Updated: Black Racist Sniper Shoots Eleven White Dallas, Texas Policemen, Five Dead, Black Supremacist Suspect Killed By Police Robot

Early reports were not entirely accurate, and excluded the expressed motive, hatred of white people and white policemen by racist black supremacist army reservist Micah Johnson. The White House in its usual deceptive words uses this tragic event to promote his totalitarian unconstitutional leftist agenda destroying the Tenth Amendment and placing all local and state police agencies under control of U.S. government jurisdiction. White House laughingly claims to be clueless about Johnson's motive,

Later media analysis including a Friday July 8, 2016 ABC news 20/20 special narrated by David Muir, focused on the shootings of black men in Minnesota and Louisiana earlier that week. Without knowing the details of those shootings, Muir and Micah Johnson, the Dallas shooter blamed all white policemen and all white men for racism. Using that same logic because some black men shoot white policemen all black men may be used as targets for white policemen and white men in general. Is that how this will play out? Journalists emphasize the flawed logic of misguided shooters and do not appear to understand where their thinking went wrong. It encourages others to take up arms to kill for revenge. It is an extension of affirmative action, which rewards black people who suffered no harm and punishes white people who did no wrong. How does that play out? Does it encourage love and respect between races? Huh?

Dallas police were locked in a standoff early Friday after snipers shot 11 officers, five fatally, during a protest over recent shootings in Minnesota and Louisiana.
Three people were in custody and a fourth suspect exchanged gunfire with authorities in a parking garage downtown, Dallas Police Chief David Brown said.
The remaining suspect "has told our negotiators that the end is coming, and he is going to hurt and kill more of us, meaning law enforcement, and that there are bombs all over the place in this garage and downtown," Brown said.
At least two snipers fired from an elevated positions on police officers minutes before 9 p.m. CT, according to Brown. He described the shootings as "ambush style."
"We believe that these suspects were positioning themselves in a way to triangulate on these officers from two different perches in garages in the downtown area, and planned to injure and kill as many law enforcement officers as they could," he told a news conference — noting that some were shot in the back.
Brown said police don't have a motivation for the attacks or any information on the suspects.
There may be other suspects at large. "We still don't have a complete comfort level that we have all the suspects," Brown said. Police were in contact with the FBI and federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Brown said.
"There had to be some speculation from us there would be some knowledge of the [demonstration] route," he said.
Brown said investigators are working under the assumption that all the suspects were working together. They have not been cooperative, he said. "We just are not getting the cooperation we'd like to know that answer of why, the motivation, who they are."
Four of the five slain officers were Dallas police, and the fifth was a Dallas Area Rapid Transit officer. A civilian was also wounded, authorities said.
Around 800 people were at the demonstration, and around 100 police officers were assigned to the event and the surrounding area, Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said. The shooting occurred after the demonstration ended and as a march was taking place.
"At 8:58, our worst nightmare happened," Rawlings said. "It is a heartbreaking moment for the city of Dallas, Rawlings said.
A person at the protest said they were "making our second lap" when gunfire erupted.
"We heard shots, we smelled gunpowder, and that's when everything got really intense and surreal," the witness told MSNBC. "We just started to run and grab kids," he said.
The demonstration was in reaction to the police shootings of two black men, Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge Tuesday and Philando Castile Wednesday in a St. Paul suburb.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott directed the state Department of Public Safety to offer any assistance needed. "In times like this we must remember — and emphasize — the importance of uniting as Americans," Abbott said in a statement.
Thursday night, Dallas police distributed a photo of a man they called a "person of interest." The person in that photo turned himself in, police said. It does not appear he was part of the four suspects later mentioned by Brown.
[. . .]
A witness who didn't give his name told MSNBC-TV that his group was making a second lap of the event when gunfire erupted.
"We heard shots, we smelled gunpowder, and that's when everything got really intense and surreal," the man said. "We just started to run and grab kids."
[. . .]
A woman who also didn't give her name told NBC Dallas Fort Worth: "We were leaving, and when we turned, there was cops. They were patrolling. Then, all of a sudden, you've seen them just fall."
Renee Sifflet told The Dallas Morning News that she took her three teenage children to the rally "for a positive experience, something they could say they were part of when they're older."
"Then it turned negative," Sifflet said.
Carlos Harris told the newspaper that the shooters "were strategic. It was tap tap pause. Tap tap pause."

