"You better shut up!" FBI and Police Threats, Intimidation

It should be apparent that the FBI is unable to protect civilians from terrorists and mass murderers. Even if they are capable, the White House will stop them. With all of their technology and behaviorist psychologists they cannot distinguish between dangerous violent criminals and harmless government critics. White House restrictions make it impossible for accurate screening. Especially when the civilian also criticizes the FBI and police for criminal abuses of power, and attacking a person with a legal disability.

In previous posts on this blog I explained some of the 45 years of abuses by FBI criminal informants, police employees, crime families, and Communists in three states.

The FBI interviewed the Orlando Muslim terrorist mass murderer three times. There was a fourth report from a gun dealer about the same individual. Yet he was able to acquire an automatic rifle, and ammunition legally, and to walk into a crowded dance hall and slaughter 49 persons and wound 53 others. No one was watching this child of a Muslim immigrant from Afghanistan whose father hated the United States.

As reported several times previously I am a 70-year-old white heterosexual male with a B.A. degree from Columbia University in The City of New York. I attended law school in Boston when the FBI began harassing me in 1970. This continued as a reaction to my lawful political activity protected by the U.S. and Massachusetts Constitutions.

In 1973 government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens, contrary to law. They believed I was a spy. Police scared me and used me for 15 years to fight organized crime. They did not pay me one cent. Instead they recruited a black homosexual who worked for the FBI and who was watching me in New York City 1968-1970, and his now wife, a white lesbian. I dated the woman for three months in law school without knowing she was a lesbian. The FBI paid them to pretend to be my friends.



They broadcast for 35 years, character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." and "He's crazy." That was added to slander by the California crime Syndicate, "He's a racist." and to more from Communists, "He's homeless, crazy and a high school dropout." There is more but it requires a lengthy book to include it all. This is all prologue to June, 2016 when Harvard University campus police, black and homosexual (victim status brings deniability), with a black, homosexual, FBI informant (redundant?) from New York, and one local self identifying psychiatrist, conducted more criminal abuse and harassment, slander and character assassination.

A Boston attorney who exposed the Boston FBI and crime boss, James Bulger's abuses in 1995, recommended that if you have a problem with FBI informants you should contact the state attorney general. When residents of South Boston reported to the FBI that Bulger was selling drugs in Southie, the complaints were referred to Bulger's handler John Connolly, Bulger's boyhood friend, now jailed for homicide in a Florida prison. Bulger killed those men who were exposed by the FBI in Boston. 

I did as the lawyer suggested. As I understand it the state attorney general would refer my complaints about police and crime family abuses to the above-mentioned couple pretending to be my friends. They would continue their slander, "He's crazy and a retired drug dealer." Thus nothing was done to stop the abuses.

What makes this all so ludicrous, is that all I have left is this pitiful blog to express myself. My social, political and economic lives were destroyed in 1973, and never recovered due to relentless harassment and character assassination. There was non stop surveillance by one or another police agency. Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me, "No one reads your blog." Yet on June 16, 2016 the above mentioned black Harvard University campus police and FBI informant from New York threatened me, "You better shut up." That was a day after I entered some comments about public comments by Cambridge city officials and Harvard University officials about the Orlando massacre. It shows how fragile politicians and university officials are. It appears that Roger Morris was correct describing the preferred leader in recent history. In his book, Partners in Power, he said they are weak with relaxed rectitude. Look around you to see if it applies.



