Misguided Equality Of Outcome Destroying The United States

Radical egalitarianism asserts that people of different backgrounds possess equal ability and in an ideal world, there should be no differences in accomplishment. And if such variations exist, they, almost by definition, result from discrimination, racism, stereotypes, and similarly reversible evils. Thus, the medical staff at a top hospital is supposed to look like a cross section of America and, since this Utopian outcome rarely occurs, it is up to a coercive government to bring it about.
The bad news is that radical egalitarianism is metastasizing and the damage inflicted far outweighs anything the 17 GOP candidates mention, including Trump’s horror stories of criminal illegals.
Radical egalitarianism is easily detected. As Soviet apparatchiks had their specialized vocabulary (e.g., false consciousness) American egalitarians have theirs. Be on the lookout for gaps, as in the gap between whites and blacks in home ownership. Then there are ceilings, the most famous being the glass ceiling that prevents women from occupying the top rungs of industry. Add tests to sort out abilities that egalitarians denounce as “barriers” as if testing for physical strength is a ruse to hinder women from becoming firefighters. But, of all the tip-off words, the most revealing is diversity as in “diversity is our strength,” a sure sign that racial/gender quotas are on the way.

Moreover, classes for the gifted have been cut altogether or dumbed down to achieve “fairness.” And let’s not forget hiring teachers and administrators according to race or ethnicity versus ability since “everybody knows” that youngsters perform best when teachers mirror the local community.

Mohamed Elibiary was a member of Obama’s Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council until he was let go last year because his radical views promoting the Muslim Brotherhood became more publicly known.

Let no one mistake what is being said here, and what this controversy is about, as the former advisor spells out the point very simply. It’s not about the flag, but about federal control.

Unfortunately, Mr. Elibiary (not to mention President Obama) seems to have skipped a lesson on the Constitution which accords to the federal government only those rights or powers specifically enumerated in the Constitution.
Indeed, that is one of the main points in the 10th Amendment, that all other powers remain with the states or the people. It is a specific and purposeful limitation of the powers of the federal government, that limitation being one of the main points of the Constitution.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

New Castle County police are investigating the theft of a Confederate battle flag from outside a Glasgow home, where the words "[expletive] u racist" were found spray-painted on a boat at the property Wednesday. The case comes amid a turbulent national debate about the use of Confederate imagery and racial tension in the wake of the deadly South Carolina church shooting.
Homeowner Barry Binkley Jr. said he flew the rebel flag at his Frazer Road property for more than 15 years and never heard any complaints. He said he isn't racist and displayed the flag because it is a symbol that ties him to friends and family in the South, including cousins in North Carolina.
The banner was on a flagpole outside the ranch-style home and visible from the street in the semirural neighborhood.
His truck window also was found broken Wednesday. A second Confederate banner on his garage was not disturbed.

It appears that the charming and always delightful lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School, has abandoned her premises, and her position as primary watcher and harasser. I say appears because I cannot be certain this is permanent. She has left for extended periods previously and returned to resume the criminal harassment and surveillance.

In the days leading up to Independence Day 2015, I experienced severe and intense harassment having my sleep disturbed and several attempts to provoke violence and crime, using young women as well as toddlers as bait from depraved minds of a new group of homosexual police employees. It is depressing to learn that all of the previous groups of police, crime families, FBI informants, Communists, Harvard University campus police, building superintendents and other assorted psychopaths all perform the exact same pattern of provocations and attempts at soliciting criminal behavior from me. For some of their bait it never entered my mind. But for the homosexual police criminals it is one of many ordinary thoughts they have. Toddlers? Young women? Not in my mind.



When I was 21, and a substitute high school teacher, teenage girls used to wait after class and rub up against me to express their interest. I shunned them knowing it was wrong for me to participate in any sexual interaction because I was their teacher. Even though it was as a substitute it never entered my mind. Today I read about the many teachers who have sex with multiple students. It is becoming common place. I am unable to understand that change. George Will wrote an essay about that.