Eleven police officers were shot ambush-style, including five fatally, in Dallas Thursday night by at least two snipers, amid a protest against the recent police shootings of two black men, Alton Sterling in Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Minnesota, according to the Dallas Police.
The condition of the six wounded officers remains unknown.
Officials said the gunmen aimed to kill as many officers as possible.
Among the officers killed, at least one was a Dallas Area Rapid Transit officer and at least one of the wounded was a DART officer. DART tweeted it was "grieving the loss" off Officer Brent Thompson, 43.
The number of dead initially was four, but around 2 a.m., Dallas police announced a fifth officer had died.
"It is a heartbreaking morning to lose these four officers that proudly served our citizens," said Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings. "To say that our police officers put their lives on the line every day is not a hyperbole, it’s a reality."

By 12:30 a.m. local time, three suspects were in custody and cops were in negotiations with a fourth, who was exchanging gunfire with officers.
Two of the individuals were taken in after one of them was seen carrying a camouflage bag walking quickly down Lamar Street in downtown Dallas. The individual then threw the bag in the back of a Mercedes and sped off. Police followed the vehicle and performed a traffic stop.
A woman was also taken into custody in the vicinity of the El Centro parking garage.
A fourth suspect was engaged in a shootout with Dallas SWAT officers, police said, and a suspicious package was found near the suspect's location. Police said the package is being secured by the bomb squad.
That suspect told police "the end is coming...and there are bombs all over the place," according to Dallas police chief David Brown. That suspect also said that he planned to hurt more officers.
"We’re leaving every motive on the table," Brown said. It was yet to be determined if the attackers were part of the rally, but they appeared to be working together Brown added.

Harvard Law School Professor Arrested At Washington, DC Protest

Harvard University, employer of law professor of ethics Lessig also employs three full time lobbyists in Washington DC. The university has a $37 billion dollar endowment. The money and the lobbyists have no effect on elections? Is there room for improvement in campaign finance where Lessig works when not on sabbatical? Is Lessig the Martin Luther King, Jr,. of campaign finance reform?

Privileged Harvard Law School Students Protest Award To Dean

"Reclaim Harvard Law spokesperson Alexander J. Clayborne [. . .] protested what [he] said was [the] university’s lack of diverse faculty last fall." Clearly "diverse" is a dog whistle for "black." Diverse includes persons with disabilities. Any of that diversity at the law school? As many if not more Americans have disabilities than there are black Americans. These privileged students demand more privileges revealing their greed, and lack of sensitivity for vulnerable humans, civil rights and equal opportunity for others. Is this what the law school teaches? Or do they bring those traits with them.
"protesters asked why Minow had not yet visited 'Belinda Hall,' the location of their ongoing sit-in." These privileged pampered student protesters are not thankful for their blessings. The Dean could have them forceably removed. But they are pampered and weak. May not survive an encounter with strong opposition.

Harvard Law School Students Increase Demands For More Pizza Money

When will the oppressed students denounce white privilege enjoyed by evil white folks living on the streets of Harvard Square. Should they be allowed to continue their presence near Harvard Law School? Some of them actually walk past Wasserstein refuge without leaving money for pizza. They exhibit racially insensitive panache, and anti diverse attitudes. You feel me?

Harvard Law School Students Protest By Sleeping-in At Law School

Meetings Before the Sleep-in at Harvard Law School

Sounds like a job for the Cambridge Inspectional Services. Is this lounge fit for human habitation? Is the building zoned for use as a student lodging house? Will persons without homes be allowed to visit overnight too? "Karefa-Johnson said that Law School activists today aim to broaden the scope of their efforts.' This is about HLS, but it’s also about inequality in America,' she said." Are persons with disabilities included in the scope? Will the rules of evidence be purged of its anti disability protocols? Will courts end the common practice, taught at HLS, of discrediting witnesses and victims based on their disability? Imagine black witnesses discredited because they are black. "Your Honor this witness is obviously black and whatever she says should be excluded for that reason alone." Ahhhh-hem!

New Hampshire Voters Expressed Protest For Bigger Government?

