Less than two and a half months later, President Obama returned to Brussels again for about 24 hours for a G-7 meeting in early June, once again stayed at The Hotel, and again incurred a cost of $1.5 million. June Is For Lovers

Wonderful June, long daylight hours, the longest day of the year (in the northern hemisphere). A period to celebrate, to enjoy the environment. When it rains it is a warm rain. Not threatening. June 2014 it brought into my life a new group of creepy, crawly, Communists from New Hampshire. As usual the group of sociopaths is led by a black racist homosexual. They are double victims. If exposed, they can always plead racism. You would think there are not enough black racist homosexuals in Massachusetts, where I'm currently stuck. The home of incubators for limousine liberals. Where some of the brightest young people in the nation are trained to stop thinking. It is a continuation of what the public schools taught them. Some of these young people were lucky enough to avoid them. They are conditioned to conform, to obey authority and not to question what the ruling class says. They are encouraged to admire the elected criminal class, to focus on not hurting anyone's feelings no matter what they do. Logic is unknown or discouraged when applied to public and private discourse. Feelings are what matter. Not saying or doing anything that hurts any member of prominent victim groups.

For the past 43 years up to nine crime families, FBI informants, local police employees, and more recently joining the campaign to destroy my life, my career and my reputation, is the Harvard University campus police. It is why I call them the bottom feeders. After 43 years of abuses by government and private criminals, these campus cops attack a carcass, and enjoy every minute of it. What makes them such a pathetic group of misguided law enforcement professionals, is that they join many others who believe they are omniscient, and morally superior to others. It is a toxic mix of false beliefs. It leads to serious irreparable harms to others because these deluded persons carry nine millimeter loaded guns and wear badges from the state government. They have the power to kill, to lie about it and get away with it.

Who knew there were even more depraved predators than the Harvard University campus police. But yes Virginia there are people like that. They appear to be police employees from New Hampshire who do not have enough vulnerable persons in New Hampshire. They need to travel to Massachusetts to prey on elder persons. Are they beneath the bottom feeders?

So what is there to do? Under the current occupants of the White House, Communists are a protected class in America. In 2013 the FBI captured and arrested (shocking I know) six alleged Russian spies. The White House ordered them to be immediately sent back to Russia without trial, punishment or questioning. The lawless U.S. Attorney General advocated giving terrorists trials in New York City for the circus value, but not spies. It appears that under this administration the interests of every other country, especially those who express open hatred and kill Americans, have a higher priority than the interests of the United States and Americans. One of the better looking women spies became a celebrity in Russia, hosted a TV show after a brief modeling career.

So what good does seeking relief from the FBI bring? Not so much. Especially in Massachusetts where they have a long history of enabling crime bosses to kill their rivals, and to frame unpopular men for murder. The U.S. Department of Justice leads the way destroying the legal system. The special investigator found one FBI Special Agent, only one, problematic. Working alone he was able to corrupt the entire Boston office, the Massachusetts State police and many local police departments. He was employed at the local power company, a reward for his services to the area. He was under consideration to be appointed police commissioner of Boston. Massachusetts corporations and politicians know how to show their appreciation.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts employs many capable people with common sense and integrity. But for some reason the only ones I have been allowed to interact with, who I've had access to, are the ones who work with and for criminals. For 43 years I've been surrounded by hateful and hostile people. Many of them worked for taxpayer funded human services corporations and agencies, whose mission is to heal and to protect vulnerable persons. But in my case they were no different than the domestic criminals or the new imported ones from New Hampshire who abuse me in June 2014.

After growing up among loving people, I was surprised to learn when I came to Massachusetts for law school, that the population consists of people who do not know how to love. They seem to interact with each other through hate and fighting. It took me many years to see that there are a lot of broken people in this part of the country. Are they all in Massachusetts? The imports from New Hampshire are worse. Maybe due to insecurity they try to outdo the Massachusetts haters to show that they too can be extremely obnoxious. I am still shocked at how consistently the people in Massachusetts, maybe it is a New England problem, are hateful, hostile and hurtful. Maybe that is why there is so much emphasis on not hurting other people's feelings. It is what they do naturally.

