We see lots of pictures of wounded male veterans but women vets get wounded and maimed too.You may need to take a second, closer look though. The first thing I saw was a bunch of beautiful smiles.

Study this picture again. Let the story it tells sink in. These women and many others, as well as their male comrades, paid this price for our freedoms.

And they did it for less than what welfare recipients are paid.

They risked these injuries or death for America.

Wounded Warrior Project Executives Replaced Due to Wasting Funds

The two top executives of the Wounded Warrior Project — among the largest veterans charities in the country — were fired Thursday after an investigation into accusations of lavish spending on parties, hotel and travel, according to a statement released on behalf of the embattled organization.
Wounded Warrior Project's CEO, Steven Nardizzi, and COO, Al Giordano, were fired by the charity's board amid criticisms about how it spent more than $800 million in donations over the last four years. The development was confirmed by Abernathy MacGregor, a public relations firm hired to represent the veterans charity.

The charity came under fire after an earlier CBS News investigation in January revealed large amounts of spending on administration, meetings, and travel.
Nonprofit watchdog “Charity Navigator” says Wounded Warrior Project spends just 60 percent of its budget on veterans. The Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation provides more than 98 percent to veterans. Charity Navigator also assessed that Wounded Warrior’s total revenue for 2014 was well over $340 million.

Going to a nice fancy restaurant is not team building. Staying at a lavish hotel at the beach here in Jacksonville, and requiring staff that lives in the area to stay at the hotel is not team building," Army Staff Sergeant Erick Millette, who returned from Iraq in 2006 with a bronze star and a purple heart, told CBS News.
According to the charity's tax forms obtained by CBS News, spending on conferences and meetings went from $1.7 million in 2010, to $26 million in 2014, which is the same amount the group spends on combat stress recovery.
Two former employees, who were so fearful of retaliation they asked that CBS News not show their faces on camera, said spending has skyrocketed since Steven Nardizzi took over as CEO in 2009, pointing to the 2014 annual meeting at a luxury resort in Colorado Springs.

The story we shared on this page yesterday about the Marine brutally assaulted by a group of black teens sparked an unbelievable outpouring of outrage that has gone mad viral. As of this writing, the story on our page alone has been shared nearly 43,000 times and garnered nearly 27,000 comments.
In case you missed it, Christopher Marquez — who received the Bronze Star for valor after serving in the Iraq war — was attempting to enjoy a meal at McDonald’s last week when a group of teenage thugs began harassing him, asking him “Do you believe Black Lives Matter?”
After the Marquez attempted to mind his own business and ignore the group, the situation escalated quickly, resulting in the veteran being knocked unconscious from the back and robbed of $400 cash plus the rest of the contents of his wallet, including IDs and credit cards. Marquez told the Daily Caller:
“I believe this was a hate crime, and I was targeted because of my skin color,” Marquez told the Daily Caller. “Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the mainstream media refuses to report on it.”
Apparently the police had already been looking for this group after a prior incident.
Hard to argue with the victim’s suggestion that this was a hate crime — that Marquez was targeted because of his skin color.

A former Marine became the target of an alleged assault in a McDonald’s Friday night, as a crowd of youths cornered him and demanded he answer the question, “do you believe black lives matter?” Before knocking him unconscious and robbing him.
Christopher Marquez, a veteran of Iraq and recipient of the Bronze Star for valor, said he was dining at a McDonald’s in northwest D.C. when a group of black teenagers came up to him and allegedly began harassing him about the black lives matter movement. Marquez ignored them which prompted calls and shouts that he was a racist.
Marquez left the establishment after eating, but allegedly sustained a sudden blow to the back of his head outside the McDonald’s, which knocked him unconscious. When he woke up, his pants were ripped and wallet gone, which contained $400 in cash, three credit cards, his VA medical card, school identification, metro card and driver’s license.

DeAnthony Mason, manager of the McDonald’s, reviewed security footage and told Marquez in a phone call Saturday that when he left the restaurant a teen with a white shirt struck him on the side of the head, knocking him unconscious. The other teens then converged on his incapacitated body, taking his belongings. The head blow Marquez sustained left his memory dazed, but Mason’s review of security footage helped him piece together what occurred.
Upon regaining consciousness, Marquez found a cab driver willing to drive him to his apartment across from American University, where he attends school. Workers in the lobby called the police on his behalf, who took him to George Washington Hospital where he was evaluated for several hours. Medical documents obtained by TheDCNF show Marquez was treated for head trauma and an eye contusion.
Credit card transactions reviewed by TheDCNF reveal that the assailants charged over $115 on his various credit cards at a liquor store, Five Guys and Walmart. Mason, the McDonald’s store manager told Marquez that police have been looking for the group of teens for a previous incident.
I believe this was a hate crime and I was targeted because of my skin color,” Marquez told TheDCNF. “Too many of these types of attacks have been happening against white people by members of the black community and the majority of the main stream media refuses to report on it.”

