As the current poster boy for the rampant corruption of state government, Lawton’s squalid career has come under great scrutiny. Lawton doesn’t seem to understand why his getting a job at the Probation Department in 2008 is such a big deal.
“I didn’t start using heroin until after I got my job,” he explained. “I’m just a poor boy from Brockton.”

Drug Corporations Join Police Creating Rules To Take Freedom

This unidentified press release, likely a product of police PR flacks and a lobbyist for drug corporations announces new rules for taking the freedom of vulnerable persons. (no byline, "Cambridge Police begin new training for mental health responses," May 20, 2014, CAMBRIDGE Chronicle) NAMI promotes a deceptive image as being a civil rights advocate for mental patients. Formed as a parents organization it morphed into a lobbyist funded by drug corporations ($11 million or more each year from drug companies) to promote drug treatment. Here is an example of how thoroughly drug corporate interests control treatment and incarceration of troubled individuals. Notice there is no mention of any disability advocates to protect the rights of vulnerable citizens. None of the many taxpayer funded agencies with well paid attorneys contributed to the creation of this protocol for taking the freedom of citizens. There are no assurances of the Right to Due Process as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. It is one more example of how unelected corporate lobbyists make policy, and run government agencies, now police agencies too, who can take freedom and life with no accountability. It is one more dangerous step in the elimination of freedom in this country. The Nazi doctors and Stalin's psychiatrists extensively used psychiatry to silence dissent and criticism, and to incarcerate political activists. Due to dumbed down journalists and the general population the image psychiatrists in America have, is that their genes have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. Black GLBT Buzzfeed Editor, homosexual Saeed Jones, said on the show "You are free to say whatever you want in this country. That will never change. But that also means that you will be held responsible for what you say." It is obvious that Mr. Jones is not familiar with the meaning of the concepts of free speech, freedom of religion, and the First Amendment. In America speaking freely, and believing freely, are rights. If one is intimidated from speaking and believing that is an abridgment, a chilling effect. It is a violation of the right to free speech and the right to believe. If one is not free to speak, and to believe without fear of "being held responsible" as Mr. Jones suggests it is not a right to speak and to believe at all. The concept that this homosexual promotes is foreign to the United States and to the First Amendment. Relatives of a suspect reveal her medical records. Journalists repeat them in print. In this case it is a wire story. But the Boston Herald has no standards protecting medical records if the person is accused of mental illness. After years of complaints the Boston Herald (and the AP) continue to exhibit a negative bias toward persons with disabilities. For the Boston Herald (and the AP) privacy rights of persons with disabilities have less privacy protections than non disabled persons. Homosexuals would be attacking this as hate speech.  CNN would give it wall to wall coverage.

Cambridge Weakly Editors Want More Clemency

Editors state, "the U.S. government is waking up to the realization that it cannot jail its way out of a drug problem." (EDITORIAL: "Facing up to the failed War on Drugs," May 10, 2014, CAMBRIDGE Chronicle) Yes, but government policy makers still believe it can jail its way out of it's troubled persons problem, by jailing any and all persons they do not like or do not understand. Some believe that persons they do not trust should be jailed too. These are the people that they say are "crazy." If drug dealers and users will no longer be jailed someone has to fill the empty cells. Ready and waiting are the crazy people. Do the editors suggest disbanding prison guard unions? Who will fund the luxurious lifestyles of union leaders? And then there are the prison guards themselves, who will be unemployed. No way, Jose. Bring on the crazies to keep the cells filled. Best of all Due Process is unnecessary to incarcerate crazy people. 

The editorial notes "Congress, locked in dysfunction, hasn't [. . .] done anything else toward meaningful drug reform." Is it dysfunction that prevents them from acting? Or is it opposition to legalizing recreational drugs? Are there no downsides to legalizing marijuana? Perhaps US Congressmen are not "cool." Maybe they have different (elderly) ideas than the editors and the lawless Obama-Holder team. If the majority of the population wants to legalize murder for offensive speech should Congress make it legal?