Yet these obsessed police employees project onto me behavior I would never think of doing. It shows how misguided all of the harassment and surveillance I experience really is. It is beyond ludicrous. They do not know me at all. But they think they are omniscient.



That does not stop misguided police, FBI employees and their political associates in local and state government from abusing their power to censor my protected speech. Using psychiatry to silence criticism of wealthy and powerful police organizations, is intimidation of the first sort. It is a felony in Massachusetts to intimidate a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right. Speech is one of those rights under the First Amendment and the Massachusetts constitution as well. There are currently two political activist members of the homosexual lobby associated with the FBI and local police who decided that my observations about criminal abuses of power by groups of homosexuals is an abomination. 

Donald Trump's fact based opposition to the swarms of illegal aliens entering the United States with no screening has led to egregious abuses of the civil order. Murder, rape theft and injuries to law abiding American citizens is happening across the country. Cooperating useful idiot journalists refuse to report these abuses. It is only one of several misguided attempts to keep voters and taxpayers ignorant about dangers. Unlike Donald Trump I only have access to expression on my blog that Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me no one reads. So what is the problem? If I am speaking to the hand and the wind what does it matter?



One element infrequently discussed is that police, cooperating journalists, misguided attorneys, psychiatrists, even the drug-company-funded advocates for treatment and ordinary civilians, share an unfounded belief that being declared mentally ill makes the person a criminal. Those drug-company-funded advocates say they work to de-stigmatize mental illness. What they actually do is un-stigmatize drug treatment, which is what they are funded to do, promote more and more taxpayer funded drug treatment. All in the name of good. 

Mental illness is a crime in the minds of many. One factor is that the psychiatric industry with substantial financial support from the pharmaceutical industry persuaded politicians that mental patients should be forced to take psychiatric drugs if they are in prisons. It is why the police, crime families and Communists try so desperately to have me arrested and jailed or put into a hospital. So they can drug me to control me. Police and psychiatrists are some of the most needy persons, desiring to control others. The conflation of crime and mental illness is mostly from the growing practice of jailing people who say or act in ways that police and psychiatrists do not like or do not understand. Their speech and behavior may be protected by the Constitution, but most psychiatrists and some policemen have little knowledge of the rights of ordinary civilians. There is no exception in the constitution for persons designated crazy. But if you ask psychiatrists and police they will tell you differently.



In recent days I wrote for the umteenth time on my blog, which Harvard University lawyers relentlessly remind me "No one reads your blog." about the obscenity of the 45 years of criminal abuses I survived. I noted again the $2 billion taxpayer funded human services industry stands by and watches. That industry whose mission is to protect vulnerable persons ignored my hundreds of complaints about criminal abuse. Their negligent attitude encouraged the criminals to continue and to increase the despicable acts they commit against me every day.

Once again (this happens every three of four years), someone takes the initiative to get a professional to speak to me as I seek assistance with an unrelated matter, to bring up the subject of speaking with "someone." As if I never spoke with anyone about this abuse. Hahaha.



Their objective is to get me to speak with a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Hehe. Well surprise to those who are omniscient. I did that. I explained the history of 45 years of abuse since I was a student at Columbia University when the FBI and the CIA had me under surveillance. This is usually news to them. I usually hear at this point or later, "I didn't know that." So what does it serve me or benefit me to take my time and tell someone who thinks they know it all, and tell them what they did not know (or worse what they "knew" that was not true). Will it make the abuse end? Will it compensate me for the 45 years of criminal abuse? Will it punish the wrongdoers? Will it restore my career and reputation? My social, economic and political supports? Not likely at all. So why waste my time?



This reminds me of George Bernard Shaw's comment, "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." These homosexual political activists believe they are well intentioned, providing access to psychiatry for a misguided adult man who disagrees with their politics. It is how extremist leftists think. If you disagree with them you are wrong, stupid, a hater, evil and crazy. That is the face of Trotskyite, Leninist, Maoist and Stalinist intolerance in Cambridge, Massachusetts. If it was not a lawless city with exemptions under the Obama-Holder doctrine, which makes inconvenient laws optional, these criminal abusers of their political power would be jailed. Attacking a person using psychiatry is another felony. But since they control the police it is unlikely they will be stopped. Using psychiatry is a favorite method of misguided politicians who have been exposed as abusers of power while they promote an image as victims. That is what passes for political correctness in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Criticism is not tolerated.



