Howie Carr still supports law enforcement, without taking an oath to do so. His colleagues on Sunday WRKO Pundit Review told me that the $2,500 fine and quick plea bargain was in deference to a Congressman. Huh? Isn't that the issue here? Government criminals getting away with their crimes due to the corrupt criminal justice system? The standards for accountability were set by US Sen. Ted Kennedy, James "Whitey" Bulger and the FBI Frameup of four white men for murder. There isn't even justice in the halls in this state.

Medical Reserearch Abuses

The pattern of out of control medical researchers continues. 64 years after the fact US Officials admit their crimes against humanity in Guatemala. US Law on Human Experiments (Title 45 CFR 46), The Common Rule, carries no penalties for using human subjects without consent. From 1944 to 1974, MIT researchers funded by Quaker Oats conducted radiation experiments on young men at the Fernald School in MA. See State Boys Rebellion, by Michael D'Antonio. Civilians designated "retarded" were used without consent exposing them to radiated foods to see what the effects were. In 1993 the US Energy Secretary admitted those abuses of up to 16,000 humans. When victims complained to the US Department of Energy the bureaucrats called them "the crazies." Psychiatry is used to discredit victims of goverment and academic research crimes. The lack of accountability of academic government researchers allows current abuses which are allegedly ongoing even at Harvard. Today hundreds of civilians complain about testing of high tech military anti-personnel weapons which the government denies as they did with the radiation experiments. The US Agency whose mission is to protect humans from research abuses refuses to investigate complaints. They demand evidence of criminal abuses from the victims. Is the government covering up the abuses to protect the researchers, as the FBI protected the Bulger crime family?

Liberals Obsessed With Disorderly Conduct Arrest

When will some group (or alleged journalist) investigate the abuses of power by then Cambridge Mayor Simmons, MA Gov. Patrick, US President Obama and Middlesex DA Leone all of whom abused their powers after that arrest for the benefit of a multi-millionaire tenured Harvard professor. The Hatch Act is still law. The acceptance of corruption of the criminal justice system reveals the lawlessness of MA government and the current US administration. Did Councilor Reeves get his opinion approved by Professor Ogletree -- the Pope of Racism? Does Councilor Cheung dispute Eric Holder's doctrine that Americans are cowards because they fear speaking about racism? The Cambridge City Council regularly speaks about racism refusing to let white men forget that they are all racists, stupid, evil and mentally ill. Or is that Professor Counter's doctrine?

The AG's office runs the Middlesex District Attorney's Office. There is no Middlesex County government, which was dissolved due to corruption. Leone and his staff work for the state. Leone is the official with legal authority to dimiss a complaint properly filed by a police officer. In the Gates case (according to the Cambridge City Manager) Cambridge City Solicitor Drisdell and a private attorney (former General Counsel for the MBTA) "negotiated" the dismissal without the DA. How many state laws were violated by officials who run the criminal justice system will remain unknown due to the privileged position of Harvard's multi millionaire tenured Professor Gates. How many arrested civilians spend no time in a cell? How many have their charges dismissed before arraignment? The way Professor Gates was treated added to the pervasive cynicism regarding the MA state court system and the US Courts in MA. The few dedicated and honest judges have had their reputations harmed by the criminal abuses of power during and after the arrest of this upper class elitist professor. Police improperly arrest civilians every day. These ordinary persons do not have their politician friends speak out demanding the charge be dismissed. In the name of equality former Harvard General Counsel Margaret Marshal, promoted legalization of same sex marriage; contrary to a state constitution provision excluding her court from having jurisdiction over marriage. But when it came to the application of criminal law, Harvard's politicians demanded unequal protection of the laws.

Official statements always reflect reality. Ask any PR Flack. AHHHHEM!

Focus on Domestic Violence

No doubt there is domestic violence, racial violence and homophobic violence, which all get attention from politicians and media. Why is there seldom any focus on abuses of persons with disabilities? One would think that these vulnerable persons are never abused. Unlike women, gays and black Americans, disabled persons are often denied access to protection. Taxpayer funded agencies for disabled persons are mostly run by police and bureaucrats who take notes and refer the victims to other bureaucrats. Eliminating these useless jobs which don't protect persons with disabilities would save taxpayer money. Especially abused by professionals and civilians alike are persons accused of mental illness. Police and journalists love to harass and to humiliate these people.

