Fighting Money in Politics

This below image and text were received from Cambridge, MA City Councilor Nadeem Mazen. The wealthiest person in Cambridge, MA is the corporation officially known as The President and Fellows of Harvard College. Harvard University has a $37 billion endowment. Do they use any of it to influence elections and policy decision makers? Does their wealth influence the court system? Harvard has three full time lobbyists in Washington, DC. Most of the city councilors and many city employees are Harvard graduates. The university controls city and state government. Does Harvard's money corrupt what the prominent university does? Mazen does not say. 



Earlier this year a prominent Harvard University Law School professor of ethics, Lawrence Lessig, chose to run for President during his leave of absence. He began using his offices for his campaign in apparent direct violation of IRS laws, US Treasury department laws, city and state tax laws. One of his hired consultants at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University may also have used his office for the campaign. His company address is in California. Then a woman professor at the Harvard Center for Government and International Studies published an essay in the Washington Post attacking Donald Trump. Was this another illegal use of the University's 501(c)(3) tax exemption? Did their $37 billion endowment encourage their alleged transgressions? Mazeen does not speak about these events.



The Ethics professor decided to run after he raised more than $1 million for his campaign. But he dropped out shortly after he announced. He is allowed by state and US law to keep the money he raised for future campaigns. Did I mention the reason he gave for running was to fight corrupt campaign finance practices? Mazeen does not address this as an abuse. Ex-MA State Senator Jarrett Barrios, left his senate seat with $500,000 in campaign funds which he kept. Barrios is now the CEO of the Massachusetts Red Cross and earns over $300,000 a year in salary, plus unknown  benefits. The goal of ending campaign finance abuses attracts a certain nobility among politicians. 



Usually emails from high minded city councilors include invitations to fund raising parties. Do they all oppose money in politics while they want you to give them your money? Are they "not politicians" as former Governor Patrick of Massachusetts used to announce, saying "I am not a politician."?

Updated(4): Police Continue Criminal Harassment, Relentless Character Assassination

One day after a terror attack in Belgium, where 34 died, and hundreds were injured, the same day as there were three persons shot in Boston, MA, two shot in Cambridge, MA, one dead, the other seriously wounded, there was a change in personnel in the 45-year campaign of harassment in my life. The geniuses who determine the primary occupants of a vacant apartment provided by my landlord to facilitate surveillance and harassment, was changed again. The Harvard University campus police employee was replaced for a few hours by a black homosexual who continued the behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual. He was replaced by a police employee from Somerville, MA apparently  another woman. She began with the usual list of events trying to repeat them. Beginning with the police frame-up in 1990, she tried to cause me to experience a heart attack or a stroke, keeping me awake for 4 hours with intense non stop harassment. (Nice people.) Next will be, using young women as bait, followed by young men as bait, when I do not go for the women. The building superintendents employed by Harvard University enthusiastically assist the campaign keeping me under 24/7 surveillance. It is called liberal elitist priorities. When there is violence, focus on a 70-year-old white man who survived 45 years of government criminal abuses. Blame and attack the victim is how they interpret the golden rule. The $2 billion taxpayer funded human services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's phrase) stands by and watches this "ungrateful" elder who dares to criticize the noble, caring, well intentioned professional human service providers, receive his punishment. In view of the latest terror attack in Brussels, Belgium, and the heightened security in the United States, abuses by local police employees conducting relentless criminal abuses of a 70-year-old man in Cambridge is even more obscene. Harassment campaign was re-joined on March 22, 2016 by black women employed by Harvard University campus police. The circle of criminal abuse continues to rotate.

Sunday and Monday March 20-21, 2016 the California crime Syndicate resumed the role as lead harassment group. They resumed their behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual and maintaining prohibiting me from speaking with heterosexual women. They repeated propaganda "He's a high school drop out." They deny I have a BA degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. They strictly prohibit access to legal assistance to obtain relief from their criminal campaign and abuse of police powers. It is their continuing corruption of the police and courts in three states. They insist I embrace their character assassination and enjoy their daily criminal harassment, disturbing my sleep and keeping me under 24/7 surveillance. They are depraved at best. But what about all the other groups and uncorrupted law enforcement and taxpayer funded human services agencies, paid to protect vulnerable persons, who stand by and watch? Are they less depraved?

Friday, March 18, 2016, while doing errands, suddenly there was a parade of attractive young women everywhere I looked. Immediately I suspected Communists from New York and the California crime Syndicate were trying to have me arrested for talking to heterosexual women. Both organizations have enforced for 40 years, a ban on me doing that. The alternative punishment was depriving me of sleep for three days. It is one reason why there was a steady stream of young women as bait. There was always the threat of attempted talking to heterosexual women.

