Recent History of Democratic Party Supreme Court Appointment Hate Campaigns

However, if the Democrats stick to principles they would honor their own Senate Resolution 334 which urges no SCOTUS recess appointments. The likelihood of that occurrence is about on par with Bill Clinton honoring his marriage vows.
With decades of practice, the Democrats have mastered the art using the judiciary for agenda advancement and they play to win, no holds barred. Republicans still believe their Senatorial opponents are gentlemen who play by Robert’s Rules of Order. They do so without supporting evidence.
Past hearings have been fraught with difficulties, false charges, racist allegations, hypocrisy and despicable politics. As the battle looms it is worth recalling the advice of Sun Tzu: “If ignorant both of your enemy and yourself, you are certain to be in peril.”
In order to move forward successfully, a refresher on the past is in order:
Robert Bork (1987) Kevin Gutzman, then an intern for Congressman Dick Armey, described the hearing as having “all the makings of a circus.” Gutzman also described the men aligned against Judge Bork as being: “the Democratic majority on the Judiciary Committee, includ(ed) a chairman (Sen. Joe Biden) in the midst of a scandal over his having delivered a speech plagiarized from a British politician, one member (Patrick Leahy) who had been tossed off the Intelligence Committee by its Democratic chairman for leaking documents, another senator (Robert Byrd) who had been a Ku Klux Klansman, and Kennedy, infamous for being tossed out of Harvard for cheating”
Indeed the men who sat in judgement of Robert Bork had issues of their own, but as we know Democrats are as forgiving of themselves as they are unforgiving of the opposition.
Senator Kennedy fired a slanderous broadside against Bork:
“Robert Bork's America is a land in which women would be forced into back-alley abortions, blacks would sit at segregated lunch counters, rogue police could break down citizens' doors in midnight raids, schoolchildren could not be taught about evolution, writers and artists could be censored at the whim of the Government, and the doors of the Federal courts would be shut on the fingers of millions of citizens.”
The well prepared speech had been on hold as the Democrats had been lying in wait for Bork’s expected nomination. The Republicans were stunned, and Bork, was ‘Borked’ and ultimately rejected 42-58. Judge Bork became the fourth Republican nominee rejected in the past 100 years. A Democratic president has not had a nominee rejected since 1894 when Wheeler Hazard Peckham was voted down by the Senate.
Clarence Thomas (1991) As ugly and as hard fought as the Bork hearing was, things got worse. Thomas, nominated to replace civil rights icon Thurgood Marshal, was seen as being too conservative and thus not ‘black enough’ for such an honor. In reality, Thomas was a person worthy of emulation: born dirt poor, a direct descendent of slaves, he fought discrimination while young including desegregating the high school he attended. Hard work, as well as dedication to his studies, allowed him to rise above lesser individuals who lacked his will, character, and intellect. None of that mattered to Democrats or their backers in the NAACP; Clarence Thomas was seen as a Tom, pure and simple, thus the knives came out to stab him in the back.
Having learned from the decimation Bork, Thomas treaded lightly with circumventive responses to loaded questions. The Baltimore Sun in its piece; “The Real Clarence Thomas?”described the testimony:
“Too often… he chose to retreat into such safe responses as, "I have to wait to read the briefs and hear the oral arguments." Too often he obfuscated when asked about prior writings.