Maureen Dowd Attacks Women

MAUREEN DOWD UNLEASHED ON 'MEAN' REPUBLICAN WOMEN
Sat Oct 16 2010 17:43:06 ET

NYT columnist Maureen Dowd's support for women and equality in politics ends -- when the women are Republicans!

Dowd has filed her nails and filed her Sunday column, newsroom sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT, and the fur is set to fly against "Republican Mean Girls."

"Jan, Meg, Carly, Sharron, Linda, Michele, Queen Bee Sarah and sweet wannabe Christine -- have co-opted and ratcheted up the disgust with the status quo that originally buoyed Barack Obama," writes Dowd.

"Whether they're mistreating the help or belittling the president's manhood, making snide comments about a rival's hair or ripping an opponent for spending money on a men's fashion show, the Mean Girls have replaced Hope with Spite and Cool with Cold."

Dowd celebrates the shattering of one of the last remaining glass ceilings with 700 words.

The victorious Republicans are "grown-up versions of those teenage tormentors who would steal your boyfriend, spray-paint your locker and, just for good measure, spread rumors that you were pregnant."

Sisterhood for the flaming redhead ends at the ballot box!

Study of Revenge

This study is limited to individuals. In contemporary US (society) people identify as members of groups, even though the rights guaranteed by the US Constitution are for individuals not groups. They take an offense against a member as an offense against all members. Thus there are multiple events passing for revenge against an individual by a group. Not only was this aspect not included in the study it raises further questions about the breakdown in fairness of society, and denial of Constitutional protections for individuals.

Medicaid Fraud Defendants Seek Almost $325,000 in Legal Fees and Costs After Court Dismissed Case Because PsychRights is Not In It for The Money

On October 14, 2010, Osamu Matsutani, Providence Hospital, Anchorage Community Mental Health Services and other defendants in U.S. ex rel PsychRights v. Matsutani et al., filed for almost $325,000 in legal fees and costs against the Law Project for Psychiatric Rights (PsychRights®). This was in the wake of the case's dismissal in late September on the grounds that government officials already know about the industry-wide fraud and are allowing it to continue. In that decision, the district decided the case could not go forward because,

the Government already "has pursued False Claims Act cases and achieved extremely large recoveries against drug companies for causing the presentment of claims to Medicaid for prescriptions of psychotropic drugs that are not for medically accepted indications, including Geodon and Seroquel for use in children and youth." Thus, . . . the Government already knows about the conduct . . . . [1]

That decision is on appeal.

A primary reason why these defendants assert they should be paid their attorney's fees is because PsychRights is bringing these cases to protect children and youth from the massive harm caused by these drugs, rather than for the money. Jim Gottstein, the president of PsychRights, said PsychRights will oppose the attorney's fees and costs requests.

The Law Project for Psychiatric Rights is a public interest law firm devoted to the defense of people facing the horrors of forced psychiatric drugging and electroshock. PsychRights is further dedicated to exposing the truth about psychiatric interventions and the courts being misled into ordering people subjected to these brain and body damaging drugs and electroshock against their will. Due to massive growth in psychiatric drugging of children and youth and the current targeting of them for even more psychiatric drugging, PsychRights has made attacking this problem a priority. It is an unfolding national tragedy of immense proportions. Extensive information about the tragic damage caused psychiatric drugs and electroshock is available on the PsychRights web site: http://psychrights.org/.

Psychiatry Wastes Taxpayer Funds

This action by the judge exposes one of many institutionalized wastes of taxpayer funds by the psychiatric industry. After an arrest the state sends some suspects for "competency evaluations." This proceeding is supposed to determine the fitness of the defendant to stand trial. The standard has a low threshold, requiring knowing what a court is, what a lawyer is and why the person is in court. It takes about 5 minutes. But the psychiatric industry often takes weeks to make the determination. Many months if not years later the defendant is brought to court for trial. He appears based on the earlier evaluation which means little. But that does not stop the lawyers and judges from working with the mental health industry to rob taxpayers ordering evaluations when they serve no purpose.