It is also an example of pre-Homeric ancient Greek philosopher Cleobulous', observation, "The chief source of evil among men is excessive good." Much of the evil that exists is done in the name of good. In this case the homosexual moralists believe that psychiatry is a healing, loving discipline. In the name of love and healing they brutalize gentle troubled humans. That is another way of seeing the criminal abuse that these homosexual political activist police and FBI employees have unleashed on a elder white male who experienced 45 previous years of criminal abuses in the name of the same good.



These police employees who ignored me for 45 years, who think they know it all, believe they are going out of their way to extend me a "helping hand." How much help is it? The matter is a police matter. A civil and human rights matter. A matter of enjoying inalienable rights. A matter of preventing public officials from obliterating those god given rights. That is the purpose of the Bill of Rights. It has to do with the misguided ideas held by bystanders and human services professionals, politicians, police and the FBI.



They do not believe their job is to protect the freedom of vulnerable persons as their rights are protected, due to their wealthy and powerful connections. Instead, police act as if they do you a favor by stopping criminal acts when you are the victim. The FBI does the same. One agent said to me, "What have you done for us lately?" Another said about me, "He'll come around." They knew Communists and crime families were attacking me every day. They stood by and let it continue, waiting for me to plead with them for help and to reveal whatever information I had about crime.

Too bad I read several books about how the FBI operates and how many lives they destroyed. They would once again use me as bait for criminal activity that they are unable to see or learn about. Or is it they just allow it to continue? Hmmm. Then they will say, you are at risk of being harmed by the people we arrested. You must change your name and do what we say to keep you safe. You will join the "witless" security program and be a part of a larger group of criminals, who are protected by the FBI and the US Marshals. Then you will be safe. But you must do whatever we tell you to do. Huh? There goes my freedom. So you see, it is all about control. Not protecting inalienable rights. The FBI, police and US Marshals act more like organized crime than organized crime.

They push psychiatry as a way of helping, as a favor, giving access to treatment for them is how they help you. But what is it really? It is way to get control over a person. Not to empower them and to protect their freedom. It is a way to take control of the person to take his freedom from him. Psychiatry is an institutionalized program of blaming the victim. In former generations before the elitists discovered, or invented psychiatry, people had problems. If they were fortunate they had compassionate rational relatives and friends who helped them solve their problems. Today fortunate people with compassionate and rational relatives and friends, who encounter social, religious, economic, political, legal problems get help there too. But there is a large and growing segment of the population, which reacts to a person encountering problems with "Go see a psychiatrist." It is as if psychiatrists are experts at all kinds of problems. They actually believe they are.

One episode of Law and Order described a psychiatrist who led a group session of venture capitalists, their wives and friends. The psychiatrist manipulated the CEO, other executives, investors and their wives, to buy and sell commodities and stocks from which he benefitted. He was also able to have sex with the various wives. So it is a way to use others to raise one's position in life. Psychiatrists have as a primary pattern of relationship, control over the patient. People are no longer expected to help others. If others have problems they need to see a psychiatrist. Of course since the psychiatric control freaks demand substantial payment for exercising control, it is available only to wealthy persons or persons with good insurance. Poor people who use government insurance, or who have no insurance at all,  do not get access to these experts at everything. So it is thought that providing access to psychiatry for poor persons is doing them a favor. Hehe.

That is how the massive human services industrial complex works. They withhold services until and unless the victim of abuse submits to the psychiatric control freaks. They do the same with homeless persons demanding that they take psychiatric drugs if they want to remain in housing. If they refuse they are thrown out of their residence. That is illegal but as mentioned above psychiatrists don't need no stinkin' laws. 

