Boston Police Join Harvard University Campus Police In Misguided Notion of Jurisidction

"Myeshia Henderson, a spokesperson for the Boston Police Department, said one building—Aldrich Hallfell under BPD’s jurisdiction. Their office received word of a bomb threat at 10:38 a.m., she said, and officers are currently investigating at 35 Harvard Way." This indicates that Boston Police Department has the same misguided arrangement contrary to state law as with the Cambridge Police. Under what system of jurisdiction do Boston police not have jurisdiction in Boston? Do Crimson journalists believe the fantasy promoted by HUPD that they have exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard University property? Are they like the group of young journalists that White House National Security Chief Ben Rhodes said "Know literally nothing?" Are they like the voters and taxpayers that Rhodes called stupid?

Harvard Law School Students Demand FBI Expose Student Political Opposition

Few police departments know what to do about computer crimes. Harvard University campus police are notoriously poorly trained. In Cambridge, MA (where Harvard Law School is located) laws are optional. Harvard University faculty and administrators are protected by the Obama-Holder Doctrine: Inconvenient laws may be ignored by a select few. Emails do not travel remaining in one jurisdiction. Campus police jurisdiction ends at the Harvard University property line. They can hardly investigate lawfully. A great book about the coming tsunami of computer and other technology crimes is Marc Goodman's Future Crimes. Hackers stole $80 million almost got a billion from the Bangladesh national bank last week.

[From article]
Emails published on a blog run by activists opposed to a racial justice group at Harvard Law School show that the organization, Royall Must Fall, asked the Harvard administration to investigate the anonymous site and discover who is behind it.
The blog, Royall Asses, grew out of an incident last year where pieces of black tape were placed on the portraits of black law professors. The site claimed that the incident was a false flag operation by members of Royall Must Fall.
One member of the racial justice group claimed to have received email threats. She went to the FBI and asked them to monitor the blog despite the fact there was no evidence anyone connected with the blog had sent the threatening emails.
The group also asked law school administrators to find out who was behind the blog.
[From] Daily Caller:
Royall Asses claims that it came into possession of the two emails because one of the people Williams contacted was appalled that the student activists and Harvard itself would use “Gestapo tactics to invade student privacy.” That student forwarded the emails to Royall Asses.
If Williams’ emails accurately represent Harvard’s actions, then it suggests Harvard attempted to investigate (and potentially expose) its own students simply for running a blog that criticized left-wing elements on campus.

Harvard University Campus Police Indicate Negligent Training

Is this one more example of negligent training of the Harvard University campus police? By statute their jurisdiction ends at the property line of the university. HUPD misguidedly believes they have exclusive jurisdiction on campus and over students. But state law does not agree. Students obey authority and believe their campus badge-wearing-gun-toting officers.

Cambridge, MA city police are reluctant to keep the lines strictly drawn and permit relaxed jurisdiction for their fellow officers. It makes the job of city police easier. The state executive office of public safety which has jurisdiction over the campus police joins the city council, the city manger and the police commissioner, allowing HUPD to do whatever they want to do with no accountability. One more case of absolute power corrupting absolutely.

Fragile Harvard University Campus Police Censor Criticism About Role In Sexual Assault Complaint

'My hope is that no one else will have the experience that I had,' she added. 'I hear my story over and over and over again from different people.'

Forgot to mention that negligent training is actionable, i.e., the university can be sued for that for damages. While the Harvard University campus police fail to protect women students on campus they abuse their privileges by harassing a 70-year-old white male who they say is crazy. One black homosexual police employee or officer stalked me for more than 15 years even after my complaints to the university office of general counsel. The same officer called me a "space cadet" to my face showing his animosity toward persons he perceives as vulnerable. Moreover he is a black homosexual who claims victimhood abusing his police power attacking a vulnerable person. What a guy!

[This comment was deleted by editors; second posting; appears HUPD is extremely fragile, cannot tolerate criticism]
When did state courts, local police stop accepting rape complaints? Did HUPD refer the complaint to the District Attorney for Middlesex? If not is this one more example of negligent training?

[Reply to other comment]
I posted a comment which was deleted that HUPD may be negligently trained if they did not refer this woman's complaint to the District Attorney for Middlesex. It is one more example of poor training of these police who nonsensically claim exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard University property. "HUPD, like man, must know its limitations." Paraphrasing Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry.

[From article]
The suit traces several interactions Leader said she had with University administrators regarding sexual harassment over the course of about two years. According to the suit, Leader first reported Doe’s conduct to Harvard’s Office of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response in spring 2013, and again in September 2014. On Nov. 6, 2014, the suit states, Leader met with Cabot Resident Dean Tiffanie L. Ting and claimed that Doe had sexually harassed her in Cabot dining hall and cafe, among other places. The suit alleges that Ting discouraged Leader from filing a formal complaint and said Doe could not be moved from Cabot. Ting could not be reached for comment.
“I think that the biggest takeaway from the complaint is that she recorded multiple times not only that she was sexually assaulted, but that there was retaliatory and ongoing harassment from the perpetrator and his friends,” Zalkin said. “Notwithstanding, Harvard did nothing to protect her and make her feel safe on campus, which is basically the whole purpose of Title IX.”
[. . .]
Leader reported Doe to the Office of Sexual and Gender-Based Dispute Resolution in February 2015, prompting a formal investigation, and updated ODR investigators on Doe’s alleged retaliatory conduct—including threatening comments and increased presence at Leader’s workplace, Cabot Cafe—according to the suit. She also reported sexual assault to the Harvard University Police Department in April.