Once again it shows that law enforcement priorities are upside down. No one was watching violent criminals with a long record of arrests and convictions. They only target harmless citizens. See e.g.,

Texas Trooper Arrested For Offering Speeding Woman Driver $300 To Have Sex With Him

A Texas state trooper has been fired and arrested after he allegedly tried to make a woman have sex with him after pulling her over during a traffic stop.
Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Christopher Champion, 31, was arrested and booked into the Bexar County jail on charges of prostitution and official oppression Monday night, KSAT reported.
The incident allegedly happened September 17 when a 20-year-old woman filed a complaint claiming that Champion tried to pay her for sex after stopping her for speeding somewhere along northbound Interstate 35.
According to the arrest warrant affidavit, the woman said that Champion made her get out of the car and began to have a conversation with her.
KSAT reported that at one point, Champion told her to drive to the parking lot of a nearby Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q restaurant and that once in the parking lot, he offered to first pay her $100 for sex.
He then increased the amount to $300 after she refused.
The woman told investigators that he took her cell phone and sent himself a text message so that he would have her telephone number, the affidavit stated.



Under the guidance of investigators, the woman began communicating with Champion and led the trooper to believe that she was agreeing to have sex with him.
The conversation via text message and over the phone was recorded by authorities.

During their communications, Champion also sent the woman a number of pictures of himself, including one in which he's wearing his uniform, KSAT reported.
Champion, who worked for DPS since 2008, was fired Tuesday.
According to jail records, he was released from the Bexar County Jail on bond around 5am.
Official oppression is a Class A misdemeanor and prostitution is a Class B misdemeanor.

Student Protests At Columbia University In New York Get Weird

Columbia student activists are pestering peers to attend campus protests and walk-outs in solidarity with college students at Missouri and Yale or risk social isolation, students say.
Organizers posted flyers and sent Facebook messages inviting undergraduates to wear black clothing and join two demonstrations last Thursday to support people of color who are “marginalized and threatened.”
But some students worried they would be “ostracized” if they did not participate or dress in sync, one college parent said.
“There’s been a campaign of intimidation, where students are going dorm to dorm, floor to floor and asking students to go back to their dorms and put on black if they’re not wearing black,” the parent said.
“My daughter told me people are uneasy and fearful,” she added. “Her personal politics are left-wing and she shares their sympathies, but she doesn’t like to feel that she can’t wear blue if she wants to wear blue.”
Some students felt caught between their politics and academic responsibilities.

“Look at those guys playing Frisbee — that is the definition of privilege,” said one speaker.
The students stopped playing Frisbee and left the area.

She led the crowd in a progression of chants including “I love black people,” “I love all black people” and “I love queer black people,” before adding “I love black criminals” and “I love black people who steal.”

While men say they like the idea of dating a woman who’s smarter than they are, when it comes time to meet her, they’re less keen on the brainy lady, a study that will be published in the November journal “Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin” reveals.
In the first part of the study, researchers had 105 male participants read a hypothetical scenario about a woman who, among other traits, had either outperformed the male subject or underperformed him in a math or English course; the men were then asked to imagine how desirable that person might be as a romantic partner.
In this scenario, “men formed favorable impressions and showed greater interest in women who displayed more (versus less) intelligence than themselves.” (Research out this year supports the notion that men say intelligence is very important to them in a romantic partner.)
But in the second part of the study — where the men were told they would meet a woman in person — a woman’s intelligence worked against her.
The participants took what they thought was an intelligence test, and were told that they would soon be meeting someone who had either scored better or worse than them on the test.
Faced with actually meeting a female who was smarter than they were, the men “distanced themselves more from her, tended to rate her as less attractive, and showed less desire to exchange contact information or plan a date with her,” the study revealed.

Said the group’s president, Jim Jacobson: “Religious persecution targeting minority Christians in Indonesia, particularly in West Java, is both systemic and systematic.”
Jacobson conducted a fact-finding mission to Indonesia last month, visiting numerous forcibly closed churches in West Java.



CFI says a radical Islamic group, AGAP, or Aliansi Gerakan Ant Pemurtadan, which translated means Anti-Apostasy Alliance Movement, is responsible for much of the persecution. Christian Freedom International is urging Indonesia’s Muslim government to allow religious freedom and intervene to stop the forced shutdown of churches by AGAP.

The AGAP came in around 10 p.m. They left at 3 a.m. the next morning. They said this is the last time you can worship here. They said we must not worship here again.

