This essay is hilarious. Coulter describes the same pattern employed by black students at Harvard Law School demanding an end to white racism. Students, university and law school administrators appear to agree that all white people are wealthy and powerful; but all black people are poor and weak. Annoyed at federal judge Gonzalo P. Curiel’s persistent rulings against him in the Trump University case (brought by a law firm that has paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for speeches by Bill and Hillary), Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said that maybe it’s because the judge is a second-generation Mexican immigrant.



The entire media — and most of the GOP — have spent 10 months telling us that Mexicans in the United States are going to HATE Trump for saying he’ll build a wall. Now they’re outraged that Trump thinks one Mexican hates him for saying he’ll build a wall.
Curiel has distributed scholarships to illegal aliens. He belongs to an organization that sends lawyers to the border to ensure that no illegal aliens’ “human rights” are violated. The name of the organization? The San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association — “La Raza” meaning THE RACE.
Let’s pause to imagine the nomination hearings for a white male who belonged to any organization for white people — much less one with the words “THE RACE” in its title.
The media were going to call Trump a racist whatever he did, and his attack on a Hispanic judge is way better than when they said it was racist for Republicans to talk about Obama’s golfing.
Has anyone ever complained about the ethnicity of white judges or white juries? I’ve done some research and it turns out … THAT’S ALL WE’VE HEARD FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS.
The New York Times alone has published hundreds of articles, editorials, op-eds, movie reviews, sports articles and crossword puzzles darkly invoking “white judges” and “all-white” juries, as if that is ipso facto proof of racist justice.
Two weeks ago–that’s not an error; I didn’t mean to type “decades” and it came out “weeks” — the Times published an op-ed by a federal appeals judge stating: “All-white juries risk undermining the perception of justice in minority communities, even if a mixed-race jury would have reached the same verdict or imposed the same sentence.”
In other words, even when provably not unfair, white jurors create the “perception” of unfairness solely by virtue of the color of their skin.
Innocence Project co-founder Barry Scheck’s entire career of springing criminals would be gone if it were generally accepted that we can’t question judges or juries based on race or ethnicity. Writing about the release of Glenn Ford, a black man convicted of robbing a jewelry store and murdering the owner, Scheck claimed that one of the most important factors in Ford’s death sentence was the “all-white jury.”



On the other hand, the evidence against Ford included: His two black friends telling police he’d shown them jewelry the day of the murder, another Ford acquaintance swearing he’d had a .38 in his waistband — the murder weapon was a .38 — and the gunshot residue on Ford’s hand. His conviction was overturned many years later, on the theory that his black friends had committed the murder, then framed him.
So we know 1) the “real killers” were also black; and 2) any jury would have convicted Ford on that evidence.
Here’s how the Times described Ford’s trial: “A black man convicted of murder by an all-white jury in Louisiana in 1984 and sentenced to die, tapped into an equally old and painful vein of race.”
I have approximately 1 million more examples of the media going mental about a “white judge” or “all-white jury,” and guess what? In none of them were any of the white people involved members of organizations dedicated to promoting white people, called “THE RACE.”
Say, does anyone remember if it ever came up that the Ferguson police force was all white? Someone check that.
I don’t want to upset you New York Times editorial board, but perhaps we should revisit the results of the Nuremberg trials. Those were presided over by – TRIGGER WARNING! – “all white” juries. (How do we really know if Hermann Göring was guilty without hearing women’s and Latino voices?)
The model of a fair jury was the O.J. trial. Nine blacks, one Hispanic and two whites, who had made up their minds before the lawyers’ opening statements.

In defiance of everyday experience, known facts and common sense, we are all required to publicly endorse the left’s religious belief that whites are always racist, but women and minorities are incapable of any form of bias. If you say otherwise, well, that’s “textbook racism,” according to Paul Ryan.
At least when we’re talking about American blacks, there’s a history of white racism, so the double standard is not so enraging. What did we ever do to Mexicans? Note to Hispanics, Muslims, women, immigrants and gays: You’re not black.
Six months ago, a Times editorial demanded that the Republican Senate confirm Obama judicial nominee Luis Felipe Restrepo, on the grounds that “[a]s a Hispanic,” Restrepo would bring “ethnic … diversity to the court.”
You see how confusing this is. On one hand, it’s vital that we have more women and Latinos on the courts because white men can’t be trusted to be fair. But to suggest that women and Latinos could ever be unfair in the way that white men can, well, that’s “racist.”
The effrontery of this double standard is so blinding, that the only way liberals can bluff their way through it is with indignation.