As the hearing progressed the Democrats saw that they were losing this battle. Committee Chairmen Joe Biden’s questioning had failed to reveal a chink in the defensive armor of Thomas. The Democrats were reduced to bringing in a ringer; an unknown women named Anita Hill. Her testimony elicited the intended, feigned outrage, fueled by coordinated efforts. However, Thomas, now justifiably outraged, struck back:
“This is a circus. It’s a national disgrace. And from my standpoint as a black American, as far as I’m concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas, and it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. Senate, rather than hung from a tree.”
Thomas fought back and was confirmed by the narrowest of margins.
Miguel Estrada (2003) George Bush’s nominee to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, was widely regarded as a prospect for a future appointment to the Supreme Court. If Clarence Thomas was not black enough for the left, Estrada was not brown enough. There are few things the left hates more than a person of color becoming, strong, well educated, successful, and Republican. People who rise above and desert them must be destroyed, least others get the same ideas that achievement is possible without the governmental largess of the Democrats. Best to nip this Estrada fellow in the bud as soon as possible.
The day before the committee vote the New York Times editorialized:
“Mr. Estrada, now a lawyer in Washington, also had an opportunity to elaborate on his views, and assuage senators' concerns, at his confirmation hearing, but he failed to do so. When asked his opinion about important legal questions, he dodged.”
Let’s be clear regarding the hearings of Bork versus that of Estrada: Bork was rejected, because he was honest in his wholly defendable legal views, while Estrada was rejected for evasiveness and lack of clarity regarding his views.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
Keep the above point in mind also as pertains to the future testimony of President Obama’s nominee: Sotomayor.
Regarding the ‘wise Latina’s’ testimony the NY Times stated:
“She strove to be as circumspect about her views as possible, while the Senate Judiciary Committee members played their preset roles as defenders and interrogators.”

Sotomayor was confirmed, as well as Elena Kagan, who when combined with Ginsberg form a solid, unabashed trio of extreme left ideologues. All three were accepted by Senate Republicans with a minimum level of resistance.
Obama will take the rare opportunity to nominate someone as a replacement for Scalia. Democrats will fight hard for the candidate. However, the rules need to be applied fairly and equally to both sides, but they never are. The real problem is the Republicans have yet to come to that realization.

Today's college students having been taught in high school to hate America, and to ignore the US Constitution have no clue that the purpose of the First Amendment is to protect speech you hate. They are more concerned with not hurting feelings or claims about hurt feelings than learning the truth. This will not have a good ending.

Williams College students invited Suzanne Venker, a writer and longtime critic of feminism, to speak Tuesday night, but changed their minds and took back the invite for her talk, "One Step Forward, Ten Steps Back: Why Feminism Fails."
Venker had been invited to participate in a student-run, alumni-funded speaking series at Williams called "Uncomfortable Learning." The program’s purpose is to expose students to controversial voices and opinions they might not otherwise hear. Many of the speakers tend to be conservative or people whose views don't square with those of most students.

The students who run the series decided to cancel the event, co-president Zach Wood explained, after its Facebook page began to attract acerbic comments and “things got a little out of hand.”
The page has since been deleted, but one comment, which Wood quotes in an article he posted, said, “When you bring a misogynistic, white supremacist men’s rights activist to campus in the name of ‘dialogue’ and ‘the other side,’ you are not only causing actual mental, social, psychological and physical harm to students, but you are also -- paying -- for the continued dispersal of violent ideologies that kill our black and brown (trans) femme sisters … you are dipping your hands in their blood, Zach Wood.”
The concern, Wood explained, was that “people would get riled up while she was speaking,” maybe even throw things, and there wasn’t time before the event to organize security. “You never know,” he said. “We’re just trying to think ahead here. The last thing we wanted to do was do something destructive.”
Still, Wood said, “If it was just my decision, I would have brought Venker to campus …. Suzanne Venker’s views are views that are held by millions of Americans whether we like it or not, and if we want to push back against them, we have to try to understand them.”

Many critics of academe say that speakers are routinely disinvited to campuses for having conservative views. In some of the most prominent of these cases, speakers, hearing of protests planned, have withdrawn. In this case, the invitation was withdrawn after student backlash over the speaker's political views. The decision was made by student organizers, not the college, as Venker initially charged.

During the days of vote counting and verification of 2015 Cambridge election results, California crime Syndicate associates based in New York City, employed psychiatrists for surveillance and more never ending character assassination. Attending a lecture of lawyers, negotiators and arbitrators a unique young lady was present speaking out loud and otherwise disturbing the meeting. Is she one of many dependent on anti depressants, an active mental patient? Was this one of the human trafficking women sent by criminal geniuses as payment for their 45 years of criminal abuses? Was she supposed to be a pal for me to hang out with? Was she sent as my partner in celebrating how great psychiatrists are, even if they work for a national crime syndicate?