An assistant director of the Secret Service urged that unflattering information the agency had in its files about a congressman ­critical of the service should be made public, according to a government watchdog report released Wednesday.
“Some information that he might find embarrassing needs to get out,” Assistant Director Edward Lowery wrote in an e-mail to a fellow director on March 31, commenting on an internal file that was being widely circulated inside the service. “Just to be fair.”
Two days later, a news Web site reported that Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, had applied to be a Secret Service agent in 2003 and been rejected.
That information was part of a Chaffetz personnel file stored in a restricted Secret Service database and required by law to be kept private.

The report also cited Lowery’s e-mail as the one piece of documentary evidence showing the degree of anger inside the agency at Chaffetz and the desire for the information to be public.

Nonprofit organizations are some of the most effective critics of government, other powerful institutions -- and ambitious politicians -- making them especially vulnerable to the desire to bully and censor them. The Lois Lerner/IRS scandal is a good example.
[CA Attorney General] Harris decided to push the limits by telling charities that they may not solicit contributions unless they first file a list of their top donors, which is an extortionate prior restraint on speech. Those donors are found on a confidential “Schedule B” to the tax returns filed by nonprofits with the IRS.
Federal law protects confidential tax return information, and even provides civil and criminal penalties against federal and state officials who violate the confidentiality law. The IRS was ordered to pay the National Organization for Marriage for disclosing that organization’s Schedule B donor information to hostile blogs.
As or even more importantly, what Harris is doing flies in the face of the 1958 landmark Supreme Court decision in NAACP v. Alabama. That case held that membership lists are protected by the First Amendment from demands of states and their attorneys general.

Homeland Security Scrutinizes Videographer James O'Keefe At Border

Conservative journalist James O’Keefe, known for targeting liberal groups and Democratic politicians, says he is now the one being targeted — by the Department of Homeland Security.
It all started in August 2014 when O’Keefe donned green fatigues and an Osama bin Laden costume and sneaked across the U.S. border to Mexico and then back into Texas, a stunt cited by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) during congressional hearings. His point, O’Keefe said in an interview Wednesday, was to “show that our elected officials were lying to the American people” by saying the border is secure.

Ever since, O’Keefe says, he has been stopped and questioned at length by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers each of the five times he has tried to reenter the United States. The questions, he says have been overly intrusive, covering everything from his business operations and what his next investigative project will be to his political views.
“It is our contention that this is retaliation for our journalism along the Mexican border,” O’Keefe said. “It’s troubling that they are doing this to a citizen reporter. … These questions have nothing to do with national security or border issues or smuggling narcotics into the country. They are questions that they would never ask a Washington Post reporter, that they would never ask NBC News.”

The officer firmly denies it. “No, we’re not retaliating against you? Why would you say that?” he says.
At another point, however, a different Customs and Border Protection officer tells O’Keefe that agency officials had put a “hit on you” to avoid getting “egg on their face, basically.”
The video does show, however, officers asking O’Keefe a series of detailed questions about his business model, how his company makes money and his political views.
“What’s your next project?” one officer asks.
“I was so flabbergasted by the question, I couldn’t even form a coherent response,” O’Keefe says in the video.

The reason, O’Keefe said in the interview, is that he could only record audio because the agents searched his phone. Even to do that, he said he had to “manufacture a special type of device that was recording, where they would have no idea.” He declined to describe the device or where it was hidden.

Asked why he is now taking on a powerful federal agency, O’Keefe said he felt compelled to go public by what he views as the drastic nature of the harassment, combined with the political timing.
“My entire purpose is to shock the conscience of the American people by exposing reality,” he said, adding: “I think immigration is a very timely topic right now.

Multiple federal agencies and the Department of Defense are on high alert for a possible Islamic terrorist attack on U.S. soil this Independence Day weekend. They’ve increased security at military bases and sent bulletins to law enforcement officials across the country.
The heightened stance comes in the wake of a bloodthirsty ISIS call to arms for Ramadan; multiple jihad outbreaks in Kuwait, France and Tunisia; and the arrest of at least 30 terror plotters in our country radicalized by ISIS over the past year.