“When I was in the Marine Corps, I served with people from many different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and races,” Marquez told TheDCNF. “Like all Marines, I fought for the freedom of all Americans and not just one particular group.”
Marquez was also involved in the infamous fire fight dubbed “Hell House” in Fallujah. He and a fellow Marine, Dane Shaffer, pulled out four Marines who were stuck in a house after an insurgent ambush. A picture taken of them pulling Sgt Maj Brad Kasal out of battle served as the inspiration for a famous war memorial of Iraq located in California, reports The Los Angeles Times. Marquez is pictured on the left side holding Kasal by his right arm.

Cambridge Police report the arrest of a New York City man on a variety of charges related to the high life he allegedly tried to settle into for a couple months at a Third Street apartment complex that included draining $70,000 from a local design company's coffers and using some of the funds to lease a BMW SUV across the river in Boston.
Police say it all started when Jeremy Daniel Wilson, if that's really his name, 42, created the best Boston-area persona since Clark Rockefeller: Jeremiah Asimov-Beckingham, an Army veteran with traumatic brain injuries from an IED explosion in Afghanistan - and also a pilot for British Airways. Cambridge Police say the earliest they could trace him back in Cambridge was December 3, which makes sense since he was only released from federal prison on Nov. 19 after serving a six-year sentence for impersonating an Army officer and stealing a judge's car.
In Cambridge, police say, the newly minted Asimov-Beckingham set up a local bank account under that name, using several fraudulent documents, including a bogus driver's license, Social-Security card and a Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty. He then got a discount on an apartment on Third Street by claiming to be both a veteran and an airline pilot - even as he was maintaining a $5,000-a-month apartment in lower Manhattan. Oh, and he used his fake discharge papers to sign up for and obtain veteran's benefits, Cambridge PD says.
He also somehow used the ID and more forged documents to suck $70,000 out of a Cambridge design firm's bank account, police say, adding he also stole a computer from MIT.
Police say that on Dec. 31, New York City Police found the BMW. And then, according to New York Magazine, they conned the con man: They contacted him and said the car had been impounded as evidence in a shooting but that he could come by to pick it up - which he did.
At his arraignment in New York on similar charges there, he wore a Harvard Law School hoodie.

A seasoned grifter who posed as a wounded veteran and used stolen loot for a Manhattan pad gave a “full, video-recorded confession” to his latest antics — less than two months after leaving prison for similar crimes, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Jeremy Wilson, 42 — whose true name is unknown because of his rampant use of fake identities in a “Catch Me If You Can”-like career of scamming — was ordered held on $1 million bail at his arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

“The defendant is a brazen criminal who has spent his entire adult life as a con artist and identity thief,” Assistant District Attorney Diego Diaz said.

He was back to scheming right after his release from prison on Nov. 19 after serving a six-year federal prison sentence “for crimes that included forging the signature of a federal judge, aggravated identity theft, fraud, and interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle,” Diaz said.

At the prestigious college, Wilson hung around campus and “stole computers and an MIT corporate credit card.”
“He also was able to obtain a corporate apartment by posing as an executive of British Airlines,” the prosecutor added.
On Dec. 12 in Boston, Wilson allegedly used the name Jeremiah Asimov-Beckingham and fake identification documents to lease a 2016 BMW X3, worth at least $50,000.
Using phony checks and the hijacked bank account of a Boston company, he stole $40,000 and skipped off to New York in his new ride.

This is the time of year when news of people being offended by Christian symbols reaches a high point. Progressives view complaints about a “war on Christmas” as manufactured. Barack Obama commented on this in 2006:
This notion that's peddled by the religious right -- that they are oppressed -- is not true. Sometimes it's a cynical ploy to move their agenda ahead. The classic example being that somehow secularists are trying to eliminate Christmas, which strikes me as some kind of manufactured controversy.

The chief of staff of Walter Reed National Medical Center banned family members from bringing Bibles to the facility. Col. Chuck Callahan’s memo stated, “No religious items (i.e., Bibles, reading materials and/or artifacts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit.” After the memo became public the hospital released a statement saying that it was worded “improperly” and, “We apologize for any confusion the policy may have caused.”

VA Press Secretary Josh Taylor responded, “The idea that invoking the name of God or Jesus is banned at VA national cemeteries is blatantly false.” However, this policy was observed by several witnesses, including Congressman John Culberson.

FBI Abuse For Veteran's Day November 11-13, 2015

In the days leading up to and after Veteran's Day, November 11, 2015 the following threats were made to me by various persons. "They're going to kill you." "They're going to kill these people." "They will kill you." "That guy can kill you." "They're investigating you." At no time did any of these threat makers identify who "they" or who "that guy" is. The latest threat by a student at Harvard University brought in to cover the tracks of the criminals who use the Harvard University owned building to conduct their abuses of my body, my phone, and my computer, "You can't stay in this building." It is not known what the affiliation of this student is with any of the various police and criminal organizations who participate taking turns harassing me. I suspect he works for the Harvard University campus police and the California crime Syndicate. He apparently lives in the building or the adjacent one. When a person needs to be punished, they always choose me. Never the perpetrators or the criminals. Always the victim of criminal abuse over the past 45 years. No need to investigate or to gather evidence. The scapegoat must pay.

The California crime Syndicate recruited psychopaths from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington State and California to come to Cambridge to harass, to humiliate, to ridicule, to insult, to provoke, and to slander me. They must have run out of criminals from those jurisdictions. The California crime Syndicate now brings thoughtful gentlemen from New York City to harass me and to humiliate me some more.



