Identity Politics Will Fail In 2016 Presidential Elections

Saying "Democrats fall in love. Republicans fall in line." is disjointed, applying an ancient paradigm to new patterns of voting. Democrats abandoned white workers favoring skin color based voters. Identity politics works in mindless conformist Massachusetts. It will fail in the rest of the country. Dangerous pattern unmentioned among liberal censors is billionaire George Soros and Google Corp. reportedly funding disruption of the political process using hired thugs. Their effort to bring banana republic government by brute force to the United States will fail.

Equal Opportunity For Some?

According to "the newly adopted requirement, the parity rate [for hiring people of color in Cambridge Public Schools] should be 30 percent." Are 30 percent of the population of Cambridge people of color? Who created the "newly adopted requirement?" What is the requirement for hiring persons with disabilities in the Cambridge Public Schools? Is it zero percent? Do the morally superior liberals who run the city believe that all persons with disabilities are morons? What is the problem with these allegedly fair minded people trying to equalize opportunities who refuse to allow persons with disabilities to participate in life in Cambridge? Could they be bigots, who support equal opportunities only for themselves but not for others?

Journalists Approve Denying Rights to Disabled Persons

Defendant's lawyer in an ADA action said, "Weitz seems to be exploiting the Americans with Disabilities Act, which allows the payment of attorney fees." Judges can issue sanctions for frivolous actions. Why is this reported only for ADA violations?

US Rep. Duncan Hunter said, "These lawsuits are often intended for personal profit, not for the reason of ensuring access to places of public accommodation." When millionaire thug athletes use the ADA for deterring liability for illegal drug abuses, why is there no concern from lawmakers?

If thousands of retail businesses did not permit people of color to enter their businesses and one man sued hundreds of them, would it be reported like this? Bias and denial of access among civilians, journalists, courts and law enforcement against persons with disabilities demands attention. This is one way to get it. The many taxpayer funded agencies and lawyers paid to enforce disability rights seldom do so.
What about the brutal illegal treatment of persons accused of mental illness - a legal disability? They are demonized as dangerous violent criminals for wanting not to be forcibly drugged and they are ignored. Why are equal civil and constitutional rights denied to disabled persons?
