"You better shut up!" FBI and Police Threats, Intimidation

It should be apparent that the FBI is unable to protect civilians from terrorists and mass murderers. Even if they are capable, the White House will stop them. With all of their technology and behaviorist psychologists they cannot distinguish between dangerous violent criminals and harmless government critics. White House restrictions make it impossible for accurate screening. Especially when the civilian also criticizes the FBI and police for criminal abuses of power, and attacking a person with a legal disability.

In previous posts on this blog I explained some of the 45 years of abuses by FBI criminal informants, police employees, crime families, and Communists in three states.

The FBI interviewed the Orlando Muslim terrorist mass murderer three times. There was a fourth report from a gun dealer about the same individual. Yet he was able to acquire an automatic rifle, and ammunition legally, and to walk into a crowded dance hall and slaughter 49 persons and wound 53 others. No one was watching this child of a Muslim immigrant from Afghanistan whose father hated the United States.

Gun shop told FBI about ‘suspicious’ Mateen before slaughter

June 16, 2016 | 12:58pm | Updated

As reported several times previously I am a 70-year-old white heterosexual male with a B.A. degree from Columbia University in The City of New York. I attended law school in Boston when the FBI began harassing me in 1970. This continued as a reaction to my lawful political activity protected by the U.S. and Massachusetts Constitutions.

In 1973 government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens, contrary to law. They believed I was a spy. Police scared me and used me for 15 years to fight organized crime. They did not pay me one cent. Instead they recruited a black homosexual who worked for the FBI and who was watching me in New York City 1968-1970, and his now wife, a white lesbian. I dated the woman for three months in law school without knowing she was a lesbian. The FBI paid them to pretend to be my friends.

They broadcast for 35 years, character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." and "He's crazy." That was added to slander by the California crime Syndicate, "He's a racist." and to more from Communists, "He's homeless, crazy and a high school dropout." There is more but it requires a lengthy book to include it all. This is all prologue to June, 2016 when Harvard University campus police, black and homosexual (victim status brings deniability), with a black, homosexual, FBI informant (redundant?) from New York, and one local self identifying psychiatrist, conducted more criminal abuse and harassment, slander and character assassination.

A Boston attorney who exposed the Boston FBI and crime boss, James Bulger's abuses in 1995, recommended that if you have a problem with FBI informants you should contact the state attorney general. When residents of South Boston reported to the FBI that Bulger was selling drugs in Southie, the complaints were referred to Bulger's handler John Connolly, Bulger's boyhood friend, now jailed for homicide in a Florida prison. Bulger killed those men who were exposed by the FBI in Boston.

I did as the lawyer suggested. As I understand it the state attorney general would refer my complaints about police and crime family abuses to the above-mentioned couple pretending to be my friends. They would continue their slander, "He's crazy and a retired drug dealer." Thus nothing was done to stop the abuses.

John Connolly, Ex-Boston FBI Agent, handler of James Bulger, Boston crime boss

What makes this all so ludicrous, is that all I have left is this pitiful blog to express myself. My social, political and economic lives were destroyed in 1973, and never recovered due to relentless harassment and character assassination. There was non stop surveillance by one or another police agency. Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me, "No one reads your blog." Yet on June 16, 2016 the above mentioned black Harvard University campus police and FBI informant from New York threatened me, "You better shut up." That was a day after I entered some comments about public comments by Cambridge city officials and Harvard University officials about the Orlando massacre. It shows how fragile politicians and university officials are. It appears that Roger Morris was correct describing the preferred leader in recent history. In his book, Partners in Power, he said they are weak with relaxed rectitude. Look around you to see if it applies.

Once again it shows that law enforcement priorities are upside down. No one was watching violent criminals with a long record of arrests and convictions. They only target harmless citizens. See e.g.,

http://enoughroom.blogspot.com/2016/05/immigrant-suspect-with-lengthy-crime.html

No one was watching Muslim children of immigrants who kill by the dozen. But they continue to harass me, keep me under surveillance, and slander me after 45 years of character assassination. Disgraceful, disgusting and despicable describe these dolts.

The multi billion dollar taxpayer funded public heath industrial complex cannot keep people informed about threats to their health, or prevent spread of serious illnesses. See, e.g.,

Yet the misguided political leadership of the Democrats and the White House cannot understand and oppose the growing number of Americans civilians who are arming themselves. See, e.g.,

The state and federal governments are at best unable to protect law abiding civilians. It is likely they simply refuse to protect law abiding civilians, and target critics. Do self serving, deceptive officials expect us to lay down and allow government thugs and Muslim terrorists to slay us all?

