains a problem after so many years of media coverage. Are voters and taxpayers (aside from the ones who do not care what the FBI does) to think that the Boston FBI is corrupt only with organized crime matters? How can this be the only area of their relaxed rectitude? That is like the fantasy that only John Connolly and H. Paul Rico were corrupt agents. No agents were punished for the frame up for murder of four white men. Is there is an analogy with Middlesex County, dissolved due to pervasive corruption. The new employees are as corrupt. Privacy Rights, Psychiatry and Safety
The Middlesex DA laments teen violence in schools. Privacy rights conflict with school safety. This results from misguided public policies and the deterioration of the family as a priority. For a generation researchers know that one parent families create a high likelihood of juvenile problems for young men and women. But liberal policy makers led by Harvard elitists encourage single parent homes. The other element of this conflict is that privacy rights of students prohibit sharing of information of "special education status." Students with behavior problems are often placed into special education because of the deference to the Therapeutic State promoted by the psychiatric industry.
Students who say or do things that psychiatrists do not like become mentally ill, and are placed into special education classes. They may just be young thugs but psychiatrists are paid to give them drugs instead of punishing them due to their lack of appropriate rearing. The proliferation of criminals being treated with psychiatric drugs adds to this problem which in turn demonizes persons with disabilities. The schools do not make a distinction between criminals and harmless special education students. In addition when a doctor is negligent and a patient dies, patient privacy is used to prevent learning what the doctor did wrong. But in this situation students have no political clout and their privacy rights are violated in the name of safety.
Learning is diminished by psychologists in the schools. Treatment is not education. With more one parent homes sending young students to school who do not have basic social skills the schools are disrupted. Public policy encourages disruption of schools and the psychiatric industry diverts attention away from learning.

Here is a major point of conflict in contemporary society. Professionals, lawyers, doctors, police, who have an economic interest in supporting psychiatry, say that mental illness causes violence. But this woman openly talked about the influence of the Devil in her life. Flip Wilson explained this situation when he was asked why he (as Geraldine) bought an unusual dress. He'd say, "The Devil made me do it." So what is the difference? The Devil and mental illness cause crime? But the Devil does it for free. When it is mental illness, taxpayers fund the examinations.

Police Career Goals Need Evalaution
These Police Chiefs promote the Therapeutic State, where psychiatry rules. There are no due process protections when medicalizing social problems. Psychiatry undermines the notion of free will, and accountability. "The devil made me do it." was Flip Wilson's routine, now adopted by the courts. Do others make these police officers pour alcoholic drinks and ingest them? Are they unable to say no? If they cannot abstain from drinking to excess what stops them from abusing their power in other ways? Perhaps a re-evaluation of career goals is in order. Maybe running for elected office is more appropriate to their skills.

All It Takes Is One Corrupt Cop
What the Chicago Police Superintendent says is likely accurate, "they [the two corrupt cops] are exceptions on a force made up overwhelmingly of good cops." But all it takes is one corrupt cop to ruin a person's life. The good honest cops remain silent about abuses by their colleagues. It is what makes the police untrustworthy. They demand that poor teens snitch on their young colleagues. But police, lawyers, doctors and academics subscribe to omerta. The pattern of police working closely with crime families is repeated among all police departments. One cop is the "go to" guy for criminals. He accepts the bag money and distributes it to his colleagues. The others do nothing wrong except take money and remain silent. It is the nature of police to become abusive of their power. Without constant scrutiny they will take advantage of their statutory powers. In New York City and to a lesser extent in New York State citizens scrutinize police about once a generation. In Massachusetts police are never scrutinized. It is what led to the thorough corruption of the Boston office of the FBI. One informant is on on trial for 19 homicides. The Boston FBI framed four White men for murder. Two died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. There is still no scrutiny of the Massachusetts law enforcement mechanisms. Massachusetts voters join the politicians in their loud silence. In 1990 after I complained about police harassment one crime family used local police to arrest me and to hold me for 78 days. The courts too were used to destroy my reputation. Defense attorneys were paid to not put on any defense. This is the state which brought the voters and taxpayers US Sen. John Kerry, and the Kennedy cult.

Lawyer Demonizes His Client and Persons With Disabilities
"John Darrell, said his troubled client had a 'long, long history of mental illness' and no memory of the brutal attack." He shows his ignorance of the privacy interests of his client, joining prosecutors and journalists. Of what value is it to reveal his client's medical records at an arraignment? Why do journalists repeat this obscenity? There is no rational reason. Notifying the Court of potential use of an insanity defense is required, but not at an arraignment. Journalists and prosecutors sensationalize disability to demonize suspects. They slur all persons ever accused of mental illness, a legal disability. Using medical records of disability indicates a lack of respect for his client's rights. But also the defense attorney shows his own bias suggesting that the history of disability is the cause of the violence. He shows his lack of awareness that psychiatric drugs are known to cause violence. Even the drug company controlled FDA requires a warning label on the bottle for these drugs. Why is there no recognition that the toxic drugs may be what caused the violent reaction of this suspect? The drug company lobbyists perpetuate a fraud on the public and the taxpayer funded government and courts. One more element of the elected career criminal political class.

How Judges Avoid Accountability
The aunt of the suspect knew--knew--he was going to kill. Why did she allow him near anyone? Saying "the courts kept letting him go,” indicates that the courts are not able to distinguish between dangerous persons and ordinary eccentrics. Courts pay psychiatrists or psychologists, who claim to be able to predict the future, to make the decisions. See how accurately their prognostications are. The trier of fact is charged with making such decisions. But judges avoid accountability by deferring to the professional predictors. This is not only a waste of taxpayer funds, but judges do not do their jobs and get paid anyway. Like their legislative colleagues judges need to man up, do their job, and be held accountable for their errors. Why are they judges if they cannot distinguish between criminals and ordinary citizens?

Psychiatric Drugs and Three Homicides
The key fact overlooked in this report is that the suspect was "heavily medicated." Psychiatric drugs are known to cause homicidal and suicidal thoughts. The drug-company-controlled FDA requires a black warning label showing how dangerous the drugs are. Yet journalists and police continue to show how clueless they are of the fraudulent nature of psychiatry. The drugs are often the cause of violence. When will some prosecutor with common sense, a rare commodity among public officials, recognize this fact and indict the psychiatrists who prescribe the chemicals? The industry blames the individuals who are a victims of state sponsored drug abuse. It is convenient that US psychiatrists are believed to have genes cleansed of greed, mendacity and sadism. They are thought to be superior humans and obeyed by police, politicians, journalists and judges. It provides easy answers to crime. The illness made him do it. Not the drugs made him do it. The cure is worse than the illness. Medicalizing social problems was a Nazi project. Jews were vermin needing extermination. A diagnosis does not allow for any appeals. Medical professionals can end a person's freedom with no due process protections.

Making Crime Into Illnesses
Former NFL coach Dick Vermeil wrote the forward in Sandusky's book. "If it's true, he's a sick man. He had an illness none of us knew about. That's all." His comments show he accepts the Therapeutic State promoted by the psychiatric industry. Making illnesses out of anti social behavior, i.e., criminal acts is what the Nazis did in Germany. They medicalized social problems. They declared Jews to be vermin, needing extermination. There is no appeal from a medical diagnosis. It allows the state to deny basic rights to individuals who become unpopular with the ruling class. Yet it comes into the dominant paradigm as benign, not demonizing those helpless individuals who harm others. Their crimes are rationalized under made up illnesses which need treatment. And who provides the treatment? Psychiatrists.