On Friday, November 13, 2015 eight terrorists opened fire on several Paris venues killing over 125 people, injuring hundreds more. French intelligence and their allies in the CIA and the FBI were unaware of these Muslim gentlemen from the Middle East, and ignored a report from Iraq on Thursday, November 12, 2015 of the plan. Instead the United States government and its allies in the California crime Syndicate remain focused on destroying my life more than they destroyed it over the past 45 years. They remain focused on humiliating, ridiculing, provoking, insulting and keeping me under 24/7 surveillance, contrary to state and US laws, common sense and human decency.

For the past 45 years (1970-2015), the enormous influence and raw power of the United States government and organized crime families was unleashed on me for personal and for political purposes. Over the years government agencies and crime families broadcast and published, propaganda and cover stories to justify what they did to me. They broadcast relentless character assassination over 45 years and it continues today. The harassment is non stop as I do my lawful errands, as I try to sleep and as I write about my years as an abused citizen. It is not easy countering 45 years of character assassination using only my blog which Harvard University lawyers constantly remind me, "No one reads your blog."

Having survived, indicates my good fortune, or not. But the abuses continue today. It began when I was a student at Columbia University in 1968 when radical leftist upper class students successfully provoked the university administration. Three issues drove disruption of the university community. Free speech, racism, and academic military research.



The remaining classes in the spring semester of May 1968 were canceled. Final exams were held or not depending on individual professors. The administrations of the 21 schools permitted pass fail grading system for that semester.

I was not involved with campus politics. After fulfilling my US Navy service 1965, I worked as a computer programmer in New York City. I thrived enjoying the work and the company of my colleagues, making life pretty good. When computer projects became less interesting I returned to school to get my degree. That is what I was doing at Columbia University in 1968. I wanted to go to school. I was not on campus to destroy the university or to start a revolution. I was paying my own expenses using savings from employment in the computer industry. I was clueless that some students had parents who paid their college costs.

I asked the Associate Dean of my school what I could do to help resolve the difficulties so that classes could resume. He suggested I become a representative of the school to meet with the university trustees. Maybe he shared my motivation, an end to the protests and a return to teaching and learning. My school, one of 21 at Columbia, was entitled to three representatives based on the number of students. I was one of them.

At the meetings with a committee of the trustees, students were asked for workable proposals. Some of the students were long time campus politicos. They repeated propaganda promoted by radicals who boycotted the election of these students. Mostly conservative they supported due process and respected the structure of the university. There was one leftist elected student, who resigned after one meeting. He said the committee of students was too conservative. One conservative student resigned saying the committee was too radical. I only wanted to get classes going again.



In May 1968 some of the elected students met with trustees individually. They reported the trustees asked them who they represented. The students said they represented their school. The trustees responded, "You do not represent all of the students. Why should I listen to you?" When I heard that three times I realized we needed to organize into a committee and to elect a chairman who would speak for all students. Hahaha. Then the trustees could not ignore us. They created us.

My time spent with that committee after the students elected me chairman was overwhelming. I became prominent on campus, met celebrities on and off campus. People think if you know a prominent person you are also a celebrity. Not so. It is like fame. It comes and goes faster than it comes.

Nonetheless there was a large downside. NYPD, the FBI and the CIA were all over campus and me. I read a book years later which explained that the FBI does not care what your politics are. If you are prominent they watch you. Just watch you. But if you perform actions which they do not like (legal or not) they harass you. I was clueless at the time and did not know they continued to watch me when I went to Massachusetts for law school. Biggest mistake of my life.

In 1973 I was living in Cambridge, MA no longer attending law school. It was the height of the Watergate scandal. I grew angry learning about the alleged abuses of the President. Nothing like the open lawlessness of the White House in 2015, which is accepted by journalists and law professors today. Then it was the early days of media abuses manipulating the population. Today media propaganda is how government operates, through useful idiot PR flacks and journalists. It was the beginning of media bias favoring liberals and attacking conservatives.

In response to my speculation about the Watergate scandal, speaking to friends by telephone, which was bugged by the FBI, government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy. "How did he know that?" was their question. It appears my speculation was accurate.

That began two years of being unable to function. I lived about 18 months without a home. Staying with friends and relatives for short times. But they did not enjoy being harassed because I was living with them. I traveled to Miami, FL, Austin, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WN, and Juneau, AK. And back to New York City and to Cambridge, MA. Intense relentless harssment never ceased.

It continues today even after I was forced either to live on Social Security, or without a home for 45 years. After numerous audits by the SSA to make sure I did not have substantial finances making me ineligible for benefits, I complained to the manager of the local SSA office. He told me he put a note into my file that no more audits be made. The local Cambridge, MA gambling ring harassed me relentlessly from 1979, when I refused to work for them, to the present. One of their many tactics was SSA audits.

