Surveillance video that investigators believe captured the handoff of an explosive-wired laptop that blew a hole in the side of a Somali jetliner could prove the bombing was an inside job, sources told Fox News.
The explosion on board Daallo Airlines Airbus A321 at 11,000 feet Tuesday killed the suspected bomber, who was sucked out of the plane, and forced an emergency landing.
A source close to the investigation showed Fox News the security video from Mogadishu’s airport, which shows two men, one an airport worker in an official reflective vest, passing the laptop to the bombing suspect in the airport terminal after he passed through a security checkpoint and shortly before he boarded.
The source said investigators, including several from the FBI brought in at the Somali government’s invitation, believe they have identified that all three men. They are believed to be from Hargeisa, in the disaffected area of Somaliland, which has been contesting sovereignty with the Somali government. That is a departure from initial suspicions that the bombing was carried out by the Al Qaeda-linked Islamist terror group Al Shabaab.
In the security video, an airport worker in a branded vest and a man casually dressed in white shirt and trousers, are first seen walking from the top to the bottom of the picture, along a walkway to the side of one of the airport’s open departure lounges. The man in the white shirt can be seen carrying a small laptop. Passengers can be seen waiting for their flights. This whole area is known as ‘airside’ – accessible only to passengers and airport staff who have gone through comprehensive security checks, including X-ray machines.

This is the extraordinary CCTV footage of the suspected bomber of a Somali plane at the exact moment when he is being handed a laptop in which the explosives were concealed.
The video, released by Somali intelligence officials, shows a passenger being given a laptop by two other men, one of whom is wearing a security jacket, after he passed through security.
The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) believes the passenger is the suicide bomber who was blown from the Daallo Airlines jet creating a gaping hole in the fuselage and forcing the plane to make an emergency landing back at the Mogadishu airport.

It is believed the laptop-like device was the bomb that caused the explosion. The plane's pilot said that if the explosion happened when the aircraft was at a higher altitude it could have caused the jet to crash.
'There are investigations going on and about 15 people have been arrested so far in connection with the incident,' a Somali security official who asked not to be named told AFP.
'The initial investigation results indicate that the bomb was planted in a laptop and was carried by one of the passengers.

But on Saturday, following investigations by Somalia and international experts, Transport and Aviation Minister Ali Ahmed Jama blamed a bomb.
'Experts have confirmed the explosion that occurred inside the Daallo Airlines [jet] was not a technical problem but was a bomb that was intended to destroy the plane and kill all passengers onboard,' he said.
The man who was sucked out of the plane and plummeted to his death was believed to be a wheel chair bound suicide bomber identified as Abdulahi Abdisalam.

Mogadishu airport is heavily fortified and adjoins the capital's main base of the African Union mission to Somalia, the 22,000-strong force backing the government in the battle against Al-Qaeda-affiliated Shebab insurgents.
The insurgents have lost ground since being routed from Mogadishu in 2011 but continue to stage regular shooting and suicide attacks.
On Saturday, Somali soldiers backed by African Union troops recaptured the key port of Merka from the Shebab, just one day after the Islamists swept into the city, the army and residents said.

Two men who were denied entry to a nightclub later returned with others and firebombed it early Friday, setting off a blaze that killed all 16 people who were trapped inside by the smoke and flames, authorities said.
Terrorism was quickly ruled out as the cause of the attack at the El Sayad restaurant and club in Cairo's Agouza district.
Police were searching for six people suspected in the attack, which occurred after two of them were not allowed to enter the club, said Interior Ministry spokesman Abu Bakr Abdel-Karim.

Jurors are sworn to consider only the evidence to determine if the defendant violated the statutes in question. A jury's ruling today to sentence marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death is "justice" and a warning Boston "will not tolerate terrorism," survivors and police said after the verdict.
"This is nothing to celebrate. This is justice," said first-responder Michael Ward. “He wanted to go to hell and he’s gonna get there early."
The verdict against Tsarnaev, who'll turn 22 in July, was announced by U.S. District Court Judge George A. O'Toole Jr.'s courtroom clerk Paul Lyness. Tsarnaev showed no emotion as the verdict was read.
Marathon bombing survivor Adrianne Haslet-Davis, who lost a third of her left leg in the bombing, told the Herald she's "happy with the verdict."
"My heart goes out to everyone in the survivor community and to the victims' families," she added. "It's still a lot to process right now."
Only three of the 12 jurors bought into the defense argument that Tsarnaev was influenced by his older brother Tamerlan. The jurors unanimously agreed that Tsarnaev showed no remorse for the marathon attack and its aftermath that killed four young people, maimed 17 and injured hundreds.
The jurors unanimously voted to put him to death for the week of terror.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a cold-hearted killer who shows no remorse for his acts whatsoever. He is so thoroughly indoctrinated into the principles of violent Islamism that “deprogramming” is beside the point. The point is: what is he likely to do with his remaining half-century or so in prison? With whom would he interact, and how? Beyond the addled women who will want to mother him because he’s so cute, or those who want to bear his children because they share his hatred, his primary interaction as the years go by will be with men younger than himself, many of whom are already fascinated by violence and have a rage burning inside against they know not what.
Who better to channel that rage than a man like Tsarnaev? He will be free to preach his vitriolic hatred for the next 50 years.