The editors celebrate clemency and encourage the lawless Obama-Holder leadership to increase its use. They say, "More than half of Americans favor legalizing marijuana. And the issue is increasingly a bipartisan affair." Oh? More than half of Americans oppose Obamacare and want it repealed. Do the editors support repealing that too?

On the day after I submitted this letter to the local weakly newspaper, and sent copies to local activists, a thoughtful black racist man employed by the City of Cambridge, took time from his busy schedule to  appear at my residence to conduct surveillance and harassment. He joined the diligent omniscient lesbian graduate student in psychology at Harvard University Medical School who is the primary criminal who harasses me every day. She, another sacred victim, vigorously disturbs my sleep every one or two hours every day, and tampers with my computer. Her black racist male partner in criminal abuse, later showed his dedication to the cause of free expression, by silencing critics, by following me to a concert at a local college, where he used young women as bait for more harassment and character assassination. 

Censorship is what black racists do in the City of Cambridge to white men. Black persons are "victims" and can do whatever they want to white people. No less than the Attorney General of the United States, Eric "White people are cowards." Holder and his boss, Barack "Typical White Person" Obama refuse to enforce civil rights laws in a race neutral manner. (See, e.g., J. Christian Adams' book, Injustice; and John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky's book, Who's Counting?) That policy extends down to the city of Cambridge where black racists are free to abuse white people without concern for being held accountable. Even if that is a felony violation of the Massachusetts Civil Rights statute M.G.L. Chapter 265 Sec. 37, intimidation of a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right; and Title 42 US Code 1983 Deprivation of Civil Rights; and Title 42 US Code Section 1985, Conspiracy To Interfere With Civil Rights. 

In Cambridge the majority of city and Harvard University officials insist that black people cannot be racists. The Holder-Obama doctrine states that inconvenient laws may be ignored. In Cambridge laws are optional for city and Harvard University officials. Here is only the latest abuse of power by privileged officials. I have no evidence it was either of the City Councilors mentioned in this letter. More likely it was one of the random black racist city employees who love to harass white people. It comes with the territory.

Councilor Marc McGovern says, "These patients will be seeing these nurses who might not be trained to see people with these conditions[.]" If that's true why do ordinary medical doctors prescribe psychiatric drugs to children and adults if they are not trained? The human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term) argues that psychiatric illnesses are no different than physical illness. Why then do they need a special emergency room? Do all physical illnesses need their own emergency room too?  Speaking as an experienced psychiatrist Councilor Simmons says, "For me, it is important to stabilize an individual and to have all the resources available at once. [. . .] and now we will have fragile individuals with people who do not know what is going on." Gasp! Does Councilor Simmons know what's going on? Does she speak for the doctors and the patients? Patients have rights? In Cambridge?

Justina Pelletier Remains in State Custody Contrary to Common Sense, Due to Psychiatric Abuses

Lawyers Mathew Staver and Philip Moran also challenged Polanowicz on statements in his May 5 letter that said, "DCF (Department of Children and Families) at this time retains custody of Justina" and "only the Juvenile Court has the authority to determine when and if custody should be returned."
The Pelletier attorneys called Polanowicz's claim "inaccurate," saying, "DCF’s own regulations for case closure make it abundantly clear that it is within DCF's power and prerogative to end this situation immediately.

"They’re just shipping her off to another psychiatric facility," Lou Pelletier told FoxNews.com Tuesday. "It’s disgusting."
"They’re totally ignoring her physical needs," he said, citing a heart condition the girl suffers from that Pelletier claims has gone untreated since the teen was transferred to Boston Children's Hospital last year.

Justina was taken by ambulance to Boston Children's Hospital because she was in a wheelchair at the time and a heavy snowstorm was blanketing the region. Because she arrived by ambulance, she was taken directly into the hospital's emergency room, where a "resident refused to send her to Dr. Flores" and, "declared this was his case," according to Moran. He said the unnamed resident then called upon a psychologist who diagnosed Justina with somatoform disorder -- a mental condition in which a patient experiences symptoms that are real but have no physical or biological explanation. Justina was diagnosed with the disorder "within 25 minutes," Moran claims.

This is exposes the criminal abuses of the psychiatric industry. They ignore laws and get support from spineless officials with relaxed rectitude.