In addition to relentless character assassination, also called saturation slander, it was part of a continuing behavior conditioning campaign trying to make me into a homosexual. That was due to one element of character assassination (for me), also called false light, saying "He's a homosexual Communist." The FBI assisted the Communists enforcing that profile. It is why, in 2016, after 45 years of this campaign, there are still so many people, some of them who were not born when the campaign began, who believe "He's a homosexual." Some homosexuals who knew me 40 years ago, told me, "We know you are not a homosexual." But that does not explain why so many others who were not born when this began still think of me as a homosexual. Some people told me, "It doesn't matter what you do." That explains why they ignore what I say about the basic attribute of sexual preference, no less the many other facts of my life, which are and have been distorted by character assassination for so many years in several states.


One homosexual employed by the Kennedy cult said to me, "Why do you care what other people think about you?" It was the founder of the Kennedy cult, Joseph P. Kennedy, who taught his sons, "It doesn't matter what you are. It matters what people think you are." But that is only for the elite. Ordinary citizens can be slandered and should be happy with it?

On late Friday, March 18, 2016 and Saturday, March 19, 2016, one more Harvard University homosexual player explained to me, he (or she) knows the black homosexual employed by Harvard University campus police, who harassed me, for about ten years. I was prepared for more abuse from this new player who studies to be an architect. Instead of young women as bait, this new player brought young men as bait. It is a repeating pattern from the hateful and hostile people who surround me, who think they are "the smartest man in the room" and do not know me at all.

They rely on police records, which are freely passed around, though they remain unavailable to me. I do not know what they say. I am only able to guess from what these creepy depraved people do to me each day, over and over, again and again. When a new team of psychologist, lawyer, police employee and crime family associate begin their harassment campaign, they perform the same repeating pattern. It must come from some file or record kept by someone somewhere.

This raises the issue of police and government files in general. If television criminal justice features have any factual basis, police and federal law enforcement rely heavily on their computer files. But how accurate are they? To the government it does not matter. If the record says a person did something it is believed. An arrest becomes a conviction. One study found the national crime information center files are about 40 percent inaccurate. It has little effect on the police and those who rely on the files. But for a civilian who has a file it can be the end of a normal existence. That is one reason for the FOIA to allow civilians to see what the government says about them. But my several requests were ignored and denied, as if there were no files.

Some people told me that the government destroyed some of the files. I do not know which ones and which remain on the system. One record which I know about I described in a previous post, i.e., the police frame-up in Cambridge, MA in 1990. See the brief account at this link

This is one element of the ongoing repeating character assassination which takes up my life every day. One day it is someone who purchased a copy of the personal journals which the FBI stole from me in 1973. They sold copies to local police and crime families who used them to ridicule and to humiliate me. That continues in 2016. The next day the FBI propaganda, "He's a retired drug dealer." appears again. Those who believe what the FBI says, accepts that as fact, and treats me as if I was what the FBI says. Police abuse me expecting me to fear them because of the false criminal background. Frequently persons who are caught up in these lies say of me, "He's a ex-con." People with convictions who were in prison seek me out as if I was their compadre. But it is not true.

Worse is that actual drug dealers think of me as their ally, their colleague. They freely associate with me. Without my awareness, the FBI begins surveillance of these people who were misled. When they are arrested the FBI points to me as a way to get the criminals to do what the FBI wants to do but is unable to do, i.e., to eliminate me. They are clever and cute. So far they are unsuccessful. The criminals learn quickly they were fooled.

This shows a serious malfunction of government seldom discussed by journalists and politicians. Not only do police and government agencies not protect vulnerable persons from criminal abuses, they participate in the abuse. It is not just the FBI and police who harass vulnerable persons. One FBI agent explained, "We are not a protection agency." Another said of me, "He'll come around." Huh? Around to what? Pleading with the FBI to protect me from criminals who were misled by the FBI to attack me? Another agent asked me, "What have you done for us lately." as if I were going to help them do what they are unable to do. 

From 1973 when government psychiatrists drugged me, until about 1988 the FBI used me as bait for fighting organized crime in three states. They scared me and left me dangling in an impaired state of mind due to the criminal abuses of the psychiatrists. That is a despicable abuse by the FBI. They expect me to help them abuse me more? What do they expect? Should I pretend to be the retired drug dealer to attract drug dealers so they can arrest them? How does that repeating pattern of abuse help me regain a semblance of a life? All it does is to keep me from enjoying the ordinary rights of being an American citizen. Local and state agencies act in a similar fashion. Complaints to taxpayer funded protection agencies, are ignored. They refuse to investigate, and instead send out their investigators to investigate and to harass me. It happened again and again. I no longer seek help from taxpayer funded agencies who are paid to protect vulnerable persons. 