Why do so many police, psychiatrists, psychologists, politicians and journalists have such strong negative attitudes and opinions towards vulnerable persons? I realized that it is because they think of persons with disabilities as criminals. It explains some of the motivations of the bottom feeders and those beneath the bottom feeders. They only act according to the paradigms promoted in media and emphasized by human services professionals every time there is a crime glamorized by journalists. In June 2014, a student brought his rifle to his school in Oregon. He killed one student. This was immediately national news. Two reasons drive nationalizing that event. Liberals demonize the Second Amendment and gun possession. It serves the liberal masters of journalists well. Conservatives demonize persons accused of mental illness. Even though there is no causal connection between made up (fake) illnesses and violence, it doesn't matter to journalists. They believe it so it must be true.

When someone says, "You're crazy." they're not just saying you have a disability, your mind may be impaired due to injury. They are saying "You are a criminal." "You are dangerous." "You must be kept under surveillance, harassed, provoked, and tested by control freaks, predators and sadists." Many of these predators who hate persons with disabilities have PhDs., M.D.s, and are licensed by the state. Many wear badges and carry loaded guns.

Frequently I wonder if deaths of innocents is an issue of the highest priority among journalists why do they seldom write about the 90,000 to 100,000 innocent patients who die each year due to medical negligence? That is a matter that is under human control. It just needs the attention of medical professionals. But with their egos it is difficult to get their attention. It is easier to attack vulnerable citizens who have been declared disabled, who cannot fight back in the media or in person. Demonizing persons with disabilities makes them identifiable prey for sadists among the police, the human services industry as well as among the public. It is what encourages these misguided transients from New Hampshire and the Massachusetts predators to continue their abuses. Add to that the freedom from accountability for Harvard University employees and the situation is ripe for an endless criminal harassment campaign against one of their elder disabled tenants. It is why the superintendents of the Harvard University residential buildings enjoy ridiculing, humiliating and harassing such persons.

In any case I'm going to enjoy the long days of summer light while I can and ignore the miserable criminals who follow me and who harass me each day. I'm aware that their goal is to make me as miserable as they are. But they are unable to do that. I got a lot of loving when I was young. They will never know what they missed.

The man's whole previous history, from childhood on, was shaped by a whole series of people, beginning with his mother, whose vision of America was very much like that of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, whose church Barack Obama belonged to for 20 long years.

On Friday, the Justice Department announced a “justice AmeriCorps" program that will fund nearly 100 lawyers across 29 cities with one-year grants and stipends so they can represent illegal immigrants who have been flooding into the country and being warehoused, most notably in Texas.
“With the launch of justice AmeriCorps, we're taking a historic step to strengthen our justice system and protect the rights of the most vulnerable members of society,” Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement. “How we treat those in need, particularly young people who must appear in immigration proceedings - many of whom are fleeing violence, persecution, abuse or trafficking - goes to the core of who we are as a nation."

Funds appropriated by Congress to secure the border are being diverted to provide legal counsel to these lawbreakers. Can you think of more ways to spend other people's money?

Psychiatrists Attack

The psychiatric industry has such a tight hold on public discourse about their business, that anyone who disagrees with them and anyone who criticizes psychiatry is designated a Scientologist. I'm surprised they limit their character assassination to that. Why not just call all critics tin foil hat wearers too? The first rule of propaganda is to discredit critics. How does what the control freak psychiatric industry does differ from what U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy did to alleged Communists? Today (June 9, 2014) as I did errands one more Harvard University employee asked me if I was leafletting for Scientology. It shows how limited the range of thought is on the misguided and dangerous business of the fake science of psychiatry. Ask Peter Breggin what they did to him after he dared to testify in court about psychiatric abuses of children. 

On or about June 3, 2014 the dedicated, thoughtful, imaginative, brutal, arrogant, hateful and hostile, graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School returned to her mission. She resumed her monotonous, relentless, daily sleep disturbances every one or two hours, and her high tech remote tampering with my computer to cause it to crash, with concurrent character assassination. 

On June 8, 2014 a thoughtful couple, one man one woman, took time from their busy lives, shot dead two Las Vegas police officers, who were having lunch. They went on to shoot a civilian and then they killed themselves. No one was watching them. They were free to roam the land and plan their depraved violence. Las Vegas does not share the same public safety priorities as Cambridge MA and Harvard University campus police, who stalk, harass, provoke, insult, threaten, ridicule, humiliate and slander me every day all day.

Being harassed every day, isolated from friendly people, and surrounded by hateful and hostile people, does not encourage happiness, nor does it enable long life. But that is what this charming Harvard University employee is doing every day in the name of some misguided good. Likely the good is covering up many years of criminal abuses by her, and her associates. It is a campaign which local, state and U.S. officials and human services professionals in Massachusetts ignore, and encourage by default.

