NY Social Worker Accuses Ex-cop Boss of 18 Rapes
Her “distress was accentuated by the fact that she had already been sexually assaulted as a young girl by six youths in the subway,” the filing says.
The woman finally reported the incidents to human resources director Maria Collura, who allegedly told the victim that “you have to go or he will hurt you,” according to court papers. She resigned on July 8, 2013.
After the woman’s attorney filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Reingold was fired last fall, lawyer Derek Smith told The Post.
[. . .]
Reingold now works as an investigator for a hospitality company that serves the Yankees.
Smith said he is pursing the claim in civil instead of criminal court because the encounters were behind closed doors and difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Real Equality in Cambridge MA
[From article]
McGovern said. "The question is, how do we raise these issues of poverty and hunger to the point where it becomes the No. 1 issue in the city, because it should be."
Here's how to implement Councilor McGovern's "No. 1 issue in the city." (Erin Baldassari, "Officials discuss ways to close Cambridge’s poverty gap," April 14, 2014, CAMBRIDGE Chronicle) All City Councilors and all City Managers, Deputy and Assistant City Managers should voluntarily contribute half of their incomes to a selected homeless or poor person. It would signal that everyone in Cambridge who earns more than $90,000 should make a sacrifice to equalize income in the city. It should also help to end the achievement gap at the same time. This altruism of politicians (Gasp!), unknown in history, might spread to the state, the nation, and the world. Cambridge could add to its progressive accomplishments making everyone equal in money and intelligence.

Sex Offenders Wearing Monitor Bracelets Rape, Kill Four Women
[From article]
Authorities at the news conference did not explain how Cano and Gordon allegedly managed to carry out the killings while under supervision, but Quezada said data from the GPS devices “was one of the investigative tools we used to put the case together.”
Anaheim police Lt. Bob Dunn earlier said the two were complying with a requirement to check in monthly with authorities and police had no reason to watch them more closely and hadn’t received any such request from other agencies.
[. . .]
Police believe the men killed a woman in Anaheim and three in Santa Ana last October and November while on parole.
[. . .]
“These individuals were not on our radar whatsoever,” Santa Ana Police Chief Carlos Rojas he said.
[. . .]
Cano and Gordon were previously ordered to register as sex offenders after being convicted in separate cases of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.
Gordon was convicted in 1992 and also has a 2002 kidnapping conviction, according to the Orange County district attorney’s office. Cano’s conviction dates back to 2008, prosecutors said.
Here's more evidence that police have misguided priorities and waste taxpayer funds for personal and for political purposes. These two gentlemen who took time from their busy schedules to rape and kill four young women were not of interest to the police, even though they were wearing court ordered ankle monitoring bracelets. Yes, children, these ankle bracelets are not monitored. These gentlemen were only required to check in every 30 days. If they are suspected of a crime while wearing the bracelet (for previous crimes) then the police can check to see if they were in the area of a new crime.
But on the east coast in Cambridge MA, host city of Harvard University, Lesley University, MIT and Cambridge College, local police, take turns with crime families which operate in the Cambridge area, and with FBI thug informants, Communists and Harvard University campus police implementing a different standard of public safety policing. I am 70 years old, and unwanted for any crime. In 1990 after writing letters to the local police chiefs about police harassment the police arrested me, held me for 78 days for a "competency evaluation" contrary to state law, almost twice the legal maximum. I fired seven lawyers who refused to put on a defense. I learned later they were paid to not put on a defense. Five judges participated. One threatened me through my attorney that if I testified about what happened to me, the judge would stop the trial call out the psychiatrists and have me put into a hospital. Another judge refused to assign any more lawyers and ordered me to represent myself. After prosecutor threats I agreed to "a continuance without a finding." The arrest was supposed to disappear from my record after one year. 23 years later it is still on police files and no lawyer will help me get it removed. It did wonders for my social, economic and political lives.
Police employees keep me under 24/7 surveillance, harassment, ridicule, humiliation, character assassination, provocation, threats and insults. They disturb my sleep every one or two hours every day. They cause my computer to crash every one or two minutes for 45 minutes at a time. They tamper with telephone and USPS mail communications. Is that why there are so many violent crimes in this country. The police harass harmless vulnerable people and let known violent criminals roam free seeking new prey. That is the present.
In 1973 U.S. government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days contrary to law, using hallucinogens. They thought I was a spy because I figured out the lies the political class was broadcasting at the time in media. Then they scared me and used me to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay me. Then they began character assassination to discredit me. They changed their profile of me, which was black, Jew, homosexual from New York; to a white racist homosexual from Boston. That helped my social, political and economic lives even more. Since 1973 after they drugged me, they always said, "He's crazy." So here are two different perspectives on how to fight crime. California style? Let the violent criminals roam? Or Harvard University style? Watch, harass and blame vulnerable elder victims of abuse by the FBI, and the police. Tell everyone "He's crazy."

