This is a crime of graffiti, vandalism, expressing hate speech. How does this rise to an heinous event that requires a press conference by the state AG and the FBI? How does this event merit more attention from the crime fighting public safety agencies of the state and US government than the murder of an innocent 11-year-old girl, Celina Cass? Who creates the priorities for the police and the FBI? In MA, local and state police and the FBI target persons with disabilities. The police love to harass and to deny persons with disabilities access to protection from violent crime. Here the police mechanisms extend the powers of government to address a non violent crime. Are all of the highly paid police and special agents too fragile to work on violent crime? Is that why the AG held a press conference because there are no dangers? How pathetic. Here's one more example of what is terribly wrong with government. "How was your day dear?" "I spoke at a press conference in NH to condemn graffiti. I'm tired out thinking about such a terrible crime."

[My response to the letter about my letter]
Lyn Betz does what she accuses me of doing, i.e., presents a false choice. The persistent lamentation of law enforcement agencies is they do not have enough resources to address all crime. They create priorities. The murder of 11-year-old Celina Cass remains unsolved. Until that is done it remains a higher priority than graffiti. Finding her killer merits more than the "community's strongest condemnation." It demands all available police resources. For an FBI agent to hold a press conference for a matter which the FBI has no jurisdiction is shameful. Ms. Betz is a more appropriate speaker against hate speech.
Equating graffiti by local hooligans to the Holocaust is nonsense, typical propaganda. The Holocaust was government sponsored character assassination, thuggery and mass murder, not the work of private thugs. No need for a ticket to the Museum, my aunt was a victim of the Holocaust. Too many propagandists use the Holocaust to diminish it for their own selfish reasons. Fake love leads only to hate. Distorted priorities lead this nation into loving oppression and hating freedom.

Essex County MA Prosecutor's Overt Disability Bigotry
In spite of repeated complaints the Essex County MA District Attorney's office continues to slur all persons accused of mental illness. What is the causal connection between an accusation of mental illness and violence? There is no rational connection. Moreover and especially in this case the defendant pleaded guilty. So the argument made previously by the Essex County DA's office that the prosecutor reveals the "history of mental illness" because the defendant may, repeat may, use mental illness as a defense. That was what they said when confronted with their regular use of "a history of mental illness" revealed before arraignment after an arrest. They never explain how they get their medical records or the reliability of the "history of mental illness." Prosecutors in Essex County have all become psychiatrists licensed to make diagnoses in court. It shows how negatively biased that prosecutor is, but also how arbitrary and capricious psychiatry is. It indicates that judges share the institutionalized bias pervasive in the prosecutor's office. But also that the defense lawyers do not object to these repeated abuses of the rights of persons with disabilities to enjoy equal access to the courts, a First Amendment right. Nonetheless the negative stereotyping of persons accused of mental illness encourages police to abuse, to harass, to assault, to provoke, and to kill, persons accused of mental illness. According to the stereotype of the Essex County prosecutor's office all such persons may be violent and thus they need to be treated as criminals. Too bad the lies and corruption of the Essex County Prosecutor's office are not prosecuted as freely as their biases are broadcast in open court. Most of them would be in jail. Another question is why do journalists publish the irrelevant hateful comments by the prosecutor's office regarding medical records which have privileged privacy status under state and US laws? It appears that journalists share the negative bias of the prosecutors, the lawyers and the judges. How do persons with disabilities overcome these barriers which do not exist for Black Americans, homosexuals, illegal aliens and women? Can't solve a problem until it is recognized.

When giving directions in Florida, you should
always start with the words, "take I-75, take I-4 or take I-95..."
If you're a snowbird or a non-working retiree.
You absolutely cannot drive between the hours of 6 AM - 10 AM and 4 PM - 7 PM.
This is considered to be rush hour and you're not in any rush. No Exceptions....
Tolls are a fact of life down here, the state has to make money, so deal with it!
I-275 (Tampa area) will always be under construction... that's the
law, there is nothing anyone can do about it, period!
'A1A' and 'ALT A1A' are the same road.
Traffic lights aren't timed and never will be. We measure the distance we travel in time - not miles.
If you travel more than 5-10 miles on any road in any part
of Florida without seeing an orange 'Bob's Barricade', you're lost!
If you miss your exit on I-75, I-4 or I-275, its perfectly acceptable to back up!!
Every street in Florida has both a name and a number (i.e. Adamo = Rt. 60) just for the hell of it.
Once the light turns green, only 3 cars can go through the
intersection, eight more go through on yellow, and 4 more on red.
Know the difference between SunPass , Sun Fest, Sun-Sentinel, and Sun Trust.
Flip flops, tank tops and baggy shorts are also known as dress casual.
Your blinker means nothing.
It is perfectly acceptable to brag about the size of your generator.
We have alligators here in Florida and they WILL bite

It's normal to sweat when you are putting up your Holiday decorations.