Three Albany college students who claimed to be victims of a racially motivated attack have been indicted for assault and falsely reporting the incident.
Ariel Aguido, Asha Burwell and Alexis Briggs, all 20, had originally claimed they were assaulted - only for prosecutors to later claim they had been the aggressors.
They claimed they were attacked on a Capital District Transportation Authority bus on January 30, but prosecutors say they actually assaulted a 19-year-old woman early that Saturday.
Police later said: 'The evidence indicates they were actually the aggressors in the physical altercation, and that they continued to assault the victim despite the efforts of several passengers to stop them.'
Agudio's attorney Mark Mishler previously said in a statement that the charges were 'unwarranted'.
He said Agudio was 'an exemplary young woman and an excellent student' and that she asked people 'not rush to judgement in this matter'.
Police said during a three week investigation, they reviewed video from 12 security cameras and four cell phones, and also interviewed 35 people, according to WNYT.
University of Albany police released two surveillance videos of the incident.
The police statement issued last week states a 19-year-old woman was the victim, but footage appears to a show a man being assaulted at one point.
The women's initial report of the incident led to national outrage, a massive campus rally and even Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton tweeted about it, hitting out against violence on a college campus.
The three students claimed that on January 30, they were on the bus when at about 1am when around 12 white classmates called them racial slurs during a verbal argument before a physical altercation broke out.
Following the alleged attack, Burwell took to Twitter to recount the ordeal that same day writing: 'I just got jumped on a bus while people hit us and called us the 'n' word and NO ONE helped us.'
She then tweeted that she was in disbelief after experiencing 'what it's like to be beaten because of the color of my skin.'

The Great Hoax of Albany started out straightforwardly enough: a dozen violent and racist white students harassed, threatened, tossed N-bombs and attacked three black coeds -- hurting them really, really, really badly.
For no reason what so ever.
It ended Wednesday when Albany police charged the three black women with assault, and charged two of them with filing a false police report about the racial violence.

Within a few hours, the black president at the University at Albany decried the racism and hate crime. Soon after that, CNN, the New York Daily News, and lots of other news sites joined in, following the local media.
Those damn white people were at it again. Attacking black people.

Black people are “sacrificed,” to white violence and white supremacy, she said to the bobbing head of the CBS news moderator. Later, Washington Post editor David Ignatius said stopping white on black violence should be the top priority of President Obama’s remaining time in office.

Soon after that, hundreds of students gathered to denounce the white on black violence and hate crimes in what was described as the largest gathering of its kind at the university.

No one pointed out -- or cared -- that in Albany, racial violence is a common and one-way thing: Black on white.

Then Burwell’s brother, Tyreek, got into the act. He is a 300-pound recent addition to the roster of the San Diego Chargers football team. He issued a tweet to one of the white devils who attacked his sister. [. . .] Hope the police get to you before I do.”
The student left the University at Albany soon after receiving that and other threats.
Soon after, Hillary Clinton tweeted: “There is no excuse for racism and violence on a college campus.”
And oh yeah, the entire story was a lie.
All of it.
The Great Hoax began to unravel even before the big rally. Twitter and Facebook were full of accounts from the big bad white people. They said it never happened. In fact, they said Asha Burwell and her friends were the ones tossing around racial epithets and causing violence.
No one really paid much attention. Not the university president, anyway.
He doubled down at a Martin Luther King/Black History Month Breakfast meeting: Again, decrying the hate. Again, not even hinting at the possibility none of it was true.

local media stayed on top of local law enforcement, asking to see the videos. Wednesday it broke: the ABC affiliate in Albany talked to law enforcement officials who had seen the videos from the bus. And they said the black coeds started the entire thing: They were the ones tossing around the racial epithets. They began the violence. And they lied their asses off about it.
“I am told by law enforcement sources that these three self-proclaimed victims are now going to be served with tickets to appear in court possibly next Monday to face charges,” said Anya Winter of Channel 10 News. “But we do know this is one sign that law enforcement is moving forward with making these women accountable for possibly making false accusations,” Winter said.

Consider Mona Chalabi, an editor of the iconic leftwing British newspaper, The Guardian, who believes that having good grammar and correcting others is racist, an expression of “white privilege.”
The notion that nonwhites cannot command good grammar is racist to the core. And the idea that grammar rules are simply optional based on race is a recipe for imprecise communication, aka misunderstanding.
That an editor should voice these opinions is astonishing. I suppose we can look forward to the Guardian sliding even further into incoherence.

The reason CNN altered the photo is obvious: the race of Mercer does not fit the narrative that only white males — and thus white supremacist — can be mass shooters.
A black male shooter is incompatible with the racist Black Lives Matters class warfare agenda pushed by the liberal establishment and its propaganda media.
On Friday, a CNN correspondent, Pamela Brown, cited writings allegedly penned by Mercer where he “rambled about his hatred toward black men,” thus portraying him as a racist or possibly a white supremacist.