Union Allows School Committee Members To Participate in Making School Policy
[From article]
"We share a responsibility and a commitment to foster an organizational culture of respect and accountability at all levels of the CPS," read the preamble. "We therefore commit ourselves to an ongoing value-driven review of the contractual structures and committees that currently exist to ensure that they are serving the interest of the partners at both the district and school levels to educate all students to their highest capacities."
Now, more than ever, Colbath-Hess said it’s critical that teachers and the district work in close collaboration with each other. With a new federal testing system being piloted this year and a new statewide teacher evaluation system, the pressures on the district are growing, she said.
"Things that used to be decided only at the local level are now being decided one and two steps away from where they are actually being implemented," Colbath-Hess said. "Because the locus of control has shifted so much, that’s why it’s so important now that the people who have to actually operationalize these policies work together to figure out the best way to do it,
Union president did not explain his willingness to share power with school committee officials, to help his union make policy. Will the teachers be required to pay increased dues? Will psychologists be required to pay unions dues? Will elected officials get higher campaign contributions from the Union?

Diversity Will Rule
[From article]
Nadeem Mazen said he was surprised by the sometimes-overt Islamophobia he encountered while campaigning last fall — as rare as those encounters were.
[. . .]
Mazen said Muslims face more than the sometimes subtle – and sometimes explicit – slights of racism and religious discrimination. As a relatively young immigrant group, Mazen said the community has built robust social and cultural networks, but lagged behind in political participation.
[. . .]
"We’re in a moment in history where there is a lot of secular and interfaith support for a variety of candidates, including Muslim candidates," Mazen said.
That’s important, he said, not only because it generates more diversity in governance, but because that diversity translates into a government system that better represents established social and cultural communities.
[. . .]
Cambridge voters were able to recognize the difference between the acts of a few individuals and the Muslim community at large.
Councilor Mazen says, Cambridge voters are rarely Islamophobic, but "recognize the difference between the acts of a few individuals and the Muslim community at large." Oh? So why don't Muslim public officials "recognize the difference between the acts of a few individuals and the [non] Muslim community at large?" Are all non Muslims in Cambridge Islamophobes?
He adds "Muslims face more [. . .] slights of racism and religious discrimination." But he does not identify "more than what?" Jews? White Christian heterosexual males?
Nazem says, "diversity translates into a government system that better represents established social and cultural communities." But he also said, Muslims are "a relatively young immigrant group." Then they are not an established community. So how can diversity help Muslims?
OK, so we need more Muslims in government. No more Jews. More homosexuals. More lesbians. No more persons with disabilities, who have too much power now. More black people, especially black homosexuals. More Asian people, especially Asian homosexuals. But enough with the white Christian people, and certainly enough Irish Americans. And far too many Mongols. Remember Genghis? Gasp! I wonder? If it wasn't for all those conservatives and Republicans in Cambridge there would be a unified community with no need to tolerate dissent. But look at how divided the city is: for development; against development. More bikes; less bikes. When there are more Muslims in government we can eliminate the opposition to everything. There will be peace and total agreement. Diversity will rule.

Nevada Officials Fight BLM US Gov't Abuses of Power
[From article]
Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval has inserted himself into the escalating standoff between cattle rancher Cliven Bundy and federal officials by blasting the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) over their creation of a ‘First Amendment Area’ outside of which free speech is banned.
[. . .]
The Bundy family came face to face with the consequences of violating the free speech zone on Sunday when Dave Bundy was arrested for taking video footage from a state highway of BLM agents rounding up his family’s cattle. Video footage later proved that armed snipers had their guns trained on the family during the incident.
On Sunday, Cliven Bundy promised to launch a “range war” on federal officials after they began rounding up his cattle. Authorities are justifying the move by pointing out they are simply enforcing a 1993 rule change which prevents Bundy’s livestock from grazing on the land in order to protect the endangered desert tortoise.
Bundy and his supporters see the spat as something entirely different, portraying it as a clash between out of control big government and patriotic American family farmers.
With Bundy’s ranch under constant surveillance from armed agents ensconced inside what Ryan Bundy described as a “military compound,” some fear the standoff could lead to a Ruby Ridge or Waco-style tragedy.

Black Democratic US Rep. Accused of Collusion With IRS Criminal Abuses
[From article]
In February 2012, Engelbrecht’s True the Vote received a letter from the IRS requesting more information about the group; one of Cummings’s letters, which Engelbrecht received in October 2012, contained questions that closely mirrored those posed by the IRS. Issa details them in his letter, strongly implying that Cummings based his letter on the one Engelbrecht had already received from the agency: Both requested information about the software True the Vote was using for voter registration, about the process the group used to train its employees, and about the vendors it used to obtain voter lists.
True the Vote’s lawyer, Cleta Mitchell, raised the prospect that the minority staff had exchanged information with the IRS at a hearing in February. “We want to get to the bottom of how these coincidences happened,” Mitchell said, “and we’re trying to figure out whether any — if there was any staff on this committee that might have been involved in putting True the Vote on the radar screen of some of these federal agencies.”