In November 2015 a second audit was ordered, after the alleged note in my file. This one was different. It was to be done on the telephone. Never in 30 years was that ever done. I was suspicious. But did not complain because they threaten to stop benefits if you do not cooperate. It is how government works. Bureaucrats threaten and abuse their power. Read about recent abuses by the IRS, ATF, Justice Department, state and US courts, and so on. Instead of protecting citizens, government is used by criminals to steal taxpayer funds. Journalists provide propaganda to hide what politicians and criminals do. They let you vote to choose which criminals will steal your money.



There are honest policemen, FBI agents, politicians, and judges. But there are too few and they too are targets of the criminal majority. See, e.g., Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's book, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton. While terrorists, domestic and foreign, attack the nation, people and institutions of the United States, the power of government and organized crime remains focused on making my life miserable, and threatening to kill me. How misguided can priorities be? Recall that for 15 years the FBI used me to fight organized crime and did not pay me. That was while I was impaired after being drugged by government psychiatrists.

The techniques and technology of surveillance and harassment improved exponentially since 1970s. It is now possible for the FBI to know every keystroke you make on your computer, your smart phone or your tablet. But crime families and students can know too.

What difference does it make who is harassing you, or who is keeping you under surveillance? Did it make any difference to Louis Zamperini which Japanese guard was beating him? Would it have made any difference if it was a different sex offender who was abusing 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard? Did the millions of Jews killed in Europe during the Holocaust care which German killed them? Do Christians and Jews in Muslim dominant countries care which Muslim terrorist kills them?

Abuse, torment, torture is the same for the person who is being abused. It doesn't matter if it is the gambling ring, students at Harvard University, the FBI or some other psychopath who is directing the abuse using the SSA letterhead to harass me. It is all the same. On more than one occasion it was the CalIfornia crime Syndicate, who led the harassment non stop since 1968, who tried to have police arrest me. They know once the police make an arrest the entire law enforcement bureaucracy supports keeping you under their control. It is cheaper for the crime families than beating you up. It saves them money, and making money is what the criminals are all about.



Received the two-page letter dated October 28, 2015 on or about November 1, 2015. It is post marked October 30, 2015. It raised suspicions immediately. It is the first time I was ever asked to respond to a telephone interview by the Social Security Administration (SSA). A second suspicious item was the time period for the scheduled call, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, four hours. Not even the cable companies make you schedule four hours for their arrival. Only Harvard University establishes up to 16 hours for a non emergency check of apartments.

A third suspicious item is that the time period is blacked out in the letter using a felt marker. The time is written in ink by hand near the blacked out letters. This statement is included: "We must see the original document(s) or a certified copy of these item(s)." How was this possible by telephone? Did the SSA have a magic phone that could see the documents? I did not want to call and challenge this request because government thugs often abuse their power contrary to law to harm me. I go along until unable to do so.

On Friday, November 13, 2015 I waited for the phone call. The criminals who harass me where I live kept me awake over night. I waited for the call with no sleep making me less prepared to answer the questions. Here is how the conversation with the audit lady from the SSA went on Friday, November 13, 2015.

At 11:05 AM the phone rang. A woman asked for me. I identified myself. I explained that I had difficulty hearing her and asked her to speak slower. She spelled her name as Miss Killeen. I asked her first name. She refused to tell me. Suspicion number 4. She said, "I go by Miss Killeen." I asked where she was calling from. She said, "The Cambridge office."

I asked "Fawcett Street?"

She said "Yes."

She began asking questions. "Where were you born?" I replied.
Suspicion number 5. SSA knows that. Never been asked during an audit.

She asked "What is your birth date?" I answered.
Suspicion number 6. SSA knows that also. Never asked that during an audit.
She asked where I live. I told her.
Suspicion number 7. SSA knows that.

She asked "With who do you live?" I answered.
Suspicion number 8.

She asked, "Have you left the US since September 1, 2013?"

I answered, and added, "I hardly ever leave Cambridge."
Suspicion number 9.
I again told her I had impaired hearing and asked her three times to speak slower and to repeat what she said. I told her she was speaking too fast.



She asked me "Have you ever been on parole?" I answered, wondering what this had to do with my finances.
Suspicion number 10.

She gave me a notice about perjury. I was unable to hear her exact words.
Suspicion number 11.

She asked for permission to contact my financial institution. I gave it.
I asked if she was recording the conversation. She said, "No." Then added "it is done automatically. We'll send you a summary." I realized she did not give me notice or get my consent.
Suspicion number 12.

I explained my skepticism about who she is and where she is calling from. I explained that I've been on Social Security for 30 years and never was interviewed by telephone.
I told her I want to write down the questions and my answers since she warned me about perjury. She then volunteered to make an appointment for me to come into the office. I said OK, thanked her and we ended the conversation.



Next I called to the Cambridge police non emergency phone. I explained to the dispatcher I wanted to know if the law in Massachusetts required notice to both parties when a phone conversation is recorded. I asked the dispatcher if she did not know the answer to transfer me to a police officer. She transferred me to the desk officer. He told me the statute number, and transferred me to another to make a complaint. This officer put me on hold, then a woman officer came on the line saying "Communications." I began explaining the problem to her and she interrupted me asking if I wanted to file a complaint. She said she would send a patrol car and asked my name and address. She said it would be a while because "we are busy." I said I'd wait till Monday because it might be less busy then.