Recent Graduate Sues Harvard Over Sexual Harassment Case

Alyssa Leader, a recent Harvard graduate, has sued the Ivy League school over allegations she was forced to live in the same building as her ex-boyfriend after he sexually assaulted her during their relationship.

[From article]
A Harvard graduate is suing the school over allegations she was forced to live in the same building as her ex-boyfriend after he sexually assaulted her during their relationship.
Alyssa Leader, who left in 2015, filed a lawsuit Tuesday in federal court in Massachusetts claiming the Ivy League institution failed to act when she complained about the alleged abuser.
The lawsuit says Leader told campus officials that a male student who lived in her dorm had been sexually abusive while they dated but that Harvard refused to move him to another hall.
Leader says they failed to protect her from retaliation after she reported the abuse and one official even discouraged her from filing a formal complaint.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Leader said: 'Harvard has an institutional culture of ignoring and silencing people like me.
'My hope is that no one else will have the experience that I had,' she added. 'I hear my story over and over and over again from different people'
The lawsuit, seen by the Boston Globe, says Leader's alleged abuser got back at her by becoming threatening and irate when she resisted him.
He allegedly harassed her at her job in the dormitory cafe, and made threatening comments to her in the dining hall.
Despite her reports, she said, school officials did not issue a no-contact order and he was allowed to continue living in her dormitory.
Leader said she was also targeted by her friends, who would sit outside her job so she would have to pass by them when she left.
She said she was forced to carry pepper spray in her dormitory,
Living in constant fear, she never sat with her back to a door and blocked doors when she went in rooms on her own.
Harvard says it responds fairly to all allegations of sexual assault.
The alleged abuser was moved out of the dorm a month before Leader graduated.
She says it was too little too late.

Cambridge, MA Zoning Board Open Meetings Law Violation

Cambridge, MA City Hall

Here's an example of negligent training of a Cambridge, MA City official, chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals. It seems to be a clear violation of the MA Open Meetings Law, the First Amendment of the US Constitution and the MA Constitution. But also a felony under MA General Laws Chapter 265, Sec. 37, The Civil Rights Statute. It can be malfeasance, and abuse of power. Goes to show that freedom is not free and you must stand up for, and fight for your rights. Here's the video.

Hate Speech is Protected Speech

[From article]
A federal judge has ruled that an upstate New York town violated a Connecticut man's First Amendment rights when he was arrested on a charge of aggravated harassment for writing profanities on a $175 speeding ticket three years ago.
In ruling issued last week, U.S. District Judge Cathy Seibel allowed Willian Barboza's lawsuit against the village of Liberty, N.Y. to proceed on claims the town of approximately 10,000 people 100 miles northwest of New York City failed to properly train police officers about free speech.
The New York Civil Liberties Union, which represented Barboza, publicized a transcript of the trial Tuesday.

Barboza, who was 22 at the time of his initial arrest, was stopped for speeding on Route 17 in May 2012, according to The New York Times. On his payment form, Barboza crossed out the name of the town and wrote "Tyranny" in its place. He then wrote the phrase "F--- your s----y town b----es."
When the form arrived at the Liberty town clerk's office, one of the workers, all of whom are women, told a local judge Barboza's profane phrase upset and alarmed them, according to court records. The judge referred Barboza's speeding payment form to a prosecutor and ordered Barboza to appear in court.
When Barboza showed up, the local judge reprimanded him for his comments on the form and told him he would be arrested, Seibel said in her ruling. Barboza was handcuffed and taken away before his release on $200 bail.
[. . .]
Barboza's case is not unique in Liberty. Seibel said that between 2003 and 2012 as many as 63 arrests by police officers in the village had occurred "because of the use of vulgar words in what may be perceived as a threatening context." She said one arrest occurred when a defendant called someone a slut, another resulted from someone talking about sexual acts on a police department phone line and another came after a defendant threatened to kill someone's dog.

Acolytes and Useful Idiots

After 43 years of relentless surveillance, harassment, provocations, and testing by police, lawyers, psychologists, psychiatrists and assorted psychopaths, a new group of useful idiots began another round of testing, provocations, harassment and character assassination near the end of April 2014. This was shortly after I attended a meeting allegedly for keeping the public informed about an arrest of a Cambridge middle school teacher for possession of child pornography and for videotaping his students.

Dr. Jeffrey M. Young, Cambridge MA School Superintendent,
Reassuring a Parent. Notice his fingers spread wide, indicating transparency, and eliminating any hint of impropriety.