Free Speech Only For What I Like To Hear?
[From article]
When the Supreme Court declared in 2010 that both unions and corporations had a right to buy political ads, that was considered outrageous by the Left. President Obama called the decision “devastating” and said it “will open the floodgates for special interests.”
Those unfamiliar with political rhetoric may not know that “special interests” mean people who support your opponents. One’s own organized supporters — such as labor unions supporting President Obama — are never called “special interests.”
All politicians are against “special interests,” by definition. They all want their own supporters to have the right to free speech, but not those individuals and groups so benighted as to support their opponents.

If truth-in-packaging laws applied to Congress, a campaign-finance law would have to be labeled an “Incumbents Protection Act.”

Serial Murderer Questioned in California
[From article]
Errek Jett, the district attorney in Lawrence County, Ala., said that Jose Manuel Martinez, 51, told investigators he carried out the crimes working as an enforcer for a drug cartel. Jett said they believe Martinez because of the details he gave investigators.
Martinez was arrested last year shortly after crossing the border from Mexico into Arizona and sent to Alabama, where he awaits trial on one murder charge. Once word got out, a steady stream of investigators from across the country came to question Martinez, Jett said.
While this gentleman took time from his busy schedule to kill 30 people, no one was watching him. No police, no crime family, no Communists, no FBI, and no Harvard University campus police. They have better priorities. In Cambridge MA on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College, teams of city police employees, campus police employees, building superintendents, psychologists and ordinary man hating young feminists, lesbians and black racists take turns harassing a 70-year-old white man who they all says is "crazy." In Massachusetts the greatest threats are vulnerable elder civilians. People who are no danger to the police and the predators who love to attack people who cannot fight back. It is what they teach at Harvard University.

Small Iowa Town Gets Military Tank Vehicles
[From article]
The MRAP weighs an impressive 49,000 pounds, stands 10-feet tall, and possesses a whopping six-wheel drive. Originally designed to resist landmines and IEDs, it sure seems like the MRAP will come in handy for the notorious war zone otherwise known as Washington County, Iowa.
If you’re having a bad day, I highly recommend watching a video produced by the Des Moines Register in which Washington police officials try to justify the possession of a vehicle it clearly has no use for. The excuses range from school shootings (which are an actual concern but an MRAP seems like overkill) to a terrorist attack happening in central Iowa (because if there’s any place that seems ripe for a high-profile terrorist attack it’s Washington, Iowa, population 7,000).
[. . .]
The effects of cops moving from handguns to assault rifles and being equipped with tanks, bazookas, and Kevlar has been twofold. First, civil liberties have absolutely been eroded, with police-brutality rates skyrocketing in last decade according to the Justice Department. Not only that, but, with the influx of military gear into local police forces, cops begin to view themselves as soldiers whose main job is combat rather than keeping the peace. How else can you explain the rise in police shootings since 9/11?

Misguided Report On Why FBI Failed To Stop Boston Marathon Bombings, Homicides
[From article]
It found that the Russian authorities shared the key information only after the tragic bombing took place.
“They found that the Russians did not provide all the information that they had on him back then, and based on everything that was available the F.B.I. did all that it could,” an American official told the Times.
It was still not clear, however, that authorities would have been able to thwart the attack if the additional information was provided.
“Had they known what the Russians knew they probably would have been able to do more under our investigative guidelines,” one official told the [New York] Times.
So it's the Russians' fault that the FBI did not prevent the Boston Marathon bombings. Huh? The Russians warned the FBI about Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The FBI determined that he was not a terror threat. Is that the Russians' fault? If there is a more misguided example of blaming someone else for one's own negligence I do not know where to find it. The police and the FBI keep me under 24/7 surveillance for 43 years. Not just surveillance, but also harassment, insults, provocations, sleep disturbances, computer, telephone and USPS mail tampering, ridicule, humiliation, and relentless character assassination. But the Tsarnaev brothers, highlighted by the Russian government, were not of interest to the FBI or the local police. Is there a problem with priorities of the criminals who rule the state of Massachusetts and the United States? Not mentioned in the report is that Political Correctness may have contributed to the failure to prevent the killing of innocents. Local police and the FBI have been intimidated from watching anyone who may be thought of as a victim. The governments in Massachusetts and Washington DC refuse to look at Muslims for fear of offending them. This is one more example of negligent priorities of the police. They have no fear harassing a 70-year-old white man who they say is "crazy." The same man that the FBI used to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay him. Is that evidence of dedicated criminals running the government, or just stupidity?

Rand Corp. Questions Health Care Signup Numbers
[From article]
A caveat right off the bat: RAND’s estimate only runs through March 28 whereas the actual deadline for signing up was March 31st. Given the crush of traffic on Healthcare.gov in late March, many more people could have signed up over those last three days than were captured by these numbers. On the other hand, the White House was claiming six million sign-ups as of March 27. There’s no way to reconcile that with RAND’s data.
One of them is wrong. Maybe both, in fact.