Ever since government psychiatrists drugged me, the official government designation was "He's mentally ill." Keep in mind  that mental illnesses are incurable. Psychiatry treats their made up illnesses, they do not cure them. It is a profitable business model. Ordinary civilians believe, encouraged by the psychiatric industry and the humans services industrial complex (MA State Rep. Marie Parente's term), once mentally ill, forever mentally ill. It is one reason why police and the FBI love psychiatry. No due process protections. 

An impaired state did not prevent police, crime families, Communists and the FBI from conducting brutal harassment campaigns causing me to move 55 times over 22 years in three states. One American criminal prevented me from visiting Canada, telling border agents some element of slander. I was stopped and questioned. The agent said to me, "It is better if you told me than if I found out myself. " I did not understand what he was talking about. Subsequently I suspected he thought I was wanted for a crime in the United States and was trying to leave the country to escape prosecution. It is a pattern I read about occasionally. It was disappointing but indicated how thorough the surveillance by police, crime families and whoever else was participating, was.

After fifteen years of being used by the FBI to fight organized crime, without being compensated, I was punished instead. It taught me that the FBI cannot be trusted. Who knew the FBI actively abused and harassed vulnerable persons? That was before the scandal in the Boston field office when it was exposed that FBI agents framed four white men for murder. They were sentenced to death. Two died in prison. Two were released after 30 years. Taxpayers paid their families $101 million for the criminal abuses of the FBI. No FBI agents were punished and they suffered no penalties.

The same FBI office was exposed as protecting the boss of the Boston crime family who admitted killing eleven people. He was a fugitive for sixteen years after his handler alerted him he was about to be indicted. Sixty deaths are attributed to his gang over twenty years some of them Boston agents allegedly assisted. One agent was convicted of homicide in a Florida state court. Dozens of FBI agents appeared in court to support him. One agent died in prison awaiting trial for homicide. No others were punished. That was after a "thorough" investigation by John Durham of the Justice Department.

The two above-mentioned scandals were reported by journalists. There were several books written, and at least one film. But journalists and politicians remain silent about serious abuses of vulnerable persons like myself. I do not think they invented their techniques and psychological abuses just for me. Journalists promote propaganda by criminals, politicians and police. They do not expose it. They help cover up criminal abuses by government officials. If they can cover that up who cares about a 70-year-old white male after 45 years of character assassination and criminal abuse by crime families, protected by the government?

Just because journalists do not report the abuse it does not change the fact it happened. Too many dumbed down journalists and politicians believe that reality is what journalists report. If it was not on television it did not happen. If the New York Times did not report it, it did not happen. But also if the New York Times reported it, it was true. Ahem!

It becomes about credibility. Crazy people are not to be believed. So it is important to discredit anyone who may have damaging information. Discrediting is now the method of covering up government abuses. They no longer kill people which gives credibility to what they were saying. That is one more reason why psychiatrists have a leading role in major media. They claim they know more than others and they never lie. Ahem!!!! They will provide scientific studies which prove that the genes of psychiatrists have been cleansed of mendacity, greed and sadism. Teehee.

The seven appointed defense lawyers, in the 1990 police frame-up in 1990 in Cambridge, MA, were black police, pretending to be lawyers. Like this fact, there are many more omitted from this extremely brief account of this event and others. Some events have been entirely omitted. One is that the FBI had me under surveillance when I was a student in law school. In fact the CIA and the FBI had me under surveillance when I was a student at Columbia University in 1968-70. There is a book which remains unwritten due to relentless harassment and character assassination, which keeps me isolated from ordinary civilians, no less publishers, literary agents and editors. One CIA agent said of me, "He lived to talk about it." Yet the only people with who I interact and have conversations more than greetings, are people with no formal education, and those who have no knowledge of how abusive governments can be. One long time former friend said to me when I began telling a part of the story, "We live a quiet life." She meant, "I don't want to hear about it."

In 1973 government psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days using hallucinogens contrary to law. I was not under the care of any psychiatrist. There was no court order permitting forced drugging. I never volunteered as a human subject for any medical research experiment. The FBI stole my personal journals. They sold copies to local police and to crime families, who in turn used them to ridicule and to humiliate me for many years. It continues today. After many years they usually find more suckers to purchase copies. These dumbed down police and criminals use them to try to recreate events I described in the journals. That is happening again in 2016 with some clueless Communists from Washington state who for 40 years told everyone I knew, know and met, "He's homeless and mentally ill." Now they have more to use for their unique form of manipulation.