Seniors have to do their errands during the weekdays. Not

I found this book highly informative but hard to read. The author is a law professor and cites lots of statutes and case law with anecdotes added. Laws on other forms of discrimination are discussed and women's issues are prominent.

Contemporary Priorities for Law Enforcement Funding
Harvard University should be proud that they teach and encourage their students and employees to torment, to harass, to slander, to provoke, and to destroy the spirit, the reputation and the career of older white males. Using otherwise members of victim groups, e.g., women, lesbians, homosexuals, Asians, Black Americans, even illegal aliens, makes it appear that the target of Harvard's criminal abuse teams are the perpetrators. The principle of blaming the victim is raised to a new level of harassing the victim.
An appropriate example is how Harvard and Columbia Universities and the FBI used an inter racial couple, one Black homosexual, working for the FBI, married to a white-skinned lesbian who works for Obama the President of the US, to conduct 35 years of criminal abuses exploiting a vulnerable white male. The lesbian is a former agent of the Soviet Union. I dated the woman for three months when I was a student at law school. I did not know at the time that she was a lesbian or that she worked for the Russians. The male says he was my friend and knew me at Columbia University. He was already working for the FBI then. I was a prominent student leader at the time and the FBI was watching me then.
The couple is now in the Witness Security (WITSEC) program popularly known as the Witness Protection Program, the largest organized crime family in the world. The FBI says they cleaned up their abuses using informants and that the program was shut down. But the abuses continue using these criminals who have changed their names and live under government protection. They are highly paid government criminal thugs. Obama and his liberal zombies want to enlarge the pattern and to make the entire government run by criminals like these.
They make a charming couple exploiting human nature, and the goodness of Americans who want to help others. They demonized me to isolate me and gathered up good will I worked hard to accumulate and any money that was to be paid to me for many years of criminal and civil abuses by public and private officials.
Using the cover story that their target, me, was mentally ill, and their friend they were paid substantial taxpayer funds to use said target, me, to fight organized crime. Often the abuse directed at their target, me, originated from the FBI and their army of criminal informants themselves. For about 20 years FBI criminals stirred up racial, ethnic and religious animosity among even Harvard professors who abused their power along with their private campus police.
The two alleged victims whose method of operating is to play on human sympathy, playing the victim while working for the FBI and Obama the President of the United States. They had the prestigious backing of government employees working at Columbia University and Harvard University.
They used local, state and US courts and agencies and employees to conduct their criminal abuses and to prevent me from getting relief from the many years of their twisted abuses of government powers. They were paid well to do so. All the while over 35 years they made certain that everyone I met and everyone I knew were convinced that I was mentally ill and a retired drug dealer. Other informants added homeless, high school dropout and other delightful attributes to enhance my notoriety.
Currently Harvard employs a Chinese American student as the primary harasser. She is only the latest in a series of student sociopaths employed to conduct FBI and police criminal abuse. They always use individuals who enjoy harassing elder white males. They all share relaxed rectitude enabling them to work with associates of crime families, local police, campus police, Communists, FBI informants, and employees of the landlord. Everything and everyone is cool, no matter what they want to do with or to their target, me.
On or about September 15 to 20, 2011 a charming and delightful young male FBI employee began stalking me joining the criminal enterprise, the business of harassing me. He too used young women as bait. Is this pattern limited to sociopaths or just the perverts who work for the police and the FBI? On September 20, 2011 a thoughtful HUPD officer in his new patrol car provided security as I did errands. Do all Harvard tenants get this VIP treatment of a police escort? Thus we have the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. All new members of the US House of Representatives are invited to attend seminars when they first get elected. It is a way to make sure they understand why they are in Congress. Not only can you give taxpayer funded jobs as rewards to friends, relatives and supporters, but you can also award taxpayer funded contracts to your own companies, and to companies of friends, relatives and supporters.
Thus we have the Thomas P. Tip O'Neill Tunnel also known as the Big Dig. US Sen. John F. Kerry said "It will be a bargain." Originally estimated to cost $3 billion, it ballooned to $14 billion. It is now crumbling having killed one civilian driving through it. Lights, ceiling and water cascades as drivers pass through.
If you run the government and you make a mistake or offend a person of consequence, you can use taxpayer funds to pay for your error. I say person of consequence because the little people do not matter except in speeches, and as consumers of goods and services using taxpayer funds. Little people can be ignored, abused, insulted and used to fight your enemies.