Unfortunately, too much of the nation remains in permanent post-9/11 snooze-button mode. Compounding this collective apathy is political correctness run amok. It’s the ever-present handmaiden of terrorism: reluctance to risk offending, unwillingness to stick out one’s neck, and feckless aversion of the eyes in the face of existential threats.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, which was designated by the Justice Department as an unindicted terror co-conspirator in 2007 in the federal prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation and others for providing support to Hamas, has gleefully exploited this cultural weakness — filing intimidation and obstructionist lawsuits left and right against those who have dared to look out and speak up.
CAIR subjected a private citizen, Zaba Davis, to harassing and invasive subpoenas over her opposition to a planned construction project by the Muslim Community Association and Michigan Islamic Academy. A federal judge called CAIR’s anti-free speech witch-hunt “chilling.” The group has refused to pay sanctions ordered by the court.

it was CAIR that advised six publicity-seeking imams who filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against U.S. Airways and the Metropolitan Airports Commission in Minneapolis-St. Paul several years ago. The Muslim clerics were removed from their flight and questioned for several hours after their suspicious behavior alarmed both passengers and crewmembers. CAIR and the instigating imams targeted “John Does” — innocent bystanders who alerted the authorities about their security concerns.
After a national backlash and passage of a congressional amendment protecting heroic John Does from frivolous p.c. lawsuits, CAIR quietly dropped its complaint. But their incessant cries of “Islamophobia” remain a potent deterrent to alert whistleblowers and witnesses who risk the manufactured wrath of jihad apologists, funders, enablers and front groups.

Anti-Israel activists at the University of California, Davis heckled Jewish students and shouted “Allahu Akbar” at them during a vote last week on a resolution endorsing a boycott of the Jewish state, according to video of the event obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
The commotion erupted late Thursday evening as pro-Israel students attempted to counter a student government resolution to divest from Israel as part of the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
Activists waving Palestinian flags shouted at the Jewish and pro-Israel students as they left the meeting room ahead of an eight to two vote in favor of the divestment resolution, which is part of a larger movement by anti-Israel groups to attack Israel and pro-Israel students on campus.

Following the vote, which was championed by the pro-Hamas group Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), unknown vandals spray-painted swastikas on a fraternity house belonging to the Jewish AEPi organization.
Additionally, Azka Fayyaz, a member of the U.C. Davis student senate, posted on her Facebook page a triumphant message following the vote: “Hamas & Sharia law have taken over UC Davis.”

Plenty of negative stories about the FBI on this blog. Will books be included in their search and surveillance? Does the FBI believe, as Hamas does, that if they can censor all negative stories people will have good feelings about the FBI as they do for Hamas? The FBI is hiring a contractor to grade news stories about the agency as “positive” “neutral” or “negative,” but the agency won’t say why officials need the information or what they plan to do with it.
FBI officials wouldn’t even reveal how they will go about assigning the grades, which were laid out in a recent contract solicitation. The contract tells potential bidders to “use their judgment” in scoring news coverage as part of a new “daily news briefing” service the agency is seeking as part of a contract that could last up to five years.

Cambridge Police Intimidate Critic of Police Abuses

Cambridge police employees joined Harvard University campus police employees in a brutal 43-year campaign harassing a 70-year-old white male who they all say is "crazy." For 17 years I've lived in a building owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. Campus police employed graduate students in psychology at Harvard University Medical School to conduct an unlawful behavior conditioning project trying to make me into a homosexual. After many years of complaints the graduate student vacated her premises adjacent to mine. She yielded to another just-as-depraved criminal police psychologist.