Saturday March 11, 2016 a woman police employee became the latest primary criminal harasser. I suspect she is from Somerville, MA employed by the Somerville police. She may be a psychologist, or under direction of one. As usual there is in addition to a police employee and a psychologist, always a lawyer and an associate of the local crime family as members of each new team when it begins harassing me. As explained to me many years ago "women are more vicious than men." She began with the usual protocol, a non stop period of sleep deprivation, this one lasted four and one half hours, keeping me awake. It was the initial attempt to provoke violence, trying to repeat the police frame-up of 1990. That was followed by shorter periods of sleep disturbances. It appears that there is a list of events that each team of criminal harassers brings to the program when they join the now 45 year campaign to torment me by intentional infliction of psychological and emotional stress. During one period in New Jersey there was a standing offer of $50,000 to anyone who could drive me crazy. I was never able to understand the need for that. Relentless character assassination always includes "He's crazy." Considering the effectiveness of the saturation slander, why offer extra money? It was one more element of overkill as one observer noted many years later.

After expressing my concerns about crime families taking over the harassment and surveillance, the crime families were removed and replaced by Communist police employees (Harvard University campus police associates?), from Washington State. The harassment remained intense forcing me to continue reverse sleep patterning. That is a tactic usually reserved for prisoners of war and enemy combatants. It was reportedly used on prisoners in the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. More recent reports about prison guards in Mexico disturbing the sleep of Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, the famous Sinaloan, Mexico drug cartel leader who escaped from prison twice. It raises the question that perhaps these are military technicians conducting the harassment on behalf of agencies of the US government. Psychologists direct the abuse, train and choose specific manners of abuse each day.

That is the long term pattern of 45 years of criminal abuses. It is as if there is a circle of psychopathic criminals, with me in the center. They take turns attacking me. One, then the next, then the next. Until the circle has been completed. Then it begins all over again. Sometimes the individuals change but the circle remains full and continually attacks me. One thing all the circle members share is a hatred or hostility of me. Most if not all of them are unknown to me. But that does not mitigate the hatred or hostility. They are taught a long list of character assassination broadcast over the past 45 years. Usually one or two items are sufficient to inspire hatred. Included are "He's a racist." "He's a retired drug dealer." "He's homeless. " "He's mentally ill." There are many others, which are never revealed to me. I'm only able to guess at the general subjects.

The teams usually consist of man-hating feminists and lesbians, rape victims, psychologists, psychiatric students, police employees, FBI informants, white hating black men and women. The California crime Syndicate and their government associates led the harassment for 47 years beginning at Columbia University in New York in 1968. They are joined by the Kennedy cult which adopted me in 1968, and the midwestern outfit which was paid to protect me for a few years. They did not protect me well. They robbed me, and abused me as much as the Communists and the police did from 1973 to 1979. Communists from seven states join in the rotation, including New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington state, Massachusetts New Hampshire, Connecticut.

Thoughtful Pedophile Takes Own Life In Jail, Saves Taxpayers Money

So here's one more thoughtful young man, a food salesman who took time from his busy schedule to drug young women and to have sex with them while they were unconscious. His sensitivity was recognized by the women's parents. No one was watching this gentleman. He was free to roam the nation seeking out more victims until he was caught. He was known to prosecutors and police authorities who had arrested him for suspicion of child abuse. But authorities in Cambridge Massachusetts on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College allow local police, crime families, Communists, FBI informants, and Harvard University campus police to take turns harassing a 70-year old white male who they all say is "crazy." They keep him under 24/7 surveillance, disturb his sleep every one or two hours trying to cause him to have a heart attack or a stroke, they cause his computer to crash 30 to 40 times per hour,  ridicule, humiliate, insult, threaten, and broadcast relentless character assassination for 43 years in mostly three states. And they support the priorities of Cambridge politicians: More illegal immigrants. more same sex marriage, and more executive orders.

The Chiness Cigarette Thrower

Leaving my apartment on Monday September 16, 2013 at about 3:30 PM to do errands, I saw a group of about 15 Chinese people. At first I thought they were Harvard University students traveling in packs as they are encouraged to do in the dangerous city of Cambridge MA. As I approached the corner two men from the group stopped and were talking. They stood next to a blue USPS mail drop box. One of the men was pointing to it. Was this a special sight for them? Did they not have drop boxes in China?

One of the men was smoking a cigarette. He put the cigarette out, but it still had a lit ash, in the platform of the drop box. Then the other man opened the door to the drop box and the smoker put the still lit cigarette into the mail box. I was shocked, and angry. I am one of those dinosaurs who still send letters and cards to friends and relatives. I use the USPS to deliver my rent check too.

I stopped to ask the man why he did that. As foreigners often do when uncomfortable,  he pretended not to understand. When visitors or illegal aliens are confronted with wrongdoing they pretend they do not speak English. Convenient. It is one of the many reasons why police do not arrest and detain illegal aliens when they are found breaking laws. Citizens? No problem. They are arrested charged and brought to court when they violate the laws. Howie Carr often rants on his show "Just treat me like an illegal alien." He is on to something for sure.