The Cambridge school superintendent, who earns $254,000 this year plus an attractive benefits package openly demonstrated his ignorance of basic local laws at the meeting. He is no different than the multitude of dumbed down Americans who are ignorant of facts they should know, which is not a problem. Ignorance can be fixed by education. That is the man's business. But he like so many misguided young and old alike in and around Cambridge, MA host city of Harvard University and MIT, think they know what they do not. That is what causes many problems in human interaction--not knowing what they do not know. "It's not what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you think you know for sure that just ain't so." - Mark Twain

The Cambridge, MA area is where I lived for the past 25 years. Not under the radar but with 24/7 surveillance, harassment, character assassination, insults, threats and egregious criminal abuses by public officials and crime families working together. There seems to be no dividing line between crime families and public officials in Massachusetts. But these mindless bureaucrats who run the local and state government act as if I were an extra terrestrial being, just arrived on the planet from Alpha Centauri. The superintendent called me a "blogger," while chairing his meeting. Does he think because he earns so much money and is the superintendent of schools that his money and title bring wisdom? Obama thinks credentials are evidence of wisdom, common sense, and integrity. Ahem!

Employees of the Massachusetts state government unleashed another round of testing, provocations, insults, harassment and surveillance in the last week of April 2014. That was after about a week of Communists from New York rejoining their 40-year-old campaign of harassment, character assassination, insults, provocations, theft of funds, and personal journals, and a thoughtful behavior conditioning campaign to try to make me into a homosexual. They wanted to remind me that the FBI stole money and my personal journals. These were sold to local police and to crime families who used them to ridicule and to humiliate me for 43 years in three states.

This is taxpayer funded cruel and unusual punishment meted out by government thugs. I was not convicted of any crime. This is punishment without conviction. I did not know there were so many depraved humans in the entire world. One group gets finished and another appears immediately. I am constantly amazed at how many young psychopaths there are in  this country who overtly conduct a brutal criminal campaign without any conscience or shame. The participation of between five and nine crime families is understandable. The FBI alleges that crime families are only concerned with killing. But that is misleading if not complete fabrication. Crime families remain  focused on making money. Government, especially the FBI, has an image of helping people. That belief is as misguided as believing that rain falls up.

They did not need to remind me. It is as if they are telling themselves what they just discovered.  I learned about it 35 years ago. Do they also know that the FBI used me to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay me? That was after government psychiatrists drugged me, see below. Then the FBI coordinated a 22-year campaign to allow the crime families to retaliate? Thoughtful FBI agents employed a woman I dated for three months when I was a student in law school. I learned years later she is a lesbian, works for Obama, and is now married to a black racist homosexual who works for the FBI. He is one of several black homosexual FBI thugs who kept me under surveillance when I was a student in New York. This charming couple was well paid by the FBI to pretend to be my friends for 34 years. When I complained to Massachusetts state agencies about this abuse from a woman I formerly dated and her husband, they demanded of me, "Can you prove you are not mentally ill?" How awfully well trained they are.

The FBI was busy stirring up racial animosity and police scrutiny because, "He's crazy." "He's a retired drug dealer." "He's a racist." and for man-hating women, "He's a rapist." which feminists say about all men. That is all men who have not been conditioned into becoming feminists. It was just more over kill. This was after sensitive, caring, government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens in 1973 because they thought I was a spy.

This couple was coming to my rescue. That is a pattern developed by cross dressing, FBI founder, J. Edgar Hoover, who was called the arsonist and the fire chief. He'd create difficulties for civilians he targeted, and then force them to petition the FBI for help. I knew better after trying to get them to stop their informants and employees. I spoke with local chiefs of police telling them, the FBI was lying. Fat chance they believed me.

FBI Founder J. Edgar Hoover

That was before the abominable abuses of the Boston FBI were exposed in 1995. A frame-up of four white men for a murder the FBI knew they did not commit, and about 60 homicides by a team of FBI informants over 30 years. The four men were sentenced to death. After the death penalty was repealed in Massachusetts two of the men died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. A U.S. court awarded the men and their families, $101 million plus attorneys fees. Taxpayers were charged for the criminal abuses of the FBI. None of the agents were penalized. What a delightful crew abusing power for many years. And today that office remains unchanged, still polluted. Never cleaned, never investigated. Just business as usual. Nothing to see here folks. Move along.

And along comes a new group of Communists. These from Massachusetts doing the same things. First is an intense campaign of harassment, sleep disturbances, insults, and computer tampering trying to provoke violence. When that fails they use young women as bait trying to provoke violence. They always use man-hating women, feminists, and lesbians, often recent immigrants (illegal and legal) from Central America who are well versed in the discrimination laws of the U.S. This team was led by a Chinese American employed by the MA state police, working with a Central American woman with garishly painted nails. Let's see for the past 20 years I complained repeatedly to various and numerous taxpayer funded human protection agencies about criminal abuses. They consistently ignored my complaints. Now new state employees arrive to test me to see if I am dangerous? Is this the idiocracy in action or what?

Here is taxpayer funded "Blame the victim." not just once but for 25 years. Never mind that I first came to Cambridge 43 years ago to go to law school. That is forgotten and omitted from their files. They began with, "He's crazy." "He's a retired drug dealer." "He's a homosexual." "He's a racist." "He is 70, and white. Must be a racist, a rapist, and a hater." Nothing works like stereotyping. And when all that fails, they add, "He's homeless and a high school dropout." That is how these useful idiots think.