When ‘No’ Means ‘No’
Lois Lerner willfully and knowingly exposed herself to a contempt vote.
By C. Boyden Gray
* * *
After five hours of debate, the House Oversight Committee has voted along party lines 21-12 to hold former IRS Director of Tax Exempt Organizations Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress. The charges come after Lerner failed to answer questions about the IRS targeting of conservative groups and after failure to cooperate with the Committee investigation into the targeting.
Before the vote, Democrats repeatedly defended the rights of Lois Lerner, arguing she did not waive her Fifth Amendment rights even though she made a statement before declaring she would not answer questions last year and again in early 2014. Republicans argued Lerner did in fact waive her Fifth Amendment rights due to making a statement and defended the rights of taxpayers who were targeted by her organization.
The contempt charge will now go to the full House for a vote. A date for when that vote will happen has not been set. If the House votes to hold her in contempt, the charge will then go to the court system. Yesterday the House Ways and Means Committee referred Lerner to the Department of Justice for criminal charges.
[. . .]
Lerner now joins Attorney General Eric Holder, who was held in contempt of Congress in June 2012.

So we have one documented case of an IRS worker exhorting customers to re-elect Obama, with another employee dumping on Republicans. It's as if this person were reading off of DNC talking points:

these people have an obligation to serve as apolitical public employees, dispassionately conducting the people's business. What we see instead is a group of vindictive partisans -- from low-level call center operators all the way to the highest echelons of the IRS. Which brings us back to Lois Lerner and crew.

(1) Since it's likely to get dredged up again, remember that Democrats' talking point that left-leaning groups were also targeted by the IRS just isn't true, no matter how they try to spin these numbers. (2) Just a few months ago, President Obama once again blamed all of this on a few "bone-headed" employees at a local IRS branch, assuring Americans that there isn't even a "smidgen" of corruption at the agency.

Among those tools is the House's “inherent contempt” authority under the Constitution, which was initially exercised in 1795 during the First Congress and on multiple occasions thereafter. Lerner could be held until January 2015 when a new Congress is seated, which could issue another subpoena and throw her in the clink again if she still balks at testifying.

Threats To Freedom In U.S.
[From article]
Though the Holocaust ranks high among the great human tragedies, most people never consider the most important question: How did Adolf Hitler and the Nazis gain the power that they needed to commit such horror? Focusing solely on the evil of the Holocaust won't get us very far toward the goal of the Jewish slogan "Never Again."
[. . .]
Through the Enabling Act (1933), whose formal name was "A Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich," Hitler gained the power to enact laws with neither the involvement nor the approval of the Reichstag, Germany's parliament. The Enabling Act destroyed any remaining local autonomy.
[. . .]
Rudolph J. Rummel, professor of political science at the University of Hawaii and author of "Death by Government," estimated that since the beginning of the 20th century, governments have killed 170 million of their own citizens. Top government killers were the Soviet Union, which, between 1917 and 1987, killed 62 million of its own citizens, and the People's Republic of China, which, between 1949 and 1987, was responsible for the deaths of 35 million to 40 million of its citizens. In a distant third place were the Nazis, who murdered about 16 million Jews, Slavs, Serbs, Czechs, Poles, Ukrainians and others deemed misfits, such as homosexuals and the mentally ill.
[. . .]
We Americans ought to keep the fact in mind that Hitler, Stalin and Mao would have had more success in their reign of terror if they had the kind of control and information about their citizens that agencies such as the NSA, the IRS and the ATF have about us. You might ask, "What are you saying, Williams?" Just put it this way: No German who died before 1930 would have believed the Holocaust possible.

Essays On Brandeis Cowardice, Insulting Women's Advocate, Ayaan Hirsi
Louis D. Brandeis (1856-1941) "Those who won our independence believed liberty to be the secret of happiness and courage to be the secret of liberty."
[From article]
So when Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR and the Muslim student associations of Brandeis reminded the university that Ali’s views “makes Muslim students feel very uneasy” they were only stating a fact; not the fact that Islam was at war with its enemies — which it assuredly is — but only the fact that they felt uneasy in the presence of its foes.
[. . .]
That’s what soldiers and policeman are for. You know, the hired help. Proper people don’t do that sort of thing. And least they think of themselves as above it. And Brandeis — like Harvard, the Ivy League and most of academia — is nothing if not a club for proper people.
[. . .]
But the ideologues in the academy know the form. They can keep up appearances which in the end is really what makes them acceptable. In defense of universities, somebody has to provide a home for hypocrisy,
[. . .]
In Hirsi Ali’s case, her goal is clear. Brandeis on the other hand, has tried to be definitely indefinite; as little offensive and controversial as possible. But as Hirsi Ali points out in her response to the withdrawal of the honorary degree, by trying not to take sides Brandeis has taken sides anyway.
[. . .]
Now Brandeis is in the unenviable position of appearing subservient to CAIR, since left to themselves, Brandeis would have given Hirsi Ali the degree. But at CAIR’s behest — or someone’s — they had a sudden change of heart. They make not think they are CAIR’s flunkeys but that is what the optics suggest. Maybe the lesson here — as Mozilla might have learned — is to know your own mind and stick to your guns. An institution with no mind of its own will soon find people telling it what to do.