After I told the Chinese visitor what I thought of his putting a cigarette in the drop box, I went on my way. The two men hurried along to catch up to their group. I finished my errands in Harvard Square and went to the main branch of the library to return a book. I saw the group of Chinese visitors in the meeting room in front of the new library building. I returned my book. Then I saw the two men who put the cigarette in the mail box. I was going to leave, but thought I'd ask one of the reference librarians what he thought about the incident. Did he think it was important enough to call the local police?

I waited while he was on the phone answering questions. The group of Chinese visitors came out from the meeting room and was led by no less than the Library Director Susan Flannery. She actually waved at me and said hello. I wondered what was up. Was she planning to have me arrested? I mean, that woman, one of many prominent lesbians in leadership positions in Cambridge, usually shuns me. When I was making a video of the opening of the new library she hid behind others when I tried to capture her image.

So I asked her, "Are you talking to me?" She nodded and smiled. I said "One of your visitors put a lit cigarette into a mail box near my house." She did not respond. One lady who appeared to be the Chinese tour group leader came over to me trying to be friendly. I told her the same thing. I pointed out the two men.

I was still waiting to get the reaction from the reference librarian who was still on the phone. An American woman who was some sort of liaison for the group came over to me and said, "Excuse me. We are doing a tour here." I said "One of your tourists put a lit cigarette into a mail box." 

I added, "We have enough trouble here. We do not need tourists like that." When the librarian got off the phone I asked if I could get his reaction. He was angry and said to me. "No. You can't get my reaction. I am a professional librarian, and can give you information."

I did not know if he was angry with me waiting to talk with him, or if he was just angry at his life situation. I said "You are doing a tour."

He said, "I'm not doing a tour."

I said, "The library is doing a tour. One of the tourists put a lit cigarette into the mail box near my house."

He asked, "Which mail box."   

I said, "The one near my house."

I added, "But since you are a professional librarian, you are unable to answer my question which is not part of your job."

The Chinese lady tour guide tried a second time to apologize for the behavior of one of her tourists. I repeated my thoughts, "We have enough trouble here. We don't need any more." I left the library and went home.

I know why the local police, five crime families, Harvard University campus cops, Communists and  FBI informants take turns harassing me every day. In Cambridge where Harvard University runs the state and local government, laws are optional. It is up to the President and Fellows of Harvard College whether they are to be enforced or not. In this case a Chinese tourist was probably praised for putting a lit cigarette into the mail box. Who uses snail mail these days? Certainly none of the elitists at Harvard University who all have hand held wireless devices.

Moreover the Chinese government is the major creditor nation of the US government which is run by a genius educated at Harvard Law School.  Wouldn't want to create an international incident over a lit cigarette.

NH Man Robs Banks in NY and NH

Here's one more man with a list of crimes who was not being watched by police in NH or in NY. He was caught trying to escape NYC police after a few bank robberies in one day, by running through the Lincoln Tunnel. When I go to NY or anywhere police keep me under surveillance and harass me. 



In Cambridge MA the host city for Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University, city police and Harvard University campus cops take turns with local crime family associates conducting 24/7 surveillance, threats, harassment, character assassination, ridicule and humiliation. Computer tampering too.



This is conducted on property owned and operated by The President and Fellows of Harvard College, after the FBI used me to fight organized crime for 15 years and did not pay me. 



Instead the FBI coordinates the harassment and adds their own elements of character assassination. A former FBI informant James "Whitey" Bulger is on trial in June 2013 in Boston U.S. Court accused of 19 homicides. No one was watching him either. But a 70-year-old white male with a legal disability is under 24/7 surveillance and harassment. Is there any wonder why the nation is in such poor economic circumstances?



If the police, public safety, and criminal justice priorities are any indication of government priorities it shows how misguided the politicians and bureaucrats are these days with limited information and limited rational abilities. Do crime families run local, state and US government mechanisms?

Misguided Compassion

Jay Carney is the taxpayer funded attorney representing James Bulger in June 2013, in his criminal trial in U.S. District Court in Boston MA. Bulger is charged with 19 homicides. He reportedly earned millions selling drugs, extorting money from gambling rings, stealing legitimate businesses from civilians, while being protected by a corrupt FBI office in Boston as he allegedly worked as an informant. He also allegedly stole a winning state lottery ticket worth millions from the real winner.

Howie Carr is a Boston Herald columnist and radio talk show host on AM station WRKO in Boston. He wrote three books about Bulger and the crime family that he allegedly ran. On Wednesday June 12, 2013 he made a comment on his radio show that Jay Carney is actually advocating for his client, in spite of the overwhelming evidence of his crimes. Carr is attending the trial in court each morning before his show.