For about one week during the last few days of May and the first few days of June 2014 a group of police psychiatrists took control of the surveillance and harassment, giving the graduate student a needed respite. The following events added to the reasons why my opinion of psychiatry changed from skepticism to outright hostility and fear. I was always skeptical of psychiatry after reading Thomas Szasz's and Peter R. Breggin's books, and listening to Dr. Fred Baughman speak before Congressional committees. Psychiatry is an arbitrary discipline with an undeserved image as benevolent and scientific. It is a method of social control with no Due Process protections, masquerading as a healing profession. 




60 Minutes broadcasts regular features promoting the psychiatric industry. The show has extensive funding from drug companies so it is not surprising. They never note that they get a lot of their advertising from the drug industry. On Sunday June 8, 2014 Steve Kroft hosted another one of these promos for drug treatment for persons accused of mental illness. As usual his expert was E. Fuller Torrey a well known hater of persons with disabilities, who he describes as dangerous and in need of forced psychiatric drugs. Nowhere on the feature did Kroft mention the role of psychiatric drugs as a cause of violence. He blamed the usual suspect, a fantasy illness made up by consensus. They used to blame a chemical imbalance of the brain, for mental illness. Until they were challenged by some disabled persons. The American Psychiatric Association was unable to provide any evidence for that elusive chemical imbalance. Like the dedicated propagandists that they are, now they show pretty images of the brain and say there is evidence of the illnesses we made up by consensus. They do not establish any connection between the images and the illness. They just say it and it is broadcast by the obedient, conformist, useful idiots among the journalism elite.

A group of computer professionals held a three-day meeting (May 30, to June 1, 2014) to encourage and to facilitate making government information accessible to voters and taxpayers online. During the course of my visit I encountered a young man wearing sunglasses. He was speaking with another young man who enthusiastically boasted about his new job. He worked as a web designer and then took a new position working for the City of Somerville. He described his duties which included answering calls from citizens and residents about problems with city services.

At some point I related some of my experiences with local governments, Somerville, MA and Cambridge, MA. After adding details about speaking to the city council, writing bills for the state house (one about regulating use of human subjects in medical research) and hosting a local cable access TV show, I expressed what I thought of as the way to interact with public officials. I said they do not listen. Instead of getting upset, or banging one's head against the wall I take my lesson from Jessica Mitford. She allegedly said, "You can't change the world. But you can embarrass the guilty." I said, "That works." 

The man with the sunglasses expressed his horror at someone having such opinions. He became hostile and aggressive. He asked me what I meant about use of human subjects in experiments. I said usually people accuse me of being against research. I told of one research misadventure I saw in the Boston Globe. Four people died in gene therapy trials at two Harvard University Medical School teaching hospitals in Boston. He kept interrupting me asking questions as if I was a witness at a trial. "How do you know that? They were desperate," he said.

I said "I know they were desperate. But that did not justify using them without informed consent." I called the Boston police to ask if they investigated the deaths. The spokesman for the police told me "They do their own investigations."

"Oh," I said, "If I was arrested for homicide could I do my own investigation too?" She told me not to call there any more and hung up.

It is a First Amendment right to make inquiries of the police, a prominent division of the government. I called the next day and explained the First Amendment to the woman. She again told me not to call them. Then I called to the state Medical Examiner and to the District Attorney. State law requires that deaths in hospitals must be reported to one or the other. Neither office received reports of the deaths. The penalty for not reporting the deaths was $50. Not much of an incentive, especially for Harvard University Medical School researchers. They always act in the name of good.

One of eleven bills I wrote in 2001 and had eleven hearings at the state house, was to increase penalties for not reporting deaths in hospitals. I realized that if a person was used as a human subject (or if medical researchers said he was a human subject) for medical research and someone decided to kill him, the killer would never be found. Because the police and the state agencies do not investigate such deaths. Convenient way to kill, I thought. Negligent homicide is still homicide. I learned later that 90,000 to 100,000 persons die each year in American hospitals due to medical negligence. That is seldom mentioned by dedicated journalists.

This was met with hostility by Sunglass Man. I was careful not to say anything that would upset him more. I did not know if he was easily provoked to violence or just angry at me. He acted as if he knew me. He seemed to be extremely angry with what I was saying. When I told him of Jessica Mitford's doctrine, he walked away and said. "I'm done."