Once a woman called me on a Saturday asking for help to get out a hospital. She went to an emergency room complaining about abuse. The psychiatrist placed her against her will in a psychiatric ward of a Boston hospital. It took me a few hours to find the psychiatrist who incarcerated the woman. I asked her why she put the woman in a hospital. The psychiatrist asked me."Have you ever spoken to her daughter? I said I did not. I asked if she threatened to harm the psychiatrist or made threats about violence to others or to property. The psychiatrist said no. I asked the psychiatrist if she knew the legal standards for placing a person in custody against their will. She did not. I explained it to her. She hung up the phone. I realized that she is not unique. That there are many psychiatrists with the backing of lawyers who believe it is in the best interest of a person to be forced to get treatment. The basic violation of due process is unknown to these morally superior people. Lawyers, psychiatrists and others who exercise their love and compassion for others. It is always in the name of good.

They do not tell their unwilling patients that whatever they say or do can be used against them in a court of law. Trusting a psychiatrist is like trusting a homicidal maniac. They have no concern for the law or the inalienable rights of their prey. They are just doing what is right, and they "know" what is right.

There is even a not for profit national organization which masquerades as a civll rights advocate for mental patients. But it is really a subsidiary of the drug companies, and promotes drug treatment. But image is all that matters. As Joseph P. Kennedy the elder reminded his sons, "It doesn't matter what you are. It matters what people think you are." Then there was the Kennedy cult homosexual employed by the FBI which led relentless character assassination against me for 45 years. He once said to me, "What do you care what people think about you?" Huh?

Instead of investigating my 25 years of hundreds of complaints they simply say, "He has no evidence." Compare this with the way that complaints about rape are being treated in 2015. Taxpayers provide specially trained investigators, gatherers of evidence, in local police departments, hospitals and in prosecutors offices across the nation. But even that is not enough for the feminist interest groups. Now with the assistance of the White House and his billions in taxpayer funds, the mindless US Department of Education demands that colleges and universities set up parallel systems of criminal justice to address one crime, rape. The spineless administrator class at universities create additional bureaucracy at their institutions to comply with the mindless demands.

Fixing America's failing approach to schools

For 25-45 years in three states I complained about criminal abuses. The reaction of local, state and federal bureaucracy is to use psychiatry. They are lying, or at best have false ideas in their minds. Because I do not accept their false descriptions of me and my life they do not re-assess their beliefs. They simply declare that it is me, who needs psychiatry. Huh?

One extreme example of outrageous false beliefs is the relentless mantra of national journalists, professional millionaire athletes, university students, faculty and administrators, and celebrities across the nation. After the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO, they promoted a false narrative that he was standing passive with his hands up surrendering to the policeman, when he was shot dead in cold blood. That was proven to be false. Yet there remains millions of people who believe that false version of events in Missouri. That is bad enough to have so many people walking the streets with a false belief.

But one charming gentleman visited his girlfriend in Baltimore. Borrowed her pistol and took a bus to New York City. He walked up to two NYPD officers and shot them dead as a retaliation for the brutal (in his mind) police shooting of Michael Brown. I saw a few reports about how distorted this was. But very few journalists noted how outrageous this event was. Based on a lie about facts, in a narrative promoted by politicians, journalists and Communist propagandists, who are given open access to media outlets, two NYPD officers are dead. Their wives and children have no husband and father. Is there any suggestion that journalists, athletes, politicians who promoted these lies be held accountable? Any apology from those who added to the false narratives?

Atheists, Muslims do not believe in God as a source of inalienable rights, and the constitution. Yet they appeal to it in courts and in media arguments, i.e, propaganda. Humans are given inalienable rights by God. The founders of the United States wrote the constitution to prevent the government from violating those god given rights. But atheists do not believe in god. So how do they argue for their rights? If they do not believe in god they do not have those rights. Muslims claim Allah's word in the Koran is the only law, Sharia law. So how do they argue that they are being denied equal rights under law, a right protected by the constitution but given from god? It appears to me that these non believers in god and the constitution, should be barred from filing lawsuits in US and state courts. They are ineligible because they do not believe in god given rights.