On my way to the bank to ask them not to give out any information until I told them it was OK, I saw a group of about 25 black Harvard University students with two or three token white students marching and chanting along the sidewalk on Mass Avenue near the Harvard University dorms, near Widener gate. They were showing solidarity with the upper class black students and privileged football players at University of Missouri who scared the President and the Provost of that university into resigning because of their unacceptable thought crimes. The Harvard University students are the same upper class black students. It is difficult for liberals who lack the ability to think critically to realize that there are wealthy and powerful black families with privileged children who are students at prominent universities. It is even difficult for the students to recognize their privileged lifestyles. To them they are oppressed by white people, the man, who keeps them down from being accepted to Harvard University. Oh wait. They are accepted.



Upper class black students protest with a taxpayer funded police escort of about a dozen uniformed city officers. Where are the Harvard University campus police who like to exercise their unlawful power when they lack jurisdiction? At the same time, other underprivileged oppressed Harvard University students conduct criminal harassment and surveillance of a 70-year-old white male who they say is crazy. Is that what the Ivy League is all about? Misguided cognitive dissonance which is twisted and turned to fit a narrative for the clueless dumbed down population to feel sympathy for wealthy students of upper class black parents? And to stir up animosity and hatred toward a 70-year-old white man? Amazing what journalists can do with words.

Leftist extremist students protest across the country on their campuses showing "solidarity" with the students at the University of Missouri. What did the students at Missouri suffer? Their feelings were hurt. One white person expressed hatred using a racial epithet. Another person used human waste to make a swastika in a bathroom. Because of that the students whose feelings were hurt demand that administrators who they do not like must resign. in Missouri, at Yale, at Columbia and at Claremont McKenna College in California.

While oppressed privileged students at elitist universities protest abuses by white racists, black FBI informants, black FBI agents and black police employees abuse their power harassing a 70-year-old white man they say is crazy. More cognitive dissonance from dumbed down government officials. It is no longer limited to young people who have now taken jobs as government officials. They bring their misguided sense of history to law enforcement to their jobs abusing others as they believe they are being abused.

After hundreds if not thousands of complaints about 45 years of criminal abuses by black homosexual FBI informants, black police and crime families, taxpayer funded local, state and federal agencies ignore my complaints. These are the priorities of the United States government in 2015. Standing by, allowing and encouraging criminal abuse of a white 70-year-old man. The White House denies that Muslim extremist terrorists are killing Christians and Jews. Overpaid weak university administrators coddle fragile student snowflakes.

The confused students are being manipulated by Communists, socialists, progressive extremists who want to destroy the United States. It is understandable why the students are so easily misled. They enjoy the greatest privilege a society can provide to young people, an education. It opens all the doors to a quality life. But the students have been taught that victim hood brings rewards and privileges. They search for a way to see themselves as victims not members of a special privileged class.



So they adopt all the suffering of black people everywhere and throughout history. They have a curious myopic view of history only seeing where and when black people suffered in the United States. They appear to believe that only black people suffered. All white people throughout history were upper class, wealthy, powerful, rulers who abused every black person they could find. All white people abused, exploited and killed black people whenever they got the chance. It is what makes it possible for these fragile snowflake students to feel good about themselves. And pity the poor administrator or journalist who exposed their misguided beliefs.

Consider how absurd this conduct is. If it was local police keeping me under surveillance and harassing me, it would be a waste of taxpayer resources. But this is most certainly an abuse of power of a federal agency, FBI or Homeland Security.

Who asks a recipient of SSA benefits if they left the country during the last 24 months? Are they investigating a Colombian drug dealer or a Syrian terror sympathizer? Was this just more stirring up animosity and character assassination?

Then there was the question of parole. Parole? That requires a prosecution in a US Court, a conviction under a US statute, and a sentence in a US court. Never been arrested, charged or convicted in a US court. Shows how limited this impersonation was, how unprepared, and how flawed this fraud was. Nonetheless it takes up my time, more penalty of process just to defend myself against inane allegations, in response to false allegations. How ridiculous can it get? This is what the federal bureaucracy spends its resources on as terrorists and drug cartels move freely into the United States with the assistance of the White House.

One thoughtful young watcher, as they are called in the UK, explained, "They're investigating you." Huh? Since 1968 all of the following investigated me: CIA, FBI, state police in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and other states; local police in New York City, several New Jersey cities and towns, Cambridge, Somerville, and other cities and towns in Massachusetts. If all of them were unable to find any reason to arrest me there is none. Nor is there any reason for 24/7 surveillance, and relentless harassment, yet up to nine different organized crime families have done so since 1968.

And you should see the looks these people give to me. You would think I was a heinous homicidal maniac. I do not know what they are told. But the California crime Syndicate appears to be the instigator bringing in new people from new jurisdictions. They stir up animosity from clueless police employees, federal agents and informants who proceed to provoke me and try to have me arrested, based upon 45 years of character assassination. It is an hilarious script for a Marx Brothers feature film.

