Cambridge, MA Gentleman, Charged With Rape of a Child, Arrested For Theft of National Guard Armory Weapons

James Walker Morales, 34, of Cambridge, MA

[From article]
A former Army reservist out on bail on a child rape charge broke into a Massachusetts armory last weekend and stole 16 guns, the FBI said Thursday, and he got caught because he was wearing a GPS monitoring bracelet.
James Walker Morales, 34, of Cambridge, was arrested Wednesday on Long Island, New York. He's scheduled to make an appearance in federal court on Friday in Brooklyn, according to the FBI.
Six M4 assault rifles and 10 Sig Sauer M11 handguns were stolen from the Lincoln Stoddard Army Reserve Center in Worcester last weekend. Surveillance video from a nearby business shows a man making several trips between the reserve center and a vehicle parked nearby over a six-hour period Saturday night into Sunday morning. On several occasions, he can be seen carrying duffel bags.
[. . .]
Morales gained access to the facility through a kitchen window, and then broke into the gun vault by climbing on top of it and using a cutting tool and pry bar to get through several layers of metal and wood, the FBI affidavit says.
The electronic monitoring bracelet placed Morales "directly inside" the facility, and blood left at the scene matched his DNA, the FBI said. He cut off the bracelet Monday but was tracked to New York through his cellphones, authorities said.
Morales had last been seen at the Worcester facility last Thursday to obtain copies of his discharge papers. Federal authorities described him as a former Army reservist but did not provide any additional information on his service and did not say whether the guns had been recovered.
In May, Morales was charged with aggravated rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a person under the age of 14,

A man who started a tense standoff at a Portsmouth, New Hampshire motel committed suicide Friday night, according to police.
Friday night police identified the man as Nicholas Cammarata, 30, of Saugus.
They received information from Cambridge police that an armed suspect may be at America’s Best Inn who was wanted for firing shots at a Cambridge officer early Friday morning.

Portsmouth NH Motel, Where Suspect Allegedly Killed Himself

"We made a call into the subject’s room and made contact with him briefly,” said Portsmouth police chief Stephen DuBois. “That’s when police say he tried to make a run for it out a back window.
“When he tried to make it out he was met by a couple of officers who challenged him.”
Shortly thereafter, police heard a gunshot, DuBois said.
Police didn’t know if it was aimed at them, so they exploded a diversionary device to see if there was movement in the room.
Then, they deployed a robot inside for safety and confirmed it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Harvard University Employees Harass Elder Tenant

Published October 10, 2014 3:43 PM ET; Last updated October 15, 2014 7:33 PM ET

Recall that I never requested any work from Harvard University Housing. They created a fantasy to justify an illegal entry to my premises. It was a trespass, perhaps a burglary. But with a $36 billion endowment and an army of media image makers it is easy to fool the public, the police and the politicians, who are always eager to obey wealthy powerful images.

[Sent Friday October 10, 2014 at about 12:10 PM via City Inspectional Services online form.]

Unless Harvard University (my landlord) has an exception as per CMR it is my belief that heat must be provided to residential tenants beginning on Sep. 15th each year. They do provide heat continuously to other tenants. But for some reason several times per year my unit (#2) does not get heat when the rest of my building at 85 Prescott Street, Cambridge does get heat. On Friday October 10, 2014 there was heat to other units but not to mine. When I call to complain the receptionist usually asks me, "Why are you the only one?" I write and speak about Harvard University criticizing them on occasion. Perhaps that is why. The persons also tamper with electricity, cable TV service, DSL online computer services, and hot water. It is how they express their dissatisfaction. Harvard University employees (police and superintendents) regularly retaliate for my protected legal expression. I'm aware that it is a violation of the Massachusetts civil rights felony statute. But police do not respond to my complaints. If you set up an appointment to inspect the problem I suspect it will be a waste of your and my time. Whoever is tampering with the heat system will restore the heat when it is supposed to be on before you arrive. Perhaps someone from your office speaking with a responsible person at Harvard may solve the problem. Thank you for your attention.

At about 1:00 PM I went to do an errand, returning at about 2:30 PM. I saw a paper tag hanging on my door handle, from Harvard University Housing. It was a report of an entry to my apartment for "maintenance." But I have never given Harvard University permission to enter my premises without permission except for an emergency. The tag stated that "TA" was in my apartment at about "1:35" [PM?] on date "10/10." The message written is "Apt temperature is 75 degree. Check apt temperature for report of apartment being cold."

This appears to be evidence of two crimes. One is criminal trespass if not burglary. Entering my premises without permission is a crime. Checking temperature is not an emergency.

Secondly when I complain to the City of Cambridge's Inspectional Services department using their online form, or any method, it takes about 7-14 days to get a response. Unless the Harvard University criminals who harass me every day committing repeated felonies were monitoring my computer communications, which I am aware that they do, it is not possible for the city to contact Harvard and have a Harvard employee respond to my complaint in one hour. The City of Cambridge closes at noon on Fridays. That adds another layer of delay.

But also I did not complain about the apartment being cold as per the above message. In the early morning hours it was cold. But at 1 in the afternoon with the sun shining, blasting on my windows the apartment gets warm. The complaint was that there was heat in other apartments but not mine on that day.