It shows what they think of me. More evidence I remain surrounded by hateful, hostile, clueless criminal psychopaths. They try desperately to have me arrested, using women as bait. Often they try to recreate events which in their minds were reason enough to have me arrested in the 1970s, even though there was no arrest, or even wrongdoing by me. Between 1968 and 1973 it was an extreme abuse of power by the California crime Syndicate for personal reasons. At the time I was clueless why they were harassing me, and did not learn what they accused me of until 1979, nine years after severe abuses by government thugs who joined crime families attacking me. On at least one occasion in New York City a member of a crime family stopped a member of another crime family from killing me in the streets of Manhattan.

Persons unknown to me would approach me and insult me in the streets of Cambridge, MA. I did not know why, and just ignored what they said thinking they were unbalanced or misguided. One young woman said to me, "Your mother was a fool." I do not know why she said that to me. I suspect it was because my mother took care of my disabled father for twenty years after he was injured in an industrial accident. The upper class that was at the time surrounding me in Cambridge would never do that for a husband or family member. Perhaps there was another reason for the insult to my mother. Nonetheless I ignored what she said, and went on with my troubled life at the time. The personal animosity based on my family background would only continue and got worse. That was the basis of some of the hatred toward me from Cambridge, MA residents in the 1970s. It was class based. 



Today it is racial and class based. Limousine liberals believe that all white persons are wealthy and powerful. All black people are poor and weak. This misguided world view is often expressed by students at Harvard University Law School who lament how they are oppressed by dead wealthy white men and government policies from 150 years ago. Wealthy white people accept their whining, while the privileged black students live a life of extreme indulgence in the corridors of wealth and power. It is one example of upper middle class black people having joined the dinner table in the film, The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie.



Having risen from the lumpen working class, from a broken home of uneducated parents, one an immigrant, which limousine liberals now celebrate, I live in a lower economic class than when I was born. This after obtaining a degree from Columbia University and attending law school. I am living the results of 45 years of non stop character assassination, ridicule, humiliation, provocations, insults and slander. It is truly amazing how American citizens are unable to make judgments on an individual basis. If a person is poor to the upper class of Cambridge in 2015, they are stupid and dangerous. How has that changed from the Medieval period in history? Not too much. These people believe they are the most enlightened and tolerant because they now have black upper class elitists in their club. Hahaha.

Crime families and their police associates continue to manipulate the self absorbed ruling class in Cambridge, MA. The elite stand by and permit 45 years of criminal abuses by crime families and police agencies targeting a single white male, now 70 years old. How depraved are these elitists who claim moral motives for their public policies and promote them with little or no real world experience. It indicates there is little common sense among the highly educated, pampered privileged children of the upper classes.

The upper class elites use their inheritances to employ criminal thugs to harass unpleasant poor persons, who are skeptical about their public policies. In the days after the 2015 election during verification of the votes, four groups took turns attacking me disturbing my sleep and trying to provoke violence. First the California crime Syndicate which was always present during the past 45 years leading the daily harassment. They were joined by a homosexual police employee of the Kennedy Cult from Massachusetts, one black homosexual FBI employee from New York City. The  fourth is a Communist lesbian police employee from Harvard University. On Saturday November 7, 2015 it was a local police employee from Somerville, MA. I feel proud to be free after their brutal attacks, and provocations. But I am still under 24/7 surveillance and harassment.

On Saturday November 7, 2015 I went grocery shopping in Somerville, MA. I noticed a tall black man watching me as I moved through the store. I do not know if he is affiliated with: the Midwestern Outfit, the FBI or Cambridge police. There was a uniformed Somerville officer who joined him watching me as I went through the cashier line. This is not the first time police kept me under lock step surveillance as I did my lawful errands. On previous occasions it was also Somerville police. I complained to the Mayor and their disability commission with no response. Due to relentless character assassination police are employed to watch me because they perceive me as being crazy. They believe that being crazy is also dangerous. Nothing unusual. It is pervasive throughout the United States. But watching me because of their perceived disability is a violation of state and US laws. 