Can we celebrate Ask and Tell? Months of celebrations are merited for the end to Don't Ask, Don't Tell. Now we can all ask and we can all tell. Watch for parades and government resolutions by and for GLAAD, GLBT, and the Human Rights Campaign. Obama even recognized that at the United Nations the place where victims go for their rights. Man Got 10 Years Probation for Killing One Wife Arrested for Shooting Second Wife
Here's another interesting example of how the criminal justice system works in the United States. This man received a sentence of ten years probation, no jail time, for killing his first wife in 1987. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter then, a plea bargain. In September 2011 he was arrested for killing his second wife then shooting a pastor during a church service. He was not under surveillance by any law enforcement agency, not local, not state or federal.
But alas moi is such a great threat to the city, to the state and to the United States government, I am under 24/7 surveillance 365 days and 366 on leap year. As a bonus they harass me trying to provoke violence. They tell me to "Accept your fate." The police and the FBI say I am mentally ill. No need for psychiatrists when anyone can make a diagnosis. Psychiatry is everyman's illness. Everyman can recognize it and everyman can treat it. It makes for frustrated police and FBI agents, when I do not act as expected.
How many thousands of man hours have local police and their criminal informants, FBI agents and their army of criminal informants and state police and their criminal informants spent trying to provoke me over 40 years to violence? How many times have the courts been used for police frame-ups? How many lawyers were paid to not put on any defense to false charges? How many court clerks were paid not to file papers as they are required to file them under law? How many hours did control freaks among the police, the FBI and the psychiatric cabal tried to gain control of my body and my mind? Too many hours for sure.
The wasted taxpayer funds would make me wealthy. If the FBI paid me for the 15 years they used me to fight organized crime I would be wealthy. But they gave the money to a control freak woman who used the money to control me! If they gave me the money used trying to have me arrested and/or put into a hospital, I would be wealthy. They use young women as bait showing more about their own perversions than about me. When I do not go for the bait they harass me at my home every day and every night, as punishment for not doing wrong.
Massachusetts appropriates and spends more than $2 billion each year funding human services corporations and professionals. They are paid to help vulnerable persons. But they mostly help themselves. When the police and the FBI say I am mentally ill, they create extraordinary legal protections for me from abuses. If a person is perceived as having a disability that is a legal disability under state and US laws. Never mind the obscenity of police harassing a person they say is mentally ill. Is that a proper use of police powers by the FBI?
But when I petition the many human services corporations who are paid to prevent criminal abuses of persons with disabilities they tell me, "We can't help you." Or they say, "Go away there is nothing wrong with you." So the police and the FBI have it both ways. They scare others broadcasting character assassination. When I seek help they ensure there is no response from the taxpayer funded human services professionals; who often join the police and the FBI in character assassination using taxpayer funds for non consensual psychiatric evaluations and testing. These are violations of state and US privacy laws. More taxpayer funds wasted every day of every year.
The police and the FBI are not motivated by my criticism of their patrons, the spineless politicians and over paid non profit corporate officials with relaxed rectitude. If I withhold criticism, the harassment does not end. Under state and US laws intimidating a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally guaranteed right is a felony under state and US laws. In Massachusetts it does not matter if the person acts under color of law or not. Attacking me in retaliation for constitutionally protected expression is a felony violation of state and US laws.
A low income housing lawyer suggested how to react to government harassment. He said, if they harass you for one hour then you spend an hour complaining, they get two hours for the cost of one. It does not make sense to complain. But if you do not complain at all, then the police say, "Why didn't you file a complaint?" It only wastes more time. The most effective way of neutralizing citizen critics is to have them enter the court system to try to get relief. Then the courts are used for harassment and for surveillance. I spent 5 years in state and US court in a landlord tenant action after a landlord locked me out of my home although my rent was paid. It was in the words of a Supreme Court case, "an exercise in futility." I spent many weeks filing complaints against judges and court clerks who were toying with my complaints. Some of the judges' clerks had fun dismissing complaints. They were mostly recent graduates of Harvard Law School. Two US judges resigned after I filed complaints. The Clerk of the Supreme Court of the US was replaced after I complained that he did not file my papers properly.
In 1990 after I wrote to the police complaining about police harassment they arrested me. When I complained to the taxpayer funded Elder Services protection hot line, they sent police to watch me and to test me using young women as bait. Misleading Report on Genetic Link to Psychiatry
The propaganda headline is misleading. The facts reported that no definitive evidence was found. Mental illnesses are created by consensus not science. They have no pathology. How can an imaginary illness have a physical pattern? The report leaves a lot to the imagination just like psychiatry. It may be enough for believers in psychiatry. Protections Absent in Human Experiments
Lack of protections for serious injuries to human subjects in medical experiments should be enough to stop them in MA. There are no penalties for non compliance with the US laws (MA has no laws) protecting human subjects - 45 CFR 46. If researchers fail to report deaths of human subjects, police, the Medical Examiner and the District Attorney do not investigate. Researchers can say it was due to a pre-existing condition and that is the end of it. What prevents intentional deaths in the name of good? Did the PR offices of the FBI and Homeland Security write this essay? Carafano omits mentioning the role of ordinary patriotic vigilant citizens of the country. They are what makes the United States a great nation. Jane Jacobs observed that people make their neighborhoods safe. The same pattern applies to the nation. He said the man accused of the shootings has a history of mental illness and asked, "How did he get access to weapons." Journalists show no skepticism regarding allegations of mental illness. They never question the accuracy of a diagnosis. In courts one psychiatrist says a person is mentally ill, then another says he is not. How can that be if psychiatry is scientific? Psychiatry is no more than personal opinion masquerading as science. Yet journalists do not question these charlatans. Are his family members psychiatrists too? Why did the sheriff accept their diagnosis? Why did journalists repeat it?
Two aspects of this ABC news report indicate the extreme bias of network journalists. One is they are clueless about the causal connection between psychiatric drugs and violence. If he had a history of mental illness did he take any, or stop taking, psychiatric drugs? The drug-company-controlled FDA requires a warning label that they cause violence and suicidal thoughts. This crime fits the pattern. But no mention from network journalists. The second aspect is that there is no causal connection between an accusation of mental illness and violence. Most people accused of mental illness are harmless. The effort by drug companies to criminalize mental illness is assisted by the useful idiots in the mainstream media.