As I understand the latest period of criminal abuse, there are four stages. In 1974 due to relentless criminal harassment, people I knew shunned me, for good reason. I journeyed to Alaska and back. While I was traveling, someone impersonated me in New York City selling controlled substances. Upon my return to New York City, the FBI began their element of character assassination, "He's a retired drug dealer." That continued for 40 years. I did not learn what they were saying for about five years. It is what Mark Twain observed, "The lies get halfway around the world before the truth gets its boots on." Again people shunned me for a different reason, while police kept me under surveillance.



After 40 years of this one element of slander, federal agents and informants who believed the character assassination, began harassing me including but not limited to doing an audit of my finances, looking for those contraband marketing profits. It is not the first time that happened. On one occasion it was the IRS. Now it's the SSA. And when the "investigation" of my finances involved criminal conduct, illegal wiretapping and impersonation contrary to law, the original perpetrators come along and join the criminal abuse saying, "That never happened."

Both organizations continue behavior conditioning employing criminal psychologists and psychiatrists to discredit me and to try to make me into a homosexual. There is four periods of criminal abuse, punishing me for crimes I had no part in, and during which I was being harassed by others traveling across the United States and back. The scapegoat is punished again, again. again and again.

Propaganda, character assassination broadcast by one faction of the FBI is being used by another faction of the FBI or DHS to justify investigating me, harassing me, disturbing and depriving me of sleep so that when questioned I do not think rationally. They record the telephone conversation without giving a legally required warming and threaten me with perjury without swearing me in. It shows an amateur attempt to use the powers of the US government for personal and/or political purposes. And the new Director of the FBI assured the nation that his agents are not political at all.

After some people recognized my exposing this criminal abuse at the SSA (I am under 24/7 surveillance, my telephone and computer are monitored), on Monday November 16, 2015, a team of one black homosexual police (Harvard University campus police?) or FBI employee, and a Communist homosexual (from Harvard or New York?) took control of the harassment at my residence. They disturbed my sleep for many hours once again forcing me to sleep during daylight hours and to stay awake at night. They continue the 45-year behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual.



On Wednesday November 18, 2015 another letter from the SSA arrived. This one dated November 16, 2015. Included were these lines. "On October 28, 2015 we sent you a letter telling you that you had an appointment with us on or before November 13, 2015. You did not keep that appointment."

This is how government criminals operate. They abuse their power then make it appear as if you are not cooperating. That is how the Nazis operated when Hitler ran the German government. These are the tactics used in 1990 by police, prosecutors, judges and defense attorneys all employed by the California crime syndicate for a complete police frame up using the state courts. So now they are using the SSA. It shows there is no longer a government but factions of government used by the various crime families operating freely in the US. One more period of criminal abuse by the same thugs who have been harassing me for 45 years. How much damage will they do to my fragile life this time?

VA Employees Padded Their Salaries Wasting Taxpayer Funds

Deputy Inspector General Linda Halliday reported in September that two senior executives gamed VA’s moving-expense system for $400,000 in what she described as questionable reimbursements, with taxpayers paying $300,000 for one of them to relocate 140 miles, from the District to Philadelphia.
Diana Rubens and Kimberly Graves “inappropriately used their positions of authority for personal and financial benefit when they participated personally and substantially in creating opportunities for their own transfers to positions they were interested in filling,” investigators found.

Rubens and Graves kept their salaries of $181,497 and $173,949, respectively, even though the new positions they took as directors of the Philadelphia and St. Paul, Minnesota, regional offices had less responsibility, overseeing a fraction of the employees at lower pay levels. Rubens had been deputy undersecretary for field operations.

 

Between salary increases and relocation expenses, the Veterans Benefits Administration, where they worked, spent $1.8 million to reassign 23 senior executives from fiscal 2013 to fiscal 2015, investigators found. In all but two cases, the new jobs came with pay raises, despite a White House-imposed freeze on senior executives' pay — and a widely publicized ban on bonuses stemming from a backlog of outstanding claims for disability benefits.

Erico Montalvo, of 10 Pocasset Ave., wore no expression as he was led handcuffed into District Court early Friday morning to face the charges. The timing, coincidentally, was just before the funeral Mass for 26-year-old Colby Mendonca of Pawtucket.
Mendonca and his friend, Russell Gleason, 25, were in the parking lot behind the Walgreens at 533 Elmwood Ave. just before 2 a.m. when they got into an argument with strangers, according to police. The argument became a fight that left Gleason badly injured and Mendonca dead.
Special Assistant Attorney General Meg McDonough told Magistrate Joseph Ippolito that Montalvo admitted to Providence investigators that he'd been at the scene and had stabbed both men.

An astonishing 22 veterans commit suicide every day, according to the Department of Veterans Affairs. A disturbing and growing number are younger vets, many haunted by their experiences and poorly reintegrated into civilian life. In a 2014 survey of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, half said they knew another veteran who had attempted suicide.

DR. MAUREEN MCCARTHY: You know, it’s not you know what people think of as sick patients, so much. It’s people that have drug problems, some of which are caused by us and our prescribing. . . . We also look at the combination of patients on opiates, like morphine and benzodiazepine, like Ativan and Klonopin. PROJECT VERITAS: Is that the anxiety . . . ? MCCARTHY: Yes. That combination in particular is like candy for some people. It’s like they want it, they want it, they want it.