But local, state and U.S. taxpayer funded agencies do not enforce those laws. Discrimination laws are only enforced for black people, women and homosexuals. Recently Muslims have been added to the privileged class being protected by those laws. But being crazy?Or being perceived as being crazy? Not so much. It is still acceptable to not only discriminate but also to harass, to provoke, to ridicule, to humiliate, and to slander due to perceived disability. That is one reason why the criminal abuses by police and crime families has gone on for so many years.  They do it because they can.

Beginning on Election Day evening November 3, 2015, the criminal harassment escalated. Criminal police employees from two or three of the major crime families, i.e., the Kennedy Cult, the California crime Syndicate and the Midwestern Outfit took turns with Communist police employees at Harvard University, and gambling rings from Medford and Somerville, MA. They took control of the primary harassment both at my home and as I travel about the area doing my lawful errands.

On November 3, 2015 due to relentless harassment I got three hours of sleep. On November 4, 2015 over a 15 and 1/2 hour period I got 8 hours sleep. The same pattern of harassment using women as bait also continued. Crime families, police and psychopaths who try to have me arrested conduct the exact same abuses. Often using the exact same women. One lesbian police employee has an intense hatred toward men. She expressed her hatred toward me due to my letters in local newspapers and in other venues. She objected to my criticism of misguided policies of local, state and US government agencies and politicians.

This man-hating woman is often present in venues when I visit. I avoid her. If I see her on the street I cross the street. She is one of about four local women who I used to speak with until they revealed their irrational animosity. I avoid them whenever I see them. When I voted on Election Day there were about six women at the poll who I never saw before. Each year I vote, and got to know all of the poll workers at my precinct. 

One year I realized except for the police officer all of the poll workers were black women. I found it humorous that there are daily complaints about racism and discrimination, but where I voted there were no white poll workers. Typical of Cambridge, MA. On November 3, 2015 these other women were helping voters who appeared to have a disability. That was unusual. One of the long term black women poll workers said to me as I checked in, "You are causing trouble, Roy. Goodbye."

Not wanting to get into a discussion of why she said that, I voted and left. I wondered what I had done recently to justify what she said. The only thing that could be considered trouble was me writing about my experiences over the past 45 years. Harvard University lawyers repeatedly tell me, "No one reads your blog." But where else could this woman learn what I was writing?

Since I came to Massachusetts to go to law school in 1970, my life was and is a nightmare. Few people believe it or want to hear about it. For many years I was ashamed to tell anyone about my experiences. But I read about others and what they did after their horrible experiences. One was Louis Zamperini, as described by Lauren Hillebrand in her book Unbroken. His beatings while a prisoner of war in Japan were awful to read about. What amazed me most was when he made it home safely he told his father what he lived through. Neither his father or a therapist believed what he told them. It seems that few people are able to comprehend human depravity. How one person or persons could commit such extreme abuses on another person.



A second book I read was A Stolen Life by and about Jaycee Lee Dugard who was kidnapped when she was eleven years old. A convicted sex offender took her with his wife and held her for 18 years. She had two babies while in his custody. The man's parole officer visited the home 60 times but did not see her. She was fortunate to make it back home where her mother was still alive and welcomed her with love. Her story is heart wrenching. But I learned about several other stories after I read these books. One other book I read is Night, by Elie Weisel. It is about a teenager surviving mass murder during the holocaust. A young man was on his way home but was caught up in a sweep by German troops who killed hundreds. He was put into a mass grave but was not dead. He survived and made it home to tell his father what he saw. His father told him he must tell others so they could learn and be aware.

Three young women Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry, and Georgina "Gina" DeJesus, were freed after being kidnapped by a man who held them in Cleveland, OH for eleven to thirteen years. Others e.g., Colleen Stan, Tanya Nicole Kach, were held in captivity for many years. One story was broadcast on NBC Dateline, as Angels and Demons. Daniel Perez, who used several aliases, founded a cult in Kansas. He repeatedly raped girls as young as ten, and their mothers. He killed for insurance when he needed money. The reporter interviewed the women on camera now in their twenties and married. You can hear their deadened emotions as they tell about being raped hundreds of times by the man.