But what is most laughable is that they say, "They don't trust you." After 43 years of relentless, intense, surveillance, testing by psychologists, psychiatrists and lawyers employed by crime families, the FBI, the CIA, local police, Harvard University campus police and criminal faculty members, "they don't trust me." That says more about them than it does about me. They attribute some of the most depraved acts to me which I would never even think of, but are omnipresent in their minds.

One that I find most appalling is, the homosexuals who run the Massachusetts state government used toddlers as bait. Toddlers. It shows how depraved the homosexuals in this state really are. It shows how misguided they are. They were unable to identify two openly American-hating brothers from Dagestan and Cambridge who placed two bombs at the finish line of the Boston marathon. That was after Russian security forces alerted the FBI about the brothers. But they repeatedly test me. For 43 years.

The omniscient Cambridge school superintendent and his elite staff of acolytes failed to notice that one of their middle school teachers liked child pornography. But these misguided legends in their own minds, deranged public officials continue an abusive criminal operation targeting me after 43 years of abuses of power first by the CIA, then the FBI, then the Communists, then local police and then crime families. The bottom feeders I thought were the Harvard University campus police. But clearly the bottom-ist of the bottom feeders are the educators of the state who are more clueless than even the Harvard University campus cops. Can they be properly called the beneath-the-bottom feeders?

Harvard University Campus Police Displaying Their Vehicles

[Immediately after posting this essay, the Massachusetts Communist left his surveillance perch. He was quickly replaced by the charming and always delightful young lady graduate student in psychology from Harvard University Medical School who works for, . . . well she works for whoever is paying her that day. On this day it was the Kennedy Cult, that efficient political organization that adopted me then abused me for 43 years in three states. Other times it is the Midwestern Outfit, the California Syndicate, or any of the remaining crime families operating in Cambridge on property owned and operated by The President and Fellows of Harvard College. Whoever and whatever is her pleasure.]

Negligent Training of Campus Police Unreported at Harvard University

Crimson says, "HUPD—which has “primary jurisdiction” over nearly all crimes occurring on Harvard’s campus, according to its website"
That indicates one more example of negligent training of HUPD, contrary to state laws. Cambridge police and Massachusetts state police have original jurisdiction over all crimes on all land within the city of Cambridge. HUPD has jurisdiction to enforce state laws, not city ordinances, on Harvard property. HUPD tries to persuade Harvard University students, faculty, and staff to file complaints with them first even if they do not have jurisdiction. It is unclear why HUPD misleads the public about their jurisdiction. It appears it is done under direction of Harvard University's President, Provost and/or the General Counsel. In some instances HUPD claims exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard property which is fantasy. Some city police go along with this. It makes their job easier. Emergency dispatchers enable this misguided practice by diverting calls in order to prevent enforcement of some regulations by City police. It was the former 31-year City Manager now employed at Harvard University with "no conflict of interest," who maintained that pattern of policing in Cambridge.

AND
Blame? Just stating facts that Harvard University campus police are negligently trained. They abuse their power just as other police agencies. The Mollen Commission which addressed police corruption in New York City stated that police need constant scrutiny due to their enormous power. In Massachusetts there is never any scrutiny of the police who now control the rackets. See the FBI-Bulger misadventures killing 60 people, framing four white men for murder, for example.

Misdirected personal attack for comment you do not like? You might like Syria, better than Cambridge. No rules for police there.

This one uses a handle for his personal attacks. Don't know if it is the same Harvard lawyer who defends their private police whenever I criticize them, by personal attacks. What is perplexing is he seems to have me confused with someone else. Usually homosexuals use the word "issues" for complaints or arguments or criticism.  And "photo-business"? Not me.

Latest example of hate speech exhibits extreme sensitivity to shield Harvard University campus cops from any criticism--allegations of negligent training. Touchy guy? Editors took one of his comments down on this same article, yet he continues posting personal attacks. He even made up a comment from his mind and attributed it to me. Charming alleged alumni. How many graduates of Harvard University lack common sense? The number must be enormous.

Citibank (Guest):
You make many inferences, yet none are based on fact. What does FBI/Bulger, etc. skepticism have to do with HUPD? Or CPD for that matter? Nothing. You are just making casual connections trying to make them causal... that is manipulation worthy of Ockham's Razor.
Your statements about HUPD are wreckless, dangerous, untrue, unfounded, and possible liable as you infer HUPD is likely to abuse their power" yet you do not substantiate any claim you make in this forum. You say, "... I saw police shut up a women and was told to walk away..." vague nonsense, I call shenanigans on all of your "factual postings" and take them as "opinion worthy of Fox News."
How many times have/has HUPD acted improperly and have been fined, criminally charged, or reprimanded? What case law is on the books due to HUPD? Or will you hide under the obvious catch-all conspiracy excuse that "HUPD is immune," better yet you will tell me to read case law!? If you "really" know, then educate others. Otherwise, just say... "In my opinion HUPD is trained negligently..."
Clarify fact from biased opinion from personal conjecture.
In my opinion, your credit and use of words is worthy of an "Obama Birther" crying to see a certificate - yet I read your postings, I suppose entertainment comes in many forms.