White House Promotes Research Funding To Control Brain Functions

Whitehead Institute and the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA study the brain with substantial funding from E. Fuller Torrey who promotes forced drugging of humans. Never hear about the potential for elimination of freedom by an ambitious dictator if they ever succeed. Here is evidence that the White House has no concern about abuses of power by government or politicians. In Germany they are implementing the Therapeutic State as broadcast on 60 Minutes, CBS news, Sunday April 3, 2016. Psychiatrists are not elected and are not held accountable or their misguided errors. They promote the idea that the genes of psychiatrist have been cleansed of mendacity, greed, and sadism. They predict the future in courts encouraged by spineless judges.

Prisoners are coddled and treated as victims. It is the same policy guideline which Angela Merkel used to justify opening the gates to Middle East migrants. The futility o such misguided response to criminal violence was shown many years ago in the Broadway hit show West Side Story.

BRAIN Initiative
President Obama is making new investments in the “BRAIN” Initiative — a bold new research effort to revolutionize our understanding of the human mind and uncover new ways to treat, prevent, and cure brain disorders like Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, autism, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury.
[. . .]
The Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies, or BRAIN, as the project is now called, aims to reconstruct the activity of every single neuron as they fire simultaneously in different brain circuits, or perhaps even whole brains.
[. . .]
Brain mapping under the guise of research has the strong appearance of being a whole lot more than someone’s laboratory investigation. Consider the very telling excerpt in which project managers state that they want to implant electrodes in hundreds of cell membranes by an army of nan0particles which will allow these nanoparticles to become apart of the cell membrane functioning.
[. . .]
The lesson is clear, embedded chips can turn normal people into crazed killers and it can take crazed killers and turn them into passive beings. Interestingly, the most famous graduate of the MK Ultra program was the Unabomber, Ted Kaczynski.

Can Government Tax You For "Being?"

[From article]
Early in his article, [January 25, 2016 The Weekly Standard, “Unchecked Power” Eric] Felton
examines the two big ObamaCare cases and what they mean for further concentration of power in the federal government. These cases illustrate how “the tax code can be used to sidestep the Constitution's restraints on Congress.” In NFIB v. Sebelius, the Court ratified an “unchecked power” to tax; Chief Justice Roberts “wasn’t worried, it seems, about opening a vast domain of congressional power by allowing Washington to tax the infinite number of things that people don’t do.”
And in King v. Burwell, Felton quotes Justice Kennedy during oral arguments: “It seems to me a drastic step for us to say that the department of Internal Revenue and its director can make this call one way or the other when there are -- what? -- billions of dollars of subsidies involved here.”
[. . .]
Hear, hear! But just as regulations can be dressed up as taxes, taxes can be disguised as something other than taxes. This may be a minority opinion, but one of the problems with Roberts’ NFIB decision is not that he created a tax where none had existed, but that he failed to recognize the tax that was already right there in the law: the mandate to buy health insurance. Yes, insurance premiums are paid to private companies, but in ObamaCare the payment of premiums is required by the government in furtherance of a government objective. That seems like a tax. So Roberts legislated from the bench, and rewrote the law.
On July 6, 2012, shortly after the decision in NFIB was handed down, The Wall Street Journal ran “A Short History of Congress's Power to Tax,” a short opinion piece by historian Paul Moreno. It doesn’t seem to be still available at the Journal, nonetheless I found it here. Concerning ObamaCare’s individual mandate, Moreno writes that to “any sentient adult, it looks like a ‘capitation’ or head tax,” and he laments that the Court’s dissenters didn’t explore that point. Moreno covers some of the same ground as Felton, including the same court cases. And concerning NFIB: “Justice Roberts has confirmed that there are no limits to regulatory taxation as long as the revenue is deposited in the U.S. Treasury.”
But what if Roberts had found that the mandate to buy health insurance was indeed a tax? That wouldn’t be any more incoherent than finding that the penalty is a tax. If government can define anything as a tax, then the mandated payment of insurance premiums can be a tax, too.
From the standpoint of law, language, and logic, the rulings in NFIB and King aren’t a total disaster, but they’ll suffice until the total disaster rolls in. The big reason to repeal Obamacare is not just that it is awful law and economics, but that the Court ratified it with very bad decisions, creating very sobering precedents.
[. . .]
And that is precisely why Americans needs to amend the Constitution to limit, i.e. to check, the government’s power to tax. [. . .]
Government may have taken a pass for now on taxing our being, but our tax system can make one wonder just how free we Americans really are.