One of them explained she feared she would not be believed when she testified in court because it was such a remarkable story of extreme abuse. It is how I feel for the same reasons. Add to that the relentless character assassination by police, the FBI and crime families saying, "He's crazy." I know that almost everyone I know, knew and meet still thinks that about me. But I realized that if that is true I have little to lose. If they already think I am crazy, what do I have to lose by speaking about my unusual experiences after 45 years of criminal abuses by police, crime families, etc.

If these young women can speak publicly about how they were abused over many years and it was beneficial to them I can do it too. Even though I am in my 70s. So that may be why that black woman poll worker on November 3, 2015 said I was causing trouble. I am telling what I survived over 45 years. Too many people believe the lies that the government and the crime families repeatedly broadcast for the past 45 years to cover up what they did to me and to discredit me. So It appears that telling my story is doing me some good. It is getting me free of those who were lied to and who believe what they heard. Perhaps I too can find people I'd want to be with, to socialize, and spend time with, instead of the hateful and hostile psychopaths employed by police and crime families. Instead of the dysfunctional thousands of people who have had me surrounded over the past 45 years.

In this they play into the hands of a childishly narcissistic president who despises the values upon which our country was based, a man who repeatedly pokes our allies and us in the eyes to show that he can deeply offend without penalty.
A recent survey by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania found that a majority of Americans are unaware of what is considered basic knowledge of the Constitution.
This information, which was released Wednesday, comes on the cusp of the 228th anniversary of Constitution Day (Sept. 17).

2) This Ill-Educated Public Is Remarkably Susceptible to Media Manipulation and the Ahmed Mohamed Case This Week is a Prime Example
Ahmed Mohamed is a young student in Texas who came to school with what he said was a homemade digital clock in a lunch box .It was very suspicious looking.

The left-wing media quickly followed its customary stance of reporting baseless narratives in which Americans are portrayed as hopelessly racist and Islamophobic.
The Daily Signal, however, noted 9 other cases where students not Moslem and not named Mohamed were treated like criminals.
The Wall Street Journal’s James Taranto also listed numerous incidents of overreaching by school administrators under the “zero tolerance” mandates even before 9/11 and affecting students of all races and backgrounds. He detailed the narrative (that is, fairytale) of Islamophobia Ahmed’s father (well-connected to Moslem activists) peddled to a press delighted to megaphone it for him:

I do not frequent the White House, but I often am in the House and Senate office buildings in Washington, and my best guess is that if I’d tried to bring Mohamed’s clock into one of those places, there would have been guns drawn.”
3) The Invitation to The White House is More than Merely Moral Preening: It’s a Sign of the President’s Continued Contempt for Americans
Some have tried to make it appear that Ahmed ’s invitation to the White House is in part related to his engineering genius --- an effort to reward and encourage other young Moslem science students to excel.

Whichever it was it was not Islamophobia, and the invitation to the White House to suggest it was is of a piece with Obama’s performance when Skip Gates was arrested for what seemed to be a house break-in, when Trayvon Martin was shot while trying to beat up someone, when Michael Brown was shot after robbing a convenience store, attacking a cop, and trying to steal his gun.
It’s so obvious that even the thirteen-year-old middle school student, Coreco Ja Quan Pearson catches on.

An Aug. 12 drive-by shooting that took the life of a Cambridge man happened in front of Guirand’s mother’s house, she said. To some, a drive-by shooting may not be obviously linked to racism, or to housing, for that matter. But Guirand said she sees black-on-black violence as a product of the system that first segregated black people into economically isolated communities.
“Black-on-black violence exists because of institutional racism and it exists because of a system that keeps black people poor,” Guirand said.

I guess what I have a problem with is dividing Americans into groups. In the case of the Democrats, they divide Americans into supposed “victimized” groups. Disgusting.

Ronald Reagan was pretty good at doing that. As a young black man from the Baltimore projects, every time I heard President Reagan speak, I felt good; inspired to be all I could be and proud to be an American. Funny thing. I do not remember Reagan promising me any special concession due to my race.

