Boston Man Fights With Cambridge Police After Arrest

This thoughtful gentleman took time from his busy schedule to engage Cambridge police officers, using someone else's driver's license. He tried to escape and had some outstanding arrest warrants, yes plural. But no one was watching this young man. He was free to roam about the area conducting his informal education classes without any conflict or concern from local police, crime families, Harvard University campus police, building superintendents, or student psychologists. No one was harassing this guy. No one disturbed his sleep or caused his computer to crash every one or two minutes. The priorities of above mentioned organizations are to conduct 24/7 surveillance and harassment of a 70 year old white man who survived 43 years of government criminal abuses in mostly three states. It explains why there are so many misguided priorities among politicians and human services corporations. Criminals are free to travel about the area conducting crimes. But law abiding citizens are tormented,  slandered, provoked, ridiculed and humiliated. As long as illegal aliens arrive freely, same sex marriage increases and Obama continues to issue executive orders there will be peace and justice across the land.

Payne provided someone else’s driver’s license, and that person had a suspended license and multiple firearms violations, police said. As officers tried to place handcuffs on his wrists, Payne reportedly pushed them and ran down Walden Street.
Payne tried to climb a fence on the backside of the Walden Square Apartments, but was not able to escape police, according to the report. He then started to fight an officer, ripping his nametag off his uniform, the report said.
Police pepper-sprayed Payne, who reportedly continued to try to escape. Afterwards, Payne reportedly complained of chest pains and was transported to a hospital. His car was towed.
He was charged with driving with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender, failure to stop or yield, resisting arrest and two counts of assault and battery on a police officer. He also had three outstanding warrants out of Framingham District Court and Boston District Court.