Immediately upon realization that I did not intend to submit to homosexual police and FBI controllers, they abandoned me once again. There was 15 previous years of the FBI using me as bait for organized crime. They did not pay me one cent. They joined the abuses and coordinated the up to nine  crime families who took turns harassing me. Within hours homosexual police employees from the California Syndicate replaced them conducting the same kind of criminal harassment, surveillance. Disturbing my sleep every one or two hours, and tampering with my computer. That is the problem. The California criminals and their supporters in the state of Washington conduct a brutal 25-45 year campaign of criminal harassment, abuse, character assassination, ridicule, humiliation, insults, provocation, abuse of power. Police agencies stood by for 25-45 years and allowed the crime families  and Communists, to freely do what they wanted to do.  Now the police expect me to ask for their help after they allowed the California criminals to brutalize me for so many years. They really think of me as a fool.

“There’s a law on the books that says if a country will not take a criminal back the attorney general shall, not may, shall deny visas, any visas coming from that country – that is on the books right now. Has it been enforced by Republicans or Democrats? No, it has not,” Coulter said during an interview with PJ Media.
“There’s a law on the books right now that says an immigrant who has been convicted of a crime in America who does not cooperate in being sent home, that itself is a crime, not signing the papers, not showing up when you’re supposed to, that itself is a crime punishable by 4 years in prison – that’s never enforced. It’s just not enforced. Three times Congress has voted to build a fence and it never gets built,” she added.
According to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released 33,007 illegal immigrants with criminal records in 2013. Following these releases, 121 were charged with homicides.
Based on the research Coulter conducted, she concluded that a legal fix is not going to improve the immigration system.
“The entire thing has to be shut down. No more immigration for 10 years. We get our books in order. We assimilate the ones already here. Build a fence. Repeal anchor babies and then we start up with the pre-1970 immigration policies,” Coulter said.

Today’s leftists are much like the zealots who attacked cathedrals during the Reformation, knocking the heads off statues, destroying relics, breaking stained glass windows and even stripping paint from church walls. The iconoclasts believed they were purifying the church from idolatry and heresy by so doing.
In like manner, the religion of the Left is seeking the destruction of symbols, statues and paintings representing what they believe to be an unmitigated racist world view diametrically opposed to the doctrines of the pure church of liberalism.
Consequently, what may be at stake is the distinct possibility of a panicky purge of the history of the American South. A purge is to be achieved by eliminating anything that calls forth memory of the Confederacy.

Last week came word Saint Louis University will remove a heroic-sized statue of Fr. Pierre-Jean De Smet S.J. from the front of Fusz Hall, where it has stood for 60 years.
The statue depicts Fr. De Smet holding aloft a crucifix as he ministers to two American Indians, one of whom is kneeling.

According to SLU Assistant Vice President for Communications Clayton Berry, “some faculty and staff … raised questions about whether the sculpture is culturally sensitive.” Senior Ryan McKinley is more specific: “The statue of De Smet depicts a history of colonialism, imperialism, racism and of Christian and white supremacy.”

But simply because they are cowardly, or politically correct, why should that statue be going into the SLU art museum? Why should not they themselves depart for another institution where their sensitivities will not be assaulted by artistic expressions of religious truths?
The message the SLU president should have given the dissenters is simple: We are a Catholic university that welcomes students and faculty not of the faith. But if you find our identity objectionable, then go somewhere else. We are not changing who we are.

Not only is Fr. Serra’s name famous in California, his statue has stood since 1931 in the U.S. Capitol in one of two places set aside for the Golden State. With the pope coming here to canonize Fr. Serra, the war drums have begun. It is said the priest accompanied Spanish soldiers who brutalized the Indians, and Fr. Serra helped to eradicate their religion and culture, replacing it with his own.

Yet, Jackson, slashed across the head by a British soldier in the last days of the Revolution for refusing to polish his boots, was also arguably the greatest soldier-statesman in American history.