Done? What was he doing? This was a computer professional meetup. In retrospect I think he was a police employee doing an evaluation. Evaluations without consent violate state and U.S. privacy laws. One problem is due to the extreme arrogance of psychiatrists and especially Harvard University affiliated psychiatrists. They believe that laws do not apply to them. I think Mr. Sunglasses was a psychiatrist or worked with them. How many people react to discussion about use of human subjects in research passionately? Most people lose interest immediately. This guy was upset. 

His antagonism was like that of the people who harass me every day. Control freaks get upset when they are unable to get and keep control of another human. They react violently in cases of domestic assault some of which lead to homicide. Maybe he was one of the temporary replacements conducting harassment for the usual graduate student?

It took me a few days to connect the dots between the recent reaction to a comment I posted about Harvard University's former Provost, psychiatrist Steven Hyman. He is the task force chairman to make Harvard University compliant with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Act of 1972. His statements attracted my attention for two reasons. He is a psychiatrist. Why is he chairman of that task force? What knowledge does he bring to address the issue? I realized it was two. Spineless leaders attribute extraordinary knowledge, omniscience, to psychiatrists. Second he was the Provost and knows about obtaining U.S. taxpayer grants. Non compliance with Title IX jeopardizes those grants. Harvard University gets about $175 million each year, not chump change. Hyman is also a prominent researcher in psychiatry in Cambridge.

My question, "Is Sunglass Man more of that?" On June 2, 2014 I ate at home, and began to feel groggy. I realized that someone had placed drugs in my food. That is a violation of the poisoning statute, a felony. It happened several times to me during the past 43 years of brutal criminal harassment in mostly three states. Psychiatrists believe that they know what a person needs--drugs. And if the person refuses to take the drugs the control freaks force them on the person. One way is to provoke the person and have him arrested and held in a mental hospital. Then they can force drugs freely with no opposition or protection from the abuse.

They try to do that to me. I do not react to their constant provocations. Psychiatric proactive arrogance then implements Plan B. Harvard University administration, i.e., building superintendents can provide access to the apartment. Someone placed psychiatric drugs in my bottled water which I purchase because the tap water was occasionally polluted. Thwarting them at one entry caused them to commit a burglary to poison my food supply. Charming, no? Not the first time. Was it the same Sunglass Man? Was he working for Professor Hyman? I have no evidence. But I have my suspicions. It is not surprising to me because it's been done too often previously. I am not under the care of any psychiatrist or any psychologist. There is no court order to allow placing drugs in my food. It is three felonies. If there was enforcement of laws against psychiatrists for offenses like this the professional might lose his license. Or it could have been one more of those wannabes, crime family or police employees who once worked as a guard at a mental hospital and thinks he is psychiatrist.

That explains my hostility, my antagonism and fear of psychiatrists. Police agencies will not address such criminal abuses even though they are felonies. Psychiatrists get a pass and Harvard University employees, have a de facto exemption from criminal liability. That is a Massachusetts problem.

From about 1960 to 1974, two large organizations of criminals, politicians, government officials were engaged in a national war for power. I call them the Kennedy Cult and the California Syndicate. I was adopted by the Kennedy Cult when I was student in college. They admired the skills I showed during the student protests in 1968 at Columbia University. Without me knowing it, the California Syndicate began harassing me. To them I was the enemy. I was clueless about the war and these organizations at the time. I loved everyone and treated everyone with respect. I avoided unpleasant people. I attended law school and the attacks continued. Still I was clueless why people would harass me and insult me. I did nothing to provoke them. In retrospect I now understand what was going on. It was war and they saw me as a leader of the Kennedy cult. I was important to both organizations. One supported me the other attacked me.

When the war ended the two organizations continued their conflicting relationships with me. It continues today but takes different forms. At some point the Kennedy Cult changed their efforts defending me and created a false profile so that they could reduce the amount of resources spent defending me from the California Syndicate. One of their operatives said to me, "If you're not a lawyer you're nobody." The new profile included but was not limited to "a retired drug dealer," and an "Italian American homosexual." Previously the profile was "black, Jewish, homosexual from New York." The California Syndicate added "He's a racist. He's homeless and mentally ill." Fast forward to 2014 the Kennedy cult employs psychiatrists and psychologists, some from Harvard University Medical School. They do evaluations without consent, a violation of state and U.S. privacy statutes. But no problem. Psychiatrists and Harvard University affiliates are above the laws. These sociopaths have exemptions. So why not give some drugs to this unfortunate man? They seldom know any history beyond he is "mentally ill, and poor."