“Over the span of more than a decade, 2,151 whites died by being shot by police compared to 1,130 blacks. In that respect, Medved is correct,” said PolitiFact.
But PolitiFact gave his assertion a “half true” rating because whites make up 63 percent of the population, while blacks make up just 12 percent.
“Yes, more whites than blacks die as a result of an encounter with police, but whites also represent a much bigger chunk of the total population,” PolitiFact said in its Aug. 21 post.
But PolitiFact did not take into account the percentage of those by race involved in violent crime or shootings of police, as Mr. Moskos did.

This week, the NAACP made national front-page headlines with a local press release demanding that the feds investigate the hanging death of a local man in Port Gibson, Miss. Derrick Johnson, president of the NAACP Mississippi State Conference, immediately invoked the specter of a “hate crime.” In response, the Obama Justice Department flooded the zone with a whopping 30 federal agents.

As I reported in January, the group was here in my adopted hometown of Colorado Springs hyping a so-called “bombing” at the city’s chapter office.

But the allegedly racist perpetrator of the “NAACP bombing” turned out to be a disgruntled client of a now-deceased tax accountant who once worked in the same office complex. The financially troubled suspect had unsuccessfully tried to contact the tax preparer for years to obtain past tax returns. But unbeknownst to the “bomber,” who set off a pathetic improvised explosive device on the opposite side of the NAACP office, the accountant had been sent to prison for bilking other clients — and had passed away several years ago.
Confirming what only a few of us in the media dared to theorize out loud, race had absolutely nothing to do with the wildly inflated and cynically exploited incident in Colorado Springs.

“Darren Wilson’s actions do not constitute prosecutable violations under the applicable federal criminal civil rights statute, 18 U.S.C. § 242, which prohibits uses of deadly force that are ‘objectively unreasonable,’ as defined by the United States Supreme Court. The evidence, when viewed as a whole, does not support the conclusion that Wilson’s uses of deadly force were “objectively unreasonable” under the Supreme Court’s definition. Accordingly, under the governing federal law and relevant standards set forth in the USAM [United States Attorneys’ Manual], it is not appropriate to present this matter to a federal grand jury for indictment, and it should therefore be closed without prosecution.”

During the initial encounter, Brown had tried to wrest Wilson’s gun from him by reaching into Wilson’s Chevy Tahoe SUV. Wilson’s story was corroborated, to quote the report, “by bruising on Wilson’s jaw and scratches on his neck, the presence of Brown’s DNA on Wilson’s collar, shirt, and pants, and Wilson’s DNA on Brown’s palm.” Later on, the evidence also showed that Brown was running toward Wilson at the time Wilson fired the fatal shots, not knowing whether Brown was armed or not.

Eric Holder owes Wilson an apology for the unnecessary anguish that Wilson has suffered. As the Attorney General for all Americans, he must tell the protestors once and for all that their campaign has been thoroughly misguided from start to finish, and that their continued protests should stop in the interests of civic peace and racial harmony. In light of the past vilification of Wilson, it is not enough for the DOJ to publish the report, and not trumpet its conclusions. It is necessary to put that report front and center in the public debate so that everyone now understands that Wilson behaved properly throughout the entire incident.

It would be one thing to argue that the illegal killing of Michael Brown stemmed from a corrupt and racist culture inside that department. But once it is established that Wilson was fully justified in acting as he did, it is impossible to explain how the culture and norms of the police could have contributed to any illegal act. Indeed, the only plausible inference cuts the opposite way. The ability of Wilson to handle himself well under extreme pressure reflects approvingly on his conduct and on the ethos of the Ferguson Police Department.

“African Americans experience disparate impact in nearly every aspect of Ferguson’s law enforcement system. Despite making up 67% of the population, African Americans accounted for 85% of FPD’s traffic stops, 90% of FPD’s citations, and 93% of FPD’s arrests from 2012 to 2014.”

The two DOJ reports do not cohere. The first shows that Wilson’s use of force against Michael Brown was fully justified. The second uses that incident to launch a scathing attack against Ferguson, leading to the resignation of its key officials for conduct that looks on balance to be no better or worse than that in other cities around the country. The serious consequence of the second high-profile report is to keep alive the image that racial injustice is alive and well in the United States. What the report fails to understand is that it is as dangerous to exaggerate the risk of racial injustice as it is to ignore it. In a sad sense, the overheated DOJ report contributes to the inflamed atmosphere that led to the most recent shootings in Ferguson.