As Lori Lowenthal Marcus notes, Brandeis University has in recent
years bestowed an honorary degree on Tony Kushner, who called the
creation of Israel as a Jewish state "a mistake" and who attacked
Israel for ethnic cleansing and for causing "terrible peril in the
world." Brandeis has also honored Desmond Tutu, who compared Israel to
Hitler, attacked the "Jewish lobby" as too "powerful" and "scary," and
complained of the "Jewish monopoly of the Holocaust."
[. . .]
But when it comes to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a courageous woman who has fought for human rights around the world—and who may actually like the state Israel—well, that's a bridge too far. In recent weeks, Brandeis president Fred Lawrence came under "pressure"—i.e., received complaints from some students and whining from some faculty—and promptly caved. He has disinvited Ayaan Hirsi Ali from receiving an honorary doctorate this year.
[. . .]
His justification for caving was pathetic. Lawrence announced that "we cannot overlook certain of her past statements that are inconsistent with Brandeis University’s core values. For all concerned, we regret that we were not aware of these statements earlier." Needless to say, he doesn't specify any of these statements. And he doesn't explain how Ayaan Hirsi Ali's life and thought—but not Tony Kushner's or Desmond Tutu's—has been in any way "inconsistent with Brandeis University's core values."
[. . .]
If you say nothing, if you do nothing, then aren't you an enabler of this surrender to the enemies of academic freedom and Jewish honor?
The cowardice of a university president isn't a surprise. The question is: Will less cowardly friends, associates and supporters of Brandeis meekly acquiesce in this shameful decision?

Ayaan Hirsi Ali said this afternoon that she was not surprised she came under attack from demagogic apologists like the Council on American Islamic Relations: She has come to expect such things.
[. . .]
What Lawrence has done here is the nothing less than the act of a gutless, spineless, simpering coward.

CAIR condemns Brandeis University for awarding a brave woman’s fight against Islamist honor violence.
Ayaan Hirsi's Response to Brandeis University Cowardice; What You Can Do
Louis D. Brandeis (1856-1941) "Those who won our independence believed liberty to be the secret of happiness and courage to be the secret of liberty."
Brandeis University has rescinded its offer of an honorary degree to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the Somali-born activist whose work has focused on the barbaric misogyny rampant in Islamic societies, like the one in which she was raised. Capitulating to a campaign by CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) and voluble student and faculty protests, Brandeis President Frederick Lawrence yesterday withdrew the honor. He has publicly shamed a courageous woman. CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism funding case involving Hamas.
Please read the eloquent and noble response of Ayaan Hirsi Ali below, and then please reach out to the Brandeis administration and express your outrage at this shameful action.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s statement:
“Yesterday Brandeis University decided to withdraw an honorary degree they were to confer upon me next month during their Commencement exercises. I wish to dissociate myself from the university’s statement, which implies that I was in any way consulted about this decision. On the contrary, I was completely shocked when President Frederick Lawrence called me—just a few hours before issuing a public statement—to say that such a decision had been made.
“When Brandeis approached me with the offer of an honorary degree, I accepted partly because of the institution’s distinguished history; it was founded in 1948, in the wake of World War II and the Holocaust, as a co-educational, nonsectarian university at a time when many American universities still imposed rigid admission quotas on Jewish students. I assumed that Brandeis intended to honor me for my work as a defender of the rights of women against abuses that are often religious in origin. For over a decade, I have spoken out against such practices as female genital mutilation, so-called ‘honor killings,’ and applications of Sharia Law that justify such forms of domestic abuse as wife beating or child beating. Part of my work has been to question the role of Islam in legitimizing such abhorrent practices. So I was not surprised when my usual critics, notably the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), protested against my being honored in this way.
“What did surprise me was the behavior of Brandeis. Having spent many months planning for me to speak to its students at Commencement, the university yesterday announced that it could not “overlook certain of my past statements,” which it had not previously been aware of. Yet my critics have long specialized in selective quotation – lines from interviews taken out of context – designed to misrepresent me and my work. It is scarcely credible that Brandeis did not know this when they initially offered me the degree.
“What was initially intended as an honor has now devolved into a moment of shaming. Yet the slur on my reputation is not the worst aspect of this episode. More deplorable is that an institution set up on the basis of religious freedom should today so deeply betray its own founding principles. The ‘spirit of free expression’ referred to in the Brandeis statement has been stifled here, as my critics have achieved their objective of preventing me from addressing the graduating Class of 2014. Neither Brandeis nor my critics knew or even inquired as to what I might say. They simply wanted me to be silenced. I regret that very much.
“Not content with a public disavowal, Brandeis has invited me ‘to join us on campus in the future to engage in a dialogue about these important issues.’ Sadly, in words and deeds, the university has already spoken its piece. I have no wish to ‘engage’ in such one-sided dialogue. I can only wish the Class of 2014 the best of luck—and hope that they will go forth to be better advocates for free expression and free thought than their alma mater.
“I take this opportunity to thank all those who have supported me and my work on behalf of oppressed woman and girls everywhere.”