New York State Authority Official Claims He Was Fired For Exposing Fraud

Kirk Swanson, former vice president of administration at the Battery Park City Authority. Photo: Linkedin

[From article]

A former vice president of the Battery Park City Authority has filed a federal whistle-blower lawsuit, claiming he was fired for exposing corruption in the awarding of contracts, The Post has learned.
Kirk Swanson, a former VP and chief contracts officer at the state agency, alleges he “discovered that high-level BPCA employees were making false statements in an effort to bypass the BPCA’s contract approval process.”
Swanson sent a memo to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office outlining his accusations in May 2014 — just days after his ouster. The governor appoints the agency’s three-member board.
“It was Mr. Swanson’s job to ensure that the BPCA followed anti-corruption guidelines,” said Swanson’s lawyer, Jason Solotaroff. “It’s outrageous he was terminated for doing just that.”
Swanson alleges that agency president Shari Hyman selected a favored vendor, Revolver Studios, to redesign two online sites without aggressively seeking other bids.
“Work on the Web site projects had begun prior to the contract being approved, again in violation of BPCA procedures,” the suit said.
Swanson said he was told Hyman sought to bypass normal contracting procedures, which would have required three competitive bids. Instead, the agency labeled the contract a “discretionary procurement” and split it into two parts for less than $50,000 each — one for the BPCA and the other for the Battery Park Conservancy, its not-for-profit arm.
Swanson called the outcome “utterly bogus.”
He subsequently found out that agency officials in February 2014 had approved a new contract with a law firm, Liddle & Robinson, to handle $1 billion in bond transactions. But the legal work had not been presented to or approved by the BPCA’s contract selection committee.
The former executive said the contract was approved by his deputy behind his back, when he was on vacation.
Swanson was fired three days after he sent an email to legal counsel questioning the transaction.

Voters Getting Trumped

[From article]

“There’s no trick to being a humorist when you have the entire government working for you,” Will Rogers quipped, capturing his era’s zeitgeist and explaining the popularity of our moment’s outsider presidential candidates.
It’s good to be a non-politician when 75 percent of Americans say government corruption is widespread, up from 66 percent in 2009, and half say government is an immediate threat to lives and freedoms, according to Gallup.
[. . .]

Fans of self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders and conservative Ted Cruz meet at the intersection of their contempt for a government that gives sweetheart deals to well-connected cronies.
The newly elected may arrive in Washington convinced it’s a cesspool, but after harnessing governmental power and dispensing billions, they discover it’s an inviting Jacuzzi, where big government and big special interests collude to enrich the few, trumping the interests of the many.
[. . .]
President John F. Kennedy said, “A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.” Eager to restore our sovereignty, Americans are searching for an independent leader, one they believe will “make America great again.”
[. . .]

In his New York Magazine commentary, Frank Rich argues Trump is saving our democracy by “exposing, however crudely and at times inadvertently, the posturings of both the Republicans and the Democrats and the foolishness and obsolescence of much of the political culture they share.”
[. . .]
Think Again — As Will Rogers eventually conceded: “This country has gotten where it is in spite of politics, not by the aid of it. That we have carried as much political bunk as we have and still survived shows we are a super nation.”

Updated: Three Card Monte Geography

Posted August 24, 2015 7:11 PM ET; Last updated August 27, 2015 5:10 AM ET

For the past 27 years I lived in the late state of Massachusetts. First came to Massachusetts in 1970, 45 years ago to attend law school. But for much of the time police, crime families, Communists and FBI informants from New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Florida, Maryland, California, and other states controlled my life. At present I live under the oppression of criminals in and out of government from Rhode Island.

These same groups this week threaten me, "You're going to New Hampshire." Or "They have you in New Hampshire. " How can that be? Am I living in a dream world thinking I live in Massachusetts? Has Cambridge and Harvard University moved to New Hampshire? It is how these criminals kept me isolated for over 45 years. They bring in new people who do not know me and begin with police and psychiatrists for testing of the police and the FBI's long list of allegations in their false police files. I used to wonder how they were able to keep me surrounded by people who do not know me and who treat me as if I was a violent criminal, a dangerous mental patient, terror suspect or whatever. Now I understand how they did it for so many years.

It explains why FBI agents and police recently treated me as if I was all of the above within one week. I've been going to the Lesley University campus for over 25 years. Art gallery receptions, lectures, dance performances. I knew their PR flacks, Presidents, Vice presidents and some of the other bureaucrats. I met almost all of the reference librarians and circulation desk employees. But on Monday, August 17, 2015 when I went to the library I encountered a uniformed campus police officer, a black woman I never saw before.

She asked me "Are you a staff member or an alumni of Lesley?" She told me I needed to show her a picture ID to use the library. It is a hate crime to require a picture ID to vote. But to use a library it is a requirement. Aha, priorities. Are terrorists targeting libraries now? I know ISIS is destroying historical buildings in Syria. But in the United States? She added, "You must sign your name and explain why you want to use the library." Hello police state. This is what Harvard University has been doing for decades. People think the information at Harvard University is better than at other libraries. I never understood why people wanted to use Harvard libraries. They are filled with the same arrogant elitists who prey on lesser humans. Who needs that?

Nonetheless I got looks as if I was all of the above feared categories at the same time. One policeman actually said to me, "How you doing." as If I was his pal. When I went to a branch library of the Cambridge public library system there were two men who I never saw before. Both were observing me pretending not to notice me. When I went to a public library in a nearby town, I was surrounded by dozens of police employees. Where were they from? They were members of a new group of police and psychiatrists testing me to "see what he does." That is what the recent entries to my apartment were about. They put psychiatric drugs in my food. Broke a medical device I use daily. Broke one of my video tape machines and more. Who keeps track to know what was damaged or stolen when you leave your apartment? But this is what the police do to me every day when a new group, team, takes over the harassment and surveillance.