His comment reminded me of my experience in the Massachusetts state court system. In June 1990 I wrote four letters and hand delivered them to the Chiefs and Internal Affairs offices of the Cambridge MA (host city of Harvard University and MIT) and Somerville MA police departments. I complained about police harassment. I later learned it was a gambling ring protected by the police. It was the same ring of police criminals which tried to have me put in jail in 1970 and again in 1978. They were upset when I refused their invitation to work for them. After they harassed me for 18 months I learned who ordered the harassment and reported him to the state and US government for not paying taxes on his gambling winnings. For the next 33 years that group of police criminals remain one of several criminal organizations harassing me. The FBI knows what is going on having me under surveillance since 1968 when I was a student leader at Columbia University.




Ten days after I delivered my letters to the police the Cambridge police arrested me. It was a Somerville police employee who was harassing me. They held me in a mental hospital for 78 days contrary to law for a competency evaluation. I fired seven lawyers for not putting on any defense. One judge threatened me that if I testified about what happened to me, he would put me in a hospital. Another judge refused to appoint any more attorneys and forced me to represent myself. The seven lawyers were all paid to not put on any defense. But Bulger gets a vigorous defense. 



The FBI contributed relentless character assassination making it impossible for me to get free of the criminals. Some worked for the FBI. Communists employed by five states joined in with their own harassment and character assassination. These progressives, socialists and Communists embedded within universities and government agencies conducted heinous medical research projects on me without consent. When I complained about it they employed psychiatry to discredit me. This was after Harvard University psychiatrists drugged me for 80 consecutive days in 1973 without consent and without a court order. They thought I was a spy. One state Rep., a Harvard College graduate responded to my criticism of him by calling the Department of Homeland Security to conduct surveillance and harassment. He is now the President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Red Cross. 


In 2013, Harvard University employees try to force me to move from my home which is owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. Since 1973 I was de facto disabled due to the druggings by Harvard University psychiatrists. It was not until 1983 that I was able to obtain a legal disability in order to get taxpayer funds to try to live a quasi normal life. All during that period police, Communists and crime families conducted a brutal campaign of harassment. In my impaired state of mind the FBI used me to fight organized crime in New York City and Boston. They did not compensate me. The harassment and exploitation did not stop when I was able to get assistance as a disabled person. It continues in 2013. For 30 years the FBI broadcast two elements of character assassination, "He's a  racist." and "He's a retired drug dealer." It served to stir up racial animosity and to scare others away. It also encouraged local police to treat me as if I was a criminal.  

What makes it obscene is the police say "He's mentally ill." among the many elements of character assassination. But it does not stop them from conducting brutal harassment and allowing crime families to attack me when they want to do so. Harvard University employees allow them access to my residence in order to harass me and to disturb my sleep every day. Sleep deprivation is a recognized form of torture. Limousine liberals at Harvard University condemn the U.S. military for using torture on enemy combatants. But they remain silent and allow torture on a law abiding U.S. citizen on Harvard property.

One of the highest priorities for local politicians, police, the MA Attorney General and education institutions is fighting bullying by high school students of other students. I attended a presentation where private school administrators boasted of the school's anti bullying protocol. I asked why this practice of anti bullying was limited to students bullying other students. I pointed out that teachers bully students. Police and parents bully children. Psychiatrists bully patients. And criminals bully civilians. I said students see adults bullying others. Why should they listen to teachers when they see others doing what they do, and being rewarded for bullying? Why isn't that an issue too?

When they learn about me being harassed by police and crime families they run as fast as they can and forget their campaigns to make students into upstanders not bystanders. It does not apply to them when they see a law abiding elder citizen with a legal disability being abused by criminal police and crime families.




At Harvard University, in Cambridge city government and MA state government liberals promote diversity and multiculturalism as the highest priority. They fight bias against black people, homosexuals, women, Muslims and illegal aliens. But they remain silent about a 40 year program of criminal abuse by police, FBI and crime families of a legally disabled white male over 70 years of age in Cambridge, on property owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College.



It is one thing for a majority of elected and appointed officials to be corrupt. It is another for the voters to condone corruption of the government. This is the situation in Cambridge and in Massachusetts. I noted that fact in a letter published by an outgoing editor of the local weakly. The executive assistant of a former Mayor responded with a personal attack in the same paper. The City Council chambers and the state courthouse is named for the family of that Mayor.