This suggests that someone is tampering with my computer transmissions which is a felony under the US Code. It is one of several daily felonies these police criminals commit every day.

But the Inspectional Services Department has limited jurisdiction.

[According to the weather service the temperature for Boston at about 11:54 PM on Thursday October 9, 2014 was 57 fahrenheit. At 8:54 AM on Friday October 10, 2014 it was 54 fahrenheit.  At 12:54 PM Friday October 10, 2014 it was 62.

At about 12:49 PM, 39 minutes after I sent a form message to the City Inspectional Services, the below email arrived in my inbox. Thus Harvard received  a "work request" from unknown and responded within 54 minutes. But again without permission entering my premises for a non emergency.]

Decorated NYPD Officer Charged With Breaking Into Woman's Apartment, Beating Her

[From article]
The 27-year-old was even pictured shaking Mayor Bill De Blasio's hand at the ceremony held at One Police Plaza.
Following the event, Donnelly went out drinking to celebrate and decided to sleep over at a friend's house in Woodlawn.
It the early hours of June 11, Donnelly was so drunk he wandered out of his friend's apartment wearing only his underwear. He then reentered the building and broke down the door of another apartment, thinking it was his friend's, the New York Daily News reported.
The unidentified 30-year-old woman woke up from the noise, and claims he proceeded to punch her more than 20 times and she tried to flee.
Donnelly eventually left and sources told the Daily News that he took a swig of milk from the woman's refrigerator before stepping out.
He was later captured on surveillance footage, and police used the images for wanted pictures before realizing the suspect was one of their own.

Black Teens Invade Home of White Woman Baltimore Bartender, Beat Her To Death

[From article]
For the second time in her life, Grace Leto will have to bury a child.
In 1983, she said, her 18-year-old daughter was killed in a car accident in Baltimore. On Friday, another daughter, Kimberly Leto, 51, was stabbed to death after she happened upon two teenagers attempting to burglarize her home, Baltimore police said.
[. . .]
Gorham-Ramos had previously been arrested in a summer burglary of Leto's home, police said, an incident in which she awoke to find him making off with electronics and other valuables. Authorities believe he returned there with Pinkney this weekend, and the two attacked her when she found them.
Both Gorham-Ramos and Pinkney have been charged as adults on counts that include first-degree murder, possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, and burglary.
Gorham-Ramos, an eighth-grader who attended Friendship Academy of Engineering and Technology, told Cogen he had a daughter. As he stood before the judge, he asked to be granted bail to see her.

Burglar Returns to Victim's House Rapes Her For Reporting Theft

[From article]
Curtez Deshawn Graham returned this past June to the twice-burglarized St paul, MN., home after being furloughed from prison and raped the woman after blaming her for his previous imprisonment, the victim told police.
‘B***h, you sent me to prison for 14 months,’ he snarled at the woman while standing naked in her bedroom menacingly holding a pair of scissors, said an affidavit cited by the Pioneer Press.
[. . .]
The frightened couple woke up to see the crazed man naked and threatening to kill them with the scissors if they did not do as he said, according to the affidavit.
He forced the man to tie himself up, revenge raped his helpless victim and then forced her to wash between her legs while taking a shower, the affidavit said.

Misleading Watergate Bits of Information

Even after 39 years journalists continue to spin the facts about Watergate. According to the book, Silent Coup, by Len Colodny and Robert Getlin, John Dean obtained approval for the Watergate break-in from President Nixon and his Attorney, General John N. Mitchell, by telling each of them that the other approved it. The objective according to this perspective was to get an address book from the DNC offices which had Dean's girl friend's name, Maureen Biner, now his wife's, phone number in it. The important campaign strategy was always kept at the candidate's headquarters not the DNC, so it was one of many misleading focuses that the objective was campaign strategy. The US political parties issue so much propaganda it is extremely difficult for voters to know what exactly is going on. Lies, lies and more lies except for the propaganda and lies, is what we all get. Too many voters are fooled by the trash that passes for information. Watergate is one of the many false narratives that made it into the history books. Woodward and Bernstein are celebrated as geniuses who uncovered this scandal. But all they did was write what a disgruntled FBI agent told them revealing FBI documents to them. Woodward was a briefer for the Joint Chiefs of Staff before he was a journalist. He had access to the highest levels of government before he was a reporter. He denied he knew Gen. Alexander Haig. Like Obama, Woodward lives a prominent life based on lies. Some people have no shame.

Los Angeles Woman 82, Charged With Burglarizing Doctors' Offices

No one was watching this hard-working public spirited enthusiastic woman. She regularly took time from her busy schedule due to the negligence of the government which did not give her enough money to maintain her accustomed life style. She reluctantly burglarized doctors' offices. No police agency, no crime family and no Communists were watching this woman with her known criminal behavior. In Cambridge MA on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, campus police and their criminal associates keep watch 24/7 of a 69-year-old white male who they say has a disability. The police criminals harass, insult, ridicule, humiliate, provoke, threaten him, and broadcast character assassination daily to ensure that he is unable to get free of the criminal enterprise. Who determines the priorities for the limited police resources which are unable to stop homicides, robberies, and rape?