Camden NJ Police Scandal

[From article]
"The corruption scandal has forced the Camden County Prosecutor's Office to toss out 210 drug cases in which at least one of the officers played a part. The dismissals overturned convictions and prompted the release of dozens of people from prison, as well as sparked a plethora of lawsuits against the city."

Obama's Deceptions

[From article]
"Sometimes I like to pretend that I'm 6 feet, 5 inches tall.

That's the kind of self-deception President Obama must employ when he gets in front of a crowd and declares -- as he did again last Friday -- that 850,000 private sector jobs were created this year.

I'm not that tall -- not even close.

And there haven't been 850,000 jobs created by non-government employers in the past nine months -- not even close. That's just the way it is, and repeating a lie isn't going to turn it into a truth."

[From article]
"It should be taken as an axiom of political life that if your argument is about the other side's advertisements, you're losing. If your argument is about who's funding the other side's ads, you're losing badly. And if your argument is about how foreigners might -- lack of evidence notwithstanding -- be secretly funneling cash into the other side's ad, you're losing in a historic landslide.

CIA Prevented Police from Solving Crimes

How many serious crimes did US agencies prevent being solved by gathering and or hiding evidence from police? That would be in addition to the crimes for which the police themselves conveniently lost evidence or did not gather it properly.

[From article]

The case just got more and more bizarre with every new development — including all the information about Meyer's association with JFK, her ex-husband the covert ops man and her diary — all of which were hidden from the DC cops."

More Money Will Not Improve Schools

[From article]
"We have tripled per-pupil spending during the past four decades while results have largely stayed flat.

The money has been poured into personnel, on the theory that more teachers equal more learning. If the teachers are unexceptional, that's not true. The compensation structure of teachers -- with a large portion of their pay devoted to pensions and benefits -- tends to attract careerists looking to settle into jobs for life.

The resulting insular culture of nonaccountability is nearly impossible to crack."

Computer Crimes Leave Civilians Vulnerable

Cambridge MA Police deny any abilities to investigate such crimes against individuals. What protection is there from criminals if the FBI demands an alleged loss of more than $75,000 to open an investigation? Again who is in charge in this country? It surely is not the government.

That was right after the National Bureau of Economic Research declared that the recession officially ended in June, 2009.

Psychiatry and Politics

[From article]
"It is a lawyers' adage: If you have the law on your side, argue the law; if you have the facts, argue the facts; if you have neither, pound the table. Forgive the Democrats for their table-pounding.
[. . .]
In response to a questionnaire from a magazine, 1,189 psychiatrists, none of whom had ever met Goldwater, declared him unfit for office -- "emotionally unstable," "immature," "cowardly," "grossly psychotic," "paranoid," "chronic schizophrenic" and "dangerous lunatic" were some judgments from the psychiatrists who believed that extremism in pursuit of Goldwater was no vice.

Shortly before the election, Columbia University historian Richard Hofstadter published an essay, "The Paranoid Style in American Politics," that encouraged the idea that Goldwater's kind of conservatism was a mental disorder."

Man Survives Attack of the A/C Unit

Here is another example of a pattern regarding persons accused of mental illness. Almost uniformly anyone who is believed to be mentally ill is not believed about anything. Psychiatry is a pervasive method of discrediting a person. If mentally ill, credibility is nil. Exceptions include but are not limited to when the "patient" reveals he or she hears voices, and "communications from outer space." Then they are believed. Whatever can be used to ridicule, to humiliate and to discredit the person is believed. The pattern was revealed in a clinical setting by David Rosenhan whose graduate students showed how depraved employees at a mental hospital are. The students fooled the professionals into allowing them into the hospital by saying they heard voices.

[From article]
"According to court documents, the disabled veteran is mentally ill, and regularly hears voices in Vietnamese and Chinese as well as communications from outer space.

Under an agreement reached in housing court, Franzese promised to vacate for good last week in exchange for a $25,000 check from Chernyk."

Illegal Aliens Treated Better Than US Citizens

The Social Security Administration and other government programs send money to dead people, issue fake social security numbers to illegal aliens. That is the maximum amount that they are allowed to accumulate without being punished.