Ignorant Hate Speech At Harvard University

HUPD (Harvard University Police Department) is out of control. They have little or no oversight. Thugs with guns and badges. If you criticize them they appear at your door with threats and harassment. When I posted comments on the Harvard University student newspaper, The Crimson, web pages under a story about police action responding to noise and misconduct, open container laws and nuisance violations, two of the "readers" attacked me personally calling me names.

I say that when people begin using personal attacks it shows they have no rational arguments, which is the same thing but without the psychological research and mumbo jumbo in the article.

There is another element of when personal attacks appear. It is the first rule of propaganda, which demands discrediting people by using character assassination, another term for personal attacks. It is what was done to Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, US Senator Joseph McCarthy, President George W. Bush, Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and me among many others. If you read journalism as much as I do you may notice the absence of character assassination of the current president and his misguided appointees. Journalists now use character assassination when they have no rational arguments. The main problem is that few ordinary Americans have experience noticing, and lack the means to understand how to respond to propaganda. I was lucky. When I was 18 or 19 I was very upset with what I read in the papers and went to my college dean and complained about "propaganda" as if there was something he could do about it.

One of the Crimson readers, used "wacko" as his great contribution of hate speech of the day. Another said of me "He's all over the place." with no explanation of what that means. A third said that "He won't respond to the question" about why I thought HUPD was negligently trained. They demanded I teach them in the comments section of a college newspaper. On previous occasions HUPD stopped me after I was taking pictures, in the rear of a Harvard University residential building, of trash, which attracts rodents. It is an ongoing issue discussed for many hours at Cambridge (MA) City Council meetings and committee meetings. The only way to prevent attracting rodents in cities is to keep trash off the streets. Because there are so many visitors to Cambridge there is a lot of food left in the streets. That is what attracts rodents. But also the sloppiness of residents who fail to place trash in containers for collection. In Harvard University residential buildings there are many students who have never lived alone and had to be responsible for their household trash. They leave it in the basement, alongside the receptacles and in general fail to keep the area clean.

I used to take pictures and send them to the building managers at Harvard and to the City inspectional services department. One night two HUPD officers stopped me and a third joined them. They asked me if I was taking pictures behind the buildings. I said I was. They asked why. I explained. They asked me why I did not call them. I explained that it is not a police matter. And even if it was the HUPD did not have jurisdiction. They told me they did have jurisdiction. I told them they were negligently trained, that they did not have the legal authority to enforce city ordinances which is what the inspectional services department does. They were arrogant wise asses as most cops are and said to me "Are you going to teach us?" I said "The University is not paying me to teach you." Same with the response of the readers in October 2013 asking why HUPD is negligently trained still many years after the above incident.

That should have been the end of it. But I declined the opportunity to explain the details in the comments section of the student newspaper. I suggested that the readers who expressed hate speech look up the state statutes which gave HUPD their police powers. That they learn where the property lines are of Harvard University, and then they should apply thought to the information. Well that was apparently a direct threat to the mindless manhood of at least one if not all of the hate-speech-uttering readers one of whom may be a City police employee.

That night as I slept one of the HUPD officers, the worst kind of officer who abuses his authority, arrived at my building which is owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the legal name of the Harvard University corporation. He attacked me severely trying to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke, with electrical weapons possession of which is a felony in Massachusetts. Attempted murder is a felony too. That also is one of many laws which the police refuse to enforce claiming they do not know how. That is another example of negligent training, for another time, in the host city of Harvard University, Lesley University and MIT.

Retaliation for free speech, protected speech under the First Amendment is another felony. Intimidating a person in the free exercise of a constitutionally protected right is a felony in Massachusetts under state law whether or not the offender is a public official. But that law too is ignored in Cambridge and at Harvard University where the campus cops are negligently trained and where laws are optional. Does that explain the relaxed rectitude of Harvard University groomed and educated Governor of Massachusetts and the President of the United States?

Earlier and every day another HUPD employee causes my computer to crash trying to stop my free expression online. That is a federal felony. Each day for the past 17 years while I lived on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College the same criminals committed 4 to 40 felonies a day. My complaints to city, to state and to US officials were consistently ignored. The reason is two-fold. First Harvard University officials are not held accountable for their violations of law. In addition they use character assassination (see above minor hate expression in the comments of The Crimson) to discredit me which allows the public officials to ignore me because they believe character assassination. That includes but is not limited to 43 years of "He's crazy." "He's a retired drug dealer." etc., etc., etc.

Hate Speech of the Day May 1, 2013

Published May 1, 2013 10:53 PM Last Updated May 3, 2013 4:11 PM

It is reported that the source of these latest multiple personal online attacks are the product of a dedicated attorney employed by either HUPD or Harvard University. Along with the report come threats that, "They will kill you." That is added to recent threats, "You can't go there." "You can't stay here." and "You don't live here." Playing a major role in the current relentless harassment and character assassination are Communists from New Hampshire and police employees from Somerville MA. Other crime families participating at present include the one from Atlanta, GA; the California Syndicate which led 40 years of criminal abuses, and the Midwestern Outfit.