Obama's illegal alien uncle is getting an aggressive defense by a reputable attorney. Why do non citizens get better access to the courts than citizens? Numerous high powered liberal lawyers volunteered to represent detainees in Guantanamo Naval Prison. Some of them were captured while attacking American soldiers in Afghanistan. After I complained about police harassment, Cambridge police arrested me. The courts assigned to me seven taxpayer funded lawyers. They were also paid by others (police?) to not put on any defense. They earned the money from others. I fired all seven. The last one warned me that if I got on the stand and told my story the judge would call out psychiatrists and have me put into a hospital. He said the judge told him that. I am an American citizen with a degree from a prominent University. What are the priorities of the legal profession and the courts?

I Am the Democratic, Republican Liberal-Progressive's Worst Nightmare.
I am a White, Conservative, Tax-Paying, American Veteran, Gun Owning Biker.
I am a Master leatherworker. I work hard and long hours with my hands to earn a living.
I believe in God and the freedom of religion, but I don't push it on others.
I ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and drive American-made cars, and I believe in American products and buy them whenever I can.
I believe the money I make belongs to me and not some liberal governmental functionary, Democratic or Republican, that wants to share it with others who don't work!
I'm in touch with my feelings, and I like it that way!
I think owning a gun doesn't make you a killer; it makes you a smart American.
I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac or any other item, you should do it in English.
I believe there should be no other language option.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
My heroes are Malcolm Forbes, Bill Gates, John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and Willie G. Davidson, who makes the awesome Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.
I know wrestling is fake, and I don't waste my time watching or arguing about it.
I've never owned a slave, nor was I a slave. I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks, and neither have you!
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country!
This is AMERICA ....We like it the way it is and more so the way it was ...so stop trying to change it to look like Russia or China , or some other socialist country!
If you were born here and don't like it... you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you. I believe it is time to really clean house, starting with the White House, the seat of our biggest problems.
I want to know which church is it, exactly, where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution.