After several years (20 or more) of complaining to city, state and U.S. officials about criminal abuses by police employees and crime family associates, this is what transpired in June 2014. The Kennedy Cult which adopted me during their war, and made me a target, declared that none of the previous 43 years of criminal abuses happened. They simply erased it from history! How convenient. If I disagree, they simply say, "He's mentally ill and needs treatment, preferably drug treatment." But they know I will never willingly ingest psychiatric drugs, known toxic chemicals with a propaganda image of benevolence. 

On or about June 1-3, 2014 I came home and had dinner. When I began to feel groggy I knew someone had placed drugs in my foods. There is no evidence of a break-in. That means someone gave the drug carrier entry to my apartment, where he put the drugs in my foods, in violation of the state poisoning statute, a felony. It is not the first time that happened. There are psychiatrists and some omniscient chumps who worked as guards in mental hospitals who designate themselves psychiatrists who know how to get needy persons to take the drugs in order to cure them of their illnesses made up by consensus. The Kennedy Cult treats people without consent. "Who needs consent? We know what you need. We are psychiatrists and know everything. And we are morally superior. Our genes have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism."

Moving along into June 2014, I was joined in my life journey by some thoughtful gentlemen from New Hampshire once again. Whenever the team of control freaks in Massachusetts that annoys me each day runs out of useful idiots to harass me they reach into neighboring New Hampshire where there are plenty more who anxiously join in harassing a 70-year-old white man they say is disabled, mentally ill. I was surprised to learn how many police, human services professionals, politicians, and ordinary folks, as limousine liberals refer to ordinary civilians, have a strong urge to harass, belittle, ridicule, intimidate people they believe are weaker than they are. The fundamental flaw among the public is that government thugs only harass strong, wealthy and powerful people. It is the complete opposite. They focus only on weak people. As explained by Roger Morris in his book, Partners in Power, about the Clintons, the preferred leaders are weak with relaxed rectitude. They fear targeting strong people who are capable of returning fire and doing harm to the fragile image of the weak leader. Thus they only target weak people who cannot fight back, or at least are perceived as unable to do so.

Persons with disabilities are likely targets for these control freaks, predators, bullies and sadists. The New Hampshire team arrived and began intense harassment as per the usual pattern when a new team of lawyer, psychiatrist, and thugs begin their efforts. They try to recreate the police frame-up from 1990 when the California Syndicate hired Cambridge and Somerville police to provoke me and to arrest me after I complained to the chiefs of both police agencies. They paid seven lawyers not to put on a defense. Of the five judges involved, one threatened to have me put into a hospital if I testified about what happened to me. Another judge refused to appoint any more lawyers and ordered me to appear and represent myself.

So much for erasing history and declaring me mentally ill because I do not trust either of these criminal organizations. I am not certain that a third national organization is now trying to provoke me as the previous two organizations did. I suspect that the Midwestern Outfit has now begun the same kind of harassment and provocation as the California Syndicate did before them.

“Elliot had been taking Xanax for awhile, according to his parents … there were fears he might have been addicted to it, or taking more than was prescribed,” a law enforcement source previously told Radar.

The investigation into McQueen began in May last year, and he was charged in March with abusive sexual contact and other alleged misconduct.
At his hearing today, a female soldier testified that McQueen had recruited her for a series of sexual encounters with senior officers.
The witness claimed that McQueen first approached her for his 'escorting' business when she was 20, and struggling to pay off her student loans while raising a three-year-old child.

The woman, who has not been named, alleged that McQueen visited her home on the Texas base and asked her to 'act out' on him what she would do with clients.
She claimed that she had sex with McQueen at her home last year, and that she had lied to the Army Criminal Investigation Division until she had been given immunity.
The soldier claimed that McQueen tried to get her to recruit other young servicewomen for the escort service.
McQueen is facing charges of pandering, conspiracy, maltreatment of a subordinate, abusive sexual contact, adultery and detrimental conduct. The hearing is expected to last two days.

This is the same base where a psychiatrist opened fire and killed 13 soldiers. Obama-Holder called it workplace violence even though the shooter yelled, "Allah U Akbar" as he shot them.

