Ex-FBI Agent, Convicted of Murder, Inarticulate

John Connolly, before his favorite color was orange.

This gentleman Special Agent, was also Director of Security/Public affairs for Boston Edison.

[From article]
Zip Connolly tried to get the Florida state appeals court to overturn his second-degree murder conviction and lost on a 6-4 decision.
Now he must reference the majority’s ruling, only he spells it, at least twice, as “majorities.” Like a modern graduate of Dot High, where he once taught, Zip writes “it’s,” contraction, when he means “its,” possessive.
Zip has degrees from Boston College and Harvard. I’m going to blame his illiteracy on Harvard.
[. . .]
In 1970, as U.S. House Speaker John McCormack approached retirement, he asked his dear friend, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, for assistance for two of his Southie constituents.
No. 1, the Speaker requested, please make a psychopathic bank robber named Whitey Bulger an FBI informant, in order to allow him to continue his blood-soaked spree unimpeded. Request granted!
No. 2, make a local punk named Zip Connolly an FBI agent, so that he could run interference for Whitey as the Bulgers’ reign of terror accelerated. Request granted!
Whitey and Zip have been thisclose ever since. Zip is 75, and Whitey turns 86 in 10 days. Together they reaped millions on cocaine, extortion and murder, but both now claim to be indigent,
in order to get free legal counsel.

Brotherly Love, Trusting The Government

[From article]
Commentators on the case say William Bulger not only sacrificed his own career, but chose loyalty over stopping bloodshed.
Dick Lehr, co-author of 'Whitey: The Life Of America's Most Notorious Mob Boss', points out that it was Unabomber Ted Kaczynski's brother David who eventually led to him being caught.
He told the New York Times: 'The Kaczynski brother decided it was more important that his brother be captured and not kill any more than to stay loyal to him.
'Bill Bulger, in the face of a God-awful amount of horror, has made a different choice.'

Kaczynski killed three persons. The Bulger gang admitted or were charged with 60 homicides over 30 years. There is no rational, comparison of what William Bulger and David Kaczynski did.

Bulger Trial Missed Opportunity to Expose Police and FBI Corruption

[From article]
Had Bulger testified, Wyshak said, “I would have walked him through all the charges in the indictment, all the murders and extortions. I would have asked about his relationships with John Connolly and John Morris, and other corrupt law enforcement agents. It would have been about exposing people who have been hiding in the shadows all these years. The statute of limitations may have run out on some, but we’re all about exposing wrongdoing and achieving justice.”
[. . .]
Make no mistake, it takes no business acumen to take money from folks on the other side of a gun.’’

Mr. Wyshak may be sincere in his desire to expose corrupt officials who enabled Bulger's reign of terror. But the failure of the Justice Department to investigate fully the criminal abuses and malfeasance indicated that the government attorneys did not want to expose all of the corruption. John Durham's fantasy that only Connolly was a problem made it clear they were  unwilling to investigate the police and the FBI thoroughly.
It is not only Bulger who steals money using guns. The IRS does the same thing with more firepower than  Bulger could ever assemble.

Show Trial USA

Joseph Moakley US Courthouse, Boston MA

James Bulger is on trial in July 2013, for 19 homicides while working as an FBI informant. It is an American show trial. When the Department of Justice sent John Durham to investigate the Boston office of the FBI he found one agent was responsible for the wholesale corruption of that office. Special agent John Connolly, high school friend of James Bulger was also his handler. A second special agent, H. Paul Rico, died in prison awaiting trial for homicide.

H. Paul Rico, Deceased Special Agent FBI, Asked "What do you want tears?" at a US Congressional hearing about FBI corruption

John Martorano, admitted 20 homicides, got wealthy

Steve Flemmi

The President of the United States openly criticized the Cambridge police, saying they acted stupidly when they arrested his BFF Henry Louis Gates, Jr., a multi millionaire tenured Harvard University professor in 2009. It was the most famous disorderly persons arrest in world history.