Massachusetts Attorney General, and Middlesex District Attorney stand by and allow this multi year criminal abuse of a 70-year-old white male that the police say is mentally ill. It is a charming state where selective enforcement of laws rule. The FBI exposed three young Cambridge men for involvement with the April 15, 2013 Boston Marathon bombing which killed three civilians, one MIT officer, and injured 250 including one Transit police officer. Cambridge prides itself on being a Sanctuary City. It attracts terrorists and criminals. The City Council and the City Manager are proud of what they do with the assistance of Harvard University officials. They work together ignoring the ongoing criminal abuses I experience every day, and join in when the spirit moves them.

Cambridge and Harvard University are special places. Students and faculty arrive from all parts of the country and the world. People who live in Cambridge believe they are special. The City Council sees Cambridge as a World Class City. Most World Class Cities have a culture that welcomes people. Cambridge is parochial and demands that people have a historical connection to the city, love and admiration for the politicians, and most of all abstain from criticizing what these geniuses do.  Harvard people know they are morally and intellectually superior to other mortals. If they don't know it, it is not true. If they know it, it is true. That is the standard at Harvard.

Officials at Harvard University and in Cambridge and state government do not tolerate criticism well. First they ignore critics. Then they designate the critic as mentally ill, stupid, evil, and angry. If the critic dares to continue expressing speech protected by the state and US Constitutions, they bring out psychiatric thugs and attorneys for harassment and provocation. The protective agencies, police, human services industry, prosecutors, Attorneys General are trained to ignore such complaints, treating the victim as an hallucinating mental patient.

Acting like politicians, they ridicule and humiliate the victims of government abuse. "Why would anyone harass him?" He's mentally ill, poor fellow, and needs treatment. Perhaps they send out psychiatrists to treat the victim without consent. In addition they encourage their acolytes in the Harvard and Cambridge communities to ignore the abuse victim, an easy project. People have enough problems of their own e.g., keeping watch on the value of their homes and what dinner invitations they get.

Shunning is an actionable tort. But it is easy to deter attorneys with money. They tell me "You can't win." and mean it literally. They enjoy free spirited despicable character assassination and prevent me from addressing it for 40 years. Once the police performed a frame up in 1990, using officers and informants from Cambridge, Somerville and Harvard University campus cops. Defense attorneys (seven) were paid to not put on a defense. Who knew the police and courts could be hired to work for crime families? It is one more thing that makes Cambridge special.

When I am able to identify the egregious crimes of these communities they deny it ever happened and start with a new group of criminal police employed with a crime family and some Communists. Last week the Presidential spokesman, appropriately named Jay Carney, explained that "Benghazi," where the US Ambassador was killed, "happened a long time ago." It was eight months ago. He and the President want voters and journalists to forget the negligence of this administration. Stalling is an effective tool. People have a limited memory. In my case they've been doing the same thing to me for 42 years. The pattern extended to New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and other venues. Does that explain why Cambridge and Harvard have such favorable images? With no criticism one expects perfection in this city and at this university.

Meckenlite @ Coward May 1, 2013
I've asked you years ago what your beef with HUPD is and you never gave an honest answer.
Now, do not use your usual tactic of crying FBI, or Whitey Bulger, or HUPD are Specials and inadequately trained. In fact, as you probably know, the HUPD attend the regular MPOC academy offered by the MCJTC.
So, Meckenlite, after all these years... what gives?
For this empirical viewpoint, you seem like an angry paranoid always watching Police/Law Enforcement.

[My Reply]
You must be one of the "Boston Strong." is this article about me or celebrating HUPD's negligent training?

Roy Berc  May 1, 2013
What do u mean roy? Nonidea what your talking about. Anyways you should stand up for what you believe in...right?? You changed the tone of this article. This was about commending 3 officers for reaponding for officer who needed help and public cafety. This never had anything to do with jurisdiction or public safety until your paranoid comments and rude venom interrupted our celebration. Youre not welcomed here. Go Back to you blog where nobody gives a crap about your rude and ridiculous thoughts. PS. Leave the homelss alone. They did nothing to you..

[My Reply]
Are you talking to yourself, with your personal attacks? Unable to address the issue of negligent police training? See L.A. Confidential about a police captain who murdered his own officers and was given awards. The number of awards Cambridge gives to misguided officials is surpassed only by the number given by Harvard to misguided recipients.

Celebrities at Loeb House Harvard University

Upon reflection, I think the celebrity signing autographs on Quincy Street was Matt Damon. From the photos in the Crimson it looks like the person who was the subject of HUPD overreaching.

Six days after MIT Police Officer Sean Collier was shot and killed in Cambridge MA, local police remain on edge. On Thursday April 25, 2013 I was walking along Quincy Street between Broadway and Harvard Street. A black SUV with Livery license plates stopped to drop off a group of five people. They walked along the narrow sidewalk at about 5:30 PM. One was a Harvard University campus cop.

A white SUV with New Hampshire plates stopped on the left side of the street near the Carpenter Center, where parking and stopping is prohibited. There is construction on Quincy Street for the Fogg Museum. Jersey barriers remain in place along part of Quincy Street, restricting traffic flow. Metered parking is allowed on the right side of the one-way street.