O’Keefe tells the story of David Cranmer, a Marine who fought in Iraq and returned home with a severe back injury. Cranmer’s father, Bob, says: “It took him over a year to be seen. He was diagnosed that he would require surgery to have his discs repaired. But they never scheduled the surgery, they just gave him, gave him painkillers. And that went on for a number of years. The primary drug that he was given was OxyContin.” He finally entered a drug-addiction treatment center after he became an addict. The VA finally called Cranmer in and after an hour with a psychologist at a local hospital diagnosed him with post-traumatic stress disorder. He was given the anti-depressant Zoloft and two mood stabilizers. But Zoloft has been proven to increase suicidal thoughts or actions. His father believes that ultimately the drugs did far more harm than good. A month after he was diagnosed, David Cranmer used a ladder to hang himself. He left behind a wife and a five-year-old daughter.

JOE SALOMON: I think that, I’ll be honest with you. I think, you know, you’re a resident for six months and you’re a resident for six months and you’re a resident, and so you put on the pills. And you review it the next six months and you think, you know, this other pill may help. Then you do it, and you think, ahh, this other pill might help. PROJECT VERITAS: They don’t even know what the pills are actually doing though and they are giving pills. JOE SALOMON: I do think that happens.

Tom Coburn, a medical doctor who has treated suicidal patients, says the VA needs a “top-to-bottom review and reorganization.” He says the bill passed by Congress that is designed to prevent veteran suicides “throws money at the problem while not demanding true reform”

Remember the guy who wouldn't take the flag pole down on his Virginia
property a while back? You might remember the news story several months ago about a crotchety old man in Virginia who defied his local Homeowners Association, and refused to take down the
flag pole on his property along with the large American flag he flew on it. Now we learn who that old man was.

On June 15, 1919, Van T. Barfoot was born in Edinburg , Texas . That probably didn't make news back then. But twenty-five years later, on May 23, 1944, near Carano , Italy , that same Van T. Barfoot, who had in 1940 enlisted in the U.S. Army, set out alone to flank German machine gun
positions from which gunfire was raining down on his fellow soldiers.

His advance took him through a minefield but having done so, he proceeded to single-handedly take out three enemy machine gun positions, returning with 17 prisoners of war.



And if that weren't enough for a day's work, he later took on and destroyed three German tanks sent to retake the machine gun positions.



That probably didn't make much news either, given the scope of the war, but it did earn Van T. Barfoot, who retired as a Colonel after also serving in Korea and Vietnam , a well deserved Congressional Medal of Honor.



What did make news was his Neighborhood Association's quibblewith how the 90-year-old veteran chose to fly the American flag outside his suburban Virginia home. Seems the HOA rules said it was OK to fly a flag on a house-mounted bracket, but, for decorum, items such as Barfoot's 21-foot flagpole were "unsuitable".



Van Barfoot had been denied a permit for the pole, but erected it anyway and was facing court action unless he agreed to take it down. Then the HOA story made national TV, and the Neighborhood Association rethought its position and agreed to indulge this aging hero who dwelt among them.



"In the time I have left", he said to the Associated Press, "I plan to continue to fly the American flag without interference." As well he should. And if any of his neighbors had taken a notion to contest him further, they might have done well to read his Medal of Honor citation first. Seems it indicates Mr. Van Barfoot wasn't particularly good at backing down.

I find it profoundly disheartening to hear politicians of all parties and professed beliefs talk incessantly about the prime importance of the economy and the exalted status of prosperity. Those of us who are “poor” in America today would be rich by the standards of our Founding Fathers and the men who shivered and died at Valley Forge. Bluntly stated, when our greatest health problem is obesity, including the fat poor, then our greatest problem is not poverty – at least not poverty of the body.
The notion that America was founded to help make us wealthy was deliberately introduced into American political thought beginning with academia in the 1920s by Marxists, who rewrote American political history into the battle between economic classes. This noxious idea seemed to infiltrate general political rhetoric with Bill Clinton’s odious theme of 1992: “It’s the economy, stupid.”

Florida College Fraternity Suspended For Attacks on Veterans

The University of Florida suspended one of its fraternities on Friday after allegations that its members hurled drunken insults and spat at a group of disabled military veterans at a Panama City Beach resort.
The school said on Friday that it is charging the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity with obscene behavior, public intoxication, theft, causing physical or other harm, and damage to property.
The suspension came after the fraternity had already suspended operations itself and expelled three of its members after finding they had behaved inappropriately.

The veterans were there for an annual retreat meant to honor their service, and the fraternity had a social function.
Linda Cope, founder of the warrior group, says the frat members were urinating on flags and verbally abusive.
"They were urinating off of balconies, vomiting off of balconies. They could see the men and women below were there with the retreat. They had on hats and shirts with logos," Cope said.
Members of Zeta Beta Tau from the University of Florida and Emory University in Georgia were attending their spring formals at the resort.

About 60 veterans who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan were also attending a retreat that has been held twice a year for the past six years at the resort. Cope started the event in honor of her son Joshua, who lost both legs in Baghdad in 2006 when a roadside bomb exploded under his Humvee.