They test by provoking me. They drug me. They slander me again and again and again. For 45 years and it is still going on. It is called misguided government priorities. Keep in mind that for 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me one cent. That was after government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy. In my impaired state the FBI scared me and then used me as bait for crime families. Charming government agency created by statute.

The FBI is not mentioned in the constitution but usurped inalienable rights which are guaranteed by the US Constitution. Politicians cower in fear of losing their jobs. I know why Cambridge City Councilors hire consultants to make decisions for them. They are focused only on getting re-elected. Actually making decisions takes time. Don't want to offend any potential contributors.

[Updated August 27, 2015 5:10 AM ET]
I learned that the latest group of police and FBI associates of the California crime Syndicate do not believe what I report about my life of 45 years of government abuses. It is possible that they know what I say is true but deny they believe it, as part of character assassination saying "He's crazy." In any case it is what they do, because they say they do not believe what I say. They "know" better than I do, because, well because that is what criminals, police and the FBI tells them is true. They believe what the FBI and criminals say, but do not believe what I say. At least that is what they say. So in order to show me what they believe, they harass me, they attack me and try to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke. They punish me because they do not believe what I say. Huh? And what if what they say is true, and what I say is not. Under what system of morality, law, regulations, crime family association rules, do you punish a person for what they believe? Are these omniscient persons now punishing thought crimes? Think about what these people did to me on Friday August 21, 2015. I am 70 years old, after 45 years of extreme criminal abuses. Or as they believe, "He's crazy." crazy for 45 years and they come to punish me for what I believe. If I were crazy what difference does it make what I believe? Is that how medieval priests used to beat people who refused to admit the "truth?" That is how the Inquisition acted. They beat people because they refused to admit they were witches, until they admitted their sins and even if they died these inquisitors said they saved their souls. Is that what these modern day inquisitors do to me, did to me last week?

Surrounded by hateful and hostile people, who do not know me. They act as if I just arrived on earth from Alpha Centauri, with horns, fangs and breathing fire. That is bad enough for civilians to react to someone like that. But add to it paranoid police, and control freaks who are motivated by fear and the desire to control others. Conformists, who tolerate no non conformity. And worse they lack wisdom and knowledge especially of human nature. If they were aware of their lack of knowledge and wisdom it would not be so bad. But they think they are the smartest guy in the room and omniscient. That is what the underlying problem is, making it especially egregious.

Unelected Officials Make Rules Which Carry Force of Law. Government Is Out of Control

[From article]
But currently, regulations, which effectively carry the weight of law, are meted out by individual agency directors and their subordinates, who are sometimes contractors who have no punitive accountability to the agency. Agency heads are not elected, but appointed, yet they have the freedom to enact these pseudo-laws or regulations with impunity, without allowing any notice to or comment from the public.
[. . .]
As an illustration of the insidiousness of bureaucrat behavior, in 2014, 224 laws were enacted by congressional members during the calendar year, whereas 3,554 rules were issued by agencies and the bureaucrats within. The Obama administration issued 157 regulations in the first five years of his administration costing $73 billion annually.
[. . .]

What is crystal-clear in the rhetoric of Democrats in the Congress is that they do in fact know that rules and regulations that carry the full weight of law are being implemented without allowing any notice or comment from the public, and yet they vigorously protest the American public knowing where their money is going.
And that is the fundamental problem: members of Congress have somehow lost sight of, or they never knew, or in their arrogance they just do not care that the money being spent in Washington is earned by American citizens. Government is not a business, contrary to what the agency heads pretend.
[. . .]
As long as there is an unelected shadow government making decisions and implementing rules and regulations with impunity, and the politicians are impotent to control those in the shadows, nothing will change.

Plunder and Deceit, Mark Levin's New Book

[From article]
Chapter Two, is titled “On The Debt,” and explains to the rising generations how they will be in perpetual servitude to the debt being handed to them by generations that would rather spend and borrow than live within their means. Levin presents this as a moral problem as articulated by Dr. Walter Williams: “We’ve become an immoral people demanding that Congress forcibly use one American to serve the purposes of another. Deficits and runaway national debt are merely symptoms of the real problem.” The ruling generation of the political class has, in effect, bribed voters to keep them in power, by mortgaging the future of those who have not yet woken up to what is being done to them by their elders.
[. . .]
Social Security expenditures totaled 0.22 percent of the economy during World War 2, and in 1983 accounted for 24 percent. The second was: “For the first time, people who are retiring today will receive less in benefits than they paid into the system in taxes.” The plunder has already reached such an extent that even those at the top of the food chain are getting a rotten deal.
[. . .]