[From article]
If NH represents all of America, then she is in big trouble. The state just voted for a big government socialist who robs the future generation of debt-free living. Stealing their future is immoral. The moral choice -- that is, the biblical one -- is limited government and low taxes.
The state also just voted for a foul-mouthed, uncouth, rude and erratic showman who never met a liberal position he didn't like. He's a political professional wrestler, complete with the love of the spotlight and the hot chicks in the ring. It's still my belief that his destiny is not to occupy the White House but to sow dissension and confusion in America, particularly on the conservative side.

Protest Voters May Forget Abuses of Big Government

[From article]
The willingness to break with long-standing political norms isn’t surprising, considering voter anger, pessimism and spiking anxieties. Recent surveys of Americans show that overwhelming majorities believe the country is on the wrong track, the American Dream is unachievable, and our powerful, unaccountable government is America’s biggest threat.
Consequently, political dynasties have been rendered passe, as mega-donor darlings Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton discovered en route to their coronations. Not even their powerful super PACs (funded by unlimited individual, corporate and union support) can assure their victories.
[. . .]
Given America’s heritage and Big Government’s dismal track record, it’s stunning that Sanders and Trump — both advocates of using unprecedented government power to centrally plan and control economic life — could win New Hampshire’s “Live Free or Die” state. Have its freedom-loving voters forgotten the national purpose their state helped found: the democratic self-rule of a free people?
Hopefully, America is in revolt and casting about for outsiders not because they want more government but because of the failures of our hyper-politicized, unaccountable bureaucracy: contaminated water, terrorist attacks, dying vets, IRS harassment, illegal immigration, health care chaos and murdered U.S. diplomats and border guards.

White Privilege Extends To Protests For Black Activists

[From article]
Is this what they mean by “white privilege?”
A bunch of squirrelly hippies decide to block traffic into the city on an Interstate highway during rush hour — an act of domestic terrorism. And yesterday, a year after their irresponsible, heinous crimes, the smirking, spoiled art-history majors sauntered out of the courthouse in Quincy with “unsupervised probation,” which means zero punishment, as their leader, who lives in a mansion on Moss Hill in Jamaica Plain, refused to apologize.
[. . .]

The lesson is, if you’re a member of a PC-approved, politically protected class — in this case, rich white moonbats — the laws don’t apply to you. In the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls.
What do you suppose would have happened to these fools if they’d claimed membership in the Tea Party instead of Black Lives Matter? Forget 90 days at the Dedham House of Correction, which the district attorney was looking for. They would have been politically profiled as “bitter clingers,” which would have meant a one-way ticket to some federal pen, maybe even a Supermax like in Florence, Colo. Interference in interstate commerce, conspiracy, violation of civil rights, etc. etc. Plus an IRS audit.
Outside the courthouse yesterday, they looked like a free-the-weed rally in search of a bong, an outtake from an ancient Cheech & Chong movie. With the addition of a single hand-lettered “Hands Off My Trust Fund” sign, it could have been a Bernie Sanders rally. Not a black life anywhere in sight — it could have been the stage at last night’s Democrat presidential debate in Durham.
[. . .]
Nor did the judge. Remember a guy from Concord named Henry David Thoreau? Before the Civil War, he was thrown into jail for non-payment of taxes. He committed the “crime,” so he was willing to do the time.
They’re not making hippies like Henry David Thoreau anymore.

European Nations Demonstrate Against Middle East Migrant Invasion

[From article]
Protesters rallied against Islam and immigration in several European cities Saturday, sometimes clashing with police or counter-demonstrators amid growing tensions over the massive influx of asylum-seekers to the continent.
Riot police clashed with demonstrators in Amsterdam as supporters of the anti-Islam group PEGIDA tried to hold their first protest meeting in the Dutch capital. Only about 200 PEGIDA supporters were present, outnumbered by police and left-wing demonstrators who shouted, "Refugees are welcome, fascists are not!"
[. . .]
In Germany, up to 8,000 people took part in a PEGIDA rally in Dresden, according to the independent group Durchgezaehlt, which monitors attendance figures. Up to 3,500 people took part in a counter-demonstration on the other side of the Elbe River that divides the city, it said.