Henry Louis Gates, Jr. Harvard University Professor Cuffed

George Zimmerman, Not Guilty of Manslaughter

Obama also spoke before and after the July 2013 trial of George Zimmerman who was found not guilty of manslaughter, in Florida. Zimmerman shot dead a 17-year-old who attacked Zimmerman. Obama joins Rev. Al Sharpton, his newest BFF, stirring up racial animosity and divisions among the United States population. It is Sharpton's business. He is allegedly an FBI informant too. It explains why journalists continue to provide access to media after his history of egregious abuses.

Eric Holder, US Attorney General

Eric Holder also spoke about the Zimmerman trial. He and Obama encourage any discussion that is not connected to their negligent exercise of power. Diverting attention from the many scandals in Washington DC is a major priority of Holder and Obama. But neither of them are concerned with wholesale corruption of the FBI and police.

Reverend Al Sharpton, television personality, civil rights activist, FBI informant(?)

Peter Limone, released after 30 years

Joe Salvati, released after 30 years

Louis Greco, Died in Prison

Henry Tameleo, died in prison

Sharpton, Obama, Eric Holder and Jesse Jackson remain silent about 60 homicides by criminal informants protected by the FBI in Boston and 50 in New York. This fits the pattern of crime families running the FBI. Do they also run the federal government?

POTUS Showing His Million Dollar Smile

Rev. Jesse Jackson

Rico was the orchestrator of a frame-up of four white men for murder. The FBI in Washington DC, not only in Boston, knew the men were innocent, and knew who did the murder, but they allowed the Massachusetts state criminal court to convict them. The men were sentenced to death. The death penalty was repealed in Massachusetts. Two of the men, Louis Greco and Henry Tameleo died in prison. Two, Joe Salvati and Peter Limone, were released after 30 years. The US District Court in Boston awarded the men and their families $101 million, plus interest due to appeals, and attorneys fees. Taxpayers paid for the criminals acts of FBI agents and the courts.

The Department of Justice vigorously fought the civil damage awards, even though the government knew before the men were convicted that they were innocent and they knew who did the murder. The FBI even knew beforehand that the murder was going to happen.

Roy Lindley Devecchio, retired Special Agent FBI

Greg Scarpa, former boss Colombo crime family

This suggests that the FBI either runs organized crime, or it is run by organized crime. Boston is not unique. In New York City supervising special agent Roy Lindley Devecchio was charged with multiple murders in New York State court and found not guilty. He was the handler of, and accused of helping Greg Scarpa, the boss of the Colombo crime family, fight a faction inside the family. There were about 50 homicides in New York.

Mani Chulpayev

In Atlanta Georgia, Special Agent Dante Jackson was the handler for Mani Chulpayev, a Russian who sold stolen vehicles. The agent allegedly tried to obstruct justice in the state investigation of a murder. Those are three offices with known serious problems.

Kevin Weeks

In the 2013 Boston trial of Bulger, three of his associates testified against him. Steve Flemmi, Kevin Weeks and John Martorano. Between them they are charged with, and/or admitted up to 60 homicides. Martorano served 12 years for 20 homicides, about 7 months per murder. The DEA gave him $20,000 when he was released from prison. An entertainment company gave him $250,000 for the film rights to his story, and another $250,000 promised if the film is made. He is also partners with Howie Carr, radio talk show host and Boston Herald columnist for the profits ($80,000 so far) from a book about him written by Carr.

Howie Carr, Journalist

Weeks also wrote and published a book. Carr also wrote a book about Flemmi and one about James Bulger and his brother William. Carr attends the trial whenever he is able to do so. He is often joined by attorney Anthony Cardinale whose motion began the series of events which exposed the thorough corruption of the FBI in Boston.