Holder Wants To Look Within For Terrorists

California Bill Requires Written Consent for College Sex

A newly amended bill from a California lawmaker would require college students to stop in the heat of passion and establish verbal or written consent before having sex anywhere on campus, reports L.A. Weekly.
SB 967, amended last week by state Sen. Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles), would mandate that college students obtain "an affirmative, unambiguous, and conscious decision by each participant to engage in mutually agreed-upon sexual activity."

Despite the bill's noble intentions, not everyone is sold on the proposed legislation.
In an article for LegalInsurrection.com, attorney Hans Bader argues the language of the proposed law could make ordinary people out to be sexual criminals.
"Since most people have engaged in sex without verbal consent, supporters of the bill are effectively redefining most people, and most happily-married couples, as rapists," he said.
Bader goes even further, saying the law could violate individual privacy rights:
Requiring people to have verbal discussion before sex violates their privacy rights, under the logic of Supreme Court decisions such as Lawrence v. Texas (2003), which struck down Texas' sodomy law, and federal appeals court decisions like Wilson v. Taylor (1984), which ruled that dating relationships are protected against unwarranted meddling by the Constitutional freedom of intimate association.

When in September 2012 she was deputed to sell to the public the fable that the Benghazi attack was just an unfortunately vigorous movie review — a response to an Internet video — it could have been that she, rather than Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, was given this degrading duty because Rice was merely U.N. ambassador, an ornamental position at an inconsequential institution. Today, however, Rice is Barack Obama’s national security adviser, so two conclusions must be drawn.
Perhaps she did not know, in advance of the swap of five terrorists for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the, shall we say, ambiguities about Bergdahl’s departure from his platoon in Afghanistan and the reportedly deadly consequences of his behavior. If so, then she has pioneered a degree of incompetence exotic even for this 10-thumbed administration. If, however, she did know and still allowed Obama to present this as a mellow moment of national satisfaction, she is condign punishment for his choice of such hirelings.

The 44th president, channeling — not for the first time — the 37th (in his post-impeachment conversation with David Frost), may say: “When the president does it, that means that it is not illegal.” Already the administration says events dictated a speed that precluded complying with the law.
This explanation should be accorded open-minded, but not empty-minded, consideration. It should be considered in light of the fact that as the Veterans Affairs debacle continued, Obama went to Afghanistan to hug some troops, then completed the terrorists-for-Bergdahl transaction. And in light of the fact that Obama waged a seven-month military intervention in Libya’s civil war without complying with the law (the War Powers Resolution) that requires presidents to terminate within 60 to 90 days a military action not authorized or subsequently approved by Congress.

This episode will be examined by congressional committees, if they can pierce the administration’s coming cover-up, which has been foreshadowed by the response to congressional attempts to scrutinize the politicization of the Internal Revenue Service. If the military stalls on turning over files to Congress pertaining to the five years of Bergdahl’s absence, we will at least know that there is no national institution remaining to be corrupted.

Just as you trained at the Naval Academy, Obama trained in a worldview that militarism is obsolete, and that the American military is especially evil. Erasing History, Again

For 43 years up to nine crime families, scores of local police departments, state police, socialists, progressives, Communists from five states, FBI informants and assorted other sociopaths conducted relentless criminal abuses taking shots at me. Beginning on or about June 1, 2014, the same criminals began a new misinformation campaign. None of it happened.

One event occurred after I posted a comment on a June 1, 2014, Boston Herald story about the Massachusetts Governor who did not attend the release of a public report about the state department of Children and Family Services. Over the past year egregious abuses including but not limited to deaths of toddlers went uncontrolled. The Governor refused to hold his appointee responsible.

That is typical of all governments these days. They run from controversy and unpleasant facts. Instead they focus on abusing vulnerable persons and twisting reality to fit their own benefit. Conformist, obedient, useful idiots among journalists enable these self serving abuses of power. Obama-Holder-Johnson (formerly Napolitano) institutionalized selective enforcement of laws. The unlawful doctrine declares that inconvenient laws may be ignored.

When I posted my comment, I noticed a message, "Oops. Your comment is being moderated." The Boston Herald uses Discus to moderate their comments. I've used a Discus account for at least seven years. I posted more than 1,000 comments on several online publications. I waited to see why that message appeared. When I looked later the comment had been deleted. I posted another and the same message appeared. I sent emails to some writers and editors at the Boston Herald asking why I was censored. A woman replied saying because my account was unverified, they needed to moderate my comments. I responded to her explaining that I have used Discus for at least seven years. She did not answer.