Mark Levin

“America’s educational productivity has collapsed,” at least as measured by standardized tests, as costs, especially administrative costs, have exploded. The facts and figures he offers on the growth of student debt are astounding, and will eventually cause a crisis that will make the 2008 housing crisis look like a day at the beach.
[. . .]
what poses as environmentalism today is really a “de-growth” movement that will impoverish future generations, diminishing not merely their standard of living, but their opportunities for productive lives. For younger people who have been indoctrinated on the subject in schools for their entire lives, the facts and reasoning here, which owe a well-acknowledged debt to Ayn Rand, could be the most startling of the book.
[. . .]
despotism – a despotism clothed in the garb of compassion. As you would expect from a scholar of his depth and erudition, it is an extremely valuable lesson, especially for a generation trained that the most important thing about the Constitution is that slave holders numbered among its authors.

The Watchman

Don't know if any or all of the figures cited herein are accurate. But the pattern described is very much a true account of how government works.

NIGHT WATCHMAN
Once upon a time the government had a vast scrap yard in the middle of a desert.

Congress said, "Someone may steal from it at night."

So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.

Then Congress said, "How does the watchman do his job without instruction?"

So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies.

Then Congress said, "How will we know the night watchman is doing the tasks correctly?"

So they created a Quality Control department and hired two people. One was to do the studies and one was to write the reports.

Then Congress said, "How are these people going to get paid?"

So they created two positions: a time keeper and a payroll officer then hired two people.

Then Congress said, "Who will be accountable for all of these people?"

So they created an administrative section and hired three people, an Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary.

Then Congress said, "We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $918,000 over budget, we must cut back."

So they laid-off the night watchman.

NOW slowly, let it sink in.

Quietly, we go like sheep to slaughter. Does anybody remember the reason given for the establishment of the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY during the Carter administration?

Anybody?

Anything?

No?

Didn't think so!

Bottom line is, we've spent several hundred billion dollars in support of an agency, the reason for which very few people who read this can remember!

Ready??

It was very simple... and at the time, everybody thought it very appropriate.

The Department of Energy was instituted on 8/04/1977, TO LESSEN OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL.

Hey, pretty efficient, huh???

AND NOW IT'S 2015 -- 38 YEARS LATER -- AND THE BUDGET FOR THIS "NECESSARY" DEPARTMENT IS AT $24.2 BILLION A YEAR. IT HAS 16,000 FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AND APPROXIMATELY 100,000 CONTRACT EMPLOYEES; AND LOOK AT THE JOB IT HAS DONE!

(THIS IS WHERE YOU SLAP YOUR FOREHEAD AND SAY, "WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?")
38 years ago 30% of our oil consumption was foreign imports. Today 70% of our oil consumption is foreign imports.

Ah, yes --
good old Federal bureaucracy.

NOW, WE HAVE TURNED OVER THE BANKING SYSTEM, HEALTH CARE, AND THE AUTO INDUSTRY TO THE SAME GOVERNMENT?

Hello!! Anybody Home?

Signed....The Night Watchman

And The Beat Goes On. Another New York Politician On Trial For Corruption

New York State Senator Tom Libous

[From article]
State Senate Deputy Majority Leader Tom Libous (R-Binghamton) is on trial for allegedly lying to the FBI about getting a Westchester law firm to hire his ne’re-do-well attorney son, Matthew, 37.
The pol faces up to five years in prison if convicted at his corruption trial in White Plains federal court, where opening statements were made Tuesday.
“Why was a Westchester law firm giving his son a job, paying him more than the partners make and giving him a car?” Assistant US Attorney Benjamin Rial Allee said.
“The truth is, he used his influence,’’ Allee said of the 62-year-old state senator. “He told the firm that he would send so much work to their law firm that they could build a new wing” if they hired his son.
Allee said that after Matthew Libous was hired by the law firm Santangelo, Randazzo & Mangone, he irritated his higher-ups by leasing himself a pricey car on the company tab.
[. . .]
But they didn’t call in Daddy to rein in his son until Matthew crossed a more personal line — by putting the moves on another lawyer’s wife, Allee said.
“Shortly after being hired by the firm, Matthew got drunk at the law firm’s holiday party. He propositioned one of the partners’ wives. In her words, he hit on her,” the prosecutor said.

Matthew (right) Libous, at His Wedding, June 15, 2013

“Afterwards the partners were concerned that the hire was going to be more of a liability than it was worth … The senator then met with them, spoke with them and eased their fears.”
Matthew Libous has since been disbarred and is set to begin a six-month prison sentence for under-reporting $70,000 of his income on federal tax returns.
[. . .]
The case against Tom Libous is similar to charges brought against ex-state Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, who stepped down after he was indicted in a corruption scheme to peddle his influence for cash and work for his own son.