[. . .]
In the northern French city of Calais, police dispersed a rowdy anti-migrant protest with tear gas after clashes with protesters and detained several far-right demonstrators.
Around 150 militants from the anti-Islam, anti-immigration group PEDIGA gathered Saturday chanting slogans like: "We must not let Calais die!"
Calais has been a focal point for migrants who want to slip into Britain via the Channel Tunnel. Several thousand have been living there in slums for months.
[. . .]
Aside from its nationalist and anti-Islam stance, the group has also sided strongly with Russia. Several Russian flags were flown at Saturday's rally in Dresden, along with banners including "Peace with Russia" and "Stop war against Syria."
Smaller PEGIDA-style protests were also taking place in France, Britain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Denmark, Finland and Estonia.

European Populists Organize To Protest Middle East Migrant Invasion

[From article]
Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamization of the West (PEGIDA) is a grassroots movement that was formed in Germany a little over two years ago. The scale of their rallies has rapidly grown. And now they’re organizing mass demonstrations for February 6, to be held in cities across Europe.
[. . .]
PEGIDA provides a structure for citizens to come together to celebrate national pride and to express opposition to Merkel’s suicidal open-door immigration policy that has allowed in throngs of Muslims from Islamic countries – a policy that is destroying Germany in unthinkable ways.
If you’ve ever seen a video of a PEGIDA march, you’ll notice young and old, healthy and infirm, day or night, in all kinds of weather – patriotic Germans show up and wind their way through the streets. Some carry flags while others hold signs. There is often an eerie silence, though occasionally a chant breaks out or you can hear the national anthem being sung. (See here, here, here, here, here, and here for a sample of videos from a few of their marches.)
The size of the demonstrations is often large, with numbers reaching into the tens of thousands. Beginning in October, the group organized weekly marches in Dresden and other cities primarily located in the eastern part of Germany (which is likely no coincidence, given the region’s history and people’s firsthand knowledge of life under totalitarian rule).
But the core values embraced by PEGIDA are spreading beyond the eastern part of Germany. A recent study cited at the Gatestone Institute showed increasing numbers of Germans coming around to the hard truth about Islam and its incompatibility with Western culture.
[. . .]

In addition to increasing support across Germany, as noted at the outset of the post, PEGIDA’s reach is now expanding into other European countries as their base of support grows. Gates of Vienna notes that “PEGIDA is in Austria, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland and Great Britain.
[. . .]
The representatives of the far-right movements signed a joint “Prague declaration,” warning that the “history of Western civilization could soon come to an end through Islam conquering Europe.”
As you might imagine, PEGIDA is controversial as the left tries to paint them as neo-Nazis (they’re not) and dangerous right-wingers (as if it’s dangerous to love your country and want to protect it from ruin). It’s also common for peaceful marches to be infiltrated by people who start trouble in order to taint PEGIDA’s reputation. The German government is, of course, staunchly against them, and it is typical to see police out in force at their demonstrations – more police than Germany appears able (or willing) to muster to protect its citizens from such horrors as mass rape.
[. . .]
Is this our future? (Answer: If there is not a dramatic and immediate course correction, then yes. It is.)
(To read more about PEGIDA see here, here, and here.)

Student Protests At Columbia University In New York Get Weird

Columbia students say they feel pressure to join rallies -- like this one, held on campus -- in support of protests at Missouri and Yale.
Photo: J.C.Rice

[From article]
Columbia student activists are pestering peers to attend campus protests and walk-outs in solidarity with college students at Missouri and Yale or risk social isolation, students say.
Organizers posted flyers and sent Facebook messages inviting undergraduates to wear black clothing and join two demonstrations last Thursday to support people of color who are “marginalized and threatened.”
But some students worried they would be “ostracized” if they did not participate or dress in sync, one college parent said.
“There’s been a campaign of intimidation, where students are going dorm to dorm, floor to floor and asking students to go back to their dorms and put on black if they’re not wearing black,” the parent said.
“My daughter told me people are uneasy and fearful,” she added. “Her personal politics are left-wing and she shares their sympathies, but she doesn’t like to feel that she can’t wear blue if she wants to wear blue.”
Some students felt caught between their politics and academic responsibilities.
[. . .]
Hundreds of Columbia students gathered at the South Lawn Thursday, and some speakers heckled bystanders who did not participate.
“Look at those guys playing Frisbee — that is the definition of privilege,” said one speaker.
The students stopped playing Frisbee and left the area.
Another student wearing a T-shirt with the words “Kill White Supremacy” called Columbia a “white supremacist institution.”
She led the crowd in a progression of chants including “I love black people,” “I love all black people” and “I love queer black people,” before adding “I love black criminals” and “I love black people who steal.”