There is an establishment which controls the policies of the city. A large crime family controls the state government. The Massachusetts economy is dominated by education. Harvard University dominates education in Massachusetts. Is Harvard ever an issue in any election? They provide "consultants" for both candidates in every election. The Cambridge City Council candidates employ students at the Kennedy School of Government. Does Harvard University control the state government in MA and the city government in Cambridge? If those governments are corrupt what role does Harvard play in keeping it that way? Does that explain why the Harvard University campus police harass me every day and broadcast character assassination, and  arrest me when they feel like it and try to drive me from my home and the city?

Maybe The President and Fellows of Harvard College should talk to Hispanic workers, who are unemployed while Harvard pays illegal aliens to do maintenance and construction on their property. Why are illegal aliens permitted to join a criminal harassment project of Harvard's medical school professors and graduate students harassing a 70-year-old white male citizen with a legal disability? Why do illegal aliens get special treatment while citizens are criminal abuse victims of the most prominent university in America?

Angry Neighbors Bill Hotel for Sleep Deprivation at $1,000 Per Hour

If I was compensated for the hours of sleep I lost due to daily harassment at my residence owned and operated by the President and Fellows of Harvard College I would have most of Harvard's endowment in my bank account. Too bad for me the city and state is run by criminals who obey Harvard officials and allow Harvard employees to violate inconvenient laws and to harass unpopular elder tenants.

Separating Church and University

Harvard University was founded in the 17th Century as a training school for protestant ministers. 375 years later the President and Fellows of Harvard College run shuttle buses for students, faculty and staff traveling between campus buildings especially at night for safety in the urban environment Cambridge MA has become.  It is a wise use of the substantial resources of the university corporation. It is apparent that the focus of the university changed from religion to secular activities. Harvard, with its $32 billion endowment,  is best known in the 21st Century for training spin doctors, lawyers, and business titans. Harvard boasts of having 43 members of the current US Congress.

So it is not surprising to see lighted signs on their shuttle buses saying "Happy Holidays"during the December days leading up the Christmas and New Year vacation period.  There is no celebration of Christmas by the University, so as not to offend their Islamic sponsors and their atheistic professors. Harvard works to complete the separation of church from education, academic matters and the state.

Response To Harvard University President's Heating Guidelines

Thank you for revealing what Harvard's heating guidelines are. But there are state laws which establish heating requirements for MA landlords including The President and Fellows of Harvard College. Over the past 17 years I've been a tenant of Harvard's President I encountered numerous occasions when there was no heat often on weekends and at night. A call to your delightful emergency phone often gets a response of "Why are you the only one?" It appears that many of
your tenants are unable or unwilling to speak out about lack of heat. When I complain I get harassed, humiliated and ridiculed by employees of the landlord. That is also a violation of US laws. I am aware, very well aware that for Harvard's President and in Cambridge, laws are optional. Just want you to know that I enjoy reading about your guidelines when they conflict with state and US  laws. It is more sources of humor in this charming city and University. Thanks again for the laughs.

HARVARD UNIVERSITY TEMPERATURE POLICY


OBJECTIVE:
The Harvard University Temperature policy provides a framework to assist building managers and occupants in achieving a healthy, productive, and safe working environment while reducing energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions to the lowest practicable level.

POLICY:
During the winter heating season (October 16-May 14), occupied spaces will be heated to 68-71 F; each School or Department will determine their specific targets. During the summer cooling season (May 15- October 15),
occupied spaces will be cooled to 74-76¿ (where air conditioning equipment currently exists); each School of Department will determine their specific targets. Buildings with stringent humidity requirements may operate below this range. Occupants are also reminded that personal space heaters or heating or cooling devices may present a safety risk and are prohibited from use unless provided by the building manager.

Notes:
These space temperature ranges are based on established standards for human comfort, productivity and safety. Harvard building occupants will be made aware of the specific space temperature targets and feedback systems in place in their buildings. Occupants are encouraged to work with local building management staff to achieve acceptable temperature, humidity and ventilation levels. Maximum comfort and efficiency will be achieved when occupants and building managers actively adapt to building conditions through modification of air flow, sunlight, and apparel choices, among other comfort factors. Actual spaces temperatures may vary across Harvard's building due to wide range of space types and building control systems on campus.

Harvard will periodically evaluate this temperature policy based on improvements to building systems; advances in occupant comfort and productivity research; and feedback from occupants.

We look forward to working with building occupants to create a comfortable and energy-conserving environment.

More Harvard Criminal Harassment

On Thursday November 15, 2012 at about 11:00  PM there was no heat in my apartment. Some time the next day heat was restored. Then beginning on Friday November 16, 2012 the heat was above the legal limit. (Below is the Massachusetts state code requirements for providing heat.) My unofficial thermometer which is at about 5 feet and 2 inches above the floor read 85 (with an open window) through Friday and into Monday November 19, 2012. One tenant on  an upper floor reported that apartment was not hot. Other tenants (plural) reported their apartments were hotter than usual. Contrary to all of the effort to save energy, and with all of the high tech regulatory equipment Harvard is wasting energy and keeping the apartments hotter than state code allows. This is a health issue, causing unnecessary stress. This is in addition to the daily harassment from the delightful team of Harvard University campus police employees who disturb my sleep daily. 