How To Protect Two Party Democracy
The Most Serious Threat to America
The threats to America are numerous and serious. However,
the most dangerous remains … blanket amnesty for 11-15 million
illegal aliens. If granted, America will quickly become a one-party,
third-world country. And most disturbing, it will be IRREVERSIBLE.
Unfortunately, we are being attacked at both the Federal and State
levels. Most recently, House Republicans – John Boehner, Paul
Ryan, Eric Cantor – have been secretly trying to craft legislation to
allow Dreamers permanent residency if they join the U.S. military.
In Massachusetts, we are threatened by the “Safe Driving Act
which proposes to issue drivers licenses to illegal aliens, and
the “Trust Act” which will effectively emasculate the “Secure
Communities” program which was implemented in 2012.
What Can We Do?
To effectively deal with Illegal Immigration, we need to know the
facts and then TAKE ACTION. You can jump-start the process
by attending a timely, information-rich meeting led by immigration

Misguided Proposal On Safer Cities
Posted March 26, 2014 2:59 AM ET; Updated April 4, 2014 9:45 AM ET
No one can deny that Cambridge politicians say what makes them feel good. But their proposals don't always make sense achieving their stated goal. Rep. Rogers says he is a "supporter of any sensible steps that we can take to curb gun violence in our state." But he does not mention the Second Amendment which guarantees to law abiding citizens the right to bear arms to protect themselves and others from violence. John Lott's book, More Guns, Less Crime, shows that a society with more legal guns, is a sensible step to make the community safer.
Rogers expresses a misguided, irrational, offensive notion demonizing persons with disabilities. By suggesting they are more likely to use guns for violence he advocates "sharing of records of adjudicated commitments for mental health and substance abuse with the National Instant Check System." Does he also want to share the medical records of rape victims, persons with STDs and leukemia? Do extremely normal people abstain from using guns for violence? Why not share their medical records too?
He recommends "Strengthen[ing] the provisions of school-based mental health services." Why not remove teachers and let psychiatrists run the schools? Psychiatrists are omniscient and morally superior to lesser beings, and have had their genes cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism, unlike flawed teachers who need a union to protect their jobs.
Rogers wants to "Increase funding for mental health and substance abuse disorders resources in urban areas." Does the Human Services Industrial Complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term) make large campaign contributions to Rep. Rogers? Taxpayer grants for human services corporations are over $2 billion per year now. Instead of state police why not hire psychiatrists. They can take freedom without Due Process protections. (Think Justina Pelletier.) The Constitution was written by dead white men, and not on an iPad. What good is it today? It is old!
Rogers states, "Given the ability to transport firearms across state lines, the hard truth is that we need national legislation." Isn't interstate commerce a mission of the U.S. Congress? If Congress refuses to act, why doesn't the Harvard Law School graduate in the White House issue an executive order repealing the Second Amendment? Who supports that ancient paragraph? Is that the soft truth?
Rogers proclaims he wants to move "toward a safer Massachusetts." But he refuses to recognize the essential role of a law abiding armed citizenry in order to achieve that goal. 90,000 patients die each year from medical negligence. Do guns used by persons with disabilities cause those deaths too?
* * *
About 4:15 PM Wednesday March 26, 2014, spoke by telephone with Mr. Allen, assistant to Rep. Rogers. I gave him my name and phone number. I began by noting I was calling about Rep. Rogers' essay in the Cambridge Chronicle on "gun safety" (as he called it); and that I'd like to speak with him; and that if Mr. Allen was speaking on his behalf that would be as good. He said he did not speak for Rogers and that he would relay my request. He asked for specifics, saying he was familiar with the essay. I explained who I was and what my interest is. I later said I called as a journalist about the essay about public policy, when Allen asked if I had spoken with my state rep. Marjorie Decker. I said it was not her essay.
He expressed his views on the issues I raised and I reminded him I wanted Rogers' opinions not his. Again I asked if he spoke for Rogers. He again said he did not.
I was able to mention the first four quotes from his essay before he ended the conversation. In each, Mr. Allen began expressing his opinions. I did not stop him until he tried to shut me up claiming that the desired conclusions were issues everyone agrees with. How did he know that? I said I was interested in solving problems without an economic interest, trying to solve some of the serious problems. That the leaders were often uninformed because they do not read any books. Instead they consult experts, who cannot be relied on for truth or for impartial evidence. I again reminded him that I did not stop him from expressing his opinions but that I wanted Mr. Rogers' not his. He told me that he lives in Rep. Decker's district. I told him I was not a member of the NRA, and did not own a gun. I said I was not a member of a group that shared a community weapon. Allen asked me. “They do that?” I guess he was unaware of the clever tricks used by young people to avoid being caught with illegal weapons.
At about 4:30 PM on Wednesday March 26, 2014, he covered his mouthpiece on the telephone and then said to me "I'm sorry I have to cut you off." He said he would tell Rep. Rogers I wanted to speak with him. I thanked him and hung up. I told him I already responded to the essay with a letter but that the Chronicle seldom publishes my letters. I told him I petitioned the City Council, the state legislature, that I made videos, had a blog and did a TV show for five years. I told him I wrote bills for the legislature for four years. I also told him I've been talking with journalists, prosecutors, police and politicians for about 20 years about these issues. I said I no longer bother with some of them, but that I have had no experience with Rep. Rogers so I thought I'd try. Now I've had some experience with him too.