Harvard University Study Shows Faculty Extremely Liberal, Up to 98 Percent At Some Schools

During the three years, the Harvard affiliates represented in analyzed public filings gave nearly $3 million to federal campaigns and candidates. Each of Harvard’s schools leaned to the left in the contributions made by their affiliates, many by wide margins. Ninety-six percent of donations in the data set from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, which includes Harvard College, supported Democratic efforts. That figure was even higher—nearly 98 percent—at Harvard Law School. Harvard Business School was the most Republican, with 37 percent of its contributions supporting Republicans and 62 percent going to Democrats.

The Crimson analyzed the federal donations of contributors who reported Harvard University as their employer and were listed in Harvard directories and websites as professors, lecturers, fellows, associates, researchers, and scientists, as well as visiting fellows and professors. The data set does not include people who only work as administrators.

The data does not include contributions made to independent expenditure, or super PACs, and nonprofits groups organized under section 501(c)(4) of the tax code that engage in electioneering communications. It does include contributions to candidate-linked PACs.
The data supports the commonly held belief that Harvard’s professoriate is largely liberal, raising questions about the ideological diversity of the faculty and what impact that may have on teaching and research.

The largest FAS donors in the data set include Chemistry professor emeritus and Nobel laureate Martin Karplus ’51, University professor and former University President Lawrence H. Summers, and Psychology professor Steven Pinker.

If anyone opposes science it is Al Gore and his supporters. Science is always open to scrutiny which extremist leftists do not tolerate. According to Harvard University's Astronomy Professor Dimitar Sasselov, the meteorological changes are based on 40,000 year cycles. But for politicians today is all that matters.

What you say is accurate. But unfortunately you make up facts, which is not how it works. You say, "every scientific organization with standing in physical science all over the world supports the mainstream theory of radiative balance and the greenhouse effect and its role in the modern warming trend." I can say they approve the opposite without evidence, just as you do. If Al Gore's "friends" all agreed with him, why did they not appear in his film? Why should anyone believe a man who earned $100 million promoting his junk science. Problem with extremist leftists promoting junk science and speaking for everyone is that they do not tolerate any dissent. It is their way or the mental hospital, Stalin's way. All of science is based on faith, i.e., the Uniformity of Nature Principle. That includes unfounded belief that gravity will continue working as it does now. That water will always boil at 100 C. And thousands of other elements of nature that are often changing. For you what you believe is absolute and never changing. It is that kind of belief that causes catastrophes. Prof. Sasselov puts the issue of global warming in perspective of the history of the universe, not the lifespan of a greedy politician, and his useful idiots.

Is this indicative of some of the problems with the politicians in Washington DC? First of all is Pelosi who famously said we have to pass the health care bill into law in order to learn what is in it. As a result 2,700 pages of statute followed by tens of thousands of regulations made the health care boondoggle a danger and damaging to the delivery of health care to the population. Pelosi has no shame. She joins Democratic US Rep. candidate Clark and MA State Rep. Marjorie Decker who has never held a real job before working as an aide to a state rep. She will probably spend her entire life with no real world experience living in the fantasy world of a legislature spending other people's money. 

More importantly these three women are (will be) elected to represent all the people of their political subdivision. Yet they openly speak for only one part, i.e. women, who are a majority of the population. That always includes the upper class women, children of upper class parents who never had to work for a living and enjoy special privileges as a women. At the same time these liberal women deny that conservative women like Sarah Palin are women at all. These liberal women may or may not be extremists. But for sure they are delusional and need to be evaluated by the nearest psychiatric clinic to be tested for their violence potential, and dangerousness to society. But more importantly they openly suggest they are not concerned with poor men who suffered injuries fighting for the nation in war or in domestic civil matters. The have no shame and continue to fight the Old Boys Network while trying to establish the Old Girls Network to replace it and do the same thing only for women. These are identity politician extremists. They work to divide the nation between men and women, assisting the Marxist agenda revealed by Chief KGB agent in the United States, Oleg Kalugin.