An unrepentant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev defiantly flipped the bird at a jailhouse surveillance camera in what prosecutors called a “message” to America just three months after he and his brother launched a deadly terror attack at the 2013 Boston Marathon.
Jurors who will decide whether the convicted terrorist will be put to death or rot in prison saw the disgusting video clip on Wednesday – and prosecutors said it clearly showed the self-proclaimed jihadi had zero remorse for the April 15, 2013 bombing that killed three and wounded more than 260 others.
“He’s simply callous and indifferent to human life. It’s his character that makes the death penalty appropriate and just,” prosecutor Madine Pellegrini told the jury.
Jurors saw a still image of the shocking photo on Tuesday, and the never-before-seen video was made public a day later, along with another clip showing him primping and fussing with his hair just hours before his first appearance in federal court on July 10, 2013.

An Argentine prosecutor found dead shortly before he was about to make explosive allegations about President Cristina Kirchner took a bullet point-blank
to his forehead, justice officials said Saturday.
Authorities said Diego Lagomarsino, a computer expert and colleague who said he had brought prosecutor Alberto Nisman a handgun Saturday night at his request, has been barred from leaving Argentina.
Nisman was found dead with a bullet to the head in his Buenos Aires home on Sunday, just before he was set to go before a congressional hearing to accuse Kirchner and Foreign Minister Hector Timerman of shielding Iranian officials implicated in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center that killed 85 people.
It was Argentina's worst terror attack in modern history. It has never gone to trial fully. Several pretrials were cancelled amid serious irregularities involving judges and Argentine intelligence staff.
Investigators, who initially said Nisman appeared to have committed suicide, have not ruled out homicide or "induced suicide."

Tribute To Victims Of Paris Cartoonist Bombing Closed For Third Time Due to Muslim Terror Threats

The Finnish Comics Society is having a hard time finding a venue for its exhibition honouring the cartoonists killed in the Charlie Hebdo terror attack in Paris, reports the daily Helsingin Sanomat.
The show entitled "I am Charlie", was on Monday closed for a third time amid security concerns. The display had only been open for about 15 minutes at Library 10 in the Helsinki’s main post office building.
Originally the exhibition had been on display at another library in the Arabianranta neighbourhood, but was moved last week to the Rosebud bookshop in the city centre.
In all three cases, the building owners had asked to have the show closed because of safety worries – particularly following last week’s attacks in Copenhagen.

Nisman, who was found shot in the head in his apartment just hours before he was scheduled to provide testimony against Argentine President Cristina Kirchner last Monday, had denied the Free Beacon story in 2013 and suggested that Rouhani played no role in the attack.
“There is no evidence, according to the AMIA case file, of the involvement of Hassan Rouhani in any terrorist attack,” Nisman told the Times of Israel in response to the article.
However, Nisman said privately he had evidence that Rouhani was involved in the decision to authorize the bombing, according to Miami Herald reporter Andres Oppenheimer.

The Argentine prosecutor who accused President Cristina Fernandez of orchestrating a cover-up in the investigation of Iran over the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center has been found dead in his apartment, authorities said on Monday.
Alberto Nisman, who had been delving into the blast at the AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires that killed 85 people, said last Wednesday Fernandez had opened a secret back channel to a group of Iranians suspected of planting the bomb.
He had said the scheme intended to clear the suspects so Argentina could start swapping grains for much-needed oil from Iran, which denies any connection with the bombing.

A federal judge has rejected a bid by conservative commentator Glenn Beck to toss out a libel lawsuit filed by a Saudi student Beck repeatedly accused of funding the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.
In a ruling Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Patti Saris said the suit brought by Abdulrahman Alharbi could go forward notwithstanding claims by Beck, his website The Blaze.com, and firms connected to his radio show that the Saudi's role in events near the finish line of the marathon made him a public figure. If deemed a public figure, Alharbi would have found it difficult or impossible to proceed with the suit since he would need proof of actual malice: namely, that Beck intentionally lied or recklessly disregarded the truth.

"Choosing to attend a sporting event as one of thousands of spectators is not the kind of conduct that a reasonable person would expect to result in publicity. Quite to the contrary, a spectator at an event like the Boston Marathon would reasonably expect to disappear into the throngs of others, never attracting notice by the press. Because he did not 'assume the risk of publicity,' Alharbi does not meet the definition of an involuntary public figure," the judge wrote.