A caucasian man carrying paper was walking toward the group of five. One man in the group was signing autographs for his fans. It may have been Matt Damon who was on campus for an award ceremony. I did not recognize the celebrity. Harvard celebrates the Arts First Festival from Thursday to Sunday April 25-28. The group was on its way to Loeb House at 17 Quincy Street, the former residence of the President of Harvard University. Now it is used for high profile receptions and other gatherings.

A closer view.

The HUPD officer accompanying the celebrity was talking with the man who drove the white SUV parked illegally. Another car with New Hampshire plates was right behind the white SUV. The white SUV driver was trying to get the autograph of the celebrity. The officer wanted the man to move his illegally parked SUV. I heard the HUPD officer say loudly, "Now." I guessed that the two drivers were paparazzi chasing Damon or other celebrities.

Realizing what was happening, I passed into the group within a foot of the celebrity who was carrying a vinyl record album. They were moving slowly to allow the celebrity to sign autographs as he walked toward Loeb House. The driver of the white SUV got into his vehicle and parked it in a legal space. I told him that was a Harvard campus officer, who only had jurisdiction on Harvard property not on the streets. He said he did not notice it was a Harvard cop.

The gate leading to Loeb House at 17 Quincy Street

The car with New Hampshire plates sped by almost hitting me. I wondered why I got involved in this, almost getting myself hit by a car. About five minutes later I saw a car pass by with Massachusetts license plates "News Photographer." I began wondering if I was in a movie again. I saw the news photographer about ten minutes later again. I also saw the car with New Hampshire plates again following closely a black SUV with Livery plates. Maybe he was following Damon to get photos for his business. I realized I got caught up in a paparazzi frenzy, the kind seen on TMZ. It was what allegedly caused the death of Princess Diana. Her driver was trying to lose some of the paparazzi who were following her in Paris one day.

Quincy Street near Loeb House, with a car double parked. This is not of interest to the same Harvard Campus officer. Was he earlier just trying to impress the celebrity with his misguided abuse of power?

I realized Harvard's campus police remain negligently trained, after 15 years of my petitioning the university administration, the city government and the state office of public safety. So much for citizen initiative in Massachusetts. The above images were captured at about 5:45 PM Thursday April 25, 2013 shortly after the events described herein.

[From article]
The man is suspected of approaching a 2-year-old girl who was toddling
behind her parents, picking her up and then striding away. Her father
chased the man, who gave the child up without a fight, said Carter
Johnson, Albemarle County police spokeswoman.

Extending Public Records Act to Campus Cops

The Crimson argues, "The case for HUPD transparency has never been founded on a suspicion that Harvard’s police force deserves particularly harsh scrutiny." Because of negligent training of HUPD campus cops, harsh scrutiny is desperately needed. Too often campus cops with loaded weapons are employed for personal and political interests of faculty and administrators. Those abuses are never scrutinized and are clear abuses of privileged state police power. University administrators are unable to regulate and monitor these campus police who often operate out of personal animosity abusing vulnerable citizens. Extending scrutiny through public records will not end all of the abuses, but it will help.

[Reply to comment]
Being trained by MCJTC does not mean they are trained properly. Cambridge City police are also negligently trained by MCJTC. Some of the MCJTC training modules are nonsensical and unlawful. In addition HUPD promotes the false notion that they have exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard property. They falsely believe along with administrators and faculty that the overpass in front of the Science Center is Harvard property. It is owned by the city of Cambridge. HUPD only has jurisdiction to enforce state laws on Harvard property. The Sheriffs of Middlesex and Suffolk extended the privilege of allowing HUPD to make traffic stops as they travel between Harvard and Boston campuses. They abuse that privilege. They stop traffic closing streets without authority. They are not empowered to enforce and they are not trained in knowing Cambridge and Boston City ordinances. Yet dispatchers arrogantly choose to send HUPD to local events when city ordinances are violated. The dispatchers abuse their power contrary to law, to divert calls to protect Harvard. As for HUPD abuses of power on behalf of faculty and staff you may be unaware of them but they are real and they are pervasive. It is a personal abuse contrary to state and US laws. Finally too many HUPD officers have a cavalier attitude toward security at Harvard buildings. They often leave the doors open for their colleagues so they do not have to wait for them. It is why two Harvard seniors lost their degrees after a homicide at a campus dorm. So much for proper training. They are campus cops and need monitoring when they abuse their power. It is human nature, according to Philip Zimbardo. That applies to HUPD which claims to consist of humans.