It was like when I called to a lawyer seeking help with relentless slander. He asked me "What are the damages?" To him I was a nobody about who people were saying bad things. So what's the big deal? (One Kennedy cult homosexual actually said to me once, "If you're not a lawyer you're nobody." A man followed me to Las Vegas to tell me, "You're not so important any more." ) I explained to the lawyer that the slander had gone on for 40 years. He also did not answer and hung up.

I once called a psychiatrist on behalf of a woman being held in a psychiatric ward. I asked the psychiatrist why she incarcerated the women. The psychiatrist asked me, "Did you ever speak to her daughter?" I said no, then asked what she did, or said. "Did she threaten you or anyone? Did she do anything violent?" The psychiatrist said "She says unbelievable things." I asked the psychiatrist, "Do you know what the state law is on civil commitment?" That is usually not mentioned. I said that it is "a likelihood of serious harm." The psychiatrist also hung up on me.

Then there was the Boston Police Department spokesman who told me not to call back any more. I had called to inquire if the Boston police had investigated the deaths of four humans in a medical research project at two Harvard University Medical School teaching hospitals. She told me, "They investigate themselves." I asked "If I was charged with homicide could I investigate myself?" She told me not to call there any more, then hung up.

In May 2014 a young man, son of privileged parents, stabbed three and shot two more to death in tony Santa Barbara CA.

Liberals initiated their anti NRA and gun campaign. Misguided politicians filed bills and denounced gun rights. Conservatives resumed blaming mental illness. They all feared the all-powerful knife lobby and no one publicly objected to unlicensed carrying of knives. The priorities remain control, theft of taxpayer funds for their cronies, controlling and abusing vulnerable citizens, e.g., persons with disabilities and elders. Black people, women and homosexuals are now the preferred primary abusers because they are victims and cannot be held accountable for criminal conduct.

To this day I do not know the details of what I was accused of, what I allegedly did. I was never arrested, never given notice of any criminal accusation, never allowed an attorney or to call witnesses in my defense, not allowed a trial or to appeal any adverse decision. How can you appeal if there never was a court case? So all of the crime families and police departments in this 43 years of criminal abuse came up with an idea to provide to me a women who was in therapy and who hated men. Just what I wanted. When I did not accept the woman as payment for 43 years of my life, they went to plan B, "It never happened." It is not the first time that crime families and government officials rewrote history by deleting government files when they were inconvenient to their fantasies, in order to cover up criminal enterprises by police, FBI and crime families working together.

What we have in the United States, is a system where public officials are held to a lower standard of behavior than ordinary civilians. Police, politicians and selected interest groups are given extraordinary unlawful exemptions from criminal liability. Police, politicians, the FBI, CIA and Communists are allowed to destroy and to alter official documents. If a civilian did that they would be jailed. One example is black teens are allowed to act in groups attacking white civilians. Police refuse to identify these criminal abuses as racist. Journalists say they are simply teenagers acting badly. Politicians are in denial. It is the same pattern with homosexuals and women.

The attempt by feminists to use Title IX of the Education Act of 1972 to protect women from sexual assault is another example. The federal government does not have jurisdiction over sexual assaults. It is a state crime. The federal government does have jurisdiction over discrimination in entities which receive U.S. taxpayer funds. The feminists use that law to address discrimination against women in higher education. But the law applies equally to men. Women do not want men protected by Title IX. Only women. So man-hating women demand discrimination, unequal application of laws, in order to eliminate discrimination in how universities stop sexual assaults. Always in the name of good. Cleobulous, pre-Homeric Greek philosopher: "The chief source of evil among men [and women] is excessive good."


Are universities undercover law enforcement agencies? The problem lies with the state courts. Police agencies have special units to investigate sex assaults. Prosecutors have specially trained attorneys to prosecute sex crimes against women. Hospitals have specially trained teams assisting police gathering evidence. Courts do not always find suspects guilty just because a woman says he is. If feminists had their way and in some courts they do, all a woman needs to do is say a man is guilty and the court will agree. But that is one more example of how corrupted government agencies are these days. Feminists do not want to get their hands dirty trying to eliminate corruption. Too much trouble. When I was in law school I used to hear lawyers boast "We do not do criminal law." Is that one reason why the courts do criminal law so badly? Why innocent men get jailed and guilty people are acquitted? Have the criminal courts been left to criminals to use as a business?