I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are, but not just because you happen to ride a bike.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my driver's license. I think it's good.... And I'm proud that 'God' is written on my money..
I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause.... Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!
I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents....
I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers think!
I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA!

Overt Bias Against Persons With Disabilities
Bias at WGBH-TV, PBS, Emily Rooney, Greater Boston, Beat The Press
Beat The Press is a weekly PBS Boston (WGBH-TV) show criticizing media abuses, a regular feature of Greater Boston TV news show hosted by long term journalist Emily Rooney. The archives on the web pages for Beat The Press only go back to March 2009. It is not clear when this show began. But Ms. Rooney, former news director at WCVB-TV, and daughter of prominent CBS news journalist Andy Rooney, was put on notice by me that her shows exhibit open bias against persons with disabilities. Except for one ten-minute segment of one show she has never had any discussion of the pervasive bias against persons with disabilities. She regularly has discussions on discrimination against women, Black Americans and homosexuals but never for persons with disabilities.
On Friday September 2, 2011 the first show of the 2011-2012 season one of her journalist guests Kara Miller explained that when she was looking for her first job she noticed that one place had never had a woman journalist. She applied and got the job.
Beat The Press is very diverse, regularly having women, homosexuals, Black journalists, Asian journalists, Harvard and academic journalists as guests. Rooney has never had a guest journalist with a disability. Of course there may be journalists with disabilities who pass for normal. Few journalists openly admit they have a cognitive disability. The last time I suggested that Greater Boston was denying access to her shows for persons with disabilities, Ms. Rooney made it clear that she would have me banned from Boston. Since that threat I never had a letter published in the Boston Globe. Hmmm. She does have her power and influence and knows how to use it.
The issue is larger than Rooney and her news show. PBS is a taxpayer subsidized television operation. They should not be allowed to provide access to some vulnerable groups and exclude others. It is illegal. But that is what they do. The President of WGBH said that they do shows about disabilities. That may be true but it is always from the business perspective of corporations which provide goods and services to persons with disabilities.
The issue is not their policy allowing persons with disabilities to visit the station and to volunteer. The issue is giving them jobs as they gives jobs to other vulnerable groups. Disabled persons remain unemployed at a rate of 70 percent far above any of the other groups. The issue is to have persons with disabilities on screen talking about disabilities as PBS has Black Americans, women and homosexuals talking about their unique experiences. But PBS indicates it is unable to rid its management of its bias toward persons with disabilities. That is shameful.
Instead of criticizing other journalists, Beat The Press should do some self examination to see how biased their panelists are.

No Need To Check Illegal Aliens With High Powered Lawyers
Graham suggests Social Security Administration should match SS numbers with visa status, and should treat "illegal immigrants the same way we [treat] Massachusetts drivers." SSA uses Treasury Department lists for citizens who own US savings bonds, for those who have more than the legal limit of $2,000 in resources. SSA investigates bank records for three years. A misplaced form can cause cut benefits due to alleged resources over the limit. This can happen every couple of months. The SSA does not check criminals who have illegal SS numbers. They punish citizens (Do illegal aliens purchase US Savings bonds?) for investing in America, not illegal aliens with illegal SS numbers. The MA Governor and Attorney General, and the Boston Mayor, suffer from forked tongue syndrome, a known disability which grants immunity from accountability for what they say and do.

Shows Americans helping other victims of tornadoes, hurricanes and other disasters. Began as small group of New Yorkers helping others to thank them for the help the rest of the US gave to New York after the terror attack in 2001. John Crudele cites profit percentage alone making it appear that grocery stores are not a good bet. But good economy or bad, people have to eat. Grocers make their money on volume. It is possible to go for years without an attorney. But weekly visits to a grocer are common. Grocers have a higher number of visits per year per person than do lawyers and doctors.