By now you’ve heard the story of Ahmed Mohamed, crowned by the Daily Beast “The Muslim Hero America Has Been Waiting For” after the 14-year-old brought to school a beeping, strange-looking homemade concealed device that turned out to be a clock.
School officials, thinking, as 95 percent of Americans would, that it kinda looked like a bomb, hauled him out of class. Police put him in handcuffs and, even after the confusion passed, the boy was suspended from school.
That earned Mohamed a planned trip to the White House, a message of support from Hillary Clinton, an offer to stop by Facebook to meet Mark Zuckerberg and an invitation to be an intern at Twitter.

Josh Welch, a white Maryland kid with ADHD who was 7 years old when he was kicked out of school for chewing a Pop-Tart into the shape of a pistol and pretending to shoot other students with it, must be puzzled.
Where’s his White House invitation? Where’s his chance to start networking at Facebook? His parents were forced to hire a lawyer and spent a year and a half just trying to get the suspension erased from the kid’s record. They were repeatedly refused.

In Dyer County, Tenn., Kendra Turner says she was suspended for saying “Bless you” after a student sneezed, and that her teacher told her that she would have no “godly speaking in class.”
A school administrator said, “This was not a religious issue at all, but more of an issue the teacher felt was a distraction in her class.” Uh-huh. School leadership offered no explanation for the photos posted by students that showed “bless you” on a list of expressions banned in the classroom. Turner is still waiting for her call from President Obama.

I’m an electronics geek. I was interested in the clock! I wanted to figure out what he had come up with.
I found the highest resolution photograph of the clock I could. Instantly, I was disappointed. Somewhere in all of this – there has indeed been a hoax. Ahmed Mohamed didn’t invent his own alarm clock. He didn’t even build a clock. Now, before I go on and get accused of attacking a 14 year old kid who’s already been through enough, let me explain my purpose. I don’t want to just dissect the clock. I want to dissect our reaction as a society to the situation. Part of that is the knee-jerk responses we’re all so quick to make without facts. So, before you scroll down and leave me angry comments, please continue to the end (or not – prove my point, and miss the point, entirely!)
For starters, one glance at the printed circuit board in the photo, and I knew we were looking at mid-to-late 1970s vintage electronics. Surely you’ve seen a modern circuit board, with metallic traces leading all over to the various components like an electronic spider’s web. You’ll notice right away the highly accurate spacing, straightness of the lines, consistency of the patterns. That’s because we design things on computers nowadays, and computers assist in routing these lines. Take a look at the board in Ahmed’s clock. It almost looks hand-drawn, right? That’s because it probably was. Computer aided design was in its infancy in the 70s. This is how simple, low cost items (like an alarm clock) were designed. Today, even a budding beginner is going to get some computer aided assistance – in fact they’ll probably start there, learning by simulating designs before building them.

The recent shout-down of Martin O’Malley and Bernie Sanders by Blacklivesmatter protesters shows that Coates’ view, far from being radical, is already accepted on the left. O’Malley, who quite reasonably said that not only black lives matter, but that all lives matter, subsequently caved and apologized. For people who see a nation dominated by white racism and privilege, white lives don’t really much matter, just as the lives of the firefighters and policemen who died on 9/11 did not matter to Coates.



Coates likely has little influence on groups like Blacklivesmatter. Unless the Atlantic’s demographics have dramatically changed, his readership is overwhelmingly of the white limousine liberal variety -- people who think self-hate is cool. Indeed, Coates may be behind the curve already. But that is small comfort in a society that now seems to be slowly coming apart at the seams, because frankly, the ideas of Coates’ radical Black Panther father, and those of the American Constitution cannot coexist. And one has to wonder, is this really what a smart guy like Ta-Nehisi Coates wants for himself and his son?

Homeowner Barry Binkley Jr. said he flew the rebel flag at his Frazer Road property for more than 15 years and never heard any complaints. He said he isn't racist and displayed the flag because it is a symbol that ties him to friends and family in the South, including cousins in North Carolina.
The banner was on a flagpole outside the ranch-style home and visible from the street in the semirural neighborhood.
His truck window also was found broken Wednesday. A second Confederate banner on his garage was not disturbed.

Still-framing the video shows a more complicated picture. It shows two young men rushing him from behind on his weapon side. Protocol requires Officer Casebolt to maintain weapon control at all times. The video also appears to show that his finger was never in the trigger group, but rather beside the barrel and never in the firing position. The way he used the weapon was a tactic to gain control, which posed no danger. When slowed, the video shows Casebolt using restraint.