It also comes as Israelis reel from a horrific attack Tuesday in a Jerusalem synagogue in which a pair of Palestinian cousins armed with meat cleavers and a gun slaughtered five people as they worshipped, in an incident that was widely celebrated in Palestinian territories.

Nothing  unusual here. Massachusetts police are out of control. That was clear from the revelations of the FBI helping criminals murder citizens who reported crime. Local and state police stood by and remained mute, except for a few extraordinary officers. The honest cops suffered recriminations from their colleagues. One committed suicide. In the aftermath of the marathon bombing police came from everywhere appearing in Watertown with or without jurisdiction. Even Harvard University campus police went there and were given awards by the Boston Celtics. Campus police jurisdiction ends at the property line. But that did not stop the Harvard cowboys from helping with the shootout with the Cambridge terrorist brothers. Massachusetts police and Harvard University police have had me under surveillance and harassed me for over 25 years. No legal reason. They do it because they can. Entire Massachusetts government apparatus stands by showing their relaxed rectitude while criminal police employees abuse a citizen.

Boston Marathon bombing defendant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s lawyers were kicked out of Russia for pretending to be tourists and impersonating Federal Bureau of Investigation agents during interviews, U.S. prosecutors said.
The Russian government notified the U.S. that three visiting lawyers, who weren’t named, also refused to confirm their legal status while conducting their investigation, prosecutors said in a filing yesterday in Boston federal court. The U.S. government’s claim comes as defense lawyers seek to delay the trial, set for this year, until September 2015.
“At least some of Tsarnaev’s problems in conducting an overseas investigation arguably are of his own making,” prosecutors said.

Tsarnaev’s lawyers have never denied he carried out the attack on the Boston Marathon. The defense has said in court papers they will attempt to pin most of the blame on his older brother, Tamerlan, who died in a police shootout in the days after the attack. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was 26 when he died, was radicalized by Islamic extremism and influenced his brother, who looked up to him, the defense has said.

The Israeli Air Force developed the technique in 2009 as a way to warn civilians in Gaza to leave buildings it has identified as locations where Hamas keeps ammunition, a rocket stash or command post. But it is a controversial policy that has been criticized by human rights groups.
The procedure generally begins with a phone call to the occupants to leave a building, according to Relik Shafir, a retired brigadier general in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and a former fighter pilot.

It found that the Russian authorities shared the key information only after the tragic bombing took place.
“They found that the Russians did not provide all the information that they had on him back then, and based on everything that was available the F.B.I. did all that it could,” an American official told the Times.
It was still not clear, however, that authorities would have been able to thwart the attack if the additional information was provided.
“Had they known what the Russians knew they probably would have been able to do more under our investigative guidelines,” one official told the [New York] Times.

So it's the Russians' fault that the FBI did not prevent the Boston Marathon bombings. Huh? The Russians warned the FBI about Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The FBI determined that he was not a terror threat. Is that the Russians' fault? If there is a more misguided example of blaming someone else for one's own negligence I do not know where to find it. The police and the FBI keep me under 24/7 surveillance for 43 years. Not just surveillance, but also harassment, insults, provocations, sleep disturbances, computer, telephone and USPS mail tampering, ridicule, humiliation, and relentless character assassination. But the Tsarnaev brothers, highlighted by the Russian government, were not of interest to the FBI or the local police. Is there a problem with priorities of the criminals who rule the state of Massachusetts and the United States? Not mentioned in the report is that Political Correctness may have contributed to the failure to prevent the killing of innocents. Local police and the FBI have been intimidated from watching anyone who may be thought of as a victim. The governments in Massachusetts and Washington DC refuse to look at Muslims for fear of offending them. This is one more example of negligent priorities of the police. They have no fear harassing a 70-year-old white man who they say is "crazy." The same man that the FBI used to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay him. Is that evidence of dedicated criminals running the government, or just stupidity?

Gohmert asked Mueller if the FBI had monitored the terror mosque in Boston that had been attended by Boston Marathon jihad bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Gohmert wanted to know if the terror mosque where the jihad bombers received spiritual guidance had been monitored after warnings that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a dangerous jihadist came from not one but two foreign governments. Mueller’s answer was no, the mosque hadn’t been monitored, but FBI agents had engaged in outreach there – which to me was the money quote of the entire session, proving yet again that Muslim outreach is a deceptive distraction to advance taqiyya and disarm law enforcement and the body politic. Outreach equals submission.

Not Just Cambridge MA Schools Teach Hating America

In a very recent (May 2013) letter to the local Cambridge MA newspaper responding to comments by city officials regarding the school budget, I made some of the same complaints about Cambridge public schools where the two bombing suspects graduated from high school. Needless to say the local paper did not publish the letter. The reporters and editors are young and underpaid. But I also believe they are part of the group of two generations of public school students and university graduates who have been indoctrinated by the school system to hate America. In addition to the mindless and spineless politicians in Massachusetts and Cambridge I'm told that the Cambridge Police Commissioner has joined in the harassment I experience every day.