Harvard University employs psychologists for evaluations contrary to law. It is a violation of state and U.S. privacy statutes to perform an evaluation without consent. The problem is that (1) in Cambridge and at Harvard University inconvenient laws can be ignored. You can see how well the Harvard Law School trained Obama, who practices this principle at every chance. And (2) psychologists like psychiatrists believe they are above the laws and have no need to obey or even know laws which regulate their behavior. They believe they are omniscient and morally superior to ordinary humans. They believe their genes have been cleansed of greed, mendacity and sadism. Like their police admirers control freak psychologists are out of control with their abuse of power, self love, trying to control anyone and testing those they do not like or do not understand. It is what these narcissistic deluded people do. They believe they are the smartest man in the room even at Harvard University where everyone is the smartest man in the room. Cambridge police refuse to enter onto Harvard University property unless I provided evidence to them, unlike complaints by other crime victims e.g., rape victims for whom police gather evidence.

On February 15, 2014 a suspect unknown to police allegedly punched several local pedestrians without provocation as they walked along Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. The police spokesman, a Deputy Superintendent, said the man was mentally ill, crazy, or he was on "substances" and that caused the crimes. He said that without knowing who the suspect is. It is a pervasive pattern among police and prosecutors who attribute criminal conduct to mental illness, without any rational basis. It is an example of how police and prosecutors think of persons with disabilities. It is illegal to discriminate based on disability, violating city, state and US laws.

The problem in Cambridge is that discrimination laws are only enforced for homosexuals, women and black persons. Recently the city added Muslims and illegal aliens. The latter two groups are especially of interest to Cambridge police even when they do not have jurisdiction. Nonetheless city officials and Harvard University officials openly insult and abuse persons with disabilities while they vigorously protect the other groups.

City officials refuse to address criminal conduct on Harvard University property without evidence. It is surprising that after my message to city officials including but not limited to the police commissioner, elected leaders and concerned civilians, city police employees did not refuse to enter onto Harvard University property to conduct harassment and try to provoke violence.

Prior to this unusual visit by city police employees it was exclusively Harvard University campus police employees with an occasional visit by city police employees. There is no reluctance to cross the property line when it suits Cambridge police employees for criminal conduct. They attack speech protected by the First Amendment seeking relief from unlawful police activity. They refuse to stop unlawful conduct especially when victims have legal disabilities, contrary to city, state and U.S. laws. It is one more example verifying my many years of complaints to city, state and U.S. officials about this pervasive unlawful conduct. One of the few groups, for which Massachusetts officials tolerate harassment and abuse, is persons with disabilities.

In typical misguided policy Cambridge officials ignore violations by Harvard University of city ordinances, state and U.S. laws. But when this fact is published reluctant officials become enraged and focus on silencing the messenger. Not that civilians in Cambridge or elsewhere in the U.S. are concerned about criminal conduct by government officials. In Cambridge as elsewhere when a politician or a taxpayer or voter expresses concern about malfeasance they are met with insults, "You're a racist." or "You're mentally ill." relentless personal attacks. Spinelessness is preferred to addressing lawlessness by government officials. Now Cambridge police employees add to the abuse by visiting your home and disturbing your sleep every hour or two.

Two gentlemen told me in Cambridge: "There is no such thing as Free Speech." One long term black Cambridge politician told me in February 2014, "I have to watch you so that you do not cause trouble." Huh? Is that what he thinks is the mission of government? Not to protect freedom but to curb it? The answer in Cambridge is yes. There is no need to place monitors in the newsroom of the New York Times, the Washington Post or NPR. They self censor and do not criticize the misguided government miscreants. It is the same in Cambridge where residents in the nine local home owners associations obey what Harvard University and city officials promote unless it affects the value of their homes.

Cass Sunstein a darling of Harvard Law School, and the Obama White House openly advocates limiting free speech and eliminating the First Amendment. Wendy Kaminer in her courageous book, Worst Instincts, provides details of how the ACLU went off the tracks and no longer focuses on the Bill of Rights. It has become a fund raising operation to promote leftist causes.

The United States fell to 46th on the Reporters Without Borders Freedom Index.