They came to a community pool owned by a condo association or a cooperative real estate company. One member invited twenty or more of her friends who showed up and began harassing the residents. You can see in the first video some of that fight which does not appear in the short version broadcast nationally.

What is the purpose of deceiving so many people? One reason is to divide ordinary citizens so that the upper classes can manipulate them. Communists have a stated mission to divide Americans. Many journalists are either willing participants in the division of the nation or they are useful idiots, clueless to what they are doing. Another reason is to continue the effort of globalists to place all law enforcement under federal jurisdiction by discrediting local police. Notice how few FBI, ATF, IRS, Homeland Security, TSA  abuses are being reported, as if they never abuse their power. Ahem!

That when officials shut the gates to the show, the Hot 97 Summer Jam at the MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, causing a logjam of people at the MetLife gate, which in turn led to metal barriers being toppled and thrown.
After concertgoers began throwing bottles in response, police then took up a defensive V-shaped position in front of the stadium gates as a barrage of bottles pelted the officers.
An armored state police vehicle came into the middle of the crowd and activated a piercing alarm to try and disrupt the crowd of about 1,000 people.
Several rounds of tear gas were released into the crowd and one concertgoer was Maced in the parking lot.
Uniformed officers wearing helmets and gas masks and holding shields would briefly come out from behind the gates to make arrests, before retreating.

One sample question from the test asked prospective educators to identify the mathematical principle of a linear relationship when given four examples; another asked them to read four passages from the Constitution and identify which illustrated checks and balances. Besides factual knowledge, the test also checks basic academic skills, such as reading comprehension and the ability to read basic charts and graphs.
Nevertheless, this apparently neutral subject matter contained an insidious kernel of racism, because Hispanic and black applicants had a passage rate only 54 to 75 percent of the passage rate for whites.

Minorities who failed the exam (who number in the thousands) may be owed years of back pay totaling millions of dollars, and those who were relegated to substitute teaching jobs could be promoted to having their own classrooms. In addition, while Wood’s ruling only applies to New York City, the test was used statewide, and it could serve as a precedent for further lawsuits.
The ruling could also pave the way for another ruling finding New York’s current teacher test, the Academic Literacy Skills Test (ALST), to be discriminatory as well. That test is even harder than LAST-2, with a strong focus on literacy skills such as writing and reading comprehension, and like LAST-2 it has a very large gap in scores between whites and minorities. A lawsuit, once again being heard by Wood, is already pending, with the plaintiffs arguing that there is no clear evidence strong literacy skills are essential for a teacher.

Racism Industry Continues Stirring Up Racial Animosity Supported By The White House

This week, the NAACP made national front-page headlines with a local press release demanding that the feds investigate the hanging death of a local man in Port Gibson, Miss. Derrick Johnson, president of the NAACP Mississippi State Conference, immediately invoked the specter of a “hate crime.” In response, the Obama Justice Department flooded the zone with a whopping 30 federal agents.

As I reported in January, the group was here in my adopted hometown of Colorado Springs hyping a so-called “bombing” at the city’s chapter office.

But the allegedly racist perpetrator of the “NAACP bombing” turned out to be a disgruntled client of a now-deceased tax accountant who once worked in the same office complex. The financially troubled suspect had unsuccessfully tried to contact the tax preparer for years to obtain past tax returns. But unbeknownst to the “bomber,” who set off a pathetic improvised explosive device on the opposite side of the NAACP office, the accountant had been sent to prison for bilking other clients — and had passed away several years ago.
Confirming what only a few of us in the media dared to theorize out loud, race had absolutely nothing to do with the wildly inflated and cynically exploited incident in Colorado Springs.

None of this appears to have chastened the journalists who reflexively empower the NAACP agitators who reflexively cry racism. Just weeks after the not-NAACP bombing, here they are stoking fears of a probably-not-racist-not-lynching. Despite law enforcement reports that Byrd’s hands were unbound, despite warnings from the local sheriff (who happens to be black) not to jump to conclusions, and despite the very real possibility that Byrd committed suicide, the papers and airwaves disseminated Blame Whitey and Blame Righty talking points without thinking twice.

A typical and familiar headline: “Arson at Black Church Echoes Bigotry of the Past.” The NAACP jumped onboard and demanded that then-Attorney General Janet Reno investigate. President Clinton fanned the flames; panels were formed; federal spending programs were passed. But a year later, Fields’ own paper was forced to admit that “analysis of the 64 fires since 1995 shows only four can be conclusively shown to be racially motivated.”
Several of the crimes had been committed by black suspects; a significant number of the black churches were in fact white churches;