The young men forced this sister and son to lay naked in a bathtub together, and attempted to set them on fire (they could not find matches). The youths boldly took cell phone pictures so that they could enjoy their violent, immoral and sadistic acts at a later time. The violence continued for more than three hours, and although this sister’s neighbors heard her screams, no one called the police or came to her aid.

As devastating as this story is, what the NAACP and Al Sharpton have done about it will simply take your breath away: not only did the NAACP ignore hundreds of requests to assist this woman because it was ‘outside the scope of their mission’, but they joined forces with Al Sharpton, and sent their lawyers to speak out IN SUPPORT OF THE RAPISTS.

No compromise . . . no coffee klatch.”

At a series of Sharpton-organized rallies in support of the sub-tenant, the reverend stood by as speakers attacked Jews, and he himself blasted Freddie’s as a “white interloper.” On December 8, 1995, one of the protesters set fire to Freddie’s, killing seven store employees (all minorities).

Kudos for wishing the blot of Sharpton gone from public life. But you are making a very serious charge against Scalise based on a single accusation from a political source. Are you sure of the facts in this case? If so, then you have an obligation to articulate an argument based on facts, because the picture of what happened is still unclear.

Also, your record of Sharpton's worst sins is incomplete in a very specific way. Sharpton's equally dangerous attacks on the Central Park Jogger victim have been buried by journalists because of a false and politicized finding of innocence on the defendants' part. Even if they were innocent, which they were not, Sharpton still should be held accountable for fomenting a lynch mob against that victim.

The victim had nothing to do with the prosecution, testifying only to her recovery since she had no memory of the attack. But even if she did testify to anything, Sharpton's anti-rape victim lynch mob should have permanently excluded him from decent society because it was a terrorist attack on civilization and the rule of law.

Because of Sharpton's anti-rape victim lynch mob, the victim was forced to go into hiding. She was transported to and from the courtroom under armed guard, and her transportation was once attacked by a Sharpton-incited mob. She was demonized sexually, re-assaulted, called a whore and worse by Sharpton and his followers on the radio and in newspapers. She was hunted like an animal, and we let that happen. We still let it happen every time a politician stands besides Sharpton. We let him re-lynch an innocent rape victim every time Eric Holder and Barack Obama laughingly embrace the lyncher Sharpton.

Do not conveniently edit out the historical fact of this Sharpton-led lynch mob. Face the uncomfortable facts of the whole story. And remember what Sharpton did to the jogger -- what he did to all rape victims but especially victims of interracial rape. Selective memory is selective injustice.

The Jogger trial behavior was more physically dangerous than what happened in Poughkeepsie, and we are betraying civilization, the rule of law, and the victims of that brutality when we paper over it. Every time we fail to call out President Obama and Eric Holder over their pal Sharpton's role in lynching the Central Park Jogger, we are excusing real mob violence.

President Obama has engaged in “propaganda” encouraging people to “hate the police,” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) charged a day after two city police officers were shot and killed in their patrol car by a man who posted anti-police messages to his social media account.
“We’ve had four months of propaganda starting with the president that everybody should hate the police,” Giuliani said during an appearance on Fox News early Sunday. “The protests are being embraced, the protests are being encouraged. The protests, even the ones that don’t lead to violence, a lot of them lead to violence, all of them lead to a conclusion: The police are bad, the police are racist. That is completely wrong.”

But, Giuliani said, de Blasio is “pursuing the wrong policies” and should not have given protesters demonstrating against the police killings of Eric Garner and Michael Brown as much leeway.
“I don’t think it goes too far to say the mayor did not properly police the protests,” Giuliani said. “He allowed the protesters to take over the streets. He allowed them to hurt police officers, to commit crimes, and he didn’t arrest them. And when you do that, similar to what happened in Crown Heights, you create a great riot. He should have known better. For that he has to take accountability.”