Each year Harvard criminals shut the heat to my apartment and then turn it up so that it becomes unhealthy. It does no good to complain to the City government's inspectional services because by the time they arrive in a few days or even hours the heat is back to normal. Calling Harvard's Real Estate Office is another waste of time. It is their employees which coordinate the criminal abuse. It is the real estate employees, and their campus cops who designate who lives above me and who tampers with the heat and how often they wake me up each night. Currently it is every two hours, and some periods every one hour. One city police officer visits every few months to threaten me in case I tell about the 42 years of criminal  abuses. Police, FBI, crime families and Communists took turns conducting the criminal abuse. So the only ones who do not know are ordinary citizens who could care less. They re-elected a criminal charlatan for a second 4-year term. Why would they care about criminal abuse of one white 70-year-old male? They care little to none about 19 homicides by the Boston office of the FBI; and celebrate electing criminals to office in Massachusetts.  It is a state saturated with criminals in government and leadership positions of the prominent universities.

Some people say that the current Harvard feminist President supports the harassment by Harvard employees. I cannot believe that a woman intellectual with impeccable credentials,  standards and  accomplishments would waste one iota of a second on such an insignificant person like me. People who say that Harvard's President would harass a 70-year-old white male who the politicians say is severely disabled, is ludicrous. The Harvard President has much better things to do like fund raising, getting cash money to increase their endowment.

On Sunday November 18, 2012 Harvard University campus (must be rogue) police extended their public spirited surveillance and harassment to the Cambridge Public Library. It is one benefit of their long term infiltration of city government. They can use local offices for their interests contrary to city, state and US laws. Harvard boasts that in the US Congress there are now 43 Harvard graduates. They do not count the larger numbers of elected officials who are misguided, I mean guided when they first get elected by the august Harvard Kennedy School of Government. That is the Harvard school where the charming and intellectually ambitious Paula Broadwell was in the leadership program. She knows how to teach those evil men how to lead.

So back at the Cambridge library, I was using the research facilities when I noticed a man standing and taking pictures with a flash camera. Not just one but many for about 3 minutes. I saw that the librarian who was in that room was easily able to see what he was doing. The reason this is a matter of concern is that a few years ago a man was following me, Now I guess he works for the Harvard campus cops. One day I saw him in the library and had a camera with me. I tried to take his picture. The head reference librarian appeared with one of the custodians who works for the Boston police. She told me that it was a violation of library policy to take pictures of patrons. She warned me I could lose my library privileges. I noticed the custodian watching me carefully as if I were dangerous. I later noticed that this reference librarian was stalking me every time I entered the library. She accused me of bringing coffee into the library when I was carrying an empty reusable cup. I showed her a couple having a picnic on a reference room table. She did nothing. I wrote a letter to the city manager. She left the city.

On this latest occasion I wondered why this man was allowed to openly take pictures when I was threatened with losing privileges for one photo. I got up and went to where the woman librarian was in the room. She pretended she did not know what I was talking about. I knew her for many years and spoke with her in and out of the library. I was disappointed with the way she acted. I asked her if she worked for Harvard. She said, "The FBI." She was ridiculing me. I left after telling her I was disappointed. I thought she was a friend. My mistake.

Then I spoke with an employee at the circulation desk. I explained what I saw and the background story. I told him that in a book about library security the author suggested rules need to be evenly enforced. That is what Harvard and at the library do not do. They focus on me and allow others to openly commit crimes and violate rules. It is a lawless city run by a lawless university. But they use the law and their campus cops to harass me.

410.201:   Temperature Requirements

The owner shall provide heat in every habitable room and every room containing a toilet, shower, or bathtub to at least 68°F (20° C) between 7:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. and at least 64°F (17° C) between 11:01 P.M. and 6:59 A.M. every day other than during the period from June 15th to September 15th, both inclusive, in each year except and to the extent the occupant is required to provide the fuel under a written letting agreement.  The temperature shall at no time exceed 78°F (25° C) during the heating season.  The temperature may be read and the requirement shall be met at a height of five feet above floor level on a wall any point more than five feet from the exterior wall. The number of days per year during which heat must be provided in accordance with 105 CMR 410.000 may be increased or decreased through a variance granted in accordance with the provisions of 105 CMR 410.840 notwithstanding the prohibitions of the first clause of the first sentence of 105 CMR 410.840(A).