Posted May 21, 2015 4:33 PM ET; Last updated June 4, 2015 9:29 PM ET

[From article]
In the most famous passage of the 1965 report, Moynihan, who would later become a Democratic U.S. senator, wrote, “From the wild Irish slums of the 19th-century Eastern seaboard, to the riot-torn suburbs of Los Angeles, there is one unmistakable lesson in American history: A community that allows large numbers of young men to grow up in broken families, dominated by women, never acquiring any stable relationship to male authority, never acquiring any set of rational expectations about the future — that community asks for and gets chaos. Crime, violence, unrest, disorder are not only to be expected, they are very near to inevitable.”
When he wrote these words, the illegitimacy rate among African-Americans was 25 percent while illegitimacy nationwide, stood at 7.7 percent. In the mid-1960s thanks largely to Great Society welfare policies, the out-of-wedlock birth rate began to climb rapidly. Today the out-of-wedlock rate for blacks is over 72 percent with even higher rates in inner cities. Illegitimacy among Hispanics is now over 50 percent, and for whites it has risen from the 3 percent in 1960 to 36 percent today.
Moynihan’s words were prophetic. As family structure virtually disintegrated, Baltimore’s core has become a center of poverty and violence. Recent unchecked rioting in Baltimore has been followed by a crime spree with 32 people shot and nine killed just over the Memorial Day weekend.
[. . .]
That pathology is clearly linked to children growing up without fathers. The data is clear that children born to teenage single women are more likely to live in poverty, to fail in school, to become involved in drugs and crime, and to end up in prison. According to the National Fatherhood Initiative, 60 percent of rapists, 72 percent of adolescent murderers, and 70 percent of long-term prison inmates are men who grew up in fatherless homes. Yet this “politically incorrect” evidence is virtually ignored by policymakers
[. . .]
If future generations are to be saved, community leaders and character-forming institutions — churches, synagogues and charities — must take a strong public stand in support of marriage and restoring the two-parent family.

It's been frustrating not merely because government regulations and mandates have made me into a secretary filling out a myriad of online forms. It's been disheartening not only because leftist propaganda surrounds me and I am but one small voice in the academic desert trying to teach true American core values.
No, it's been a sad and sometimes heartbreaking semester because many college students' assorted troubles are related to the fact that they are bereft of wholesome father figures. The combination of resentment, hurt, anger, and defiant pride run through their writings. It affects everything they do, from having trust issues with the opposite sex to taking direction from anyone they view as an authority figure. Most carry an enormous chip on their shoulders and take offense at the slightest thing.
[. . .]
There are many decent and hardworking students careworn with responsibilities that they should not be obligated to shoulder. As long as the underbelly of popular culture with its anti-responsibility and anti-nuclear family messages reign supreme, these young people and generations to come will be battered and wounded. They deserve better.

Oregon Officials Indicate Bias and Conspiracy Against Baker Fined For Not Making Cake For Same Sex Wedding

The Daily Signal has exclusively learned that the government agency responsible for enforcing Oregon’s anti-discrimination law appears to be working closely with a powerful gay rights advocacy group in its case against Aaron and Melissa Klein, owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa.

[From article]
Communications obtained through a public records request show employees of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries—which pursued the case against the Kleins—participating in phone calls, texting, and attending meetings with Basic Rights Oregon, the largest LGBT advocacy group in the state.
[. . .]
“That’s a clear conflict of interest,” Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation, told The Daily Signal.
State agencies have a duty to represent the best interests of the general public, not the interests of one particular advocacy group. The relationship shown by these communications is inappropriate and raises basic questions about the objectivity, bias, and fairness of this agency and its proceedings.
It is unclear what occurred during these meetings and phone calls, but the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries commissioner, who is in charge of determining the Kleins’ final punishment, met with Basic Rights Oregon on multiple occasions and purchased tickets costing hundreds of dollars benefiting the advocacy group.
[. . .]
based on The Daily Signal’s findings, lawyers for the Kleins on Friday requested the case be re-opened for further investigation.
[. . .]
on Spakovsky, who is a critic of the administrative law process, says the relationship between Avakian and an activist group would be an obvious ethics violation in a normal court system.
“The problem with administrative law judges appointed by a government agency is that they have an inherent conflict of interest—the agency is acting as judge, prosecutor, jury, and executioner, which is a basic violation of fundamental due process protections,” he said.
The whole point of having an independent judiciary is to separate the judicial and prosecutorial functions and avoid this type of conflict.
[. . .]
Suspicious of potential collusion, Harmon, the Kleins’ lawyer, requested the judge allow her to further investigate the state’s relationship with Basic Rights Oregon.
“We argued that because of Aaron Cryer’s testimony, the judge should allow us to re-depose the complainants and even people at BOLI [Bureau of Labor and Industries] to figure out exactly what happened and if there was any collusion,” Harmon told The Daily Signal.
On March 17, 2015, the judge denied that request.
[. . .]
In some ways, the information The Daily Signal obtained is nothing new.
“We knew from Facebook and other public records that the bureau’s commissioner—the final decision maker in this case—is a big supporter of Basic Rights Oregon and that [the Bureau of Labor and Industries] and Basic Rights Oregon are in regular communication about different issues within the commissioner’s control,” Harmon said.
That knowledge dates back to February 2013, when Avakian publicly accused Aaron and Melissa Klein of breaking the law before hearing any evidence