Surprise! Public Officials Praise Themselves
The conclusion of the editorial "Massachusetts is still suffering from an excess of self-congratulation and a shortage of self-examination." sounds as if this was the first police killing of a civilian. Same with the gathering of officials congratulating themselves on their actions after the Marathon bombing. Was it the first time taxpayers' employees did not examine ways to improve what they do? Ever watch a City Council meeting? State legislature? U.S. Congress? Expecting public officials to hold themselves accountable is like expecting rain to fall upward. Massachusetts voters do not want anything better than what they have, a one party unaccountable government. It is true to a lesser degree across the nation. Voters do not want better government. They want benefits from the government. Especially those who do not pay any taxes.

Cell Phones Linked To Erectile Dysfunction
[From article]
As reported in the Environmental Health Trust's latest newsletter, cell phones have now been linked to erectile dysfunction (ED). While numerous studies have shown that cell phone radiation leads to human sperm death and damage and decreased fertility, the new report of increased erectile dysfunction is sending shock waves through the men's health community.
[. . .]
if past history is an indicator, the cell phone industry can be expected to vigorously contest any negative conclusions and endeavor to produce results favorable to the industry.
[. . .]
Cell phones have also been linked to cancers -- especially brain cancers and cancers in the area adjacent to where cell phones are normally carried. A good rule of thumb when it comes to cell phones: Distance is your friend. In other words, the farther you keep a cell phone from your body, both when carrying it and when talking on it, the better. Likewise, do not keep a cell phone turned on and close by when sleeping.

Charles Koch Answers Character Assassins
[From essay]
the fundamental concepts of dignity, respect, equality before the law and personal freedom are under attack by the nation's own government. That's why, if we want to restore a free society and create greater well-being and opportunity for all Americans, we have no choice but to fight for those principles. I have been doing so for more than 50 years, primarily through educational efforts. It was only in the past decade that I realized the need to also engage in the political process.A truly free society is based on a vision of respect for people and what they value.
[. . .]
The central belief and fatal conceit of the current administration is that you are incapable of running your own life, but those in power are capable of running it for you. This is the essence of big government and collectivism.
[. . .]
Instead of encouraging free and open debate, collectivists strive to discredit and intimidate opponents. They engage in character assassination.
[. . .]
I believe that cronyism is nothing more than welfare for the rich and powerful, and should be abolished.
[. . .]
Instead of fostering a system that enables people to help themselves, America is now saddled with a system that destroys value, raises costs, hinders innovation and relegates millions of citizens to a life of poverty, dependency and hopelessness. This is what happens when elected officials believe that people's lives are better run by politicians and regulators than by the people themselves. Those in power fail to see that more government means less liberty, and liberty is the essence of what it means to be American. Love of liberty is the American ideal.

NC Finds Substantial Vote Fraud in 2012

The review found that 35,570 North Carolina voters from 2012 shared the same first names, last names, and dates of birth with individuals who voted in other states. Another 765 Tar Heel State residents who voted in 2012 had the the same names, birthdays, and final four digits of a Social Security number as voters elsewhere.
Meanwhile, the election board’s executive director, Kim Westbrook, told lawmakers that 81 deceased North Carolinians apparently voted in 2012 as well. While some appear to have submitted absentee ballots prior to their death, she said “there are between 40 and 50 who had died at a time that that’s not possible.”