Intensity Of Student Protests Vary Inversely With the Seriousness of the Evil

[From article]
After America's unprecedented civil rights activation of half a century, Americans live in the most relatively discrimination-free utopia that world history has ever known. These things together are an intolerable state of affairs.
Real moral problems exist, and real injustices occur, but because the American left academy has insisted that all these things can be reduced ad absurdum to "race," then race, somehow, in the aggrieved mind of an adolescent simply, must be at fault...for nearly everything...somehow.
[. . .]
In our present world, these kids have not been allowed to be exposed to Christian persecution, missionaries combating poverty, or the march of democratic freedom in the face of tyrannical regimes. No, these kids have been steeped in a weirdness where sexual adventurism is proclaimed as identity and tone of skin is the sole competitor for the same. They were told over and over again since birth that the only acceptable public passions about right and wrong can and always should be reduced to either crotch or race. The adolescents choose race, crotch being a bit too personal right now.
[. . .]

No one ever gets fired for being the wrong color; if one did, legions of lawyers and hundred-million-dollar lawsuits would ensue. So everyone frantically tippy-toes around what skin color you are in order to not offend the trial lawyers union.
[. . .]
The barrier is that there's no barrier. No one can remember the last time someone was docked pay, let alone fired, for being the wrong color. No one can remember the last time a Barbie doll was hung in effigy over skin tone. But we can now remember lots of fake such incidents, where "race activists" have simulated acts of racial vandalism in order to get attention.
[. . .]
When there's no cause, make one up. When there's no injustice, zoom in closer until you find some.
[. . .]
And so every thin-skinned whiner who ever heard an insult thinks that his offense is now an international incident.
[. . .]

Columbia University in the City of New York

They are unaware that they do the bidding of America's enemies, who wish to destroy our institutions and leave the countryside in chaos.
[. . .]
They don't know what their cause is, they don't know who the man is, but they are sure that they're making history and they are really offended. Someone must pay!

College Protests Problem of Liberals

"We’ll soon learn whether the old- fashioned liberals have what it takes to stand up to the Maoists. So far, it’s not looking good." This was exhibited at Harvard Law School in November 2015. Pieces of black tape were found on images of black faculty and one woman at their newest classroom building, Wasserstein Hall. Police investigated the hate crime. Law students demanded Dean Martha Minow recognize the horrific racist crime. She caved and stated there is a serious racism problem at Harvard Law School. One more example, Wolfe and Loftin at U Missouri, of what Roger Morris recognized in his book, Partners in Power. The preferred leader is weak with relaxed rectitude. Not just deans, and college presidents, but police chiefs, governors, CEOs, etc. They are easier to manipulate as Minow shows.

[From article]
The Occupy movement of 2011 was a mostly white, somewhat undirected kick against capitalism by a generation enamored of social media but unsure how to communicate effectively. Occupy had no official leaders, no clear policy agenda, and no real point other than to provide a channel for its supporters’ inchoate rage at how the world works. Occupy soon withered away from boredom and incoherence, but the millennial generation’s budding leftists learned that they had an appetite for protest. All they needed was another cause.
[. . .]

In an all-too-predictable rerun of 1960s radical history, white lefties became infatuated with their black counterparts. Here were protesters willing to do more than just shout and chant—they were ready to throw stones and fight the police, in Baltimore and in Ferguson, Missouri. And unlike Occupy, BLM had several identifiable leaders, a somewhat clear policy agenda, and a driving purpose: to put white America on the back foot.
[. . .]

They don’t know who the 1 percent are, or how they got that way—apart from the nefarious, rapacious Koch brothers, of course—but they know that these modern Robber Barons call the shots and always have. They don’t know much about Thomas Jefferson, except that he owned slaves, and thus the mere mention of his name invalidates their identities. They know only outrage. They feel only pain.
[. . .]
How to placate this angry and organized element that threatens to hold hostage the Democratic Party and its electoral prospects? Does the party establishment stand for free speech and civil discourse, or does it support burning it all down? We hear a lot about the Republicans’ Tea Party problem but almost nothing about the Democrats’ Maoist problem.
[. . .]