VA Retaliation Using Medical Records Against Whistleblowers

An official at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel said Monday that Department of Veterans Affairs officials are known to be retaliating against VA whistleblowers by illegally going through their medical records, in an apparent attempt to harass and discredit these whistleblowers.
This surprising testimony from Special Counsel Carolyn Lerner was delivered at a House Veterans Affairs subcommittee hearing, which was called to discuss the problems whistleblowers face when they try to expose the ongoing failure of the VA to provide medical care to veterans.

In Lerner’s prepared testimony, she explained that many VA officials who try to reveal these problems are veterans themselves who are also seeking care at the VA. She said in some cases, VA officials try to retaliate by examining the medical records of these officials, and said this still happens — she called it an “ongoing concern.”
“In several cases, the medical records of whistleblowers have been accessed and information in those records has apparently been used to attempt to discredit the whistleblowers,” she said.

The problem of VA officials illegally going into the medical files of their employees is one that has been noted before, but is also one that the VA was supposed to have been on the road to fixing by now. In 2010, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported that a VA official was convinced that her superiors illegally went through her medical records, which led to comments at work about her psychological care.
That report found more than 14,000 privacy violations at the Pittsburgh center.

Lerner of the OSC said complaints of whistleblower retaliation are on the rise. She said her office hears complaints across the federal government, but said 40 percent of them now come from the VA.
“[T]he number of new whistleblower cases from VA employees remains overwhelming,” she said. “These cases include disclosures to OSC of waste, fraud, abuse, and threats to the health and safety of veterans, and also claims of retaliation for reporting such concerns.”

VA Suicide Hotline Makes Veterans Wait

An Air Force veteran says he was repeatedly put on hold by the Veterans Suicide Hotline, as he was forced to listen to machine recordings and get re-directed as he sat there “desperately needing someone to talk to” on Saturday night.
Ted Koran says the only reason he’s still alive today is because of the 60 rescue animals he cares for, WFTS-TV reports. The Air Force veteran first reached out to the James Haley VA Center in Tampa, where a recording told him the 800 number for the suicide hotline. He says was initially put on hold for 10 minutes, before hanging up and redialing the number two more times.
“I went to the only place that I knew and that I had available to me, the VA,” Koran told WFTS. “I had to sit there patiently, in emotional distress, in tears, wanting to give up, desperately needing someone to talk to.”
“I was missing my wife,” he said.

More than 1,000 veterans contact that hotline every day. According to Veterans Affairs data released earlier this year, 22 veterans take their own life every day, or about every 65 minutes.
The Veterans Crisis Hotline was first established by the VA in 2007, at which point it averaged 60 calls a day on four phone lines with personnel. However today, 52 operators field more than 1,000 calls each day, and say they can’t keep up with growing calls for help from veterans. A Scripps investigation recently uncovered that calls to the veterans’ hotline often overload the system, forcing the veterans to be put on hold as calls are rerouted to other call centers.
One veteran showed WFTS a recording in which he was put on hold for 36 minutes.

IRS Refuses To Allow 94-Year-Old Veteran To File Tax Return, Says He's Dead

There is a 94-year-old World War II vet in Ohio who just wants to pay his taxes but can't because the IRS says he’s dead.
Siegfried Meinstein has been unable to convince the IRS he is alive, living in an assisted living facility near Columbus, Ohio. The IRS has told the nonagenarian it can’t process his tax return because their records indicate he is deceased.

Man Demands Entry To Closed NYC Whole Foods Store

A group of Whole Foods Market employees were caught on a video beating an apparently drunk man who was trying to enter the supermarket after hours.
The video, recorded the night of Dec. 30, a spokesperson for Whole Foods said, shows the man trying to force himself into the store despite employees warning him to leave.

Disabled WWII Veteran, Beaten in New York Nursing Home

Robert Brogan, a World War II veteran, was allegedly attacked while at a state veterans home in St. Albans.

See, I am not the only elder person being beaten and harassed by young criminals. The billions of taxpayer funds spent on human services protections is mostly a waste of money. In Massachusetts these alleged protectors of vulnerable persons stand by and watch as sadistic academic research psychologists and psychiatrists attack their patients without consent, contrary to law, without compassion or sensitivity. These alleged healers are criminal brutes who know the lingo saying they care about the people they abuse. They are worse and more dangerous than police criminals who are known to abuse their power. Psychiatrists have an image as caregivers, and police agencies will not address their abuses. Often they are employed by police agencies and crime families to destroy the spirit and the lives of unpopular persons for political and/or personal purposes.

Marine veteran Robert Brogan survived World War II to suffer repeated horrific injuries in a Queens nursing home for ex-soldiers. And no one can explain what happened.
Brogan, 87, moved into the New York State Veterans Home at St. Albans — a 250-bed facility run by the state Health Department — a year ago because of worsening dementia. His wife, Dorothy, is ill.

John Constantino called the NYPD’s 113th Precinct station house on Wednesday. A detective referred him to the state attorney general, who has probed nursing-home abuses, he said.
After Brogan’s head injury in September, the nursing director told the family that alarms would be put on his bed to alert the staff when he got up, so they could check in on and attend to him.
“When we went in the room, we found the battery for the alarm on the floor,” Colleen Constantino said. “The safety system they have in place is not working — especially at night when all these incidents occur.”