[Reply to second comment]
I am sorry to disagree with you. HUPD are special state police officers sworn by the state police commander; and deputies sheriff sworn by the sheriffs of Middlesex and Suffolk. They have power only on Harvard property, with the exception noted previously. If you believe as I do that HUPD officers are human, they are likely to abuse their power. It is the nature of police, according to the Mollen Commission in New York City. But also see Philip Zimbardo's experiments on abuses of power. Police need constant scrutiny because of their power over civilians. In Massachusetts police get no scrutiny. Too much space is needed to describe the abuses of HUPD powers I experienced. I am no longer surprised with the disbelief by civilians who were never targeted by police for personal or for political reasons. There are many books about abuses of police powers. Regarding the competence of HUPD with murder investigations, state police have experienced officers. That is not to say that they always do a proper job. There are many books about sloppy police work also. That often leads to wrongful arrests and wrongful convictions. Do you doubt that happens too? City and state police have jurisdiction on and off the Harvard campus. HUPD tries to create a belief that they have exclusive jurisdiction on Harvard property. They do not. Some Cambridge police officers defer to that false separate jurisdiction. It makes their job easier. The last time I read some of the MCJTC's training modules I learned how they are trained to respond to persons with disabilities. Here's what I found in 1997. If a person complained about the FBI and the CIA targeting them, police are trained to treat that as a symptom of schizophrenia. One problem is that the state empowers police officers to make medical diagnoses based on speech. Second problem is that for 20 years the delightful James Bulger, FBI informant, now on trial in Boston US Court, for 19 homicides was killing people who reported him to the FBI. Some of his victims knew he worked for the FBI. When they went to local or state police, under the MCJTC's training they would be treated as if they were mentally ill, and then ignored before they were killed by Bulger. Are you aware of the egregious abuses of that period? It was similar to how police treated the parents of victims of the Catholic Church priest abuse scandal. The police threatened the parents for reporting such crimes. They did not believe it. Then there was the FBI frame up of four white men for murder. Two of them died in prison and two were released after 30 years. Do you know about that? Compared with those abominations, abuses by HUPD are inconsequential.

[Reply to Comment]
We disagree. Holding police accountable for 40 years of abuses is beyond the capability of the court system, or online comments. John Durham found one FBI agent responsible for 20 years of FBI criminal abuse. Do you believe that? FBI agents from other offices avoided the Boston office. They were known to be corrupt, not just one agent. Consider that in perspective of the Harvard campuses with HUPD asserting exclusive jurisdiction. Do you think the FBI had any interaction with HUPD, or Harvard administrators, or faculty at the law school or the Kennedy School of Government? See recent essay on this news site by ethicists Lawrence Lessig, HLS professor, and the ubiquitous David Gergen of the KSG. They suggest that money is the corrupting influence of government and direct attention to the corrupt US Congress. They join their colleagues in and out of government ignoring a generation of FBI criminal abuses. Are they clever or what? Does HUPD work closely with Cambridge police and other departments or are they like Caesar's wife? You believe that those studies do not apply to HUPD. Is that because HUPD officers are not human? Have their genes, like the genes of US psychiatrists been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism? Your demands for evidence of specific HUPD abuses on a student newspaper web site is cute. Is the Crimson now accepting formal complaints about criminal abuse because the DA, the police and the US Attorney cannot be bothered? BTW one Assistant Middlesex DA a few years ago told me that they were so busy with homicides that they were unable to accept complaints about lesser crimes. How charming the way the DA's office works. I'm reminded of Mark Twain's aphorism: "It's not what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you think you know for sure that just ain't so."

[Reply to Comment]
A spokesman for the HUPD explained that Harvard campus officers are highly trained in the most gentle procedures, the latest laws of the Great and General Court of Massachusetts and the US Congress. HUPD employs the best and most expensive, and least invasive technology for preventative surveillance. HUPD officers obey all laws. HUPD officers do not abuse their power and have never abused their power. They are respectful at all times and never target any individuals for personal or political reasons, or as favors for faculty, administrators, graduates, politicians or other police brothers. HUPD maintains the highest standards of safety for the citizens of the Harvard community. Because Harvard employees and students are superior morally and intellectually, HUPD officers know that laws are optional for Harvard affiliates, on campus. Other police brothers are not always cooperative. Any complaints about wrongdoing by HUPD officers are fantasies of racist, mentally ill, disgruntled civilians who have no business on Harvard property, or on the Harvard Crimson web pages. The Harvard community and city officials are aware of the racist, mentally ill, drug addicted critic. We call him, "The Opposition." He is abusing his ability to speak and to write. The First Amendment was not meant for criticism of Harvard. Compassionate Harvard and city officials are trying to get him treatment for his delusions.

[Reply to Comment]
The forty years of police abuses I refer to were not all by the FBI, nor was it all in Massachusetts. But you would be surprised at how extensive the cooperation is between police departments, across political subdivisions, including the HUPD. As for my experiences with the HUPD I do not think truth will prevail online or in court. Courts too are staffed by humans. There is a specific clause in the US Constitution which denies to me rights and privileges extended to others. I haven't seen it but I know it is there. Middlesex County was dissolved due to pervasive corruption. It did not end the crimes of officials. The City of Cambridge was so corrupt in the 1940s that they changed the Charter to a Plan E form of government. It did not end crimes by city officials. The English have a term "rotten borough." It applies to Cambridge and Middlesex. What role does Harvard University play in the quality of government? Forty years ago Harvard had guards without weapons. Now they have an armed police force which I've seen abuse their power repeatedly over 20 years. Maybe it is because of that special Constitutional provision. HUPD does not operate in a vacuum. They operate within the structure of the state which grants them their power and within the department working with the Cambridge and state police and the FBI. So it is not practical to isolate the abuses of HUPD without being aware of the functioning governments which surround Harvard. How many campus cops are former city or state police?