The typical American college campus is run by cadres of old-fashioned liberals—not revolutionaries, just plain old American liberals who like mom, apple pie, FDR, LBJ, and Obama. At the higher levels of administration and on boards of trustees and overseers, you may even find the odd moderate Republican. What you don’t find many of are radicals such as those that have been videotaped abetting the anti-free-speech temper tantrums in Missouri.
We’ll soon learn whether the old- fashioned liberals have what it takes to stand up to the Maoists. So far, it’s not looking good.

Black Protesters at Dartmouth College Disrupt Library Threaten Studying Students

[From article]
Protesters at Dartmouth University disrupted students studying in the library, reportedly directing profanity towards white students and physically pushing others.
In a critical editorial, the conservative Dartmouth Review listed some of the epithets hurled by the protesters: “Fuck you, you filthy white fucks!” “Fuck you and your comfort!” “Fuck you, you racist shits!”
In addition, the Review reports that some of protesters became physically violent: “Men and women alike were pushed and shoved by the group. ‘If we can’t have it, shut it down!’ they cried. Another woman was pinned to a wall by protesters who unleashed their insults, shouting ‘filthy white bitch!’ in her face.”
Campus Reform managed to obtain video showing the protesters walking through the library shouting as others try to study. One of the protesters can be seen flipping off the cameraman. Another gets in the face of those who are studying demanding they say that black lives matter.
One of the protesters posted online, saying they were ashamed of what the protest turned into. “After making a girl cry, a protester screamed ‘Fuck your white tears,'” he reports. “I was startled by the aggression from a small minority of students towards students in the library, many of whom were supporters of the movement.”

Columbia University Greases The Skids For Dumbing Students Down

[From article]
The school is a hotbed of weakness, like Obama in Mom jeans.
I know that if I hopped a subway to Columbia and asked any of the students a political question, I would get the same type of liberal clichéd response. The students believe in diversity but are consistently progressive.
[. . .]
They would say that Obama improved family relationships even though single-mother parenthood has exploded and same sex-marriage has arrived as a joke alternative.
If these are the stupid, repetitive students that come out of Columbia, maybe the radicals in the sixties who tried to take over the administration building were right. I hated them, but maybe they should have burned the university down.

Illegal Aliens Protest Ann Counter At Book Signing

[From article]
Other activists unfurled a banner reading “Adios, Ann Coulter,” as another yelled at the author, “Go back to Europe!”
Through it all, Coulter remained unruffled and cheerful as she signed books, posed with her fans for photographs, and ignored the protesters.
Security eventually escorted the activists outside, where they began harassing customers leaving the store with their signed copies of Coulter’s book.
The protesters chanted to Coulter’s supporters, “Shame on you.”
One protester screamed at a couple leaving the store, “Don’t have kids! Don’t have kids!”
After the Incident, Coulter was interviewed by Breitbart News.
“You have to understand, screaming and defacing things is how Latin Americans express disagreement,” she said. “At least as long as they were destroying books and screaming in a book store, they weren’t molesting any 4-year-olds.”

"They allow people to take their private car, all day, all night and we, (with our) legitimate vehicle, we can’t find no work,” one driver told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.
“The amount of money I take home to my family has been eliminated,” another driver told WBZ-TV.
The drivers want Cambridge lawmakers to level the playing field so they can make a living.

The Iran Nuclear Deal is a BAD Deal

Inspections are NOT anytime, anywhere

US hostages will not be released as part of the deal
Deal may allow Iran to withhold information on prior
weapons development Sanctions relief will provide Iran with
nearly 150 billion dollars and immediate trade potential with western nations.
Iran nuclear capability is delayed, not destroyed.
Allows Iran to pursue its ballistic missile attainment
Secret side deals are unavailable for scrutiny
US assistance in protecting Iran nuclear sites potentially
places the US at odds with Israel in the event of the
necessity for Israel to take defensive action.
Removes ban on allowing Iranians to attain degrees in
advanced nuclear sciences at US universities.