Anthony Cardinale, Attorney

William Bulger

It is clear that without the testimony of Weeks, Martorano and Flemmi, the government would be unable to prosecute and to prove that Bulger ran the crime family and killed 19 people. It is not certain at this point that the jury will believe the government. In New Jersey the US Attorney spent three years prosecuting 20 defendants alleged members of a the Lucchese crime family there. The jury found them all not guilty. It was one of the longest trials in the history of the US courts. The jury did not believe the odious witnesses that the government used to try to convict those men. It may happen again in Boston.

The Boys from New Jersey: How the Mob Beat the Feds
By Robert Rudolph

What does that say about police and the FBI? Testimony and books include numerous references to payments made to local police in Massachusetts to ignore the crimes of Bulger and his associates. Same history with state police and other FBI agents who knew what was going on. It appears that FBI headquarters knew as well.

With enormous taxpayer funds the FBI and police are unable to obtain evidence of crimes by known criminals. With all of the technology which allows gathering information and images of human activities, the FBI and police do not target known criminals. They target law abiding civilians. Are they trying to eliminate the middle man and steal directly from taxpayers without collecting taxes?

No where is there any effort to investigate the police or the FBI. There was no cleansing of those agencies. I am only one law abiding citizen being harassed police and FBI informants. The Massachusetts Attorney General remains focused on fighting high school bullies, and fighting for same sex marriage.

Martha Coakley, Massachusetts Attorney General, married to a retired supervising Cambridge MA police officer, remains silent about wholesale FBI and police corruption

In 1990 the Cambridge police, the Somerville police, and then later the Harvard University campus cops, were hired to have me arrested. Is that why so many American citizens refuse to speak out, no less to act to stop the criminals who run the city, the state, and the nation? Do they also run Harvard University?

Education dominates the Massachusetts economy.

Harvard University dominates education. What role does Harvard play in maintaining this pervasive corruption in Massachusetts? How many Harvard University educated politicians benefit from the corruption? Why are they silent about the institutionalized theft of taxpayer funds?

In 1776 ordinary civilians stood up to fight the strongest military in the world. They did it for an idea--liberty.

Have Americans lost sight of freedom, being blinded by money and material wealth?

Boston Policemen Who Didn't Take Bulger's Cash

3 COPS NOT ON WHITEY’S CHRISTMAS LIST: From left, Jimmy Carr, Kenny Beers and Frank Dewan.

[From article]
“Everybody suspected Connolly of protecting Bulger,” Dewan said, “and we knew the FBI couldn’t be trusted.”
But what he didn’t expect is that his own department would abandon him.
[. . .]
John Connolly would go to jail in part because he sent a federal judge a scurrilous, unsigned letter on Boston police stationery.
In it he accused Frank Dewan of “being so obsessed with getting Bulger and Flemmi that he furnished fabricated information he received from his informants.”
Last week, Kevin Weeks testified the letter was John Connolly’s desperate gambit to persuade U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf to free Stephen Flemmi. It didn’t work. Weeks said he got 25 sheets of Boston police stationery from his sister, a clerk at District 11.

FBI Witness Admits Planting Bomb To Scare Civilian

J. Edgar Hoover, FBI Director, reported to be homosexual, and protected crime families as long as he was director

[From article]
He planted a fake bomb under a guy’s car to scare him into cooperating, and then called in the bomb to police. Morris said he hadn’t considered whether his actions would be dangerous to the public as emergency vehicles rushed to the scene.

That is the pattern established by J.Edgar Hoover, who was called the arsonist and the fire chief. He would create the problem for a citizen then wait for him to plead with the FBI for help. The FBI did that to me for 40 years. They stirred up racial animosity and hatred from crime families trying to make me plead with them to let me into their witness security program to be safe. They even used two people who claimed to be my friends to stir up the hatred and tell lies about me scaring everyone and making police and crime families harass me for 40 years. They did that to me for 15 years before I realized what was going on. Reading about how depraved the FBI is, helped a lot to understand what is going on in this country. The crime families control the FBI and use it to frighten people to get control over them. It is all about control. Some people I considered friends did not discover the FBI duplicity and changed their names.