If you have a Gmail account, you can check for yourself. You can look at your search history for any time you were logged in. It goes back for as long as you’ve had the account, probably for years. Do it; you’ll be surprised. It’s more intimate than if you’d sent Google your diary. And while Google lets you see it, you have no rights to delete anything you don’t want there.
There are other sources of intimate data and metadata. Records of your purchasing habits reveal a lot about who you are. Your tweets tell the world what time you wake up in the morning, and what time you go to bed each night. Your buddy lists and address books reveal your political affiliation and sexual orientation. Your email headers reveal who is central to your professional, social, and romantic life.

Doctor Discovers Government Medical Research Abuses Using Human Subjects for Dangerous Experiments Without Consent

It is worse than this doctor discovered. Not only are politicians and medical professionals not interested in unlawful experiments using human subjects without informed consent, but the very taxpayer funded US government agency whose mission is to protect human subjects, refuses to investigate any claims about such illegal practices. The Office of Human Subject Protection demands that human subjects provide evidence of wrongdoing. They want to know who the principle researcher is. But if an experiment is being conducted without consent how can the human subject know who is doing it? For example. This abuse is institutionalized historically. There are a few books about some egregious abuses. I Swear By Apollo: Dr. Ewen Cameron And The CIA Brainwashing by Don Gillmor, Journey Into Madness by Gordon Thomas, My Life at the Bar and Beyond by Alex K. Paterson, In the Sleep Room: The Story of the CIA Brainwashing Experiments in Canada by Anne Collins, about Ewen Cameron at McGill, funded by the CIA. Michael D'Antonio's book State Boys Rebellion about the MIT experiments for Quaker Oats, performed on institutionalized young men at the Fernald State School in Waltham MA.

[From article]
During the 2000s, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency-funded researchers at Southern California Medical Schools sprayed high doses of diesel exhaust particles up the noses of 10-15 year old children in a ‘scientific’ experiment to see what would happen. Federal and California State laws prohibit such immoral and unethical experiments with children or even adults. Does the EPA disregard and disrespect law and ethics in a mindless crusade to regulate air?
Although specifically required to do so by federal regulations and the Nuremberg Code-based California state law — if not basic morality — the University of Southern California (USC) and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) researchers failed to disclose to the children and parents of those children that the EPA, at the time had concluded that diesel exhaust emissions contained particles that are toxic, dangerous, deadly and cause cancer.
[. . .]
After evidence of these illegal human exposures to small particle air pollution experiments in Southern California Medical Research facilities was discovered in 2012 by Steve Milloy of Junk Science.com, the EPA tried to delete the evidence from its publicly available Internet archives.
[. . .]
The agency had nothing to worry about, however, since politicians, pubic officials, even licensing boards, and, of course, the lapdog media, have not noted or criticized the conduct.
[. . .]
a college co-ed guinea pig at the University of Rochester died as the result of a procedure related to a human exposure experiment from a complication of a diagnostic procedure.
A report of one of the research projects at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill attracted the attention of JunkScience.com, but it was discovered in litigation that other universities and their faculties around the country are involved in the unethical and inhumane exposure experiments, including, by admission of EPA official Eugene Cascio, MD, Medical Schools at Rutgers, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Washington (State) U, UCLA, USC, and the Lovelace Medical affiliated with the U of New Mexico.
These Medical Schools and research groups have engaged in human exposure experiments for more than 10 years, receiving grants of more than 8 million dollars.
The American Tradition Institute (ATI, now called the Energy and Environmental Legal Institute) sued the EPA in 2012 to stop an ongoing experiment. After a round of procedural wrangling, the judge dismissed the suit, holding that ATI didn’t have the standing to protect the human study subjects. Only the study subjects themselves had the standing to sue. But since EPA had lied to the study subjects about the risks of the exposures in the experiments, how would they even know their legal rights had been violated?
I have written about this problem to all the 18 Republican physicians in the congress but have received not once response or inquiry. These are all licensed physicians who are, by their licensure, obligated to take action to prevent public harm by other practitioners. They are also obligated by their public positions as Congressmen.
I have also written to State Medical Boards in North Carolina and Michigan, for example, about this scandal and the Deans of the 10 Medical Schools that do human exposure experiments, according to EPA officials. Not one letter of response or indication of concern has been received.

But "there is no indication of any specific, real threat" against malls in the U.S., according to FBI spokesman Rich Quinn.
Another U.S. law enforcement official familiar with the situation also told CNN that there is no actual working threat against any mall in the country and added that no one should avoid going to the mall because of the online threat.