EPA Conducted Human Experiments Without Consent Endangering Elders
[From article]
These experiments exposed people, including those with asthma and heart problems, to dangerously high levels of toxic pollutants, including diesel fumes, reads a EPA inspector general report obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation. The EPA also exposed people with health issues to levels of pollutants up to 50 times greater than the agency says is safe for humans.
The EPA conducted five experiments in 2010 and 2011 to look at the health effects of particulate matter, or PM, and diesel exhaust on humans. The IG’s report found that the EPA did get consent forms from 81 people in five studies. But the IG also found that “exposure risks were not always consistently represented.”
[. . .]
“Maybe the biggest reason to slow down the new rule is that the EPA is talking out of both sides of their mouth,” Louisiana Republican Sen. David Vitter said last year. “On one side exposure to it is deadly, and on the other they say human exposure studies are not harmful.”
[. . .]
“It’s alarming how the EPA is purposefully and blatantly ignoring an ongoing investigation of the legality and therefore scientific legitimacy of the use of human testing,” Vitter said. “This is another example of the EPA continuing to pick and choose scientific ‘facts’ to support their overreaching agenda.”
Thus there was no informed consent.

The problem was that Mr. Boyd, 38, had a history of mental illness, and so was living in a different reality, one in which he was a federal agent and not someone to be bossed around.
“Don’t attempt to give me, the Department of Defense, another directive,” he told the officers. A short while later, the police shot and killed him, saying he had pulled out two knives and threatened their lives.

focused attention on the growing number of people with severe mental disorders who, in the absence of adequate mental health services, are coming in contact with the criminal justice system, sometimes with deadly consequences.

police officers find themselves playing dual roles as law enforcers and psychiatric social workers. County jails and state prisons have become de facto mental institutions;

“I think that this issue hits every city, every part of the country where you have people who are walking on the street who normally would have been under some kind of treatment or institutionalized,” said Chuck Wexler, executive director of the Police Executive Research Forum,

But officers can sometimes make a crisis worse, either out of fear or in a reflexive effort to control the situation and enforce compliance.

the Treatment Advocacy Center and the National Sheriff’s Association, based on informal studies and accounts, estimated that half the number of people shot and killed by the police have mental health problems.

According to a report by the New Mexico Public Defender Department, which offers free legal services to indigent clients, nearly 75 percent of those shot in 2010 and 2011 suffered from mental illness.

About 6 percent of the population, or one in 17 Americans, suffer from a serious mental illness, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. Studies suggest that the mentally ill are involved in only about 4 percent of violent crimes. But when untreated, severe mental illness is associated with higher rate of violence, researchers have found.

“It’s like if we stopped treating heart disease until people had heart attacks,” said Ronald S. Honberg, director of policy and legal affairs at the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
After many years of institutionalized abuses of disabled persons, The New York Times quotes two persons who are economically embedded in the psychiatric industry and drug corporations. (By FERNANDA SANTOS and ERICA GOODE, "Police Confront Rising Number of Mentally Ill Suspects," New York Times, APRIL 1, 2014) Torrey promotes forced drug treatment and portrays disabled persons as dangerous and violent. NAMI gets $11 million each year from drug companies to promote drug treatment. Neither of these lobbyists speak for the rights of troubled persons who are often described by police as diseases. This article shows that disabled persons are being killed by police without accountability. It indicates that Times' editors ignore abuses of vulnerable persons and treat them as patients and prisoners, a problem for control instead of protecting their rights.

Harvard University Campus Police Resume Harassment, Blocking Expression
Sorry, I've been unable to publish regularly for the past few weeks. One more of the many criminals employed by the Harvard University campus police has resumed their abuses and harassment. It takes the form of disturbing my sleep every one or two hours, causing my computer to crash every one or two minutes for about 45 minutes, and using the "old reliable" young women as bait. There are other forms of provocations which have been conducted over the past 43 years relentlessly. That is added to 43 years of character assassination by Harvard University campus police, local police, FBI special agents and informants and other charming sociopaths who have kept me surrounded for the past 40 years. Only hateful and hostile mostly homosexuals, black racists, and lesbians lead the daily abuses. The state refuses to stop this abomination. Not even the MA Executive Office of Public Safety which has exclusive jurisdiction over the special police officers which is what the Harvard University campus police are.
During the last two weeks of March 2014, the Harvard University campus police employed psychologists, lawyers, psychiatrists and social workers for surveillance, harassment, and testing "to see what he does." I am not under the care of any psychiatrist, psychologist, or social worker. There is no court order to allow this abuse of privilege and power by the criminals employed by the Harvard University campus police. They treat me as a mental patient contrary to law. They tell everyone I encounter, "He's crazy."
What makes all of this entertaining is that these campus police really believe "He's crazy." and that "fact" justifies harassing, humiliating, provoking, ridiculing people they believe to be disabled. It is how the Harvard University campus police treat people with disabilities. They are not alone. It is a pervasive pattern of unlawful abuses by police, prosecutors, lawyers, judges and journalists.
An added failure of the laugh test is that Harvard University lawyers and police openly ridicule my efforts at constitutionally protected expression on my blog, telling me repeatedly "No one reads your blog." But every day one of the criminal Harvard University campus police employees or the graduate student lesbian psychologist at Harvard University Medical School causes my computer to crash repeatedly as I do research.