Son Defends Father Against Defamation

Norman Gold is extremely fortunate to have a son who tried to restore his father's reputation. Others are not so lucky. Criminal US officials led a campaign of character assassination employing nine organized crime families against one man who did the government a favor. Criminals Rule the Nation

Why do prosecutors tolerate adult witnesses keeping silent in murder cases due to pressure from organized crime? At the same time politicians and prosecutors demand that teens snitch on their colleagues who also carry guns, and have the ability to harm anyone who testifies. Is this one more indication that criminals rule this nation? If police and the FBI cannot protect innocent citizens why should anyone trust the government for anything? Who is Obama trying to fool?

FBI's Weakness Indicates Criminals Rule US

The details regarding the reaction of the FBI and the US Government to threats from Muslims shows how weak the nation really is. If the FBI cannot protect a person threatened by a religious group what safety remains for any citizen? The FBI suggests changing one's name effectively erasing one's life. Who benefits from that? It removes any resposibility from the FBI. It eliminates any embarrassment that the FBI cannot protect American citizens who have not broken any laws. The lawless rule in America. What is the purpose of the FBI if they cannot eliminate if not neutralize any criminal organization? The criminals rule. Will American citizens ever realize that?

[From editorial]
"Her idea: If everyone were to draw Mohammed, then Muslim terrorists couldn't kill them all. So she called for an "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day."

Deceptive Criminal Sentences

[From article]
"When a criminal has been convicted of multiple crimes, having him serve his sentences for these crimes "concurrently" means that he actually serves no more time for five crimes than he would serve for whichever of those crimes has the longest sentence. In other words, the other four crimes are "on the house."
[. . .]
Even "life imprisonment without the possibility of parole"-- often offered as a substitute for execution for first degree murder-- can be misleading. There is no such thing as life imprisonment without the possibility of a liberal governor being elected, and then commuting or pardoning the murderer later on. And, of course, the murderer can commit murder again behind bars."

Journalist Overt Bias Against Disabled Candidates

Two Boston Herald columnists on one day (October 10, 2010) expressed negative bias against persons with disabilities. They suggest candidate Tim Cahill is mentally ill. So what? They appear to accept the paradigm that persons with disabilities should not run for office. In a recent campaign in Cambridge MA, the hot bed of tolerance for deviance, one candidate was ridiculed for alleged mental illness. The Cambridge candidate was mocked for running by one prominent journalist-Harvard instructor, who is allegedly an FBI informant. There was no response from the allegedly tolerant Cambridge liberals. If a similar attack was made on a homosexual candidate, a black candidate, or a woman there would be a chorus from these bigoted liberals. The Herald is supposed to be a conservative Republican paper. Here is one more example of when the liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans agree. They use the government for moving taxpayer funds to their friends and they share the negative opinions of persons with disabilities.

Media Bias Continues With No Criticism

Here is the latest example of pervasive institutionalized police bias against persons with disabilities. Police (and the FBI) work with the human services corporations, courts, lawyers and judges against persons with disabilities. This situation will never be remedied unless journalists free themselves from their own biases and the control of police to extend basic rights to persons accused of mental illness.

[From article]
"He is possibly a transient who lives in the area," Carlsbad CA police Lt. Kelly Cain said. "He is not cooperating with the investigation. He probably has some mental health issues."

After the Fort Hood Shooting

[Report of visit by George and Laura Bush]

The doctor had his TV on in his office when the news of the military base shootings at Ft. Hood, TX came on. The husband of one of his employees was stationed there.
He called her into his office and as he told her what had happened, she got a text message from her husband saying, "I am okay." Her cell phone rang right after she read the message. It was an ER nurse," I'm the one who just sent you a text, not your husband. I thought it would be comforting but I was mistaken in doing so. I am sorry to tell you this, but your husband has been shot 4 times and he is in surgery."

The soldier's wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan , AL and drove all night to Ft.Hood. When she arrived, she found out her husband was out of surgery and would be OK.
She rushed to his room and found that he already had visitors there to comfort him.
He was just waking up and found his wife and the visitors by his side. The nurse took this picture.