Many Journalists Believe Obama-Holder Spying On Them

[From article]
In a survey of investigative reporters that makes Richard Nixon’s enemies list look like child's play, nearly seven in 10 said they believe that the Obama administration has spied on their phone calls, emails and online searches.
According to a Pew Research Center survey of 454 media figures, 64 percent “believe that the U.S. government has probably collected data” from their calls and email and eight in 10 believe just being a journalist jumps the chance Uncle Sam is spying on them.
The survey follows multiple reports of actual spying by federal officials on reporters, and the White House’s effort to track down those who leak information to reporters despite long-forgotten promises to be the most transparent administration ever.

NYC Man With Long Arrest Record Charged With Violent Rape

Cops arrested Ricardo Lambert and charged him with first-degree attempted rape in a brutal attack on October 3. Police had said previously they were looking for the man pictured (inset).
Photo: Google Maps; NYPD (inset)

Here's another thoughtful young man who took time from his busy schedule to train a woman how not to leave a rest room in a New York City restaurant. Though he has a long arrest record for violent crimes, and is known to police no one was watching this gentle person. Unlike academic Massachusetts which has differing public safety priorities. Among them is keeping 24/7 surveillance and harassment of a 70-year-old white man who survived 44 years of government criminal abuses. In Massachusetts they call on  local police employees, crime family associates, FBI informants, Communists and Harvard University campus police employees. They take turns disturbing the sleep of the elder man every one or two hours every day, and remote tampering with his computer to cause it to crash every one or two minutes for about an hour at a time. When the man petitions the billion dollar human services protection professionals the police or crime families bring out brutal psychologists and psychiatrists to increase the abusive harassment trying to provoke violence. When they are exposed by chance, the recurring pattern is to cover up the 44 years of government crimes by declaring, "He's starting a new life." The problem with that is all of the crime families and police do not permit him to start a new life and continue the criminal abuses, without protection. For 44 years FBI and police broadcast one consistent (among many alternating) element of slander to discredit the abuse victim stating "He's crazy." But also "He's a homosexual." That permits police and assorted sociopaths to express their animosity toward the vulnerable man. It shows how depraved the current public officials are that they are aware of the abuse and stand by and watch. Public safety resources are focused on harassing harmless civilians while violent thugs like the accused rapist below is allowed to roam free continuing his criminal campaign.

A violent pervert with a lengthy criminal record was arrested in a brutal attempted rape at a crowded Hell’s Kitchen nightspot, police said.
Ricardo Lambert, 34, who lives on West 50th street in Manhattan, was charged Saturday with first-degree attempted rape after the 34-year-old victim identified him out of a lineup as her attacker.
He allegedly jumped the 34-year-old woman as she left the bathroom at Flaming Saddles Bar on 9th Avenue at 10:35 p.m. on Oct. 3. He choked her into unconsciousness then ran off with her underwear when bar security stepped in to halt the sick attack, cops said.
The victim – who didn’t know her attacker – was taken to a nearby hospital.
The suspect was caught on surveillance footage walking up stairs inside the bar.
Lambert has been arrested about two dozen times for crimes ranging from assault and forcible touching to trespassing, police said.

Lawyers Hide While Government Officials Destroy Constitution

[From article]
Have the faculties of the universities become so politicized that they can not register a dissent?  What do they believe in and more importantly, what do they fear?
I guess we are to believe that the President's opinion on executive powers evolved, just like his position on gay marriage.  And, we are also led to the conclusion that because his opinion evolved, the world has changed with the divine evolution of his thoughts.
[. . .]

Perhaps the Jonathan Gruber assessment of the “American voter” extends all the way to the Law Departments of this nation’s once great universities.  Just as the Marquette professor told his student, “If you don’t believe in gay marriage you should drop my class," perhaps if you, as a professor or a student, point out the idiocy of the President’s train of thought and his flip flop on Constitutional powers you should change your major or career.

Cambridge City Councilor Bullies Want Education Money For City Spending

[PR flack Kevin Casey said] "Over the past 10 years, Harvard has paid nearly $60 million in taxes to Boston and over $50 million to Cambridge in addition to the documented PILOT payments." Unfair forcing Harvard to pay any taxes at all. Operating under the Obama-Holder doctrine, Veritas College can legally ignore inconvenient laws. Stop taxing Harvard, the most moral, giving, altruistic institution in America. There is no benefit to Harvard being in Cambridge. Councilor McGovern justifies taking Harvard's money. College administrators know how to spend other people's money more appropriately than politicians.

Clearly Cambridge benefits from having Harvard, MIT, and Lesley in our city. But those universities also benefit from being here,” said Mark McGovern, a Cambridge city councilor.

“This is a constant tension of whether or not our nonprofit universities are carrying their weight in utilization of city services,” [Councilor] Cheung said.
